Due to concerns about my physical stamina, I participated in a private tour plan. The guide provided detailed support, sharing various stories about Yakushima's nature while walking and helping with photo opportunities at key points, allowing me to enjoy the long trek. They considered the walking speed and adjusted the break times accordingly, so I could participate without inconveniencing others. I'm really glad I chose the private plan. I had a truly wonderful day and was very satisfied. Thank you so much, guide Ando!

体力が不安なため、貸切プランで参加させていただきました。ガイドの方が歩きながら色々と屋久島の自然の話から、ポイントでの写真撮りなど、きめ細かいサポートがあり、長丁場のトレッキングも楽しむことができました。歩くスピードを考えて休憩時間の配分など考えてくださるので、他の方に迷惑かけずに行けて、やはり貸切プランにして、よかったなと思います。本当にステキな１日を味わう事ができて、大満足でした。ガイドの安藤さん、本当にありがとうございました！

During the trekking, I experienced all kinds of weather (including a thunderstorm!) and was able to meet Jomon Sugi safely. The size is overwhelming in a way that photos and videos can't convey! Although my body was exhausted, it was a day filled with an indescribable sense of fulfillment. I had a wonderful trekking experience, bonding with the guide and the other participants while supporting each other. The guide's explanations at key points added even more satisfaction to the trek. I was grateful for the shuttle service to the accommodation and the direct bus to the trailhead!

トレッキング中、すべての天気を体験しながら（雷のどしゃぶりまで！）無事に縄文杉に会うことが出来ました☆写真や映像では分からない体験的に感じる大きさ！に圧倒されながら、身体はしんどかったけれども何とも言えぬ充実感で一杯の一日でした。ガイドさんもご一緒したツアーの皆様とも仲良く労り合いながら素敵なトレッキングが出来ました。ガイドさんの要所要所の説明はトレッキングに更なる満足感を与えてくれます。宿までの送迎と登山口までそのままのバスで行けるのはありがたかったです！

I booked a snorkeling session because I struggle with equalizing my ears, but I quickly changed it to an introductory diving experience, assuring me that they would teach me properly. This was actually my fourth time diving, but for the first time, I was able to dive smoothly without any pain from not being able to equalize my ears! It's important to equalize before it starts to hurt! Thanks to following that advice and not rushing, I was lucky enough to encounter sea turtles twice! Thank you so much to the guide! ☆

耳抜きの下手さからシュノーケルを予約したのですが、きちんと教えますので大丈夫ですよと急遽体験ダイビング変更しました。実は体験ダイビング４回目でしたが、今回初めて一度も耳抜きが出来ずに痛い！ということなくスムーズにダイビングすることが出来ました。痛くなる前に前に耳抜きが大切です！の教えを守り焦らず行うことが出来たお陰もあり？！ウミガメに二回も遭遇することも出来てラッキーでした！ガイドさん、本当にありがとうございました☆

It was a bit tough, but it turned out to be a fun and good experience. The weather was nice, it didn't turn bad, and the moderate climate allowed me to keep my stamina until the end. I'm grateful for the guide's pacing.

To celebrate our 60th birthdays as a couple, we participated in a trekking tour to Jomon Sugi. We wanted to walk at our own pace, so we requested a private guide. Our guide, Iwakawa, was very knowledgeable and kept us entertained with his frequent dad jokes, making the 12-hour round trip (with breaks, of course) enjoyable. Thank you very much! Fortunately, the weather was clear the entire way, and both Jomon Sugi and the other Yakusugi trees we saw along the way were magnificent, making it a memorable experience.

夫婦同じ歳での還暦を記念して、縄文杉トレッキングに参加しました。
自分たちのペースで歩きたくて貸切のガイドさんを依頼。ガイドの岩川さんは知識が豊富で、頻繁に出るオヤジギャグに癒されながら、楽しく往復12時間（もちろん休憩しながらですが）を歩き切りました。ありがとうございました！
幸運にも道中ずっと快晴で、縄文杉も途中で見た屋久杉やその他の木々も素晴らしく、思い出に残る体験となりました。

We participated as a couple in our 50s. The tour had six people, and everyone was nice, so we never got bored along the way. By the end, our feet were sore, but we had a satisfying trekking experience. The guide was a woman with extensive knowledge, and we learned a lot. She also took many photos, which became precious memories for us.

ツアーは6人で、みなさんいい方達で道中飽きることなく、最後は足が痛かったですが、満足いくトレッキングできました。
ガイドさんは女性でしたが、知識が豊富で、色々と勉強になりました。写真もたくさん撮って頂き、大切な思い出になりました。

Thanks to the guide's pacing, we were able to reach Jomon Sugi without any difficulty. It was reassuring to have experienced guides with us. The guide had a playful spirit, and we were able to take some wonderful photos!

