Restrictions

  • This activity is wheelchair accessible. However, only the Eiffel Tower stop has wheelchair access and entry is via a ramp that is also used by vehicles.

Other requirements

  • The VELTRA voucher must be exchanged for a boat ticket in the activity provider's ticket office at any of the stops. If the selected ticket office is closed, please visit the one at the next station.

Required items to bring & attire

  • Printed VELTRA voucher
  • Large luggage of over 16 liters is not permitted within the establishments.

    Small backpacks, handbags, and laptop cases are still allowed.

Additional notes

  • The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
  • Systematic bag checks are mandatory in some of the sites. Passengers may be asked to open their coats and jackets upon entry.
  • Guests with strollers are recommended to fold them and ask the crew to place them at the front of the boat.
  • During winter, tickets may be claimed directly aboard the boat.
  • There is no ticketing desk at the station Invalides / Pont Alexandre III.
  • Bicycles are allowed onboard, depending on the remaining space.
  • The following animals are allowed on-board:
    - Guide dogs for the blind, with a harness
    - Dogs kept on a leash and wearing a muzzle
    - Small dogs kept in a bag

    However, the crew reserves the right to refuse access to animals that may disturb or be a danger for other passengers.
