I'm glad I was able to see the sights in a limited amount of time. The views of Osaka Castle from various angles were particularly nice. The people walking by were friendly and even waved at me.

It was still quite hot for the season.

Running above ground helped me understand the geography of Osaka better than the subway. I also found the bus guide's explanations enjoyable, filled with the essence of Osaka.

We used it with three people when we came to the Expo from Fukuoka. It was great to learn about the good things in Osaka all at once. I recommended it to my friends as well.

The open bus offers a fantastic view. The guide's explanations were very clear and helpful. I would like to experience other courses as well.

The guide provided very clear announcements and was very attentive in introducing Osaka souvenirs, which was great. We were able to see various famous spots in Osaka within an hour. However, regarding the meeting point, when I showed the voucher to the staff at Osaka Station and the luggage storage, they didn't know where it was. It would be helpful if you could add clearer directions for that.

ガイドさんはとても分かりやすいアナウンスで、大阪土産の紹介などもとても丁寧に対応下さり良かったです。
1時間で大阪の色々な名所も観る事が出来ました。
ひとつ、集合場所ですが、地下鉄大阪駅でバウチャーを見せ駅員や荷物預かりの人に伺っても分からないとの事でもう少し分かりやすく案内を足していただけると助かるかと思いました。

During my solo trip to Osaka, I found myself with some free time in the morning, so I decided to take a ride on the open-deck bus at Osaka Sky Vista, which I had been curious about for a while. The weather was great, a bit hot, but the breeze was pleasant, making it a comfortable experience. The guide was also very engaging, mixing in timely topics, and it turned out to be a very enjoyable hour.

大阪の一人旅で午前中の予定が空いてしまって、それならば以前から気になっていた大阪スカイビスタのオープンデッキバスに乗ってみようと思いました。お天気にも恵まれ、少し暑い位でしたが、風も心地良く快適に過ごせました。ガイドのお姉さんもタイムリーな話題も豊富に織り混ぜて、とても楽しい1時間でした。

The view from the front row was great, but sometimes the mist didn't reach the very front, so it was hot. I thought it was hot, but the mist did reach the seats from the second row back, so I felt that sitting further back would have been better. I also wished they could have released some mist from the gap in the front windshield.

一番前の席で眺めは良かったのですが時々吹くミストが一番前には吹いてこないので暑かったです。暑いとは思っていましたが2列目以降にはミストが行くので後の方の席が良かったと思った。一番前もフロントガラスに隙間があるのでそこからも出して欲しかった

It was great when I experienced it in different cities in April and December, but this time, with the heat, UV rays, traffic, and no wind, the kids were exhausted and we couldn't enjoy it.

４月と１２月に別の都市で体験した時は良かったのですが、今回暑さ、紫外線、渋滞と、風もなく子供もぐったりで楽しめませんでした。

The cooling gel provided on the bus tour was a very appreciated service in this heat. However, when I opened it to use, the part meant to stick to the skin was sticky and gooey, which made it unusable, unfortunately.

The guide's instructions were very good.

It was easy to sightsee in a straightforward manner. It was more efficient than going around by myself. The bus was large and comfortable. I would like to participate with my children as well.

City sightseeing under the blazing sun was intense. The heat was relentless, and a cold pack was essential. I struggled to keep up with the guide's explanations, but I was shown the key points, so I definitely plan to visit those places. I'm also thinking of taking another course. People in the city don't seem to know about this bus. Please provide a detailed explanation on TV or Instagram. The subcenter is a must-see. Osaka was truly vast and sophisticated.

照りつける太陽を浴びながらの市内観光。熱が容赦なかったです。保冷剤必須でした。ガイドさんの説明についていくのがやっとで、あっちもこっちもでしたが、要所を教えていただきましたので、必ず、行ってみようと思いました。別のコースにも乗ろうと思っています。市内の方が、このバスのことをご存知ありません。是非ともテレビやインスタで具体的に説明なさってください。副都心、決まりですね。大阪は実に巨大で洗練されていました。

The open-top double-decker bus has excellent sunlight exposure, so it's advisable to take proper measures against the heat while riding. On the day of our trip, there was a fire ahead on our route, and while the guide was wondering about it, a passenger checked their smartphone and found out there was a fire on the road we were taking, and informed the guide. The guide quickly relayed this to the driver, and we were able to avoid danger. I thought the quick-thinking passenger and the prompt response from the crew were commendable! The stories from the lady guide were also interesting and enjoyable.

屋根の無い二階建てバスは日当たり最高で暑さ対策はしっかりして乗車されると良いです。
当日、行程で行く道の先で火災があり、ガイドさんが何でしょうねぇ、なんて言っていた時に乗客がスマホで火災があり、バスの行く道だと調べてガイドさんに伝えた。ガイドさんはすぐにドライバーに伝え、私たちは難を逃れました。機転の効く乗客とすぐに対応した乗務員はあっぱれ！だと思いました。オバチャンガイドさんの話も面白く良かったです。

I visited with my daughter and mother, three generations together. It was the height of summer and very hot, but there were mists, distribution of cooling sheets (three per pack), and fans provided, which helped me manage the heat with my own parka and hat. The tour was from the car, but they slowed down so we could see everything. It felt very open, and I think it would be really pleasant if you choose the right season.

