It was my first time trekking, but thanks to the guides' interesting explanations and quizzes, I had a lot of fun climbing! Of course, since it was trekking, there were moments when I thought it was tough on my body, but the sense of accomplishment when I reached the top was truly amazing! I almost forgot about the pain in my body.
This is definitely a place I recommend everyone to visit at least once in their lifetime! ✨
I'm also grateful to the guides for taking wonderful photos!

Due to the passing of the typhoon, the water clarity wasn't great, but I could see that the guides were attentive to safety, which made it enjoyable and reassuring for families with children. We got to see sea turtles and various fish, so overall, I was very satisfied.

台風一過のため、海の透明度はイマイチでしたが、案内の方が安全に配慮されていたのがわかったので、子連れでも安心して楽しめました。
ウミガメにも会え、色々な魚も見ることができて結果的に大満足でした。

It seems they grouped us into small teams of the same age and gender, ensuring there were no significant differences in physical ability. We were able to enjoy ourselves at a good pace without getting too tired.

I chose a dedicated tour for my first trekking experience in Yakushima because I wasn't confident in my physical strength. Our guide, Fujiyama, kindly said, "Let's take it slow and not rush," and shared enjoyable stories about the moss and flowers while taking photos for us. We enjoyed a leisurely pace and the experience of forest bathing.
The view from Taiko Rock was amazing and will be a lifelong memory! Thank you! ✨

初屋久島トレッキング。体力に自信がないため専任ツアーを選びました。ガイドのフジヤマさんは、「焦らず、ゆっくり行きましょう」とおっしゃってくださり、苔や草花など楽しくお話をしてくださったり、写真も撮っていただきながら、ゆったりペースで森林浴を楽しみました。
太鼓岩からの見晴らしは素晴らしく、一生の思い出になりました！ありがとうございました✨

After the thorough guidance, I enjoyed seeing the underwater world. The turtle was also cute, looking right at the camera. After swimming, I was able to rinse off the seawater with a warm shower and safely returned to Osaka by plane.

丁寧な指導の後、楽しく海の中をみれました。カメもカメラ目線でかわいかったです。泳いだ後もお湯のシャワーで海水を洗えて飛行機に乗れて無事大阪に戻れました。

We were blessed with good weather and were able to meet the Jomon Sugi safely. With the guide's help, we managed to walk the way back and forth while learning various pieces of knowledge. They also pointed out many great photo spots. The miso soup they prepared for us during lunch was very delicious. Thanks to the guide's pacing and consideration, I was able to go trekking with my parents in their 60s, creating wonderful memories. I am very satisfied.

天候に恵まれ、無事縄文杉に会うことができました。
ガイドさんに色々な知識を教えていただきながら行き帰りの道を頑張って歩くことができました。
写真を撮るスポットもたくさん教えていただきました。お弁当を食べる時に準備してくださっていたお味噌汁がとてもおいしかったです。
ガイドさんのペース配分や配慮のおかげで、６０代の両親とトレッキングができ、最高の思い出ができました。大満足です。

Climbing rocks, swimming, crawling through, getting splashed by a small waterfall, jumping off rocks, and enjoying a warm cup of tea while gazing at the impressive large waterfall. In the afternoon canoeing, I was also able to try stand-up paddleboarding. The drive was enjoyable as well.

岩場を登り、泳ぎ、くぐり、小さな滝にうたれ、岩からジャンプし、迫力ある大きな滝を岩場から眺めつつ暖かい紅茶。午後のカヌーでは、サップもできました。車での移動中も楽しかったです。

I was worried about whether I could go snorkeling because a typhoon was approaching, but I was able to snorkel at a calm spot! It was cloudy, but the water was incredibly clear, and I was able to see various fish. I even encountered two turtles and was very happy to swim close to them! The staff carefully explained how to use the equipment and gave tips before we started, so I felt safe while snorkeling. Thank you very much!

台風が接近していて潜れるか不安でしたが、穏やかなポイントでシュノーケリングを行うことができました！曇りでしたが海の中はすごく透明で、色々な魚を見ることができました。カメさんにも2匹会えて、近くで一緒に泳げてとても嬉しかったです！
道具の使い方やコツなど開始前に丁寧に教えて頂いたので、安心して潜れました。

It was tough because the rain was really heavy at times, but the moss changed from a deep green to a vibrant green, and it was very beautiful. I enjoyed hearing various stories.

