The guide didn't come and there was no contact. On top of that, I waited for over two hours. But the dolphin swim that I checked in for myself was amazing! ガイドさんは来ないし、連絡なし。おまけに2時間以上待ちぼうけ。 でも自分でチェックインしたドルフィンスイムは、最高でした！

Because I made a reservation for 9 AM on January 1st, when I arrived at the meeting point (at 8:30), no one showed up even when it was time for our appointment. When I asked someone at the dock, they told me that the boat wouldn't leave until 11 AM, which was shocking! I waited for over two hours and checked in by myself. In the end, the guide never showed up, and of course, there was no communication.

However, even though the guide didn't come and I waited over two hours for the boat, the dolphin swim was amazing‼️ I opted for the course that included touching manatees and seals with photos, and it was truly worth it. I hope this course is available on Veltra as well. I've done dolphin swims in various places, but this one was the best!

This tour is highly recommended.
First, there is a brief boat driving lesson.
The guide only speaks English and Spanish, but you can generally understand the atmosphere, so it's not a problem if you're not good at English.

Then, you are suddenly thrown into the sea, but after that, you just follow the guide and glide over the water at full throttle! This is incredibly fun! You must experience it!!

The snorkeling point is a colorful fish paradise, and I was very satisfied! The ride back was also really enjoyable!!

Just be careful of sunburn. Since you're on the water, the direct sunlight is intense.

ガイドさんは、英語、スペイン語しか話せませんが、雰囲気でだいたい理解できるので、英語が苦手でも問題ありません。

そしていきなり海に放り出されますが、あとはガイドさんについてフルスロットルで海の上を滑走するのみです！これは、最高に楽しいです！是非体験してください！！

シュノーケリングポイントもカラフルなオサカナ天国で大満足！
帰りの滑走も本当に楽しかった！！

ただ、日焼けには注意してください。海の上なので直射日光が半端ないです。
すごく貴重な体験ができました。グラシアス！

I participated in this tour based on a recommendation from a friend who has been to Cancun. We are a couple who loves activities.

In the morning, a bus arrived in front of the hotel, and then we had to transfer to the tour bus at a stop where many buses were parked. There are various buses going to different destinations at that stop, so make sure not to confuse the bus number explained by the guide.

At the Tulum ruins, even though we were on the same bus, the guide separated us into Spanish and English groups. The English was easy to understand, but if you go without any prior knowledge of the civilization, you might find it hard to grasp. After touring around, we had some free time. It was about an hour, which was sufficient. If you want to check out souvenir shops, it might be good to act quickly.

After that, we headed to Xel-Há Park. In the morning, the guide told us that "for some reason, only our couple didn't have a reservation," and he gave us a handwritten reservation form. We took that form to the counter next to the bus stop and got a wristband with a barcode. We fell behind other participants because of this.

At the marine park, there were no Japanese or Asian people at all. Lockers are limited, so you should secure one early. Time flies when you're eating, drinking, and doing activities, so it's important to decide in advance what you want to do at the marine park. I definitely wanted to experience the zip line, so I was able to enjoy it during a less busy time while eating. I went snorkeling, but honestly, it was a bit disappointing as it wasn't very clear. However, all rental items were well-maintained and individually packaged. For those who love activities, the water slide is a must-try here. It was very thrilling, and I wanted to experience it multiple times.

It’s a large and beautiful park that you can't fully explore in one day.

One thing you should prepare: marine shoes are much more comfortable than beach sandals.

カンクンに行ったことがある友人からの薦めで、このツアーに参加しました。
私達はアクティビティが大好きな夫婦です。

朝にホテル前にバスが到着、その後、バスが沢山停まっている停留所にて、このツアー行きのバスに乗り換えがあります。その停留所には、様々な方面行きのバスが沢山あるので、ガイドさんに説明されたバスNo.を間違わないように。

トゥルム遺跡では同じバスのメンバーでも、スペイン語組と英語組に別れてガイドさんが説明してくれました。英語も聞き取りやすい英語でしたが、そもそも文明のことを何も知らずに行くとサッパリ分からないかもしれません。一通り回ってすぐに自由時間に。だいたい１時間弱の自由時間でしたが、充分でした。お土産店を見たい方は早め行動が良いかもしれません。