Thank you for allowing me to participate in the snorkeling activity. I wanted to enjoy the last day to the fullest, so I joined the snorkeling session at 8:30. From the phone call the day before, I felt very welcomed and was able to participate with peace of mind. When we met on the day, the guide was cheerful and friendly, which made it easy to enjoy the sea. I was able to encounter sea turtles and many fish, and thanks to that, I returned home very satisfied on my last day. I appreciate your thoughtfulness in checking the ferry schedule and the bus times. I would definitely like to request your services again when I visit Yakushima. 前日のお電話からとても感じがよく安心して参加することが出来ました。
当日お会いした際も明るくて気さくなガイドさんで、心地よく海を楽しむ事が出来、また海亀やたくさんの魚たちと出会えてお陰様で最終日も大満足して帰れました。

Trekking to Jomon Sugi! My father wanted to go while he was still alive, so I signed up with some trepidation, but thanks to our guide, we were able to return safely! The guide provided detailed explanations along the way, and we enjoyed ourselves without getting bored. They also pointed out great photo spots and took many pictures for us. We made the best memories! Thank you so much!!!

I was very nervous during my first snorkeling experience, but I was able to relax and enjoy it because the instructor taught me kindly and patiently.

As a pair of sisters in our 60s who don't usually exercise and were filled with anxiety, we decided to book a private tour because we wanted to take a lot of photos. In the end, it was the right choice. I wanted to check out the Bougyou-sugi (the giant cedar tree), and when I asked, the guide said, "If you have the energy on the way back, we can go," while assessing our condition. Thanks to the guide's witty talk and pacing, we were able to fully enjoy the mystical world of moss and ancient trees, the breathtaking views of Taiko-dani, the thrill of crossing streams, and the natural beauty of Yakushima. The return trip to Bougyou-sugi was tougher than I expected, but I was able to experience the atmosphere of the primeval forest even more, and I was very satisfied. I feel so grateful, thinking that I couldn't have experienced this emotion without the guide's thoughtful care. Thank you very much.

60代、普段運動しない全くの初心者姉妹で不安だらけだったのと、写真を沢山撮りたくて『貸切』で申し込みました。結果、大正解。奉行杉の方も回ってみたかったので確認したところ、「帰りに余力があれば行きましょう」とこちらの様子を見ながら案内して下さいました。ガイドさんの軽妙なトークとペース配分のおかげで、苔や古木の神秘な世界、太鼓谷の絶景、沢渡りのスリルと屋久島の自然を満喫できました。帰りの奉行杉は思った以上にきつかったのですが、より原生林の雰囲気を味わうことができ、大満足でした。この感動はガイドさんの細やかな気遣いなしには味わえなかったと思うと感謝の気持ちで一杯です。本当にありがとうございました。

The 75-year-old guide was very enjoyable and gave us a lot of energy, allowing us to walk for 11 hours. We encouraged each other with our companions, and the guides worked together, helping each other through several troubles. It was moving when we were able to descend together.

75歳のガイドさんがとても楽しく元気を与えてくださり11時間を歩ききる事が出来ました。
仲間とも励まし合い、ガイドさん同士も連携し、いくつかのトラブルも助け合いながら下山できた時は感動でした。

As the title suggests, I was able to encounter sea turtles. The snorkeling lasted about 50 minutes, which was enough time to enjoy the waters of Yakushima from the surface. First, there is a safety briefing to ensure proper snorkeling techniques. You can participate in just swim trunks, and they will lend you a wetsuit. If you borrow a wetsuit, it seems fine to declare your current weight plus 5 kg. They also take quite a few photos.

タイトル通り、ウミガメに出会うことができました。
シュノーケリングは50分ほどですが、屋久島の海を海面から堪能するには十分な時間でした。
最初に安全にシュノーケリングをするための動作確認などあります。
海パン１枚で参加してもウェットスーツを貸してもらえます。
ウェットスーツを借りる場合は現在の体重➕５kgで申告しても良さそう。
写真もかなり撮ってくれます。

I went snorkeling for the first time!

There was a lecture at the beginning where they explained the points, and I thought it would be easy, but once I got into the water, I felt a bit scared. Under the precise guidance of our instructor, Harazaki, I gradually got used to it, and in the end, I was even able to spot a turtle, which was really great. There were also beautiful fish swimming in the shallow waters, and it was a lot of fun! I encourage everyone to take a look under the sea. I want to participate again!

シュノーケリング初めてやりました！

最初にポイントを教えてくださるレクチャーがあり、簡単に出来そうた思いましたが、いざ海の中に入ると少し怖い感じがしました。

I’m really glad I went on the tour! During the tour, I learned about the unknown Yakusugi trees, various gourmet foods and sightseeing spots on Yakushima, and the mountains. It was fun to interact with the tour guide and the other participants! The nature was truly pleasant, and it was a happy time. The bento was delicious and satisfying!

I finally got to visit Yakushima and took on a 10-hour trekking challenge. I secretly brought my wife and kids along. I only slipped and fell once, but I had a great time. When I saw Jomon Sugi, I couldn't help but exclaim, "Wow!" ( ´艸｀)

来てみたかった屋久島、10時間のトレッキングに挑戦しました。妻子には内緒で同行させました。一度滑ってこけたくらいで、非常に楽しめました。縄文杉を見たときは「お～」と思わず言っていました。( ´艸｀)

Team leader Mitsuhashi Confidante has professional skills to lead the team, is aware of the timing during the hike, and ensures that breaks are taken properly. The introductions along the way are also courteous. I don't understand Japanese, but since there was a companion who explained in English, I was able to enjoy a safe hiking trip.

