It was amazing!! The lagoon where you glide on a boat and the Caribbean Sea stretching towards the horizon are beyond words! You drive for quite a long time, and while moving slowly through the jungle, you can really take in the scenery.

The snorkeling was also great; you can dive down and see some simple statues, making it an experience that is worth more than the cost—definitely good value for money.

Even for beginners in snorkeling, if you get carried away by the waves, the guide takes great care of you, making it a perfect tour with a score of 200 out of 100!

Among the various cruises departing from Cancun, this tour offers a calm and relaxing experience.

It was a wonderful cruise where we enjoyed the sunset and dinner with live saxophone music as the background. I chose the lobster and steak course, which was more substantial than I expected, and dessert was also served. During the meal, the boat temporarily stopped in the center of the bay near the Isla Shopping Mall in the lagoon, allowing us to enjoy our food without feeling seasick.

The atmosphere was lifted by a local Spanish gentleman, who, upon learning we were Japanese, cheerfully called out, "Oh, Tomodachi!" (Friend) (laughs).

Drinks were unlimited, and the other staff members were friendly, asking in Japanese, "Beer? Red wine? White wine?" (I heard that many of them have attended Japanese language school).

Most of the passengers were couples, making it a perfect cruise for us on our honeymoon. After dinner, there was a cheek dance time to the saxophone, which made me feel the cultural differences, but it was a good memory nonetheless. The people sitting around us were all gentle. Next to us were a couple celebrating their engagement and another couple who had been together for several years. An American couple celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary danced together lovingly, which left a lasting impression on us.

It was a great cruise to enjoy dinner from evening to night. After sunset, the wind picked up, so I found my lightweight cardigan to be very useful; I recommend bringing a light jacket.

Not just on this cruise, but in Cancun, very few staff members or guests wore masks. There have been no subsequent infections reported. (The mask-wearing rate in Mexico City was higher.)

食事を楽しむ際はラグーンのイスラショッピングモール付近の湾の中心に一時的に留まるので、船酔いなどはせず穏やかに食事ができました。

場を盛り上げてくれたのは現地のスペイン人のおじさまで、日本人と伝えるとその後は「Oh,トモダチ！」と気さくに呼びかけてくれました（笑）

ドリンクは飲み放題で、オーダーを聞いて回ってくれる他のスタッフも日本語で「ビール？赤ワイン？白ワイン？」と気さくでした。(日本語学校に通った方も少なくないと聞きました。)

乗客はほぼカップルなので、結婚旅行の自分達にはもってこいのクルーズでした。
食後にサックスに合わせてチークダンスタイムとなり、文化の違いを感じた次第ですがそれも含め良い思い出です。
周りに座っていた方も穏やかな方ばかりでした。婚約記念や付き合って何年かの記念という方が隣でした。結婚40周年らしいアメリカ人ご夫婦が年を重ねても仲睦まじいくダンスされていて、こちらも幸せになったのが印象的です。

夕方から夜を食事と共に楽しむ良いクルーズでした。日の入り後は風も強くなり薄手のカーディガンを重宝したので、薄手のジャケットを持っておくのがおすすめです。

こちらのクルーズに限らず、カンクンでスタッフ含めマスク着用者はほぼいませんでした。その後の感染は無しです。(メキシコシティのマスク率は高めでした。)

The boat really has an incredible speed! There’s a sense of exhilaration as it races through the water! While it can bounce a bit when there are waves, I think the boat is sturdy and safe. The mangroves aren’t very long, but I still think you can enjoy them. Once you pass through, the boat stops, and you can go snorkeling over the coral reef! While there aren't tons of fish, you can see some beautiful ones and even underwater ruins. (You won’t necessarily see the ruins, but if you ask the guide, they’ll take you there.) At the start, they take two photos for you, selling one for 20 USD or a set for 35 USD. If you hesitate a bit, they might give you a discount?! Since the boat goes fast, you need to be careful not to lose anything as things can fly around or bounce. When you sign up, they ask if you want insurance, so if you’re worried, it might be a good idea to get it. (It’s a bit pricey, so we opted not to get it and took responsibility ourselves.) I thought the price was reasonable for what you get.

It was a romantic cruise dinner as expected. The sunset was very beautiful, so if you're going to participate, I definitely recommend the 5 PM option. The steak and lobster were very delicious, and I enjoyed the meal itself.

Most of the passengers were couples, so it's recommended to go as a couple. There were even some people starting public proposals on board, which was amusing.

One concern is that, perhaps due to the season, it was quite windy and cold even at 5 PM, so it might be good to bring a long-sleeve shirt. Also, the romantic decorations seemed a bit over the top, which might appeal more to foreigners.

The speed of the boat is exhilarating. After setting the throttle of the boat I was driving to maximum speed and enjoying about 20 minutes of gliding on the water, I entered a winding river. As I maneuvered the steering wheel through the meandering river, I made my way out to the open sea. After progressing for about 5 minutes in the slightly choppy waters of the open sea, I finally reached the long-awaited diving point. Based on my experience diving in various seas, I would say there were quite a few fish, but the variety didn’t seem very rich. I did see a few squid swimming, which were quite unusual. There were some coral reefs, but compared to the Great Barrier Reef, I think they weren't that impressive. Overall, I believe it was a thoroughly enjoyable tour. I definitely encourage everyone to give it a try!