その後、シェルハ海洋公園へ。朝にガイドさんに「私達夫婦のみ何故か予約が取れてない」と言われ、ガイドさんが手書きで予約用紙をくれてました。その予約用紙をバス停留所の横にあるカウンターへ持参して、手首に巻くバーコード付きのブレスレットをGET。他の参加者より出遅れてしまいました。
海洋公園では、日本人含めアジア人が全く居ませんでした。ロッカーは数が限られてるので、早めに確保すべきです。ご飯食べたりお酒飲んだりアクティビティをしているとあっという間なので、この海洋公園で何をしたいか目的をしっかり事前に決めておくこと。私はジップラインは絶対体験したかったので、ご飯時の空いてる時間に楽しむことができました。シュノーケルしましたが正直あまり綺麗ではなかったのが残念。でもレンタル品は全て綺麗に管理されて居て、個包装になっていました。アクティビティ好きな方、ここで体験してほしいは間違いなくウォータースライダー。とても迫力があり、何度も体験したいものでした。
1日で周りきれない大きく、そして綺麗な公園でした。

一つ用意した方が良いもの。ビーチサンダルよりも、マリンシューズがあればとても過ごしやすいです。

The meals were very delicious, and the staff was friendly, making it a fun experience. The zip line activity was especially amazing. However, it was a bit disappointing that we couldn't dive or swim freely in the ocean; we only swam in a small area while snorkeling. But the sea was very beautiful, and it was a satisfying trip overall.

If I had to mention a downside, the loud, long explanations on the boat and the loud Latin music afterward were quite bothersome. The boat was old, and the vibrations were intense, so it's definitely a recipe for seasickness. I recommend bringing motion sickness medication with you.

食事もとても美味しく、スタッフもフレンドリーでたのしかったです。特にアクティビティでのジップラインは最高でした。ただ海の中を潜ったり、勝手に泳ぐのは出来ず、少し残念でした。シュノーケルで狭い範囲を泳ぐだけでした。でも海はとても綺麗で満足のいく旅でした。
難点をいえば、船で大音量長時間の説明と終わった後の大音量のラテンミュージックはうるさかったです。船が古いからなのか船の振動も酷く、船酔い間違いなしなので、酔い止め薬をしっかり持っていく事をおすすめします。

I’m glad I went to the Shikare Marine Park! I was actually thinking about watching a show, but since it started late, I didn't have much to do during the waiting time. There were buses returning in the afternoon and at night, so I ended up taking the afternoon bus back! But I had a great time, so that was good!

However, I did have a question: even though it was an English guide, they spoke mostly in Spanish, which was disappointing.

I couldn't participate in the Japanese tour because I was alone.

If the system is such that each person boards their own boat, I wish that had been stated from the beginning.

The ferry schedule wasn't provided unless I asked for it.

I am not very good at English, but the guide explained everything slowly and carefully until I understood.

I tried the popular river rafting with my 4-year-old child, but they got scared and we turned back halfway.

My child enjoyed the small saltwater pool, the boats, and seeing various animals.

Those who wanted to could gather at 16:30 to leave, which was helpful for families with small children.

I would like to go again when my child is a little older!

英語が得意ではないのですが、ガイドさんがゆっくりと丁寧に分かるまで説明してくれました。

4歳の子供と人気の川下りにチャレンジしましたが、怖がってしまい、途中で引き返してしまいました。

子供は海水の小さなプール、ボートや色々な動物を見て楽しんでました。

希望者は16:30集合で帰る事ができたので、小さな子供連れには助かりました。

Even though my three-year-old son can't swim, the instructor coordinated everything so that they only did handshakes and kisses. They seemed familiar with Japanese culture, as they spoke a bit of Japanese and said things like "camera" in a friendly manner.

As for the photos, others have mentioned that they are quite expensive. However, since it's a rare opportunity to play with dolphins, I went ahead and signed up. You get printed photos for the number of participants, and the rest can be viewed or downloaded through an app. After playing with the dolphins, the kids were also able to enjoy a small pool, so they left satisfied!

