On other buses or if the space is unavoidably occupied the carriage of unfolded wheelchairs is not permitted. Folded wheelchairs may be carried, where space permits, in appropriate stowage areas. Although it is not necessary, it is recommended that customers who require wheelchair access should go to either Victoria (Grosvenor Gardens) or Piccadilly Circus (Coventry Street) start points as a member of the on-street management team will be on hand to assist with information on the next available bus.
Q. Can you direct me to your bus stop from the major London airports ?
A. Yes. From Heathrow Airport you could get the Piccadilly Line on the underground to Piccadilly Circus (Main Departure Point) or get the Heathrow Express into Paddington Station, from which you would need to take the Bakerloo Line to Baker Street where we have a stop.

From Gatwick Airport, you may catch the Gatwick Express into Victoria train station which is near our Victoria (Grosvenor Gardens) main departure point.

From Stansted Airport, you can get the Stansted Express to Liverpool Street Station where the nearest departure point would be a 15 minute walk to our Tower Hill stop.
