I booked a round trip from the Cancun Hotel Zone to the airport with Veltra. On the return trip, the shuttle didn't arrive even at the meeting time! It arrived about 30 minutes late. ・深夜のロビー、人もいなく見渡せばすぐにわかる様な狭いロビーに、私たち夫婦と、もう一組。

・チェックアウトの為、集合時間の15分前にはロビーにいました。その際、外にいたホテルマンにも送迎が来る事を伝えていた。

・もう一組のご夫婦と、私たちの出発時間は同じでしたが、30分遅れていた。

もう少しマシな嘘がつけないのかと、腹立たしかったです。
一方的に現地報告をして、一方的に返金しましたと、終わりにするやり方。

お金を返せばいいでしょ？的なベルトラの対応にも驚きました。

口コミが良かったので申し込みましたが、これでは良い口コミだけ残す。との噂は本当なのかと思ってしまいますね。

送迎が来ないお陰で、タクシー代やホテルマンへのチップなど余計な出費をしましたが、一切の保証はありません。
ただハラハラさせられただけで、これなら、はじめからタクシーで行けば良かったと思います。

Since my return flight was early in the morning, I requested a shuttle to the airport. It was much cheaper than other shuttle services, which was a great help.

The pickup was in the hotel lobby, so I felt safe waiting even at 3 AM. However, I did get a bit worried when the shuttle was about 20 minutes late. I understand that it was picking up multiple passengers and I was one of the last, so delays can happen. Still, I think it would be nice if they could contact the hotel or provide some kind of update when there are significant delays.

Gray Line is not the organizer of this tour; many people from other travel companies also join the Albatros yacht to go to Isla Mujeres.

Basically, you sit on the deck of the yacht, so hats and sun-protective clothing are essential. For those who want to snorkel, oil-free sunscreen is a must, as regular sunscreen can harm the fish.

While listening to Latin music and sipping champagne, you will feel the Caribbean sea breeze as you arrive at Isla Mujeres in about an hour and a half. After that, there is about an hour and a half of free time to explore. Those with an international driver's license can rent a golf cart for 250 pesos for an hour to circle Isla Mujeres. Since I didn't have a driver's license, the yacht guide suggested sharing with a Mexican woman who had a child. In the end, she provided her driver's license, and I paid 250 pesos while the yacht guide drove us.

After exploring, we boarded the yacht again and moved to a nearby beach for a lunch buffet. The buffet was incredibly delicious, the best I've had among the tours I've participated in Cancun.

After lunch, you can relax by the beach or play in the water until departure time. Finally, we went close to the coast near Cancun for snorkeling in groups. We also moved to another spot for those interested in activities like parasailing without life jackets and jumping into the sea to swim.

While I thought it was very good overall, the biggest issue was the transportation provided by Gray Line. When we returned, the person who picked us up in the morning was nowhere to be found, and upon inquiry, I learned that the transportation was one-way. In the end, I had to catch a taxi back to the hotel myself. This should have been mentioned in the notes, right?!

その後約1時間半の散策時間がある。国際運転免許証のある人はゴルフカートを1時間250ペソで借りてイスラムヘレスを一周できる。私は運転免許証が持っていないため、ヨットのガイドさんが一人子供連れのメキシコ人女性とシェアするように案を持ち掛けてきた。結局彼女は運転免許証を出し、私は250ペソを出し、運転はヨットのガイドがやってくれた。
散策後またヨットに乗って昼ビュッフェのある海岸近くに移動。ビュッフェはめっちゃ美味しかった。カンクンで参加したツアーの中で一番美味しい。
昼の後は出発時間までに海辺で休憩したり水遊んだりすることができる。
最後にカンクンに近い海岸の近くまで行って何個かグループ分けてシュノーケリング。更に少し場所を移動して、ライフジャケット着用せずにパラセーリングして海にジャンプしてスイミングするようなアクティビティも希望者に対して実施した。
非常に良かったと思いきや、一番の問題はグレイライン社の送迎。帰りに朝迎えてもらった人が見当たらなく、問い合わせて見たら送迎がonewayとのこと。結局自分でタクシー捕まえてホテルに帰った。そもそもこれ注意項目にも書いてないでしょう？！

I waited in the lobby at the designated time, but after 10 minutes with no sign of the driver, I called the contact number. They connected me directly to the driver, who said he would arrive in about 3 minutes.

As soon as we exited the airport entrance, there was a staff member holding a nameplate. We waited for about 10 minutes for the shared ride, and then we departed with a total of two groups: my husband and I, and a foreign couple.

Traveling from Cancun via the United States will require an early morning departure. I'm glad I made a reservation in advance. I was able to return home with peace of mind. On the return date, I had used up all my local Mexican pesos and US dollars, so paying by card in advance was very helpful. ^_^

I requested a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. They came to pick me up at the hotel lobby even earlier than the scheduled time, and they handled my luggage with great care. Since it was a long journey, I had a lot of luggage, but the trunk was large enough to accommodate everything, which I really appreciated. The shuttle was clean, spacious, and perfect. I was a bit anxious about having an English-speaking driver for the shared transfer. However, after arriving at the airport and spending about an hour and a half at immigration, I felt relieved to see the staff holding a welcome sign right in front of me. After my experiences in other countries where I had to wait over 30 minutes for hotel transfers twice, I was very grateful for this. They took me directly to the bus terminal. Although I waited about 10 minutes for the bus, it wasn't too hot, so it wasn't much of a hassle. The young women traveling with me quickly asked for the Wi-Fi password, and the staff responded immediately.