Since we were in the first group of the day, we spent a lot of time in the water with the dolphins, and the kids said they were cold and wanted to get out quickly. It was a bit of a challenge to have them hold on for just a little longer.

I had fun all day long!! １日中楽しめました!!

We used this for our honeymoon trip. Since neither of us speaks English fluently, we were a bit anxious about the English tour, but after spending a few days in Cancun, we had no resistance to being around people who spoke different languages.

In the bus, I couldn't understand what was being said at all, but when we had free time, I managed to catch the tour guide and communicate the final meeting place and time in broken English, and after that, we had a great time together.

The theme park, which is close to nature and not found in Japan, had so many activities that one day wasn't enough to enjoy everything. We didn't see any other Japanese people at Xcaret, but we had a wonderful day without any issues.

For those who are new to international travel and may feel uneasy around foreigners, it might be a bit daunting, but the tour guides and Xcaret staff were all very nice, so we didn't have any bad experiences. I highly recommend it!

２人とも英語が話せるわけではないので英語のツアーという事で少し不安でしたが、何日間かカンクンに滞在した後半での利用だった事もあり日本人がいない事に全然抵抗が無くなっていました。
実際バスの中でも何を言っているのかさっぱりわかりませんでしたが、自由行動になった時にツアーガイドさんを捕まえて最終の集合場所と時間をカタコトの英語でなんとかやりとりし、後は２人で全然楽しめました。
日本にはない自然に近いテーマパークで１日では遊び尽くせないほど様々な遊びがありました。
シカレの中でも自分達以外に日本人を見かける事はなかったですが、特に問題もなく1日楽しめました。
海外旅行初心者で外国人に抵抗がある人は不安かもしれませんが、ツアーガイドやシカレの従業員もいい人達ばかりだったので悪い思いはしなかったです。
オススメですよ。

We booked a tour for our honeymoon in Cancun. I wasn't very confident in my English, so I was a bit anxious, but there were no particular problems. I was satisfied with the tour as we could efficiently enjoy two places: the ruins and the marine park.

At 7:35, I got a bit anxious because the bus didn't arrive at our hotel for a while, but it came 20 minutes late.
At 9:00, we arrived at a terminal-like place for the tour company, Experiencias Xcaret, and transferred to the bus for Tulum Ruins and Xel-Há Marine Park.
At 10:40, we arrived at the Tulum Ruins. It was better maintained than I expected, and there were shops like Subway at the entrance. The guide split into English and Spanish groups to provide information. It was very hot in areas without shade, but the paths were not steep, so I could walk comfortably in sandals. After a while, we had free time to take photos wherever we liked. It was my first time seeing ruins so close to the ocean, and it felt extraordinary.
At 12:30, it was time to gather for the bus, but we were a bit slow to gather due to the short sightseeing time, and we departed 15 minutes late.

10:40 トゥルム遺跡に到着しました。思っていたよりもしっかり整備されており、入口にはサブウェイなどのお店もありました。ガイドさんが英語担当とスペイン語担当に分かれて案内してくれました。日陰がないところは非常に暑かったですが、道は険しくなくサンダルでも問題なく歩けました。途中から自由行動になり好きなところで写真を撮ることができます。遺跡と海がこれほど近いのを見たのは初めてで非日常さを味わえました。
12:30 バスに集合する時間でしたが、観光する時間が短かったのかなかなか集まらず15分遅れで出発しました。

For our honeymoon, we entered as a party of two.

① Tulum Ruins
First, we received a 600ml bottle of water, which was very helpful later on. It was extremely hot. Without water, it could have been quite dangerous. The ruins were relatively large in scale, and the nature around was lush. Iguanas and turtles were casually seen by the roadside, which felt extraordinary.

