When I exited the airport gate, there were many men holding placards, but no matter where I looked, I couldn't find anyone with the company name or my name. I gave up and contacted the operating company. As a result, I found out that the placard with my name was still in a box (the sign mainly had "Expedia" written on it, which made it hard to identify). Just when I thought I could finally get in the car and start, the driver didn't show up, so I had to wait in the parking space for a while. It was frustrating... but once we started driving, the driver sped up, which was a bit refreshing.

空港ゲートを出るとプラカードを持ったおじさんが沢山居るのに何処を探しても、連絡頂いた会社名や私の名前を持ったおじさん見つからず。
諦めて運用会社へ連絡。結果 看板に私の名前が書かれたプラカードが箱の中に未だ入ってました。(Expediaがメインに書かれた看板で 判りずらい)
ようやく車に乗り込みスタートかと思いきや ドライバーが来ずしばらく駐車スペースで待機。イライラ。。。でも走り出したらバンバンに飛ばしてくれて少しスッキリ。

There was no one to greet us in the arrival lobby. Please go outside the airport and look for the tour company. No matter which shuttle service you ask, they will kindly assist you, so there was no confusion! The staff member properly confirmed our names and hotel, and helped with our luggage, providing attentive service. If you're traveling abroad with large bags, have concerns about the language, or worry about taxis, I recommend this plan! They also took care of our return transfer worries, which saved us the hassle of making a reservation. I would like to use this service again.

The flight was at 6:00, but the pickup was at 2:35. Most of the other pickups during my stay were on time, but this one was nearly 15 minutes late. In the end, I had to wait quite a bit at the airport, and since it was cold inside the airport, I thought it might have been better if they had come a little later.

This trip was a meet-up with my daughter, where I arrived at Terminal 3 from Houston to Cancun, and my daughter arrived at Terminal 4 from Mexico City, both scheduled to arrive around the same time, but we had made separate transportation reservations.

However, the local staff member at Terminal 4 (a Mexican) found my name on the list and kindly informed my daughter in English that if this person is family, she should wait for the next shuttle, and we could be together at Terminal 3. In the end, we were able to take the same shuttle to the hotel.

Regarding the meeting point, there was a board with my name waiting right outside the terminal, so I was able to board without any issues.

I used the transportation service both ways, and since it was a shared shuttle, the return pick-up was earlier than expected, but I was definitely dropped off at the correct terminal, so I think it's a reliable service.

今回の旅は娘と現地集合旅で、私がヒューストン～カンクン、ターミナル３着で、娘はメキシコシティ～カンクン、ターミナル４着で、ほぼ同時刻に到着予定でしたが、別々に送迎の予約をしておりました。
ですがターミナル４の現地の担当の方（メキシコの方）が名簿に私の名前を見つけ娘にこの人が家族なら次の便を待てばターミナル３で一緒になるよと英語で声をかけて下さって、結局同じシャトルでホテルに向かう事が出来ました。

待ち合わせに付きましても、ターミナルを出た所に私の名前を書いたボードを持って待っていて下さっていたので、間違いなく乗る事が出来ました

今回送迎ともに利用しましたが、混載車なので帰りは思ったより早めの時間にお迎えになりましたが、間違いなく該当のターミナルに降ろして頂けたので、安心して利用出来ると思います

The voucher stated that the meeting place was the hotel lobby, but since we weren't in the lobby, we went outside and found the driver waiting there. Even after going outside with our luggage, the driver did not confirm our names or anything, so we couldn't tell if that person was our designated driver. Since we were the only Japanese people there, I wish they had been more proactive in approaching us to indicate that they were our driver.

At the exit after customs from the airport, there was a guide (who spoke English) waiting for me, so I recognized them right away. The driver himself couldn't speak English, but he apologized sincerely. Still, he drove slowly past nice views and tourist spots, allowing me to take photos. You can take the ADO bus from the airport to Centro, and there is a circular bus from Centro to the hotel, so you can get there that way. However, it costs about the same, and you have to carry your heavy suitcase to your seat on the circular bus (the driving is also quite rough!). I think it's better to use this option at first until you get used to the area.

空港から税関を出た出口で案内役（英語）の人が待っていてくれてすぐに分かりました。ドライバーさん自体は英語を話せませんでしたが、すまなそうに謝ってくれて、それでもホテルまでの道で眺めのいいところや観光スポットではゆっくり走ってくれて写真をとることができました。空港からADOバスでセントロまででて、セントロからホテルまで循環バスがあるのでたどり着くことはできますが、同程度ぐらいのコストがかかるのと、循環バスは重たいスーツケースを自分で座席まで持ってあがらないといけないので（運転もすごく荒い！）、現地に慣れるまでは最初はこちらを利用したほうがいいと思います。

I was picked up at the hotel lobby at 18:00, 10 minutes before the scheduled time. The van to the airport was white, but the return van was yellow. They confirmed my name with the voucher before I got in, and I arrived at the airport safely. The assistance during boarding and alighting, the driving, and the handling of luggage (they carried my wife's luggage to a place without steps) were all done with care, just like on the way there. I used this transfer service for both trips, and I think the service was excellent, allowing me to start and end my trip pleasantly.

I arrived in Cancun via a domestic flight through Mexico City. I arrived at Terminal 2 at the scheduled time. The meeting place indicated in the voucher link was imagined to be where a staff member would be waiting just outside the airport exit, but in reality, after walking about 100 meters out of the exit, there were many staff members from various companies waiting. They were dressed according to the voucher and holding up names, so I was able to find them right away.

First, they reconfirmed the name of the hotel I was heading to, and since I had also made a return reservation, they reconfirmed the return voucher and hotel name (to check for any changes) as well as the pickup time on the spot, which gave me a great sense of reassurance. The vehicle was a large van type, very spacious and comfortable. The driver's driving, assistance during boarding and alighting, and handling of luggage were all done with care. On the way to the hotel, they kindly pointed out famous places on both sides of the road, sometimes slowing down the car for easy viewing. I’m really glad I made this reservation.

As mentioned in other reviews, after exiting the airport, I found myself in a place with many shuttle service representatives. I asked someone from another company and finally managed to locate mine. I booked through Viator, but the staff was wearing yellow uniforms from Expedia, which was different from what was stated on the voucher.

I felt a bit anxious, but they transported me to the hotel without any issues. I had also booked a return transfer from the hotel to the airport, but it never arrived. I asked the hotel staff to call the emergency contact number, but no one answered. In the end, I had to call a taxi to get to the airport (costing $30).

Afterward, I contacted Viator for a refund. The response from the Viator staff was smooth and impressive, but I was disappointed with the local service provider. Next time, I think I will either choose another service or just take a taxi.

Additionally, as I had been informed, a staff member in uniform was waiting for me right outside the airport, so I was able to get into the shuttle without any confusion.
