When I asked someone from another company, they pointed me in a direction, and I found a small desk where a staff member was standing. However, the sign with my name was leaning against a pillar, and the jacket the staff member was wearing was different from what I was told, making it hard to identify them.

Additionally, when I arrived, the shuttle had not yet arrived, and I had to wait for about 30 minutes. It took longer than expected to get to the hotel since we also went through a different terminal.

The shuttle from the hotel to the airport was on time and very comfortable! ^ ^

I had no familiarity with the area at all, so I used their transportation service. The driver and the staff were kind and quickly took me to the hotel. I also made a reservation for the return transfer during my stay. I highly recommend this for first-time visitors to Cancun.

I used the service from Playa del Carmen to the airport. My flight was at 5:55 AM, so the pickup was at 2:15 AM. I was a bit anxious about whether they would come to the hotel on time, but they arrived right at 2:17 AM. I wondered if they would stop somewhere else, but it was a direct trip. We arrived at the airport in about 45 minutes! They were on time and drove safely.

The taxi for airport transfer from the hotel did not arrive even after waiting for 10 minutes, and I couldn't get through to the local contact despite calling multiple times. When I called the emergency contact, they replied that they would pick me up in 15 minutes, and the taxi finally arrived at the hotel.

I showed the driver the online ticket that said "Airport 2." However, the driver checked the airline and insisted that it was definitely "Airport 4." He also made a call to confirm the airport location, which made me think that the airport might have changed unexpectedly. Without WiFi, I had no way to verify, so I went to Airport 4, but it turned out to be a mistake. In the end, I had to take the shuttle bus within the airport to get to Airport 2, resulting in about an hour of lost time, including the wait for the bus. I barely made it to my boarding time by running.

They did provide assistance, and I was able to make my flight, which was good, but I think I need to confirm things more thoroughly next time.

対応はしてくれたし、搭乗時間に間に合ったから良かったですが、次回からはもう少ししっかりと確認が必要かと思います。

I used this service to return home on a flight at 6 AM. I had arranged to meet in the hotel lobby at 2:45 AM, but since it was early morning, I thought it would be wise to act early in case the checkout process took time, so I ended up waiting in the lobby by 2:25 AM. Given that it was Mexico and early in the morning, I expected my companion to arrive just in time, but they showed up more than 30 minutes early, allowing us to head to the airport ahead of schedule. I lost the entry card that was given to me upon arrival, and after checking in with the airline, I had to go back and forth in the airport for reissuance procedures, so I was grateful for the early pickup.

I thought it would be crowded due to the mixed usage during the Obon period, but it was a private transfer (^^).

They waited for me right outside the airport and guided me to the car. Both the guide and the driver were very pleasant, and I felt safe being taken to the hotel!

I was a bit anxious about using the service right after arriving, but it turned out to be no problem at all with an English-speaking driver! I highly recommend using this service because it's very affordable (^^)!

By the way, for my return, I tried a different tour company's transfer with a Japanese-speaking guide, but no Japanese person came, and I was just handed the phone by the English driver to talk to someone briefly in Japanese. Honestly, I don't think a Japanese guide is necessary! (laughs)

As long as you communicate the hotel name and the airport terminal where you want to be dropped off to the driver, it's not difficult at all, so let's save money with an English-speaking driver transfer (^^)!

ちなみに帰りは違うツアー会社さんの日本語ガイド付送迎を利用してみましたが、日本人は来ないで英語ドライバーから電話を渡されて少し日本人と話すだけ。といった感じでしたので、正直、日本語ガイドさんは必要ないと思います！笑

ドライバーさんに、ホテルの名前や下ろしてもらいたい空港ターミナルの場所さえ伝えれば、難しいことはありませんので、英語ドライバー送迎で節約しましょう(^^)