② Xel-Há Park
The marine park is mostly all-inclusive, except for some parts. Swimming with dolphins, the aerial bike, and jet boats are paid activities, but there’s plenty to enjoy for free. We started with snorkeling. I borrowed fins, goggles, and a snorkel, and the snorkel was hygienic as it was packaged and sterilized for each use. I was amazed by the many fish while snorkeling, but I had to stop quickly due to my stamina issues.
Next, we had lunch. We entered a buffet where Corona beer was prominently advertised. It was a bit unsanitary with flies around, but the ribeye steak was tender and incredibly delicious. I ordered a Corona beer, but the glass was a foreign size.
After that, we tried the giant slide. We waited about 15 minutes, but it was worth it and very thrilling. The water flowing down the slide was seawater, and a lot of it went up my nose. After that, we enjoyed river tubing and zip-lining, but the river had almost no current, and the sunlight was harsh, so I found that a bit lacking. The zip-lining was fun, and I enjoyed it multiple times until the end.
Overall, even though we visited on a Saturday, it wasn't crowded, and we were able to enjoy ourselves without much waiting. We also went to Explore, which is managed by the same company, but while Xel-Há doesn’t have as many attractions compared to Explore, it was not crowded, and we could fully enjoy the great outdoors.

12:20 We arrived at Xel-Há Park. However, we had to wait about 5 minutes at the entrance, possibly due to a reservation issue. まず、600mlの水を貰ったのですが、これが後半効きました。すごく暑いです。水がないとヤバかったかもしれないです。遺跡は割と大きなスケールで、自然も豊かでした。イグアナやカメが通りすがりの道端におり、非日常的でした。
②シェル・ハ海洋公園
海洋公園は一部を除くオールインクルーシブです。イルカと泳ぐ、空中バイク、ジェット船は有料ですが、無料の範囲内で十分に楽しめます。まずはシュノーケリングをしました。フィンとゴーグルとシュノーケルを借りましたが、シュノーケルは使用の度に殺菌をしているのか、梱包されていたため、衛生的でした。シュノーケリングでは沢山の魚がいて感動しましたが、私の体力の問題ですぐに終了しました。
次に昼食をいただきました。コロナビールが看板で売り出されたバイキングに入りました。不衛生でハエがいましたが、リブアイステーキが柔らかくて凄く美味しかったです。コロナビールを頼みましたが、グラスが外国サイズでした。
次に巨大滑り台をしました。15分程並びましたが、並ぶ価値ありで、非常にスリリングでした。滑り台に流された水は海水で、鼻に海水が大量に入りました。その後、川下り、ジップラインを楽しみましたが、川下りはほぼ流れがなく、日射しが痛かったので私としてはイマイチです。ジップラインは楽しく、その後終了まで何度も楽しみました。
全体を通して、土曜日の利用でしたが混んでおらず、あまり並ばずに楽しめました。経営を同じくするエクスプロールにも行きましたが、シェルハはエクスプロールに比べてアトラクションは及びませんが、混んでおらず、大自然を堪能できました。

以下時系列です。
7:15 滞在中のハイアットジラーラカンクンへバスが迎えに来ました。時間通りでした。
8:00 空港横のバスターミナルに到着し、トゥルム遺跡・シェルハ海洋公園行きのバスに乗り換えました。同バスにてご案内の方が英語とスペイン語を交互に使い説明してくれました。私達はスペイン語はからっきし、英語も会話に支障がある程度で非常に心配でしたが、あまり難しい説明はありませんでした。戻りの時間と場所が分かれば大丈夫だと思います。
9:50 トゥルム遺跡に到着し、観光しました。
12:00 バスに集合し出発しました。
12:20 シェルハ海洋公園に到着しました。※入る時点で、予約がうまくできていなかったのか5分程待たされました。急いで手続きをしてくれましたが、園内のバーコードをかざすと写真が撮れるサービスは一切使えませんでした。また、帰りも涼しいバスを目の前に5分程待たされました。
18:00 バス集合し出発しました。
20:30 ホテルに到着、解散しました。

We came to Cancun for our honeymoon. I thought it would be sufficient to sign up for the English guide for Xcaret since we could move freely within the park, but we were the only Japanese on the large bus, and the English was not very clear, so I was anxious as I couldn't understand most of the explanations on the bus. Additionally, it was difficult to understand which plans were free and which were paid just from the English pamphlet, and I regretted not doing more research beforehand. For those who are anxious, I recommend opting for a Japanese guide.

