- Any cancellations made between 20:00 local time, 11 business days to 20:00 local time, 7 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 20:00 local time, 7 business days to 20:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 20:00 local time, 2 business days to 20:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 20:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
Change Policy
- About changing of the schedule.
If you need to change the date of the tour for your own reasons, the following terms will be applied:
Change for the first time: you can change the date with no extra charge provided you give us notice of at least 2 days.
Change for the second time and thereafter: your booking will be cancelled and the cancellation mentioned above will be charged.
*First-time-change rule will be applied if you give us notice at least 11 days from the tour date.
