We left the Hotel Zone in Cancun around 7 AM and switched buses around 8 AM to head to Xplor. During the journey, the guide provided explanations in both Spanish and English (including details about two cafeterias and one restaurant, their operating hours, available food, and safety information for each attraction).

We paid 70 US dollars for a photo service for two people. There were designated photo spots, and we were able to take many pictures without our smartphones. The picture quality was good, so I recommend it (especially since you can't take photos while ziplining!).

The zipline experience is divided into two courses, each with seven lines. Once you start, there are no breaks until you reach the end. Each line takes just under a minute, and we finished all seven in about 30 minutes, including waiting time. The last line ends with a splash into the water, so you will definitely get wet!

I participated in a T-shirt and shorts because I didn't want to get too wet, but I recommend wearing a swimsuit. Since some paths are bumpy, I think it's best to wear sneakers that can get wet or water shoes.

Even if you get soaked, there are hammocks and chairs available to relax and dry off. It was a very enjoyable day, and I fully enjoyed the jungle experience.

ジップラインは2コースに分かれてそれぞれ7本ずつです。一度乗ったらゴールまで手洗いはありません。1本あたり1分弱で、待ち時間を含め30分ほどで7本終わりました。最後の1本は水にドボンするので確実に濡れます！
あまり濡れたくなくてTシャツにショートパンツで参加しましたがやはり水着がおすすめです。
所によって道がガタガタするので濡れていいスニーカーやマリンシューズが良いと思います。
びしょ濡れになってもハンモックやイスがあるのでのんびりしながら乾かすことができます。
とても楽しく、ジャングルを満喫できた1日でした。

This is a marine theme park that can be enjoyed by friends, couples, and families. There are additional activities available on-site for an extra fee, but you can have plenty of fun even without them. In the evening, there are impressive and captivating shows that are worth attending. I recommend arriving a bit early to secure good seats in the free seating area.

There are very few Japanese visitors in the facility; in fact, you hardly see any. While there are guidebooks available in Chinese and Korean, there is none in Japanese. However, I don't think you'll have any trouble if you can manage basic English.

友人・カップル・家族連れでも非常に楽しめる海のテーマパークです。敷地内は追加オプションでアクティビティも楽しめますしオプションがなくても十分楽しめます。夜には迫力と見応えのあるショーもあり、行く価値ありです。自由席で良い席を確保するために少し早めに場所取りをする事をオススメいたします。

施設内は日本人は非常に少ないです、というよりほぼ見かけないです。ガイドブックも中国語と韓国語はありましたが日本語が無かったです。ただ片言の英語程度であれば困ることはないと思います。

As a couple with little experience traveling abroad, we were quite anxious about not having a Japanese-speaking driver or guide before our departure.

However, the guide had a great vibe and was very attentive to our limited English, which we really appreciated!

The park wasn't crowded, possibly because it was a weekday, and we were able to smoothly participate in the zip line, which was said to be busy, multiple times (though we actually only went around once since there was quite a bit of walking involved). There was enough time to enjoy each attraction at least once!

Lunch was a buffet style, allowing us to choose food that suited our tastes, and the selection was luxurious and satisfying (I enjoyed a meat-heavy burger loaded with hamburger patties and steak, haha).

There are many more things to mention, but you can enjoy experiences here that you can't have at theme parks in Japan! I highly recommend it!

どのアトラクションにも一回ずつ回るぐらいの余裕はあります！！

昼食もビュッフェ形式で口に合うものを選べますし 内容も豪華で満足できます(私はハンバーグやステーキをふんだんに使って肉だらけのハンバーガーを楽しんだりしてました笑)

I participated because it seemed like a full day of fun. I was picked up at the hotel and transported by bus to the transfer point. After switching buses, we headed to XPLOR. Upon arrival and checking in, we were given helmets and entered the caves. First, we rode something like a buggy, and the course was 5 km long. Then we headed to the zip lines. Once you ride one, you have to transfer to several others to return to the starting point, so be prepared for that. There was also a water slide along the way, and it was really fast. On the zip line that lands in the water, I lost one of my aqua shoes due to the water resistance upon landing. When I went back to the buggy for a second time, I was guided to a different course. I think the second course was more interesting. The raft is paddled with your arms. The restaurant had a wide variety of delicious food.

再度バギーへ行って2度目だと言うと他のコースへ案内されました。
2度目のコースの方が面白かったかな。
イカダは腕で漕ぎます。
レストランは品数が多く美味しかったです。

It's 3.8 km long, with amazing height, speed, and a sense of freedom! There are a total of 14 lines, including some that dive into the water aimed at waterfalls. I used this for my honeymoon. There were many Westerners on board, but I didn't have any trouble with the guidance. I experienced all the activities at Explore, and I especially enjoyed the zip line and the hammock splash! There are many points within the facility where you can have photos taken automatically, and for about $70, you can download all the photos. There were nearly 100 photos, so I was very satisfied. The pictures of me flying through the air on the zip line and swimming in the cenote-like cave were particularly special and hard to capture elsewhere. It was a highly satisfying activity!