途中から雨がすごかったりと大変でしたが、苔が深い緑から鮮やかな緑に変わりとても綺麗でした。

I experienced snorkeling!! The way they taught me how to put it on was very efficient and easy to understand, starting from the basics. This was the most enjoyable snorkeling experience I've had so far!!

Due to circumstances, I was unable to go to Taiko Rock, but thanks to the guide's accurate judgment and safety considerations, we were able to reach the mossy forest. I am truly grateful to the guide for continuously supporting my mother, who has weak stamina and leg strength.

Although it was my oversight and the tour company is not at fault at all, during the final confirmation registration, I received information about the accident insurance and registered for it, but I forgot that I had registered. As a result, I had to confirm it through the guide at the time of payment at the end of the tour. If possible, I would appreciate receiving a confirmation email regarding the registration (accident insurance enrollment) after the registration.

事情により太鼓岩まで行くことはできませんでしたが、ガイドさんの的確な判断且つ、安全配慮により、苔むす森まで行くことができました。また、ガイドさんには終始、体力・脚力が弱い母のサポートをしていただき、本当にありがとうございました。
私の忘れでツアー会社さんにまったく否はないのですが、最終確認の登録において、傷害保険の案内をいただき登録させていただきましたが、自身が登録したことを忘れてしまい、ツアー終了時の支払い時にガイドさん経由で確認させていただくことになってしまいました。できれば登録後の確認メール（傷害保険加入）をいただければと思います。

Due to the impact of the typhoon, we had to give up on entering the sea turtle spot. It's understandable because of the natural conditions, but it's a shame that we couldn't meet the sea turtles. Other than that, the staff was very attentive and taught our family, who are beginners at snorkeling, with great care, allowing us to enjoy the experience with a lot of peace of mind.

台風の影響で、ウミガメさんスポットへの入水は断念。
自然条件が原因だから仕方ないけど、結局、ウミガメさんに会えずそれだけが残念。
その他は、シュノーケリング初心者家族の私たちに、とにかく丁寧に教えて下さって、対応して下さり、とても安心して楽しむ事ができました。

I went on my first trip to Yakushima. The group members were around the same age, making it easy to talk even with people I had just met. The guide also taught us about pacing and tips for taking photos, which made for a friendly and enjoyable experience. It was a wonderful experience, and I want to go again.

初めて屋久島旅行へいきました。
グループメンバーも同年代くらいで振り分けられており、初対面の人同士でも話しやすく、またガイドさんもペース配分や写真撮影のコツ等も教えてくれ、和気あいあいと参加できました。素晴らしい経験ができました。また行きたいです。

The explanations were clear and easy to understand, even for beginners, so I felt comfortable taking on the challenge. I thought I would be able to relax while floating and slowly gazing at the underwater scenery, but I was surprised to encounter so many sea creatures! The weather was great too!!

The colorful fish, with their vivid yellows, oranges, and blues, were adorable. I was super lucky to see a pair of large amberjacks leisurely swimming around! I also got to meet a sea turtle (a rare one called a hawksbill turtle)♪ Watching it swim gracefully in the water was incredibly soothing.

I was enjoying my first snorkeling experience in the perfect conditions of the calm blue sea and sky when, just before getting back to shore, I encountered a baby green sea turtle in the shallow water. It elegantly passed right in front of me!! It added a wonderful memory to my day. Thank you very much!!!

初心者でもわかりやすい丁寧な説明だったので、安心してチャレンジすることができました。ぷかぷかと浮かんでゆっくりと海中を眺められたらリラックスできるな～と思っていましたが、たくさんの海のいきものたちに会えてびっくりしました！そして天気もよくて最高でした！！

鮮やかな黄色やオレンジやブルーが印象的だった色とりどり魚たちはかわいかったな～。大きなイトヒキアジのペアがのんびりと回遊していたを見られたのは超ラッキーでした！そしてウミガメ（貴重なタイマイっていう名前）にも会えたよ♪海の中を気持ちよさそうに泳いでいる姿にとても癒されましたｗ

穏やかな青い海と空で絶好のコンディションで初シュノーケリングを堪能できたな～とおもっていたら、さらに浜に上がる寸前の浅瀬でなんとアオウミガメの子供と遭遇。私の目の前を優雅に通り過ぎていきました！！最後に良き思い出が追加されました。ありがとうございました！！！

Due to concerns about my physical stamina, I participated in a private tour plan. The guide provided detailed support, sharing various stories about Yakushima's nature while walking and helping with photo opportunities at key points, allowing me to enjoy the long trek. They considered the walking speed and adjusted the break times accordingly, so I could participate without inconveniencing others. I'm really glad I chose the private plan. I had a truly wonderful day and was very satisfied. Thank you so much, guide Ando!

