We went on 10/27/19 to their Halloween Horror Nights event. Not the same as Universal Orlando but we loved it. The atmosphere was electric especially at night. Unlike Universal Orlando your allowed to dress up in costume which made it very unique. Love Japan and will be back soon.

I was able to enjoy my time on board without getting bored thanks to the rakugo performer’s witty storytelling. It was a Saturday, and the boat was fully booked with a group. I often visit Osaka, but this was my first experience on a cruise, and it was great to see the sights from a different perspective.

Great Park, way too many people and the lines are ridiculous long, so be prepared!!! I have been to the park in Orlando FL and the lines for the rides are not as long as the ones in Japan... we managed to to ride approx 6 rides and 2 shows in 1 entire day.. Note some of these rides when available we went as single riders in order to avoid a long wait and get the most of our time.. Overall beautiful park and very clean.
The shows I do not recommend that you waste your time in line if you do not speak Japanese (no English speaking shows)...

Osaka Walking Tour to Osaka Castle, Umeda Sky Building and Aqua Liner Cruise

The guide's English was difficult to understand, He was not informative and on the boat cruise fell asleep, instead of providing us with a running documentary what we were seeing.

I booked the Osaka walking tour through Veltra, but it was run by the Sunrise Tours
It was a full day walking tour . As there were quite a few participants, there were 2 groups A and B. I was in a group B.
Travelled on train and metro .. which, without the knowledge of Japanese would have been quite difficult as it is a maze and all signage in Japanese.
The tour guides’’s English was difficult to understand, he lead us through the warren of passageways well but thats where his “knowledge” seemed to end. He did not talk to us about the history or divulge any relevant information. I compared our tour guide with the Group A guide as our pathways crossed and there was a marked difference, The group A guide was explaining and talking to the group incessantly.
The lunch was pleasant, but being in Japan I hoped for a typical Japanese fare and not a European Cuisine Nuvelle.
I was extremely dissatisfied with our tour guide and I am afraid at the end of the day, the sentiment of other participants was very similar to mine. The tour certainly was not worth A$198.

Departures after 12:00 are convenient since Namba is the departure point. The interior of the ship was cleaner than I expected, and the spacious seating made the 90-minute cruise very enjoyable. The guide for the day was the rakugo performer Katsura Yoshisan, who explained the history of each bridge and the surrounding area with a light-hearted and humorous talk. It was really great. Even as a local resident, I had a wonderful time, so I highly recommend it to both tourists and locals.

I live in Osaka, and I was curious about what the view from a boat would be like, especially during cherry blossom season, so I decided to participate. To put it simply, it was a great decision to join. The cherry blossom trees along the river and the Glico sign looked completely different from the boat, which was very interesting. The storytelling by the rakugo performer, along with explanations of the scenery and entertaining anecdotes, kept the atmosphere lively.

Regarding the tour, the boat accommodates 40 people, but when I participated, there were not many attendees (only Japanese), making it very relaxed. The boat has a low hull, so your eye level is close to the water's surface, and passing under bridges was thrilling in some spots. We also traveled along Dotonbori River, where many people waved at us, which was lively and truly reflected the spirit of Osaka.

I had a wonderful experience looking at the city of Osaka from the boat, and I was very satisfied.

大阪市内に住んでいますが、船から見える景色はどんなものか、ちょうど桜の季節なので船から桜を見たらどんな感じなのかということに興味があったので参加。結論から言えば、参加して大正解。大川沿いの桜並木や、グリコの看板など、普段見慣れた景色も船から見るとこんな感じになるのかということが非常に興味深かったです。また落語家さんの話も、景色の解説や小噺など、船内を飽きさせないようにという配慮も良かった。
　ツアーの内容に触れると、船は40人乗りの船ですが、私が参加したときはあまり参加者がおらず（日本人のみ）、非常にゆったりとしていました。乗る船は船体が低いため、目線が水面と近く、橋の下を通り抜けるときは場所によってはスリル満点。また道頓堀川を通るのですが、手を振ってくれる人が多く、ノリよくて、さすがは大阪人だと思いました。
　船の上から大阪の街を眺めるという貴重な体験ができて、大いに満足です。

The day before boarding the cruise, I saw a similar cruise ship from Ebisu Bridge, and I noticed that the passengers were all Chinese, which made me feel a bit anxious. However, I thought that since this was a cruise with "Rakugo Performers," and it was a different cruise company, I probably wouldn't be seated with Chinese passengers.

In the end, it was only Japanese passengers. I am grateful to have shared the experience with those who could understand the Rakugo performance. The course was changed due to construction, but it was great to see Osaka Castle. The rakugo performers experienced things they don't usually encounter, and it was truly enjoyable. I was worried about the weather and whether it would be cold, but it turned out to be nothing to worry about at all. It would be nice if there were a shuttle bus available.

The price was fine. The park was beautiful and crowded which was expected. The fast pass was an additional $160 per person! That price was pretty steep! The lines were about 2-2.5 hour wait times per ride. You either gotta buy the fast pass or pick your top four rides and just stand in line. Walking around aimlessly will result in a loser day. Overall a great time experience but I should’ve preplanned better.

It was a well organised your which started on time.Our guide June was friendly and full of informations. Osaka Castle was very crowded but our guide managed to get our group up the castle without waiting too long in the queue. The best part of this tour was the four course lunch at Granvia hotel restaurant. The river cruise was a good way of seeing the sites along the river banks.We enjoyed this walking tour of Osaka and would recommend it to everyone visiting Osaka.

Despite it being a hot day, the air conditioning on the boat was working well and it was comfortable. There were also drinks available for purchase. If I have the chance someday, I would like to join the cherry blossom tour as well.

Our tour started with a delicious 3-course western lunch in the hotel where we met. This was a pleasant surprise as I was not expecting such a upmarket meal. The Umeda Sky Building and Osaka Castle were interesting destinations and definitely worth visiting. Our guide was wonderful in her historical explanation of the sites and was very helpful with our logistic plans at the end of the tour. The cruise however was somewhat a let-down though. There was nothing much to see which is of particular beauty or aesthetic quality.

The seats were properly assigned, and it was a fun and quick 90 minutes. The daytime experience was nice, but I think the night might be even better. I want to go at night next time. Since the windows open and close, I think spring or autumn would be ideal. Even with the windows open, the air conditioning was on, so it was comfortable.

席もきちんと割り当てていただいて、面白おかしくあっという間の９０分でした。昼間も良かったですけれど夜もまたいいかもと思います。次は夜に行きたいです。窓が開いたり閉まったりするので春か秋がいいんじゃないかと思います。窓は空いていてもクーラーはついていましたので快適でした。