I went directly to Xcaret from the hotel without having to change buses. One disappointing thing was that the guide provided explanations about Xcaret in Spanish for 30 minutes and only 10 minutes in English, which clearly had much more information in Spanish. Since I was expecting an English guide, I wished there had been a bit more explanation in English.

I was able to enjoy the park without getting lost. There are three underground rivers, and depending on the course, there is a route where you swim through a dimly lit underground waterway, which scared some small children who ended up crying. Also, there were fish swimming in the water (it was seawater), so I recommend preparing or renting snorkeling gear.

There is no current in the river, so you swim on your own, which can be tiring. My child fell asleep during the night show. People were already heading to secure their spots for the night show early on.

I wanted to try zip-lining, so I participated. I arrived at 9 AM and immediately conquered two zip-line courses, enjoyed a jeep ride, and swam in the river. There were so many things to do at EPLOR, like zip-lining, trying out paddle canoes, swimming in a cave, driving a jeep, taking photos, and enjoying a buffet! I thought I wouldn't want to get wet since it seemed cold, but all the attractions ended up being the type where you get wet anyway. I played in my swimsuit the whole time. Since the lockers are in the middle of the park, I could easily grab my towel and hoodie, and I could relax in a hammock while sipping warm tea. Even when I got wet, I dried off quickly, so I didn't mind the cold too much.

I thought I might have extra time since I was staying all day, but after experiencing all the attractions and wanting to zip-line one more time before leaving, time flew by. I had planned to eat snacks and drink tea at the restaurant and then leisurely look at souvenirs before heading home, but there wasn't even time for that. However, I made sure to enjoy myself until just before the meeting time, so I left without any regrets!

If you pay around 7,000 yen, you can download all the photos taken throughout the park later. At first, I was playing with my phone hanging around my neck, but it was cumbersome, and since I could take photos with the machines, it was much easier to play hands-free.

You can have thrilling experiences that you definitely can't have in Japan. You should absolutely go to EPLOR!

寒そうだからあまり水に濡れたくないって思ったけど、どのアトラクションも結局は濡れるタイプで。ずっと水着で遊んでました。ロッカーがパークの真ん中にあるので、タオルやパーカーをすぐ取りに行けるし、温かい紅茶を飲みながらハンモックで日向ぼっこできるし、濡れてもすぐ乾くから寒さもあまり気にならず良かったです。
1日中滞在するから時間が余るかと思ったけど、全部のアトラクションを体験して、帰る前にジップラインをもう一度…ってしてたらあっという間に時間は過ぎてしまいました。レストラン会場でお菓子食べてお茶してその後お土産をゆっくり見てから帰ろうと思ってたのにそんな時間がないくらい。でも悔いが残らないように集合時間ギリギリまで楽しんで帰りました！

7000円くらい払えばパークの至る所で撮った写真のデータを後で全部ダウンロードできます。最初はスマホを首からぶら下げて遊んでたけど、邪魔だし機械で写真撮れるし、手ぶらで遊んだ方が楽でした。

日本では絶対できないスリリングな体験ができます。EPLORは絶対行くべき！

The zip line is fun and exciting. The distance and height are something you can't experience in Japan. However, once you start, you get caught in a spell where you can't stop halfway and must see it through to the end. (laughs)

Inside the park, it's just a continuous cycle of climbing stairs and walking! In any case, a lot of physical strength and endurance are required.

The buggy doesn't pick up speed even when you floor it, and the steering is quite heavy. The angles for taking photos aren't great; they tend to be small or taken from the back.

The river swim is really cold, and the waterfall is quite intense. It mentions in the instructions to bring your passport or driver's license, but there was no need to show them.

Having a GoPro would be very convenient.

I decided to participate in this activity because it had high reviews. I wasn't expecting much, but I was very satisfied!!

First, after being picked up at the hotel, we transferred to a bus at the connection center for each facility of Xcaret. The guide provided explanations in Spanish and English until we checked in on-site.

At check-in, there was an option for a service that takes photos with an automatic sensor during the activities, which was quite a good service! It costs about $70, but they captured scenes that you can't take photos of yourself, like during the zip line!!

We went in the following order: zip line (starting with the Jaguar course) → another zip line → lunch buffet → buggy → crafts → swim river → hammock splash → buggy (wet version). Since the meeting time was at 16:45, we started changing around 16:10, and with the remaining time, I was able to relax in a hammock while drinking coffee.

In some places, it can take about 10 minutes to reach the exit, so I recommend allowing a little extra time.

For someone like me who enjoys all-inclusive food and drinks, I was able to move around quite a bit, making it a very satisfying day.

I discovered this tour by chance on Veltra and thought it looked interesting, so I signed up. It’s a theme park that maximizes the use of nature, which is not found in Japan, and I had an amazing time. If I have the chance to go to Cancun again, I would definitely want to go back. Adults can enjoy it just as much.

In the morning, we boarded a shuttle bus, and everyone transferred at a place that resembled a bus terminal. It was fine to just follow the guide and get on another bus, but if you're unsure, you can show your voucher and ask if that bus is the right one. There will be various explanations on the bus, but as long as you note the meeting time, you should be fine.

