I was delayed for an hour after landing due to issues at the parking area of Cancun Airport, coming from Mexico City. I was supposed to arrive at Terminal 2, but suddenly it changed to a different terminal. I didn't even know where I was, so I called the office, and they instructed me to "proceed to the parking lot." After asking a nearby airport staff for the location of the parking lot, I found a sign with my name waiting at the entrance. They handled the delay well, but it would have been more reassuring if I had been informed in advance about the meeting point when the terminal changed. I almost ended up taking the shuttle to Terminal 2.

When I used this service to transfer from the airport to the hotel, it was so good that I requested them again for my return trip.

Although it was a domestic flight, they came to pick me up at the hotel three hours in advance. I thought, "Isn't that too early to go to the airport...?" but in the end, it was great because I could move with peace of mind. (I was told that the road in front of the hotel zone can get congested, so it's better to allow some extra time for travel.)

I arrived via a small plane from Guatemala to Belize, landing in what seemed like a remote part of the terminal. I entered through what appeared to be a back entrance and got my stamp from an officer who was waiting there. I wasn't sure which terminal it was, but soon after, my pick-up person came in and took me away. I was impressed that they could come to pick me up so quickly in such a situation.

The taxi situation in Cancun seemed quite challenging, so I decided to use this service. When I exited the airport, I was overwhelmed by the number of people waiting, but I spotted a man holding a board with my name on it. He seemed to be a liaison and told me, "Go to the B staff at bus stop number XX ahead! He’s wearing the same uniform as me!" As I walked away from the airport, I quickly found B at bus stop number XX. B appeared to be in charge of dispatch and instructed me to wait there for a bit. While waiting and applying sunscreen, our driver arrived and loaded our suitcases. The drive to the hotel was a bit congested, but I spent the time asking about recommended restaurants in broken English. I was really glad we arrived at the hotel smoothly. After a long journey, I felt tired, so I was thankful I had arranged this service.

I used the shuttle service from the Hotel Zone to Cancun Airport. My flight was at 7:00, so I was scheduled to be picked up at 4:00. They arrived about 10 minutes late, without any apology, and without confirming my name; I was just told to get in the car. I had booked a driver who could speak English, but he only spoke Spanish, which was different from what I had reserved. Even after getting in the car, we didn't leave for a while, as he was chatting in Spanish about something. In the end, we departed the hotel around 4:20.