体力が不安なため、貸切プランで参加させていただきました。ガイドの方が歩きながら色々と屋久島の自然の話から、ポイントでの写真撮りなど、きめ細かいサポートがあり、長丁場のトレッキングも楽しむことができました。歩くスピードを考えて休憩時間の配分など考えてくださるので、他の方に迷惑かけずに行けて、やはり貸切プランにして、よかったなと思います。本当にステキな１日を味わう事ができて、大満足でした。ガイドの安藤さん、本当にありがとうございました！

During the trekking, I experienced all kinds of weather (including a thunderstorm!) and was able to meet Jomon Sugi safely. The size is overwhelming in a way that photos and videos can't convey! Although my body was exhausted, it was a day filled with an indescribable sense of fulfillment. I had a wonderful trekking experience, bonding with the guide and the other participants while supporting each other. The guide's explanations at key points added even more satisfaction to the trek. I was grateful for the shuttle service to the accommodation and the direct bus to the trailhead!

トレッキング中、すべての天気を体験しながら（雷のどしゃぶりまで！）無事に縄文杉に会うことが出来ました☆写真や映像では分からない体験的に感じる大きさ！に圧倒されながら、身体はしんどかったけれども何とも言えぬ充実感で一杯の一日でした。ガイドさんもご一緒したツアーの皆様とも仲良く労り合いながら素敵なトレッキングが出来ました。ガイドさんの要所要所の説明はトレッキングに更なる満足感を与えてくれます。宿までの送迎と登山口までそのままのバスで行けるのはありがたかったです！

I booked a snorkeling session because I struggle with equalizing my ears, but I quickly changed it to an introductory diving experience, assuring me that they would teach me properly. This was actually my fourth time diving, but for the first time, I was able to dive smoothly without any pain from not being able to equalize my ears! It's important to equalize before it starts to hurt! Thanks to following that advice and not rushing, I was lucky enough to encounter sea turtles twice! Thank you so much to the guide! ☆

耳抜きの下手さからシュノーケルを予約したのですが、きちんと教えますので大丈夫ですよと急遽体験ダイビング変更しました。実は体験ダイビング４回目でしたが、今回初めて一度も耳抜きが出来ずに痛い！ということなくスムーズにダイビングすることが出来ました。痛くなる前に前に耳抜きが大切です！の教えを守り焦らず行うことが出来たお陰もあり？！ウミガメに二回も遭遇することも出来てラッキーでした！ガイドさん、本当にありがとうございました☆

It was a bit tough, but it turned out to be a fun and good experience. The weather was nice, it didn't turn bad, and the moderate climate allowed me to keep my stamina until the end. I'm grateful for the guide's pacing.

To celebrate our 60th birthdays as a couple, we participated in a trekking tour to Jomon Sugi. We wanted to walk at our own pace, so we requested a private guide. Our guide, Iwakawa, was very knowledgeable and kept us entertained with his frequent dad jokes, making the 12-hour round trip (with breaks, of course) enjoyable. Thank you very much! Fortunately, the weather was clear the entire way, and both Jomon Sugi and the other Yakusugi trees we saw along the way were magnificent, making it a memorable experience.

夫婦同じ歳での還暦を記念して、縄文杉トレッキングに参加しました。
自分たちのペースで歩きたくて貸切のガイドさんを依頼。ガイドの岩川さんは知識が豊富で、頻繁に出るオヤジギャグに癒されながら、楽しく往復12時間（もちろん休憩しながらですが）を歩き切りました。ありがとうございました！
幸運にも道中ずっと快晴で、縄文杉も途中で見た屋久杉やその他の木々も素晴らしく、思い出に残る体験となりました。

We participated as a couple in our 50s. The tour had six people, and everyone was nice, so we never got bored along the way. By the end, our feet were sore, but we had a satisfying trekking experience. The guide was a woman with extensive knowledge, and we learned a lot. She also took many photos, which became precious memories for us.