There are several shops inside the park, so even if you forget water shoes or swimwear, you can buy them on-site. If you have any issues, the park staff will kindly assist you.

I was attracted to the multiple zip lines and decided to participate. It was my first time on a zip line, and it was truly fun. I was able to experience a sense of speed that I usually don't get to enjoy. There are two courses, and both are really enjoyable. I was glad to purchase the photos as well, since it's hard to get pictures from others, and there are plenty of spots to take photos without needing to ask someone.

The rafting didn't require as much physical strength as I expected. For me, the river was cold since it draws water from the cenote, so I was glad I chose the short course.

Driving the buggy was challenging, and I was informed that if I bumped into anything, I would have to pay, so I decided to join others from different countries. The course itself was fun, so I think it's worth experiencing.

The meals were buffet-style, and I enjoyed being able to eat a variety of things. It was convenient to go at any time within the allotted hours.

However, the showers only had cold water, so both my friend and I just changed without showering. It was nice that they provided plastic bags for our wet clothes.

The timing felt just right, and the time flew by. I'm glad I chose this eco-park.

イカダも思ったより体力は使わなかったです。私としては川下りがセノーテの水をひいてるだけあり寒くて…ショートコースを選んで良かったです。
バギーは運転が難しいなどぶつけたらお金を支払わなければならないとの対応でしたので、他国の方達に便乗させていただく形にしました。コース自体は楽しかったので体験された方がいいとは思います。
食事はブュッフェスタイルで色んなものが食べられて良かったです。時間内ならいつでも行けて便利でした。
ただシャワーが水だけなので、私も友達も浴びずに着換えだけをして帰りました。ビニール袋もおいてあり良かったです。
時間もちょうど良い感じであっという間に過ぎたかんじです。こちらのエコパークを選んで良かったと思います。

It was an amazing place!
Doing zip-lining and buggy rides in the great outdoors is something you definitely can't do in Japan, so it was a truly refreshing and fun experience!
When we went, it was very quiet, and we were able to do the zip-line twice, the buggy twice, and even the raft, so we had endless fun!
There are two zip-line courses, a long one and a short one, so I think it's best to choose based on availability and remaining time.
It seems there are two buggy courses as well; they marked our lift bands, and after two rides, they guided us to a different course than the first one.
The raft course was really short and went by in a flash, but the water was cold, so that was just right.
Also, the lunch buffet opened at 11 AM, and there were a variety of food and drink options, which was great!
If you're considering going, you absolutely should! It's a bit on the pricey side, but definitely worth a visit!

I was a bit anxious about traveling to Mexico alone, but I was able to have a great time at this theme park. There were plenty of activities, and I had the experience of interacting with sharks. It was an activity where I could take photos with the sharks and swim with them. The staff were all very kind and friendly. There were many animals, and I got to see flamingos, iguanas, and turtles up close. In the evening, I was able to watch a dinner show where a large number of performers faithfully recreated Mexican culture. I learned a lot of new things, and it was a very fulfilling day!

On June 3rd (Monday), I participated with a friend. We were scheduled to be picked up at 7:00 AM, so we arrived at the lobby a little before 10. I felt a bit anxious at first since the explanations were only in English and Spanish, but thanks to that, I was able to enjoy myself. I believe that the adventure and exploration tour truly embodies "Explore" as a way to experience something out of the ordinary. The all-inclusive aspect was also great. Just be careful not to overeat. The zip line was truly exhilarating! I think even those with a fear of heights should definitely give it a try. The thrill is amazing!

First of all, it's far! After transferring from one bus to another, we gathered at 7 AM and were able to enter around 10 AM... We were filled with anxiety since we couldn't understand the explanations for the lockers and attractions in English. There are only five attractions in total. The area is so vast that you have to walk a lot to get to each attraction. The walking time is longer than the time spent on the attractions (laughs). The zip line is fun at first, but there are so many lines and the stairs are tiring, so it got a bit boring towards the end. The buggy ride also has a long course, so it becomes dull in the second half. The raft ride ends in about five minutes (laughs). Personally, I found swimming in the cenote to be the most interesting. There are short and long courses, and I enjoyed going on the short course multiple times more than the long one. The lunch had a lot of variety and was really delicious. I recommend the hamburger and bulgogi! It seems that the zip line and buggy rides get crowded, but after lunch, everything was empty, so it didn't seem like a concern. However, since you get wet, the buggy and zip line can get dirty and it's a bit cold, so I recommend doing those first. Bringing a GoPro is free. There are plenty of photo spots, so I think a GoPro is a must.

You can enjoy river rafting (the water was seawater, and anyone of any age can participate) and snorkeling, as well as experience Maya culture and visit a small aquarium and zoo, making for a full day of fun. We were there from morning until night, but there was still so much to see. There was also a section for hatching quail eggs. Although it was paid, the photo plan available with automatic cameras throughout the park was great.

The night show features dances and history from various regions of Mexico. The venue for the show is very spacious, so if you don't mind where you sit, it seems fine to arrive just in time.

マヤ文化のコーナー等、植物が多いところでは蚊がいるので虫よけが必要です。また、日焼け止めは自然にやさしいもののみ使用可です。
