I used this service for my trip to Mexico during Golden Week. We utilized it for both our arrival and departure. On the way to the hotel, there were two other groups with us, but the return trip was a private ride, and it took about 30 minutes from the hotel to the airport, which was very smooth. Since the payment was already settled, it was convenient. Cancun airport has four terminals, so confirming the flight before boarding is helpful, and as long as you can speak a little English, there shouldn't be any issues. (Even if you can't speak the language, I think showing a paper with your flight information would suffice.) They were also very accommodating with our two large suitcases and a carry-on. During the ride, the speed was quite fast, and other cars on the road drove aggressively, so I recommend wearing a seatbelt.

I used the transfer from the resort in Playa del Carmen to the airport.

As with the outbound trip, the service itself was neither particularly good nor bad, but if I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the coordination between Veltra and the local shuttle company.

Since I was traveling with a 5-month-old infant, I requested a car seat, but it took two weeks to confirm. After spending time contacting them several times, when I arrived on the day, the car seat was, as expected, not arranged. It was too late to say anything, but that back-and-forth communication was just a waste of time.

By the way, I gave a few dollars in tips for both the outbound and return trips. Just for your reference.

I was worried about whether the pickup would go smoothly since it took two and a half hours at immigration, but a woman holding a sign with my name was waiting for me, which was a relief. The guidance to the car and boarding went smoothly, and up to that point, I was very satisfied. However, I was dropped off at the wrong hotel! Since it was a private transfer just for us and I had entered the official hotel name and address during registration, there was no room for doubt. As soon as we arrived, I was at a loss. It took several attempts to get through to the contact number, and when I finally did, I had to explain the situation to the front desk staff at the wrong hotel. They called the car back to take us to the correct hotel, but perhaps due to cultural differences, there was no apology at all. I ended up spending over 1,000 yen on tips for the unrelated hotel staff and phone charges.
