Although you must select a calendar date during booking, your ticket is actually valid for ”3months" from the date of purchase. Please ensure you can use it within this period. We also recommend checking the attraction's operating days and closing dates on its official website in advance.

- Please present your e-ticket (exchange ticket) at the entrance counter with your smartphone or other device. You will receive a paper ticket in exchange. Since the ticket will be handed over at the entrance counter, you will have to wait in line during busy times.
- Please note that the park may be closed suddenly due to typhoons or earthquakes. Please understand this in advance.
- Please click the link in the voucher sent after the purchase to open the website page, press the "Use" button, and present the screen to the staff.

- Pets are not allowed in the museum (except for guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs). Guide dogs and other pets are allowed to enter the concession and restaurant areas, but are not allowed to enter areas where animals are present because of the ferocious crocodiles and animals that are susceptible to infectious diseases.