I participated in the sunset event starting at 5:30 PM, and I think having sunglasses and a hat would make it more comfortable since there are no shaded areas. The all-you-can-drink alcohol was great, and the food was delicious. The host was attentive to us and frequently engaged us in conversation, which made it enjoyable. An Australian couple got engaged, and it was very exciting!

At first, I felt like my friend and I, being the only Japanese people there, might stand out. However, the host kept saying things like, "Friends! Are you having fun?" and "Friends! Is it delicious?" They really engaged with us, and the other foreigners also chatted with us and took photos, which made it a lot of fun!

Whenever our drinks ran low, they quickly brought us new ones, and the food was plentiful and delicious. The live performance against the sunset was wonderful.

It became a great memory. I'm glad I participated!

I stayed in Cancun for two nights from April 12. Due to strong winds, all other optional tours were canceled, but this program went ahead without any issues. There may have been some minor impacts, but I was able to enjoy meals and had a very meaningful time.

First of all, it cost about 1,200 yen by taxi since it's on the inland side of the hotel area. Clearly expensive.

This tour is highly recommended.
First, there is a brief boat driving lesson.
The guide only speaks English and Spanish, but you can generally understand the atmosphere, so it's not a problem if you're not good at English.

Gray Line is not the organizer of this tour; many people from other travel companies also join the Albatros yacht to go to Isla Mujeres.

Basically, you sit on the deck of the yacht, so hats and sun-protective clothing are essential. For those who want to snorkel, oil-free sunscreen is a must, as regular sunscreen can harm the fish.

While listening to Latin music and sipping champagne, you will feel the Caribbean sea breeze as you arrive at Isla Mujeres in about an hour and a half. After that, there is about an hour and a half of free time to explore. Those with an international driver's license can rent a golf cart for 250 pesos for an hour to circle Isla Mujeres. Since I didn't have a driver's license, the yacht guide suggested sharing with a Mexican woman who had a child. In the end, she provided her driver's license, and I paid 250 pesos while the yacht guide drove us.

After exploring, we boarded the yacht again and moved to a nearby beach for a lunch buffet. The buffet was incredibly delicious, the best I've had among the tours I've participated in Cancun.

After lunch, you can relax by the beach or play in the water until departure time. Finally, we went close to the coast near Cancun for snorkeling in groups. We also moved to another spot for those interested in activities like parasailing without life jackets and jumping into the sea to swim.

While I thought it was very good overall, the biggest issue was the transportation provided by Gray Line. When we returned, the person who picked us up in the morning was nowhere to be found, and upon inquiry, I learned that the transportation was one-way. In the end, I had to catch a taxi back to the hotel myself. This should have been mentioned in the notes, right?!

その後約1時間半の散策時間がある。国際運転免許証のある人はゴルフカートを1時間250ペソで借りてイスラムヘレスを一周できる。私は運転免許証が持っていないため、ヨットのガイドさんが一人子供連れのメキシコ人女性とシェアするように案を持ち掛けてきた。結局彼女は運転免許証を出し、私は250ペソを出し、運転はヨットのガイドがやってくれた。
散策後またヨットに乗って昼ビュッフェのある海岸近くに移動。ビュッフェはめっちゃ美味しかった。カンクンで参加したツアーの中で一番美味しい。
昼の後は出発時間までに海辺で休憩したり水遊んだりすることができる。
最後にカンクンに近い海岸の近くまで行って何個かグループ分けてシュノーケリング。更に少し場所を移動して、ライフジャケット着用せずにパラセーリングして海にジャンプしてスイミングするようなアクティビティも希望者に対して実施した。
非常に良かったと思いきや、一番の問題はグレイライン社の送迎。帰りに朝迎えてもらった人が見当たらなく、問い合わせて見たら送迎がonewayとのこと。結局自分でタクシー捕まえてホテルに帰った。そもそもこれ注意項目にも書いてないでしょう？！

This is my third time in Cancun! I go to Isla Mujeres every year, so my English isn't that fluent, but I participated in a reasonably priced English-guided tour. I made the reservation on Veltra after arriving at the location. Therefore, I couldn't print the e-voucher and borrowed a computer at the local marina office to print it out. After checking in at the marina, we set sail. The schedule was posted online, so I had a general idea of the timing. However, I had some anxiety about not being able to understand English, especially regarding the meeting points for free time, but I was able to communicate with the staff in broken English. If you're not confident in your English, I think it would be helpful to check the schedule and have a general understanding so you can enjoy without worrying.

マリーナでチェックインをして出航。
タイムスケジュールはネットに記載されていたので、なんとなく時間の流れが分かりました。
ただ英語が聞き取れず、自由行動の集合場所など不安な面ありましたが、スタッフに聞けば片言の英語でなんとかコミュニケーションできます。
英語に自信がない方は、スケジュールを確認して、ある程度把握していた方が気にせず楽しめるかと思います。

Marina was just a short bus ride from Hyatt Ziva! It's in an easy-to-find location along the road! While I was waiting, people started gathering, so I followed them! I don't speak much English, but I think the instructions are simple enough to understand! The weather was nice, so I thought I could go snorkeling, but unfortunately, I couldn't! Instead, I splashed around in the shallow area! I'm disappointed I couldn't go snorkeling!

The reception and instructors only spoke English. After checking in, I was told to wait outside, but even after the time listed on the website had passed, I wasn't called, so I went to check myself and was told that I was late. Driving the speedboat was very thrilling and fun! I thought there would be a bit more mangroves, but it wasn't as much as the photos on the website. The snorkeling was enjoyable with lots of fish!
