It was really cold, but I had a lot of fun! I was satisfied because I could see various landscapes from the bus. However, the meeting place was hard to find. It would be easier if it were at the bus stop.

すごい寒かったですが、とても楽しかったです！バスから色々な景色も観れたので満足しました。ただ、待ち合わせの場所が分かりづらかったです。バス乗り場にしてもらった方が分かりやすいです。

During this season, the open deck was cold, but the female guide was very enthusiastic and warmed my heart.

I had hoped for a specific seat, and while the front was a place that could block the wind, it was unfortunately empty. I wish they had guided us to move if it was available!

この時期、オープンデッキは寒かったですが、女性ガイドさんが熱心に案内してくれて、心が暖まりました。

希望として座席が指定されておりましたが、前方は風よけ出来る場所でしたが、空席になっており残念でした。空いておる様でしたら移動誘導して欲しかった！

I was able to efficiently see famous tourist spots. It was a bit cold riding on the open deck at high speed, but I was happy that there were blankets on all the seats. I could hear the guide's explanations well. The meeting place was a bit unclear on the voucher, but I was able to make it on time after calling the tour company.

効率よく有名な観光地を見ることができました。
オープンデッキで高速を走るのはやや寒かったですが、全席膝掛けが置いてあり嬉しかったです。ガイドさんの説明もよく聞こえました。
集合場所がバウチャーではわかりくかったですが、催行会社に電話して間に合いました。

It's just sitting on the bus and looking at the scenery, but it's refreshing to notice things like buildings and bridges anew.

ただバスで景色を眺めるだけですが、ぼーっと座っているだけ。ビルや橋など改めて気づくことがあり、新鮮です。

The weather was nice, and the air was clear, which was great. There were also blankets and hot packs available, making it comfortable to spend time there. Although it's a route I usually take, I noticed some areas under construction or that had disappeared, which was a good experience. Next time, I would like to try a different route.

天気が良く空気が澄んでいて良かったです。毛布やホッカイロの配布もあり快適に過ごせました。普段通る道ですが、工事中だったり、いつのまにか消えていたり改めて気づくところもあり良い経験でした
今度は違うルートもいってみたいと思います

I arrived in Osaka a day early for a two-day meeting and decided to stay for two nights. During my free time, I used the Wonder Loop city tour bus and boat. Both the bus and boat routes and timetables were well-planned and convenient. Additionally, I received a two-day subway pass, making it easy to get around. The bus guide was very charming and kind, while the male boat guide was handsome and friendly, which greatly enhanced the travel experience. We were able to explore the Dotonbori River with just the guide and the two of us, making it feel like we were riding in a water taxi in Venice, which was incredibly exciting. I believe the view of the Dotonbori illuminations from the river is exceptional.

大阪で2日間会合があるので、1日前に大阪入りし2泊することにして空き時間にワンダーループの市内周遊バスと船を利用しました。バスも船もルートやタイムテーブルがよく練られていて使い勝手がよかったです。また地下鉄2日券をつけてもらったので移動も難なく行うことができました。バスのガイドさんはとてもチャーミングで優しく、また船のガイドの男性はイケメンで気さくでしたから旅の気分が大いに盛り上がりました。道頓堀川をガイドさんと私たちふたりだけで巡ることができ、まるでベネチアの水上タクシーに乗っているような気分になり興奮しまくりました。川から観る道頓堀のイルミネーションは格別だと思います。

The deck seats were cold, but I think it's very convenient for sightseeing in Osaka. It would have been even better if there were options for departure times.

デッキ席は寒かったですが、大阪観光を一通りするのにはとても便利だと思います。
出発時間の選択肢があれば、もっと良かったです。

It is a great way to see major tourist attractions in the city if you don’t have much time. You could see a lot of places in just one day and will learn a lot about their culture.The bus arrives on time and it is clean. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and nice! It was a day before new year when we joined the tour and we asked her a lot of questions about Japanese traditions on New Year’s Eve and she was able to answer all the questions and even told us stories about what families do on New Year’s Day.We also joined the cruise and we had so fun seeing the city via the boat. It was raining but our driver made sure that we didn’t get wet by providing us thick jacket and a roof. He leaves and departs on every port on time. He was also able to answer all our questions.

I enjoyed the Osaka illumination while riding a double-decker bus along Midosuji. They provided blankets and heating pads, so I didn't feel too cold. The elevated view allows you to see the illumination from a different perspective! I highly recommend experiencing it.

二階建てバスで御堂筋を走り大阪イルミネーションを堪能しました。
カイロや膝掛けも用意されており、あまり寒さは感じませんでした。
視界が高くなりますから違った感じでイルミネーションを見れますよ！

A must have tour on Osaka!!! A very friendly and helpfull tour guide on the bus, they even give you a jacket, a blanket for my kids and recommend many great restaurant and site to go. Dont forget to take the free cruise included on your ticket, believe me, they are really worth to try!! Sure will recommend this tour for everyone who will visit Osaka.

The bus will give you some good ideas what to see in Osaka. Best part is that you are given two days for the ticket. You get the 2nd chance to see and shop if you had missed it on the 1st day.