Originally, I was supposed to participate in the Jomon Sugi hike on May 7, but the weather was bad that day! I changed to participate in this trip on July 7, and I would like to thank your company for sending breakfast and a bento on that day! After all, I had already enjoyed the breakfast and bento from May 7.

チームリーダーの三橋コンフィダンテさんは、チームを率いるプロフェッショナルな能力を持っています、途中の時間も把握しており、休憩もしっかり取っています、途中の紹介も丁寧です、日本語は分かりませんが、同行者もいて英語で説明してくれるので、安全なハイキング旅行を楽しめました。
なお、本来は5/7の縄文杉ハイキングに参加していたのですが、その日は天気が悪かった！ 今回の旅行に参加するために7/7に変更したのですが、当日の朝食とお弁当を送ってくださった御社に感謝いたします！ だって、5/7のその日の朝食とお弁当をすでに堪能してきましたから。

At first, I was worried about whether I could do it well, but thanks to the careful instruction, I was able to get into the water right away. I didn't feel tired at all on the way to Jomon Sugi, but I was very tired on the way back. However, Mr. Ando kept the conversation going without interruption, which made it easier to walk. Additionally, it was great that he created different topics from different perspectives on the way there and back. Deciding when to depart was also challenging, so it was good that we delayed the departure time by 30 minutes. The panoramic photography technique was excellent as well.

Despite concerns about rain, we were lucky to have clear weather, which made for a great tour. I was worried about participating alone, but the guide and the other participants were all wonderful people, so I was able to enjoy the trekking experience.

The stories were interesting, and I was very happy to hear unique tales from Yakushima. They took a lot of photos during the hike, which made for great memories ( ˆОˆ )/. Even someone like me, who has no stamina at all, was able to climb! The Yakusugi trees were, of course, amazing, but the other natural features were also very beautiful and mystical! I highly recommend this tour to many people!

The weather forecast predicted rain. When I arrived at the trailhead, there was a rainbow! The sun also peeked through. It rained for about two hours on the way back. I was anxious about participating alone, but everyone in the same group was also participating solo, which made it fun. As we walked, we learned various things from the guide about Yakushima and the Yakusugi trees, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Along the way, there were multiple water points, and the taste of the water was amazing! I encountered deer and monkeys!! I fully enjoyed the great outdoors. I want to go again. The sense of accomplishment after walking for 10 hours was even more enjoyable with friends!

天気は雨予報。登山口に到着すると虹が！晴れ間も出て。かえり2時間ほどの雨でした。一人参加で不安でしたが、同じグループ皆さん一人参加で、楽しかったです。ガイドさんから屋久島のこと、屋久杉のことなど…色々聞きながら歩くとより楽しめました。途中、何度も水飲みポイントがあり、水の美味しさ!感激しました。鹿、猿とも遭遇！！大自然を満喫しました。また行きたい、と思います。　10時間歩いた達成感、仲間と一緒はより楽しいと思います!

何もトレーニングもせずに参加しましたが、ガイドの三橋さんの適切なペース配分、同じく参加した方々との楽しい会話のお蔭で無事に縄文杉を見ることができました。
とても充実した一日でした。

Waking up at 3 AM, the long trek on the cart path, the tough mountain climbing, and finally seeing the size of Jomon Sugi was truly moving. Even though it was beyond the fence, I was overwhelmed by its presence, having lived there since ancient times. All my fatigue disappeared, and I was just so glad to have come.

We were part of a group of about eight people, including a veteran guide full of love for Yakushima and a newcomer who had moved to Yakushima. At first, the walking pace felt a bit fast, but considering the long journey and the frequent breaks, the time management was excellent.

The guide's stories about Yakushima's nature and history were very interesting.

朝３時起き、長いトロッコ道、キツイ山登り、その先に会えた縄文杉の大きさに感動でした。柵の向こうだけど、太古の昔からそこに生き続けている存在感には圧倒されました。疲れも吹っ飛び、ただただ、来れて良かった。
屋久島愛に溢れたベテランガイドさんと屋久島に移住した新人ガイドさんと参加者の人達８人くらい？のグループでした。最初は歩くペースが早い気もしましたが道のり長いし、休憩もこまめに取るためで、時間配布としては申し分なかったです。
屋久島の自然や歴史等のガイドさんの話がとても面白かったです。

My first time in Yakushima.
One of my goals was to meet sea turtles!
It was my first experience with snorkeling, and it had been years since I had even entered the ocean, but I was taught carefully from the beginning, and I was able to enjoy the underwater world 100% (no, even more!).
I was lucky to have good weather during this rainy season and to meet the sea turtles, making it the best day ever.
I also took a lot of photos, creating wonderful memories.

シュノーケリングは初体験、海に入ることさえ何年ぶりかの私でしたが一から丁寧に教えていただき、海の世界を100%(いえ、それ以上!)楽しむことができました。
梅雨のこの時期にお天気にも恵まれ、ラッキーにもウミガメちゃん達にも逢うことができ、最幸の一日でした。
