I had made a reservation in advance to head to the hotel zone on a flight that arrived at 22:30. I quickly found the staff at the airport exit, but I had to wait 30 minutes for the car to arrive. There were two other groups besides myself, but the driver kept making mistakes with the hotels (I also ended up going to the wrong hotel), so instead of arriving in about 30 minutes, it ended up being 24:30. Since my return pickup is at 2:45 AM, I started to worry whether they would come without making mistakes.

When I exited the airport, someone was waiting with a sign with my name, so I was able to meet up right away. Although they weren't wearing the "white and light green T-shirt with black pants" as mentioned in the prior instructions, it wasn't a problem at all. We had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes for the car to arrive, but they informed us to wait a little, and they also confirmed our return reservation, which made me feel reassured. The waiting time wasn't too long, and given the price, I was very satisfied. Both the airport staff and the driver were very kind.

I was relieved to see someone waiting with a sign as soon as I exited the airport! The driver was friendly, and although the travel time was short, it turned into a fun and安心したドライブ.

However, the wait from when we met at the airport until departure was a bit long; it would have been even better if it had been a little quicker!

This is an account of my experience while heading to Cancun via Dallas from Narita on February 10, 2018. The plan was to board a flight from Dallas to Cancun at 11:50, with an expected arrival time of 15:25. However, I ended up on a flight two departures later, arriving in Cancun around 21:20. I did send a message around 14:30 from Dallas through the "Help/Inquiry" tag, but it was around 5:30 AM Japan time...

When I arrived in Cancun and spotted the Mexican representative holding a placard with my name, the overwhelming emotion and subsequent sense of relief I felt is indescribable. Even though they responded promptly from 9 AM Japan time, it was around 7 PM in Cancun, so if the rebooking operation hadn't been exceptionally smooth, there could have been a mix-up. I am truly grateful for their quick response and communication skills on-site.

2018.02.10成田からダラス経由でカンクンに向かい、カンクンからホテル迄の送迎をベルトラさんにお願いしている中での体験談です。予定では、ダラスからカンクンへは11：50フライトの飛行機に搭乗しカンクン到着予定時刻は15：25のハズでしたが、結果的に2便後のフライトとなりカンクン到着は21：20頃になってしまいました。14時半頃にダラスにて ”ヘルプ・お問合せ”のタグから一報は入れたものの、日本時間は午前5時半頃・・・。
カンクンに到着し自分の名前のプラカ－ドを掲げたメキシコ人の出迎えを見つけた時の全身を突き抜ける感動とその後の安心感は例えようもありません。日本時間の朝9時からすぐに対応して戴いたにしてもカンクンは19時頃だから再手配のオペレーションが相当にスム－ズでないとスレ違いになっていたかも知れません。迅速な対応と現地とのコミュニケ－ション能力に、只々感謝です。

When I asked someone from the tour company called "Mexico Travel," they kindly helped me find it. I thought I might have companions since it was inexpensive, but I was alone. However, I had to wait about 30 minutes before departure, which was a bit strange. I'm satisfied because I was able to reach the hotel safely.

The pickup time was at 4:55 AM, which was quite early, and I started to feel a bit anxious when the driver didn't arrive after 10 minutes. However, they arrived just after 9 minutes.
We arrived at the airport smoothly.
Since there were several terminals, I mentioned the airline and destination, and the driver said, "This should be the right terminal, but let me double-check!" They got out to confirm and then helped unload my luggage, which was very kind of them.

It was convenient that they provided transportation to the hotel since I had luggage. However, meeting up with the driver was a bit confusing. The voucher stated that someone from Mexico Travel Solutions would be at the main entrance right after exiting the airport. However, I couldn't find anyone, which made me quite anxious. When I asked an airport staff member in my limited English, they told me to go to the Expedia counter in the rotary. I went there with some hesitation, but it turned out to be fine with Expedia. After a short wait, an Expedia-branded car arrived, and I was safely transported to the hotel. Both the counter staff and the driver were very polite, so overall, it was a good experience.

