Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations made after 13:30 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- Children 8 years old and above can participate in this activity.
Required items to bring & attire
- Please be prepared for the mountain weather as it changes quickly. Wind chill can change the temperature dramatically and you will be outside for the majority of your tour.
- Please wear/bring thermals, base layers or long johns.
- Snow pants are essential as you will be walking deep in snow. You may bring your own or rent from stores in Banff such as Snowtips-Bactrax.
- Please bring a winter jacket, ideally waterproof. Ski jackets can be rented from stores in Banff such as Snowtips-Bactrax.
- Sturdy waterproof boots, ideally ones that go over the ankle as you will be walking in deep snow.
- Please note that trainers, sneakers, vans, Ugg boots, or “dressy” boots are not allowed.
- Hat
- Winter fleece / sweater
- Gloves
Other requirements
- Participants 15 years old and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Please call the activity provider the day before to reconfirm your booking. Your voucher has the necessary contact information listed.
- Participants are required to sign a liability waiver at the time of check-in.
- Participants 18 years old and under must have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver.
Additional notes
- Please note that the tour will not run if the temperature goes below -27 degrees Celsius and your booking will be rescheduled instead.
- This is a small group tour with a maximum of 12 participants per guide.
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- The activity provider does not assume any responsibility for your valuables and/or personal belongings.
- The tour guide has full discretion to refuse service to customers based on attire, behavior, physical fitness and condition.
- Gratuity is not included in the price.
