- Separate admission fees are required for the General Observation Deck and Special Outdoor Observation Deck.
- Tourist tickets and coupons issued by travel agencies are not accepted.
- Children who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian are not allowed to use the facility, even if they have a consent form.