The park itself was really great. We did snorkeling, speed boating, and parasailing as additional activities. Since we had also signed up for a photo plan, we got a lot of pictures taken. There were many automatic photo spots in the park where we could download pictures later, and it was nice to be able to take a lot of two-shot photos without asking others for help. I didn't have a good grasp of what facilities were available, so I signed up for additional activities, but I think you can enjoy it fully even without them. We played so much that we both dozed off during the last show, but it was a day that went by in a flash. Since the plan starts early in the morning and ends late at night, I think it's better to sign up for options considering the next day.

公園自体は、すごく良かったです。私たちは追加アクティビティで、シュノーケリングとスピードボート、パラセイリングをやりました。写真プランも申し込んでいたので、色々と写真をとってもらいました。公園内に後から写真をダウンロードできるシステムの自動撮影スポットも多くあり、２ショット写真を他人に頼まずして大量に撮れたことはよかったです。施設内に何があるかをあまり把握できていなかったので、追加アクティビティを申し込みましたが、追加アクティビティがなくても、十分満喫できると思います。遊び過ぎて、最後のショーでは二人ともウトウトしていたところもありましたが、あっという間の一日でした。朝早く、夜が遅いプランなので、次の日のことも考えてオプションを申し込んだ方がよいかと思います。

We gathered at the departure point for Aqua Tours at 8:30, and I was a bit surprised that there were no other Japanese people among the more than 100 passengers besides us.

After nearly an hour, we arrived at Isla Mujeres' Garrafon National Park, and I was amazed by the beautiful sea, which was as stunning as or even better than Cancun! After storing our belongings in a VIP locker, we had a blast with activities like snorkeling, swimming in the pool, and zip-lining over the sea. The zip-line, in particular, is something you can't experience in Japan, so I highly recommend it.

While relaxing in the VIP lounge area, we encountered five iguanas. It was my first time seeing wild iguanas up close, and while we were busy taking photos, tourists from the U.S. and Brazil didn't seem particularly interested, which made me feel the cultural differences.

I had heard that we could rent a golf cart to explore the entire island outside the park, but it seems we would have to take a taxi from the park entrance to the golf cart station, so we decided against it.

The buffet lunch in the VIP lounge was delicious, and we were able to enjoy an extraordinary and luxurious time. However, there was one issue: we participated as two people with one free spot in the VIP monitor, but one of us was told they would receive regular treatment instead of VIP, and we had to pay an additional $20 to upgrade to VIP. 公園外ではゴルフカートを借りて島全体を巡ることができると聞いていましたが、公園出入口からゴルフカート乗り場まではタクシーで移動しなければならないらしく、私たちは断念しました。
VIPラウンジでのビュッフェ昼食も美味しく、非日常的な贅沢な時間を過ごすことができました。
ただ一つ、2人参加で1人無料のVIPモニターでの参加でしたが、1人はVIPではなく通常の待遇と言われ、20ドル追加で支払いVIPとしました。他に誤解される方もいるかもしれませんので、書き方を訂正していただいたほうが良いと思います。

The sea at Garafon National Park is the most beautiful among the Isla Mujeres. This tour is recommended for those who want to spend a relaxing day or for families. Unfortunately, there weren't many fish at the snorkeling spots since they are limited. Also, the return boat gets very crowded, so if you line up on time, you can definitely get a seat. On the way back, even though you're tired on the boat, there are guides who force alcohol on you along with loud drinking calls and music, so if you want to avoid that, I recommend sitting as far back as possible.

I participated in early July. After about an hour on a boat from Cancun, we arrived at Isla Mujeres. Perhaps because it was early in the morning, light snacks and drinks were served on the boat.

The park is all-inclusive, and as soon as we arrived, I enjoyed some drinks. We were able to use the VIP lounge for lunch, where we had delicious food and drinks. I enjoyed snorkeling as an activity, and then just relaxed while looking at the sea. Since we left after 5 PM, we could take our time.

One thing to note is that since the boat goes directly to Garrafon Park, if you want to visit other spots in Isla Mujeres, you'll need to arrange your own transportation. I actually wanted to move around in a golf cart, but I couldn't rent one in the park, so I gave up on that.

I recommend just relaxing and enjoying the park!