荷物もあったので、ホテルまで送迎してくれたのは便利でした。
ただ、ドライバーさんとの待ち合わせがわかりにくかったです。
バウチャーには、空港出てすぐのメインエントランスにメキシコトラベルソリューションの人がいると記載されていました。しかし、探してもおらず、かなり不安になりました。
つたない英語で空港の係員っぽい方に確認すると、ロータリーにあるエクスペディアのカウンターへ行くようにいわれました。半信半疑で行ってみましたが、エクスペディアで大丈夫でした。
すこし待つと、エクスペディア色した車が来て無事にホテルまで送迎してもらえました。
カウンターの受付の方も、ドライバーの方も丁寧に対応してくださったので、総合的には良かったです。

I was grateful for the hotel pickup since my flight was at 6 AM. The pickup time was 2:35 AM, and they arrived on time, taking me smoothly to the airport. Since it was the middle of the night, there were no other cars on the road, and although it was a 70 km/h speed limit road, they drove slowly and safely. However, I felt that a 2:35 AM pickup was a bit too early. After arriving at the airport, I had to wait over an hour for the counter to open, and with no shops open and no chairs in the lobby, the waiting time was tiring. I think a slightly later pickup would have been better.

早朝6時のフライトだったため、ホテルでのピックアップは有り難かったです。
ピックアップ時間はAM2:35でしたが、時間通りに迎えに来てくれて、空港までスムーズに送ってもらえました。
夜中と言うこともあり、他に道路を走ってる車はなく、制限速度70km/hの道路でしたが、スピードを出すこともなく、ゆっくり安全運転で走ってくれました。
ただ、AM2:35のピックアップは早すぎるかと。。。
空港に到着してからカウンターが開くまで1時間以上あり、お店等も開いていなければ、ロビーに椅子もなかったため、待ち時間で疲れました。
もう少し遅くても良いのではないかと感じました。

I wasn't holding a board while waiting, so when I asked someone from another company, they pointed me to a counter that was far away. Moreover, I wasn't sure if it was also the local company for Expedia, but there was an Expedia logo at the counter...

Indeed, there was a board with my name on it at a table, so there was no mistake.

I don't care which company it is, but I really wished they would have at least held the name board properly while waiting.

Due to the impact of the severe cold wave, my flight was unexpectedly changed from an evening arrival to a night arrival. I managed to email my emergency contact about the flight change at the airport, but since the timing was significantly altered, I was somewhat resigned to the situation. However, upon arrival, I found someone waiting for me at the airport exit holding a sign with my name, and they quickly guided me to the area where the drivers were! I made a reservation because I wanted to travel cheaply from the airport to the hotel zone. After arriving, I was anxious about whether I would be able to meet my driver, but as soon as I exited the airport, I spotted someone holding a sign with my name and waving enthusiastically! I immediately recognized my driver and felt relieved.

The shuttle van was exclusively for us. Perhaps because of that, they stopped at the Cancun monument, which is right as you enter the hotel zone, and took pictures for us! It's a famous spot, but it's located a bit away from the hotel zone, so I was really happy they made a stop there during our transfer!

I had a flight from Cancun to Dallas at 6:00 AM, and the pickup time was 2:35 AM in the hotel lobby. The road to the airport was smooth. Since it was a Wednesday in the middle of the week, I waited at the airport for the counter to open.

It was a shared shuttle, but it seemed I was the only one being picked up, so I had a fun conversation with the driver, and we arrived at the airport in no time. There was no rough driving, and they helped with my luggage, providing great service even in the late hours.

It was very helpful to have a nameplate for easy identification and to wait in the middle of the exit. From there, while carrying my luggage to the bus stop, I was able to have a pleasant conversation until departure. I was very satisfied with the prompt and efficient service.
