When I exited, there was a large nameplate waiting, which made it easy to find. I wasn't kept waiting at all. However, there were three other groups, so the seat next to the driver was cramped. Other than that, there were no issues at all.

I made a reservation for a round trip from the airport to the hotel in advance.

First, regarding the outbound trip, as others have mentioned, there was no sign being held, and I had to wait at a booth-like area after exiting the airport. I got quite lost and had to ask other shuttle service providers for directions.

The return trip was terrible. I was supposed to meet in the hotel lobby at 5:20 PM, but after 15 minutes, they still hadn't arrived. When I called, they answered in Spanish and either hung up or left me on hold.

When I had the hotel staff contact them, they initially said there was no reservation. After I showed them the voucher, they misunderstood and thought that 5:20 PM was the flight time, claiming they had come around 2 PM. But it seems like the time was set based on the flight schedule when I made the reservation... Eventually, they arrived around 6 PM, and I was able to catch my flight.

I was quite anxious, but I was helped by the hospitable response from the hotel staff.