カンクンより船で揺られること約1時間、イスラ・ムヘーレスに到着です。
朝早いからか、船の中では軽食と飲み物が振る舞われていました。

公園内はオールインクルーシブで、到着したタイミングがガンガンお酒をいただいてしまいました。
ランチもVIPラウンジを使用でき、美味しいごはんとお酒をいただけました。
アクティビティもシュノーケルを楽しみ、あとは海をみながらぼーっとしていました。
帰りも17時過ぎなのでゆっくりと過ごせます。

注意点としては、ガラフォン公園に直接つくのでイスラムヘーレスのガラフォン公園以外のスポットに行きたい場合は、
自分で移動手段を確保する必要があることです。
本当はゴルフカートで色々移動したいな～と思っていたのですが、公園では借りることができなかったため断念しました。

公園にしぼってまったりするのがおすすめです！

First, we paid the port fee. The guide mentioned that US dollars couldn't be used and that payment was to be made with a credit card or Mexican pesos, but in reality, credit cards weren't accepted, and we could pay with either Mexican pesos or US dollars.

It seems that just showing the voucher on our smartphone wasn't enough; we had to send it via email and have it printed on-site.

After about an hour on the ferry, we arrived at Isla Mujeres. We started with snorkeling, which seemed to be very popular, as there was a long line. The sea was beautiful and crystal clear, and we were able to see various types of fish. Life jackets were available for rent, so I think children can enjoy snorkeling safely.

We were able to use the VIP terrace, and the staff brought us drinks multiple times. It was very comfortable, with the beautiful sea right in front of us, and we had a wonderful time.

The zip line was thrilling and gave us a lot of adrenaline. I would love to try it again somewhere else.

VIP席のテラスを利用することができ、店員さんが飲み物を何度も持って来てくれました。とても快適で、目の前は綺麗な海で、最高のひと時を過ごすことが出来ました。
Zip lineは、迫力満点で、アドレナリンがたくさん出ました。またどこかでやってみたいです。

I joined this tour because I wanted to see a beautiful sea. The sea in Isla Mujeres was even more sparkling and cobalt blue than the beach in front of the hotel, and it was amazing.

Activities like zip-lining and snorkeling were also fun. The zip-line, in particular, offered a beautiful view of the sea from above.

Lunch in the VIP lounge had a wide variety of delicious options. The waitstaff were very kind and attentive. If you get thirsty, you can enjoy drinks at the open bar. There are soft drinks available, so even those who don't drink alcohol can fully enjoy it.

いまいちロッカーの借り方が分かりづらかったですが、係りの方の配慮があり借りることができました。

Marina was just a short bus ride from Hyatt Ziva! It's in an easy-to-find location along the road! While I was waiting, people started gathering, so I followed them! I don't speak much English, but I think the instructions are simple enough to understand! The weather was nice, so I thought I could go snorkeling, but unfortunately, I couldn't! Instead, I splashed around in the shallow area! I'm disappointed I couldn't go snorkeling!

There are other places where you can play with dolphins, but I don't think there's anywhere else where you can swim with them and have such close interactions. The photos are quite expensive, but considering it's a once-in-a-lifetime memory, I think it's worth it (I purchased the CD). If you go to Cancun, definitely give it a try!

イルカと遊べるところは他でもありますが、一緒に泳いだり、足を押してくれたり、ここまでイルカと触れ合って楽しめるところは無いと思います。写真はかなり高価ですが、一生の思い出だと思うとまあ仕方ないかなと思います（CD購入しました）。

I had a great time! Driving the jet ski was thrilling. It was an experience that you can't have in Japan, and I really enjoyed it! Also, while snorkeling was more about the coral reefs than seeing fish, the waves were calm, making it easy to snorkel. There were also a few statues underwater, which was refreshing.

However, in addition to the tour fee, there was a $7 port usage fee and a $5 jet ski usage fee that you have to pay on-site. Also, credit cards are not accepted, only cash in dollars, so I recommend bringing a little extra cash if you plan to go. There are no changing rooms, so having something you can quickly throw on would be convenient. Tips should be paid early, or they will persistently chase you for them, so it's best to be prepared.

私たちはオールインクルーシブのホテルに泊まっていたので、半日のこのツアーがとても有意義でした！
