- Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or older.
- Children aged 3 and under are free of charge and do not require a ticket.
- Animals are not allowed, except for assistance dogs.

- Please present your ticket with a QR code (on your smartphone screen or printed) for admission.
- Admission is limited to the reserved time slot only.
- Once you leave the venue, re-entry is not permitted.
- Resale for commercial purposes, as well as listing or transferring tickets on auction sites or flea market apps, is strictly prohibited. In the event that resale is discovered, the relevant ticket will be rendered invalid, and admission may be refused.
