    Warm-Up Exercises
    The staff will start with a brief lecture and some light stretching exercises. Once you're ready, head out for the trekking tour!

    - Travel distance: Approximately 12km
    - Elevation change: Approximately 270m
    - Duration: Approximately 3 and a half hours

    The tour is an introductory course for mountain climbing. You'll walk along the ridge from the summit of Mt. Hakone, offering stunning views of Mt. Fuji and Lake Ashinoko.

    The guide will bring tea and small snacks. Let's refresh both our minds and bodies in the forest!

    For those coming by car: Parking at the Ministry of the Environment Hakone Visitor Center (free, 40 spaces)

    - From Odawara direction: Continue straight on National Route 1 towards Numazu/Hakone, enter National Route 138 at the Miyanoshita intersection. Turn left at the Sengokuhara intersection and continue straight. (Approximately 60 minutes from Odawara city)
    - From Gotemba direction: Continue straight on National Route 138 towards Odawara/Hakone, turn right at the Sengokuhara intersection and continue straight. (Approximately 40 minutes from Gotemba city)
    For those coming by bus: Ministry of the Environment Hakone Visitor Center parking lot

    - From Odawara Station: Take the Hakone Tozan Bus "Kojiri/Togen-dai Line" from the East Exit Bus Terminal No. 4 (about 50 minutes). Get off at the "Shirayuri-dai" bus stop (2 minutes walk)
    - From Hakone-Yumoto Station: Take the Hakone Tozan Bus "Kojiri/Togen-dai Line" from Bus Stop No. 3 (about 40 minutes). Get off at the "Shirayuri-dai" bus stop (2 minutes walk)
    - From Gotemba Station: Take the Odakyu Hakone Express Bus "Hakone Togen-dai Line" from the Otome Exit. Get off at the "Shirayuri-dai" bus stop (2 minutes walk). Please note that all seats on the express bus are reserved, so please contact the bus company in advance.

  • The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
  • The tour will be held in light rain, but in case of heavy rain, snowfall, or stormy weather, the staff will contact you around 19:00 the day before or between 7:00 and 8:00 on the day of the tour to cancel. If the tour is cancelled due to weather conditions, there will be no cancellation fee, but we cannot compensate for travel expenses to the meeting place (Hakone).
