I was satisfied that the driver came to the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Unlike the airport to hotel transfer, there was no drink service. I also felt that the music inside the vehicle was a bit loud. I wonder if it depends on the driver? The driving was safe both to and from the destination, which is the most important point. I would like to use this service again.

Arriving at Cancun Airport for the first time was quite an experience. The arrival area was crowded with arriving passengers and travel company representatives, but I was able to find the staff as indicated on the VELTRA website, making it very smooth to get to the car pickup area. (There was a bit of walking distance, about three minutes through the crowd.)

The vehicle was a Chevrolet Tahoe, which was more than enough size for our family of four and very comfortable. What surprised me was that we could choose from several types of cold drinks. It was a great relief after standing in line at immigration and dealing with the heat on the way to the car pickup area. The kids commented that the mango juice (in a bottle) was incredibly delicious. I enjoyed a nostalgic Coca-Cola (in a bottle) to refresh myself. The driver was very friendly, and we enjoyed our conversation (English was spoken). I would definitely like to use this service again.

Upon exiting the airport, we were able to quickly find the staff member holding a board with our names, but for some reason, we were made to wait until other passengers arrived. Since the car we took was a private hire, it felt like unnecessary waiting time.

I requested a change in the pickup time for our return, and while I understand that it couldn't be accommodated, I was disappointed for the following two reasons:
1. I was told that changes couldn't be made because the vehicle allocation was already decided for the day, but despite having requested this four days prior, the reason given the day before our departure seems to stem from the vendor's own convenience. They did not consider the customer's needs.
2. I only found out that changes couldn't be made the day before our return, after I inquired again. The initial response was given four days prior when I first inquired, stating that they were waiting for a response from the local operating company. However, it seems that nothing was done until I followed up, which gives the impression of complacency in their work. Moreover, if it was due to the reason mentioned in point 1, they should have known well in advance.

I would like the responsible department to share any unresolved issues internally and to follow up for a prompt response if there is no answer from the local side. I appreciated the quick response regarding the reservation, but unfortunately, due to the reasons mentioned above, I have to rate my experience harshly.

完了していない案件は、担当部署内で共有して、現地から回答がなければ催促して、早めに回答していただきたいと思います。
予約に対する回答は迅速で好感を持ちましたが、残念ながら上記理由で評価は辛口にさせていただきます。

This time, we used a shuttle from our hotel in Playa del Carmen to Cancun Airport for our family of four. Our flight was early, with a pickup scheduled for 4:05 AM, and I was a bit anxious about whether they would actually arrive on time at such an early hour, but my worries were unfounded.

After checking out at 4 AM, there was no shuttle waiting at the hotel entrance, which made me wonder for a moment. However, I soon spotted a large white van parked at the secondary entrance around the corner, and the driver was waiting outside, making it easy to make contact.

Given that it was early morning and there were few cars around, we arrived at the airport in no time, thanks to the driver's efficient driving. 服装もきっちりした言葉使い（英語）も大変丁寧なドライバーで、早朝で周りの車が少ないこともありましたが、キビキビとあっと言う間に空港に到着しました。スーツケースの荷運びもこちらからお願いするまでもなくてきぱきとやっていただき、洗練されたプロフェッショナルな方だったことで好感が持て、早朝からとてもよい気分になれたと思います。
空港到着時は、自然と個別のチップをはずみたい気持ちになり（実際そうしました！）、進んでチップを渡すというのは渡す方も心地よいものだと気付かされました。

The spacious van was perfect for our group of four, providing a smooth transfer from Cancun Airport to our hotel in Playa del Carmen, which was very helpful. I quickly found the representative waiting just outside the exit of Cancun Airport. As I had been informed beforehand, they were wearing a distinctive yellow and white vertically striped outfit, making them easy to spot. They held a list of multiple groups, and once I provided my name, they promptly matched it and instructed me to wait for the driver. It seems the meeting representative and the driver are separate.

