- Any cancellations made between 23:59 local time, 40 business days to 23:59 local time, 30 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of EUR 15.00.
- Any cancellations made between 23:59 local time, 30 business days to 23:59 local time, 4 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 23:59 local time, 4 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Required items to bring & attire
- Please bring warm clothes to sleep in, a pillow and flashlight for your tent.
Additional notes
- Your ticket will give you free access to the beer halls, but free tables cannot be booked in advance.
- The campsite offers spacious bathrooms and hot showers for a token you can purchase at the reception for EUR 1.
- WiFi and charging stations are available in certain areas.
- Tents are designed for groups of two people.
For groups of 3, one person will be paired with another guest of the same gender.
Please let the staff know of your preferences on arrival and they will do their best to allocate you the tent you would like (subject to availability). - Unlimited beer and sangria is payable at the campsite (EUR 10 per person per day).
