However the long time between circuits meant that we were often waiting long times fr the next bus to come when we hopped off. I Liked that the cost of the ticket included the trains and the boat trip, however we did not get much chance to make to the most of those extras.

My colleagues, who often hang out in Osaka, really enjoyed it too. I thought the seats were unreserved, but it was nice to have assigned seating. I initially thought 45 minutes might be short, but it turned out to be just right; any longer would have been a bit too cold. I was impressed that there were hand warmers and blankets provided at the seats. The Japanese guide's commentary was very good, but since it was a rooftop bus, it was a little hard to hear at times. It was a great value, and I felt like a tourist, which was very refreshing. I would love to participate in another bus tour.

Even though announcements are being made, I can't hear them at all, so I end up missing the points of interest in the illumination.

It's not that the voices of the passengers are particularly loud; it's just that the external noise from the open bus is the issue. I would appreciate it if you could consider placing multiple speakers or other improvements.

Since many of the passengers are tourists, we need guidance to understand the points of interest. If we keep missing them, it feels like we’re finishing without really understanding anything, which is a shame.
