Request for transportation from Terminal 4 to the hotel. Since I couldn't use Uber and the hotel pickup was expensive, I opted for this service instead.
I was instructed to go to the shuttle bus area, not the family and friends area, so I followed the signs for the shuttle bus but ended up at the wrong place. The correct spot was actually a left turn for taxis a little before where I went.
We found ourselves at the wrong exit and were approached by someone claiming to be an airport advisor, asking what happened. Initially, they seemed kind, suggesting that the bus we probably booked had already left and asking if we wanted to call. I foolishly showed them my voucher.
For about an hour, they persistently questioned me. I then found the emergency contact for Veltra and reached out, sending a photo of my location and explaining the situation. They came to pick me up, and I was relieved.
Once I met up with the reservation team, the aggressive taxi solicitors disappeared. Just moments before, they had been quoting ten times the price for a taxi, insisting I insert my credit card and threatening to call the police if I didn't take the taxi I had already booked. All of that intimidation vanished.
I felt embarrassed realizing I had been completely deceived by someone I initially thought was nice. The Veltra staff will definitely help you until you can meet up with your reservation. Thank you so much for your assistance.

注意書きまで書いていただいてて、ファミリー友達エリアでなくシャトルバスエリアに来るよう言われたのでシャトルバスの文字に沿って行ったが最後。。
間違えたみたいで正解は少し前の左側に曲がるタクシーの方。
間違えた方に出た私たちはひたすら空港アドバイザー名乗るものにどうしたの?もうたぶん予約したバスいっちゃったよ、電話してみるかなどはじめは親切にしてくださってると思いバウチャーを見せたのがバカだった。
しつこく1時間くらい半信半疑。
ベルトラのラインの緊急連絡先を見つけ、連絡。写メ付きで現在地と困っていることを伝えて、、したら迎えにきてくれて救われました。
予約先と合流したらスーッと客引きは引きました。さっきまで10倍の価格でタクシーを提示、クレジット挿せ、もうタクシー頼んだのに乗らないのは違法で警察呼ぶぞなど脅されてたのはいっきになくなりました。
はじめはいい人だと信じきっていた自分がすっかり騙されたことに気づいて恥ずかしくなりました。
ベルトラの人は必ず合流できるまでどうにかしてくれます。本当に助けていただきありがとうございました。

We used the service for both our arrival and departure. Since we were on the Hilton all-inclusive package, it took less than 20 minutes from the hotel to the airport. The pickup at the airport was easy to understand, and there was no waiting time. For our return, they arrived much earlier than scheduled, and I felt sorry that my husband took a bit longer because he went to the restroom. Cancun's airport doesn't have many lounges, so the waiting time was long; I think it would have been fine if they had come to pick us up about 30 minutes later. We also gave a $2 tip for the return trip.

LINEで問い合わせ可能と書いてありますが、メッセージを送っても何ら反応はありませんし、英語対応と書いてある電話の問い合わせ先にかけても、スペイン語の自動音声が流れるだけで通じません。
空港からホテルでも利用しましたが、乗合でなくプライベートで申し込んだにもかかわらず、10分くらい外で待たされました。
他の会社を選んだ方が良いと思います。

During my first visit to Cancun, I flew with All Nippon Airways to Mexico City and then transferred to Aeromexico for the domestic flight to Cancun. Upon arriving in Cancun, I landed at Terminal 4. It seemed that the airport was undergoing renovations, as the instructions and messages sent by Veltora were not available inside the airport. Although I followed the flow and exited the terminal, there was no one from the transportation company dressed as described in Veltora's message. I had no choice but to call the contact number, which later turned out to be a call to the United States, resulting in a phone bill of 3,000 yen while I was communicating with them.
It was later revealed that the transportation company had indeed come to the airport as scheduled. In the end, I incurred a total cost of 10,000 yen for the tour fee and the phone call. In my opinion, this incident could have been avoided if Veltora's information had been properly updated.

I used this service to travel from the airport to the hotel. When I headed to the designated pickup area as instructed by the receptionist, I was told to line up with the other people waiting. Since it was peak season, there were many people in line, and I assumed that both charter and shared buses would line up the same way, so I waited. I think I waited for about 20 minutes, but then my name (or reservation number) was called, and I thought a charter bus had arrived, only to be taken to the shared bus instead. I showed my coupon and informed them that I had a charter, but the staff at the pickup area didn’t seem to make any changes, and the bus attendant started loading our luggage onto the shared bus. The bus seemed ready to depart, so I gave up and boarded the shared bus as it was. It did take us to the intended hotel, though.
I was disappointed because I had hoped for the benefits of a charter service. I saw other reviews mentioning that they ended up on a shared bus as well, and I experienced the same issue. Ultimately, it was very frustrating to feel like I had to just accept it, and it put a damper on my mood right at the start of my trip.
The good thing was that since I had made a reservation in advance, I could go straight to the pickup location without worrying about the many people arriving at the airport. If I hadn’t made a reservation and had tried to choose a means of transportation on-site, I think it would have been very difficult to decide whom to trust.
If I had booked as a shared bus, I think the service would have been rated 100 out of 100.

貸切のメリットを期待して申し込んだのに、ガッカリでした。他の方の口コミでも混載になったこと書かれていましたが、同じ目にあいました。
結局泣き寝入りになってしまうのが、とても悔しく、旅の初っ端から、気持ちがブルーになりました。
良かったことは、事前に予約してることで、空港で寄ってくるたくさんの人達を気にせず、受付場所まで直行できることです。もし予約しておらず、現地で移動手段を選択しようとしていたら、どの人に信頼して任せたら良いか判断できず、とても大変だったと思います。
混載バスとして申し込んでいたなら、100点の対応だったと思います。

It was a transfer from Cancun International Airport to the hotel, and they called my name at the exit according to my flight schedule, so I recognized them right away. There was a little wait for others, but I was able to ride to the hotel with peace of mind. I requested a taxi from the hotel to the airport. It arrived on time, but since it was an early departure from the hotel, I ended up waiting for almost three hours at the airport. I flew on a Delta Airlines flight operated by Aeroméxico. Aeroméxico primarily uses Terminal 4, but for the international flight I purchased through Aeroméxico, I had to move to Delta Airlines' Terminal 2. The e-ticket did not specify the terminal, and when I informed the driver that I was using Aeroméxico, I was dropped off at Terminal 4. To move between terminals, I took the bus marked as the official airport bus, which cost $30. While it’s not entirely MTS's fault, it seemed that the flight details I provided during the booking were not communicated to the driver.