The tour was great, our tourguide is quite helpful and accommodating can speak English which is a plus. Location of each spot is quite well planned both historical and entertainment. I suggest you the the earliest trip since there are 2 buses around 40 mins apart. So you will have enough time for picture taking. And you can still ride the tour at night if you prefer going back to other location which is different experience if its at night.

I took the train that departed at 7:20 PM on December 9th! The illumination was beautiful and breathtaking.

However, since it was cold due to the season, I understand the open ceiling, but I wish they would improve the heating inside the train.

ただ、時期的に寒いので、オープンの天井は仕方ないとして、車内の暖房をもっと工夫して欲しい。

I would have liked more detailed information in the guide. (I already know about the streets and buildings from my research, so interesting anecdotes and historical information would be great.)

I thought it might be cold, so I dressed warmly, but I was grateful for the heating from below, the lap blankets, and the heat packs that were provided. I went with five friends, and everyone was impressed. We considered taking the next South Course, but unfortunately, there were no available rides that day, which was disappointing. In any case, it was definitely a fun hour.

寒いかなと思い、着込んでいったのですが、足元からの暖房や、膝掛け、カイロが用意されていて、有り難かったです。友達5人で利用しましたが、皆感激で、次の南コースも乗ろうかと思いましたが、あいにくその日は便がなく、残念でした。とにかく間違いなく楽しい1時間です。

I participated with my elderly parent (over 70 years old). It was fun to do city sightseeing from a double-decker bus at a high vantage point. It went by in a flash, but I was satisfied with how efficiently we were able to see everything.

高齢（70歳以上）の親と参加しました。2階建てバスで高いところから市内観光ができて楽しかったです。あっという間でしたが効率よく見れ満足でした。

Thank you for preparing the blankets and hand warmers, as it was cold on the day of the event. We were also blessed with nice weather and thoroughly enjoyed the feast of lights! (*´ω｀*)

On the first day in Osaka, it was an exciting event before dinner! Each person received two blankets and one disposable hand warmer, so we didn't feel cold during the ride. My father, who is in his 80s, was very pleased that the guide's announcements were easy to hear. Thank you for your hospitality.

一人当たりブランケット2枚・使い捨てカイロ1個が付いていて、走行中も寒さを感じることはありませんでした。80歳代の父が、ガイドのアナウンスがとても聞きやすかったと喜んでいました。お世話になりました。

I really enjoyed running along the street decorated with illuminations while the guide explained various things. It was refreshing to view the streets from above while on the highway. It wasn't too cold, but I appreciated that the guide provided a blanket and gave us hand warmers.

イルミネーションをしてある通りを走りながら、ガイドさんが色々と説明してくれてとても楽しめました。
高速に乗って上から通りを眺められるのも新鮮でした。
そんなに寒くはなかったのですが、ガイドさんが膝掛けを渡してくださったりカイロをもらえたのもありがたかったです

I thought it would be cold, but that day it wasn't too bad and was quite comfortable. Plus, they provided a blanket and a heat pack, which was great. It went by in a flash, but I had a wonderful time. Thank you very much! ♥

The Osaka Wonderloop bus was a great way to see the big city of Osaka. Since it was raining when we took the tour, it was much more pleasurable to view the city than walking in the rain. The bus goes to main spots in Osaka so it was helpful for us to see and learn about this wonderful city. The buses came on time. The tour guides were very helpful and friendly. They recommended some local restaurants that served the best of Osaka’s “soul food” such as takoyaki and okonomiyaki. The Osaka Wonderloop is a must especially if you are only in Osaka for a day or two.

Due to the light rain, we moved to a covered area, but we were given a rough guide to the sightseeing spots. It helped me get a sense of the area, which was useful for my later exploration.

土地勘が解かり、その後の散策に役に立ちました。

This was my first time sightseeing in Osaka with my child. While I wanted to visit the famous spots, I was worried about getting lost and transferring trains. With this tour, even though we were on the bus, we were able to see the famous attractions. Since it was Saturday night, the crowds were overwhelming, and I was glad we chose the bus. Inside the bus, we were able to borrow blankets, and the guide provided timely information, making the sightseeing enjoyable.

子連れで初めて大阪観光、有名どころは行ってみたいものの、迷子や電車の乗り継ぎなどの不安が先立ちます。こちらのツアーなら、車内からではありますが、有名どころはおさえて観光できます。当日は土曜の夜だったので、人波が凄まじく、バスにして良かったと思いました。バス内では膝掛けの貸し出しや、ガイドさんのタイミング良い案内で楽しく観光出来ました。

I prepared myself and dressed warmly, but it was so cold that I couldn't fully enjoy the illuminations. Please consider better measures against the cold.