I waited about 5 to 10 minutes for the driver to arrive. The representative informed me that there was traffic on the road, so I didn't feel anxious at all. I think it would have been best if the driver had a bit more time to avoid any waiting, but this is a cheerful Latin country, so it's best not to worry about the little things.

Both the representative and the driver were fluent in English, making communication very smooth as long as you can speak English. The driver was very cheerful and friendly, embodying the spirit of a Latin country, which was amusing. When he approached, he had a rhythmic sway to his body as if he were dancing, which I personally found endearing. ドライバーがお迎えに来るまで、5～10分程度待ちました。道路が渋滞しているようで、その旨、待ち合わせ担当者が教えてくれたので、不安は特になかったです。ドライバーがもう少し時間に余裕を持っていただいて待ち時間なくドライバーとコンタクト出来ればベストだったとは思いますが、そこは陽気なラテンの国、（日本人的な？）細かなことは気にしないことです。
待ち合わせ担当者も、ドライバーも英語が堪能で、英語さえ使えればコミュニケーションは非常にスムーズです。また、ドライバーが、ラテン国家のメキシコらしく、非常に陽気でフレンドリーな方で面白かったです。コンタクトした際も、何かこう、体を左右にリズミカルに揺らしながら踊るような風体で近づいてきたのが、個人的に微笑ましかったですね。日本の人によっては、「うっ、何か怪しいお兄さんが近づいてくるよ・・」と警戒するかも知れませんが、再度、ここはラテンのノリの陽気な国ですからね。それも含めて、楽しめるならグッドだと思います。

Since my flight was at 8:30 AM, I booked a private hotel-to-airport transfer. The pickup was at 5:20 AM, so I checked out at 5:10 AM, and the driver was already waiting in the hotel lobby. As soon as I stepped outside the airport, I felt relieved to see someone waiting with a sign that had my name on it. From there, we walked to the bus stop, but it wasn't a very large airport, so it wasn't a problem. We waited a little for the charter bus to arrive (I remember it being about 15 minutes), but since we also had to deal with a crowded immigration process and couldn't get outside right away, it was within an acceptable range.

I'm grateful to the staff who assisted us in English, despite it not being their first language. The driver was speeding a bit, but he was skilled at driving, so I didn't feel particularly anxious. I'm not sure if it was because I had seen negative reviews beforehand or if we just happened to receive good service, but everything was perfectly fine! Thank you very much!

I used a shuttle service from Cancun Airport to my hotel. After arriving at the designated parking area at the airport, I waited for about 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. It was very difficult to wait that long with a 2-year-old and a 0-year-old. I didn't expect to wait so long, especially since I requested a private vehicle. Honestly, I think it would have been better to take a taxi if I had to wait that long. I will probably use a taxi next time.

The driver did a good job of introducing various landmarks along the way from the airport to the hotel, including downtown, shopping malls, and the Cancun monument. I appreciated that aspect.

This is my review of using the Shuttle on July 25, 2021.

Overall, I was able to move to the hotel without any issues. I was also satisfied with the price.

The reason for lowering my rating is that I had to wait about 40 minutes for the Shuttle to arrive. It was summer, the weather was bad, and waiting in the high heat and humidity was tough. Additionally, I had trouble finding the check-in desk.

As for how to find the check-in staff, there are many representatives from other shuttle companies around, so if you ask, they will help you out. (Surprisingly friendly!)

*It’s possible that the long wait was due to the large number of tourists and the time it took for immigration processing when entering Mexico, as well as the impact of COVID-19.

For those who will be using it, have a great trip!

However, I had to wait for nearly an hour in the blazing sun from the meeting point until boarding. It was disappointing that the car took so long to arrive.

I requested a private transfer from Cancun Airport to my hotel, Nizuc Resort and Spa. However, the driver was not familiar with the hotel's location and passed it by, then got lost while trying to return, which made me very anxious. Especially since it was a private transfer, I would have appreciated it if they had thoroughly researched the location in advance. Additionally, when we arrived, the driver didn't say a word, which made for a somewhat unsettling start to my trip.
