I used this service to catch an early morning flight while staying at a certain Japanese guesthouse in the downtown area of Cancun. After arriving at the airport, I went to the designated area and told the taxi company staff my name. The staff member said, "The driver will arrive in 15 minutes, so please wait," but there was no sign of the driver at all. When I asked the staff, "What time will we leave?" I was told, "We can't get in touch with the driver." In the end, I was left waiting for an hour without any response, right in front of the staff, so I said, "I'm canceling the reservation and taking another taxi!!" After that, I was put into a taxi from a different company 10 minutes later and headed to the hotel. Why couldn't they have handled this sooner?

On that day, I had a sunset dinner reservation at a seaside restaurant, but by the time we arrived at the restaurant, it was already dark, and the sea was pitch black, so we missed the sunset. It was the worst memory of Mexico City. The price wasn't particularly cheap either, and I would advise against using this service. I made the reservation because I wanted to use my limited two-night stay in Cancun efficiently, but it ended up being a loss instead. There was no apology from anyone. This service should not be used.

I used this service for a round trip between the hotel and the airport. I made the reservation in advance from Japan.

Our flight to Cancun was delayed, but when we exited the airport, a staff member was waiting for us with a sign that had our names on it. They guided us to the car, and after waiting in the air-conditioned vehicle for about 10 minutes, we departed once everyone had arrived. It took about 20 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel.

On the return trip, there was a delay of about 10 minutes, but they came to pick us up at the hotel as scheduled. There was a note saying to contact them if they didn't arrive within 5 minutes, but considering the possibility of traffic issues, the delay was within an acceptable range and I wasn't too concerned. Moreover, we had a private ride to the airport.

Cancun's airport has a lot of taxi solicitors, but it's reassuring to have a shuttle booked in advance. I would like to use this service again when I go to Cancun. I highly recommend it.

I had the impression that things might be lax with timing in Mexico, but we arrived before the meeting time and were able to board without any issues. Since it was a shared transfer, there was a waiting time until the vehicle departed. I got the impression that it doesn't leave until a certain number of people gather. I recommend it for those who have some time to spare.

We don't speak English, but we had no problem being taken to the hotel by an English-speaking driver.

The price was low, and I felt safe riding, so I am very satisfied!

We had to wait for all the passengers to arrive, but the wait time wasn't too long. The "Hotel Zone," where the hotels are concentrated, is on a single road, so even if we stopped at other hotels, it didn't take much time.
