Q. Can I board a Kintetsu Limited Express train with a KINTETSU RAIL PASS?
A. A KINTETSU RAIL PASS does not cover Limited Express tickets. To board a Limited Express train, be sure to purchase a Limited Express ticket additionally.

Cancellation Policy
- Only unredeemed vouchers within the validity period can be canceled. However, after the reservation is confirmed, it cannot be canceled after 23:59 Japanese local time one day before the participation date (the date selected at the time of reservation).
For refund procedures, please contact VELTRA. Refunds cannot be processed at the station ticket counters. Additionally, refunds are not possible after the exchange of the actual ticket.

Temporary visitors entering Japan for sightseeing purposes are eligible for purchase.
Upon entering Japan, you will obtain a "temporary visitor" stamp in your passport if you are coming to Japan for sightseeing. You will not be able to exchange a voucher for a physical pass without the stamp on your passport. If you have entered Japan with "trainee," "entertainer," or "reentry permit" status, you will not be eligible to purchase KINTETSU RAIL PASS. - ※For KINTETSU RAIL PASS 1-day, 2-day, KINTETSU RAIL PASS and KINTETSU RAIL PASS plus, your passport will be checked at the time of purchase or exchange.
- Infants ages 0-5 may board for free but will not have their own separate seat. If you need a seat for a child ages 0~5, please purchase a child ticket.

Other requirements
- If there is no start date on your ticket, the station attendant will stamp or write it down.
- When asked to show your ticket during the trip, please show your ticket.
- Passes cannot be used for ropeways.
- You must purchase a separate ticket when traveling outside the zones designated by the pass.
- The tickets are handled in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant transportation system and the laws of Japan.
- The ticket may only be used by the holder and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
- Lost tickets will not be reissued.
- Pass will be valid for 5 days, starting from the first day of use.
- KINTETSU RAIL PASS holders can receive special benefits at facilities, etc. by presenting the pass.
Benefits are valid within the period of validity of the pass and good for one use per facility only.

5-Day Plus: Unlimited rides on all Kintetsu lines, Iga Tetsudo line, Nara Kotsu bus, Mie Kotsu bus, and Toba 'Kamome' (seagull) Bus services in the Ise-Shima area. You can get on and off as many times as you like, at any stop along the routes in the area.
1-Day or 2-Day Pass: Unlimited ride in Nara area only. - To board a Limited Express train, both a Kintetsu Rail Pass and a Limited Express ticket are required.
- This voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Please exchange this voucher for a physical ticket at the designated Kintetsu railway stations, within 6 months from the date of purchase.
