- You can buy tickets for up to 10 individuals who will be admitted simultaneously. However, even if the number of individuals admitted at the same time decreases, the tickets will be utilized for all the individuals at the time of check-in, and cancellations or refunds are not possible.
- If you use the voucher after the selected participation date, you will not be able to check the voucher from the VELTRA My Page.

Before the participation date, take a screenshot of the QR code on the voucher and present it at the reception on the day of the activity.
*For Digital ticket display:

・Elevator
To reach the 5th floor, feel free to use the elevator that goes directly there. Please use the stairs to go up to the 8th floor from the 5th floor and down to the 1st floor from the 8th floor.
Priority access to all floors for those in wheelchairs and with walking difficulties. Please get in touch with our staff if you need any assistance.
・Luggage storage
You can leave your luggage at the ticket office for 100 yen per piece. - ・Strollers
Strollers are allowed inside the facility, but we may request that you leave them outside during peak periods to prevent potential risks. If this is the case, we will happily store your stroller for you free of charge at the ticket gate.
・Wheelchair
Seven wheelchairs are available for rent at Osaka Castle Tower but can only be used within the building.
It is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations cannot be made. - ・Information Desk (located on the first floor and fifth floor)
Our team includes multilingual staff to assist you with any questions.
We offer free rental of audio guide devices in Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese.
Our reception is open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and we kindly ask that you return any rented items by 4:30 PM. Please note that we have a limited number of rental items available. - 【Expiration Date】