ツアーは6人で、みなさんいい方達で道中飽きることなく、最後は足が痛かったですが、満足いくトレッキングできました。
ガイドさんは女性でしたが、知識が豊富で、色々と勉強になりました。写真もたくさん撮って頂き、大切な思い出になりました。

Thanks to the guide's pacing, we were able to reach Jomon Sugi without any difficulty. It was reassuring to have experienced guides with us. The guide had a playful spirit, and we were able to take some wonderful photos!

Thank you for allowing me to participate in the snorkeling activity. I wanted to enjoy the last day to the fullest, so I joined the snorkeling session at 8:30. From the phone call the day before, I felt very welcomed and was able to participate with peace of mind. When we met on the day, the guide was cheerful and friendly, which made it easy to enjoy the sea. I was able to encounter sea turtles and many fish, and thanks to that, I returned home very satisfied on my last day. I appreciate your thoughtfulness in checking the ferry schedule and the bus times. I would definitely like to request your services again when I visit Yakushima. 前日のお電話からとても感じがよく安心して参加することが出来ました。
当日お会いした際も明るくて気さくなガイドさんで、心地よく海を楽しむ事が出来、また海亀やたくさんの魚たちと出会えてお陰様で最終日も大満足して帰れました。

Trekking to Jomon Sugi! My father wanted to go while he was still alive, so I signed up with some trepidation, but thanks to our guide, we were able to return safely! The guide provided detailed explanations along the way, and we enjoyed ourselves without getting bored. They also pointed out great photo spots and took many pictures for us. As a pair of sisters in our 60s who don't usually exercise and were filled with anxiety, we decided to book a private tour because we wanted to take a lot of photos. In the end, it was the right choice. I wanted to check out the Bougyou-sugi (the giant cedar tree), and when I asked, the guide said, "If you have the energy on the way back, we can go," while assessing our condition. Thanks to the guide's witty talk and pacing, we were able to fully enjoy the mystical world of moss and ancient trees, the breathtaking views of Taiko-dani, the thrill of crossing streams, and the natural beauty of Yakushima. The return trip to Bougyou-sugi was tougher than I expected, but I was able to experience the atmosphere of the primeval forest even more, and I was very satisfied. I feel so grateful, thinking that I couldn't have experienced this emotion without the guide's thoughtful care. Thank you very much.

60代、普段運動しない全くの初心者姉妹で不安だらけだったのと、写真を沢山撮りたくて『貸切』で申し込みました。結果、大正解。奉行杉の方も回ってみたかったので確認したところ、「帰りに余力があれば行きましょう」とこちらの様子を見ながら案内して下さいました。ガイドさんの軽妙なトークとペース配分のおかげで、苔や古木の神秘な世界、太鼓谷の絶景、沢渡りのスリルと屋久島の自然を満喫できました。帰りの奉行杉は思った以上にきつかったのですが、より原生林の雰囲気を味わうことができ、大満足でした。この感動はガイドさんの細やかな気遣いなしには味わえなかったと思うと感謝の気持ちで一杯です。本当にありがとうございました。

The 75-year-old guide was very enjoyable and gave us a lot of energy, allowing us to walk for 11 hours. We encouraged each other with our companions, and the guides worked together, helping each other through several troubles. It was moving when we were able to descend together.

75歳のガイドさんがとても楽しく元気を与えてくださり11時間を歩ききる事が出来ました。
仲間とも励まし合い、ガイドさん同士も連携し、いくつかのトラブルも助け合いながら下山できた時は感動でした。

As the title suggests, I was able to encounter sea turtles. The snorkeling lasted about 50 minutes, which was enough time to enjoy the waters of Yakushima from the surface. First, there is a safety briefing to ensure proper snorkeling techniques. You can participate in just swim trunks, and they will lend you a wetsuit. If you borrow a wetsuit, it seems fine to declare your current weight plus 5 kg. They also take quite a few photos.

タイトル通り、ウミガメに出会うことができました。
シュノーケリングは50分ほどですが、屋久島の海を海面から堪能するには十分な時間でした。
最初に安全にシュノーケリングをするための動作確認などあります。
海パン１枚で参加してもウェットスーツを貸してもらえます。
ウェットスーツを借りる場合は現在の体重➕５kgで申告しても良さそう。
写真もかなり撮ってくれます。