覚悟して厚着はして行ったのですが、寒くて寒くてイルミネーションを満喫できません

We arrived into Osaka station and after asking at the information desk we were at number 10 bus stop within 10 minutes and on the bus, the staff are fantastic, excellent English and a very good driver, we enjoyed the booklet that gave good information about each stop, at stop 1 you can use a very clean restroom and get back onto the bus, we then stayed on until we reached Osaka Castle, the stop is at the entrance gate which is convenient, we spent many hours at the castle and had a leisurely stroll back to meet the bus which had the same lovely staff we'd met in the morning, they greeted us back onto the bus and we completed the loop back to Osaka Station, we found the service very easy to use, stops are well located, the boat rides though we did not use them were well located from what we could see from the bus especially the one at stop 9, every one that got on and off were also happy with the service, bus was very easy to identify and was very clean, we would definitely recommend this service and next time we travel to Osaka we will use this service again, a big thank you to our guide on the bus and our driver we enjoyed our day very much and we saw so much of Osaka in a short time.

The six members of the Fukuoka group, all 72 years old, enjoyed sightseeing in Osaka from the bus until the evening when the reunion started. I was very worried because the reservation page on the website showed that it was fully booked and we couldn't board, but the person in charge was very accommodating. Moreover, we were able to enjoy the sights from the front row seats with a great view. Classmates who had previously lived there and those with memories from school trips... especially Osaka Castle, which was magnificent even from a distance. The weather wasn't great after the typhoon, and it was disappointing that the scenery was cloudy, but we managed to arrive in Osaka and felt relieved to head to the reunion hotel. There were also many Asian tourists, similar to Fukuoka. Next time, I hope to ride on a day with good weather. I wished we had a little more time to take a group photo. I would also like to have a way to contact VELTRA by phone.

同窓会の始まる夕方までの間、大阪見物を全員が７２歳の福岡組６名は車上から楽しみました。ホームページの予約画面では満席で乗車できないとの事で大変心配いたしましたが、担当の方がとてもよく工面して下さいました。しかも最前列のよく見える席から観光できました。以前に住んでいたことがあるクラスメイト、修学旅行の思い出のあるクラスメイト・・・特に大阪城は遠くからでも雄大でやっぱり素敵でした。台風の通過後でお天気があまり良くなくて景色が曇り空で残念でしたがまずまず大阪入りを果たしホットして同窓会のホテルに向かうことができました。福岡もそうですがアジア系の観光客が目立ちました。
今度はお天気の良い日に乗りたいと思います。
集合写真を撮れる少々の時間が欲しかったと思います。

I was unsure about where to visit in Osaka, especially around Umeda. However, in just one hour, I discovered some places to see near Umeda. Of course, Osaka Castle is a must-see, but I also found out that there was an outdoor concert at Nakanoshima, so I decided to check it out. While it's fun to create a detailed travel plan with a guidebook, I was able to experience the excitement of choosing seasonal attractions.

大阪はどこを見たら良いか迷っていました。特に、梅田近辺を見物するのに。そこで、この1時間で梅田付近の見たいところを発見。もちろん、大阪城は外せませんが、中之島で屋外コンサートがあることが分かり行ってみることとしました。ガイドブックで細かく旅行プランを作るのも楽しいですが、旬な観光を選べる謳い文句を体験できました。

This time, we used this service for sightseeing in Osaka with three generations of our family. Although I moved to Osaka due to a job transfer, I hadn't had the chance to explore the city, so I decided to participate. The tour covers almost all of Osaka's major attractions, allowing us to enjoy the city very efficiently. Additionally, having guides on both the bus and the boat provided us with information that we wouldn't have learned by navigating the subway on our own, making it very meaningful. While bus tours are efficient, I thought it might be difficult to go at my own pace, so the flexibility to hop on and off is very appealing for those who want to plan their own itinerary. Thanks to this, we were able to have a very satisfying day of sightseeing in Osaka. Thank you very much.

今回は親子三世代で大阪観光に利用させていただきました。
転勤により大阪に来ているものの、大阪観光をする機会は中々なかったので、参加しました。
大阪の主要観光スポットはほぼ網羅されているので、とても効率よく大阪を満喫する事が出来ました。
またバスにも船にもガイドさんがいるので、自分で地下鉄で移動して周る事では知ることの出来なかった情報も知る事が出来たので、とても有意義でした。
バスツアーだと効率よく周れる反面、自分のペースで周る事が出来ないと思うので、乗り降り自由な点は自分で行程を考えたい方にはとても魅力的だと思います。
おかげさまで大変満足のいく大阪観光を、一日で実現できました。

Before booking this tour, i admit i was hesitant to reserve seats for my family due to limited number of trips per day. And other reviewers said the long waiting time can be a waste.

Understanding the constraints, i thought planning the itinerary was key. And it proved to be right!

Japan’s transport systems are efficient. Trip schedules are kept on time. So waiting time was kept to minimum as we knew departure time per station. Wonderloop’s handy guidebook was useful for the entire 2-day tour.

We started with a full round trip to get a feel of what the trip would be like. Each trip is hosted by a tour guide. We were fortunate to have been hosted by 4 amazing ladies who shared different insights. Very informative rides!

We ended our Wonderloop experience with the Dotonbori River Cruise. There are 2 route options, a 20-minute-round-trip ride and the 2hr+. We opted for the shorter trip at night. We will try the longer route next time we visit Osaka!

I recommend this tour for short-stay visitors.
