This was my first time in Cancun, and I chose this service because of the good online reviews. Upon arriving, I had to look for a person holding a sign with my name right outside the arrival gate, but the sign was extremely small. It was hard to see unless you looked closely. When I called the support center, their response was not very helpful. They said, "They should be there. Look for someone in a yellow and white shirt." However, there were many people wearing similar shirts, so it would have been better if they could have sent a photo of the person in the shirt.

In the end, it took me about 20 minutes to find them. The driver to the hotel was very pleasant and had a clean appearance, although the music in the car was extremely loud.

On the return trip, the driver was wearing a mask with his nose exposed, and the hotel bellboy left my luggage near the trunk without assisting me, prioritizing paperwork instead (I had to load it myself). I was dropped off at the wrong terminal and ended up having to pay an additional $18 for a taxi to move to the correct terminal, resulting in a very tight connection for my flight.

The good point was that they accommodated my reservation even on the day before. I don't know how the services of other taxi companies compare, but I think I will try a different company next time.

今回初めてのカンクンでネット評判が良かったので利用させてもらいました。到着ゲート出てすぐに名前が書かれたボード持った人を探さないといけないのですが、めちゃくちゃ小さいです。良く見ないと分からない。サポートセンターへ電話しても対応はイマイチ。「そこにいるはず。黄色と白のシャツの人。」似たようなシャツを着た人やたくさん人がいるので、シャツの人の写真などを添付で送付してもらえると良かった。
結局探し出すのに、20分はかかりました。
ホテル行きのドライバーは非常に好感で清潔感も◎。車内が爆音ミュージックでしたが…。

帰りのドライバーは鼻出しマスク・ホテルのベルボーイが荷物をトランク近くに置いても放置で書類？対応を優先（自分で載せました）・ターミナル間違えて降ろされて、別途タクシー代$18払ってターミナル移動する羽目に・結果、搭乗ギリギリ。

良かった点は、前日予約でも対応してくれた点です。
他のタクシー会社のサービスが分からないですが、次回は他会社を利用しようと思います。

I arrived at Cancun Airport around 9 PM. As soon as I exited, I was approached by many people shouting "TAXI." When I showed them the company name on my voucher, they guided me to the person in charge, who was waiting with a sign that had my name on it. It took about 20 minutes to reach the hotel (Hyatt Zilara). Both the person who guided me and the driver were very kind. Although it was a bit pricey, I felt safe. For the return trip, I was able to take a taxi from the hotel to the airport for $35, so I think taking a taxi back is also fine. The hotel staff quoted me $25, but when I got out, the driver asked for $35. It was within an acceptable range, so it wasn't a problem.

I used the service on New Year's Day to go from the Fairmont Mayakoba in Playa del Carmen to Cancun Terminal 4.

When I made the reservation, I entered my flight time, but when I looked at the voucher, it showed the flight departure time as the hotel pickup time, and I received no response to my email before leaving.

Once I arrived, I adjusted the pickup time over the phone in English. The van left the lobby before 2:40 PM, and we arrived in about 40-50 minutes without any traffic. The vehicle was a VW van, and the interior was clean, so it was a relatively new car with a comfortable ride. I had four suitcases and two bags, but there was plenty of space for four passengers.

As I mentioned in the title, I think it would be a fantastic service if the pickup time adjustments could be made electronically sooner. I especially recommend this service if you think the vans from luxury hotels are too expensive. In my case, there was no issue with the vehicle being old or shabby.

現地についてから電話で英語で調整。出発2:40前ロビー発で渋滞もなく40-50分で着きました。
車はVWのVanで車内も綺麗だったので比較的新しい車で乗り心地も良かったです。当方スーツケース4つにバック2つ有りましたが4人乗りなら十分積み込めます。

タイトル付けたようにもっと早くPick Up時間の調整が電子的に出来ると素晴らしいサービスになると思います。
高級ホテルのVanは高すぎると思う場合は特にオススメです。ボロい車で見劣りするという事も私の場合は無かったです。

Since we were traveling as a pair and wouldn't be stopping at other hotels, we chose a private transfer. Perhaps because we reconfirmed the day before, the car arrived ten minutes before the meeting time, and while waiting in the lobby, the bellboy called out to us in a loud voice. Everything went smoothly, and since the price difference with shared transfers wasn't that significant, choosing a private transfer was definitely the right decision. We had two suitcases, but the driver kindly helped with loading and unloading. Of course, we gave an appropriate tip.

I used the shuttle service to Playa del Carmen. Since it wasn't in the hotel zone, I considered taking a taxi, but it was much cheaper to have a private shuttle to my hotel, which made me feel very secure using the service!

The taxi situation in Cancun seemed quite challenging, so I decided to use this service. When I exited the airport, I was overwhelmed by the number of people waiting, but I spotted a man holding a board with my name on it. He seemed to be a liaison and told me, "Go to the B staff at bus stop number XX ahead! He’s wearing the same uniform as me!" As I walked away from the airport, I quickly found B at bus stop number XX. B appeared to be in charge of dispatch and instructed me to wait there for a bit. I didn't want to get ripped off by a taxi from the airport, so I made a reservation with Veltra, and it was the right choice! I was able to meet the driver right away at the airport, and they took me directly to the hotel without any stops, which allowed me to make good use of my time. It was nice to check my location on Google Maps while going, as it helped me get a general sense of Cancun's layout. The view of the sea from the car was really beautiful and made for great memories.

The pickup was at 4:30 AM, but they arrived five minutes early and provided kind service, getting us to the airport in about 30 minutes. I think many people returning to Japan via the United States have early morning flights, so I highly recommend this transportation service.