娘と母の三世代で利用させていただきました。
真夏でとても暑かったですが、ミストが出ていたり、冷却シート（3枚入り）の配布、うちわが備え付けられており、自分のパーカーと帽子で何とか暑さを凌げました。
ツアー内容は車からですがスピードを落としてくださり、見ることができました。
開放的で季節を選べばとても気持ちが良いと思いました。

It was great to be able to sightsee in Osaka city on an open bus, even though it was a bit hot in the limited time of one hour.

１時間と限られた時間で、少し暑かったですが、大阪市内を開放的なオープンバスで観光できて良かったです。

The guide's explanations were easy to understand and very good. The descriptions of Midosuji in the future, the temple district, and the origins of Tanimachi-suji were also great.

I was worried because it was hot, but the mist came out and the drive was enjoyable. An hour felt quick. The one-hour drive in Tokyo was nice, so I also participated in Osaka, and that was the right choice. I want to enjoy it again somewhere else.

The mist wasn't very helpful. It might have been better if the mist was directed at the passengers. The guide's explanations were clear and good.

The open-air bus is nice, but during the time we rode from 15:40, it was hot... Perhaps due to concerns about direct sunlight, they provided mist sprays and cooling patches, which was considerate. If there were an option, an evening tour (after 19:00) would have been perfect.

オープンエアのバスはいいのですが、私たちが乗った時間帯15:40～は、暑い…直射日光が当たることも懸念してか、ミスト噴射、冷えピタ等もい頂いて、気遣いを頂きましたが、もし選択肢があれば、夕方（19時以降）のツアーがあれば最高でした。

I used the service the day after the expo. The view from the open-top bus was amazing, and although it was hot, the cooling sheet provided by the staff worked really well, making it comfortable. The boarding area was also close to Osaka Station's central exit, and the reserved bus was displayed on the electronic board, so I had no trouble boarding. I thoroughly enjoyed the sightseeing from the bus and had a fulfilling experience exploring Osaka. Thanks to the city sightseeing bus, it became a trip where I didn't want to go home.

万博の翌日利用しました。屋根なしバスからの景色は最高で、暑かったのですが、スタッフが渡してくれた保冷シートがよく効いて、快適でした。乗り場も大阪駅中央口から近くて、電光掲示板に予約したバスが表示されるので、迷うことはなく乗車でき、車窓観光を満喫し、充実した大阪観光ができて満足です。市内観光バスのおかげで帰りたくない旅になりました。

In July, the open-top bus is hot. During this time of year, the sunlight is not just hot but painful. There is hardly any shade. Cooling patches are distributed, but their effect is barely felt. I think it would be good to have frozen water bottles, but there weren't any at the nearby convenience store.

7月の晴天は、オープントップバスは暑いです。この頃の気候では、日差しは暑いを通り越して痛いです。なんせ日陰がほとんどありません。冷えピタが配られますが、効果はほとんど感じられません。凍ったペットボトルがあるとよいと思いますが、近辺のコンビニではありませんでした。

It's a bus without a ceiling on the second floor, so I thought it would be hot, but surprisingly, there was a nice breeze while driving, making it a fun hour. The locations of the landmarks were clear, and the guide's stories were interesting, which made it very enjoyable.

My parents came from the countryside to Osaka for the Expo, and after some deliberation on what to do the next morning, we decided to take a sightseeing bus that would easily show us some iconic places in Osaka. We had a 6-year-old child with us, and they were excited about the open-top bus.

We were able to quickly see famous spots like Tsutenkaku, Glico, and Abeno Harukas, which are quintessentially Osaka! I think it's a great option for first-time visitors to the city. However, it started to drizzle on the day, and we were told that if it rains, the roof would close, which would diminish the experience. Luckily, the weather held up, and we were able to enjoy the sights.

The guide shared many interesting stories that even I, who live in Osaka, had never heard before, which was enjoyable. Thanks to their recommendation of adding red ginger to the kushikatsu, my mother suddenly wanted to eat kushikatsu (laughs). It was great to gather various information about food and more.

地方から父母が万博のために大阪へ来ていて翌日午前中何をしようかと悩んだ結果、簡単に大阪らしい場所をみることができる観光バスに乗ることに。
６歳の子どもも一緒でしたが上が開いているバスにテンションがあがっていました。
通天閣、グリコ、あべのハルカスなどこれぞ大阪!という所をバババと急ぎ足でみることができるので初めて大阪に来る人にはいいかなと思います。ただ当日は雨がポツポツ降りだしたので雨が降ると屋根を閉めて良さが半減すると言われていました。なんとかお天気もったのでしっかりみれました。
ガイドさんのお話は大阪にいる私でも初めて聞くこともたくさんあり、楽しかったです。串カツの紅しょうがをオススメしてくださったおかげで母が「串カツ食べたい」となりました(笑)
食べ物の事など情報色々聞けてよかったです。

It started with unfortunate rainy weather, but they opened the rain cover halfway through, allowing us to enjoy a pleasant tour around Osaka. I felt like I could ride again! (╹◡╹)

The open bus during the very hot season was tough with sweat pouring down, but I think it's a great bus for touring the sightseeing spots.

We participated for the second time to guide our family around Osaka, and we had the same guide as the first time! As expected, the quality is better than if we explained it ourselves. Truly a professional. Wonderful!

I thought it couldn't be helped since it was an extremely hot day, but it was really hot without a roof! However, it was great to be able to tour Osaka compactly while riding.

I really enjoyed the open deck bus as it was my first time. The explanations were clear and timely, allowing me to capture photos without missing any great photo opportunities.

Thanks to the concise explanations of the highlights by the guide, I was able to learn about the city of Osaka in a short amount of time. I felt that a bit more historical context would have made it even better.
