Since this was my first time using the service, I was a bit anxious, but an older man was flexible and accommodating when we needed to change our destination. The Alphard was clean inside, which was great.

今回初めて利用したので少し不安だったんですが、少し年配の男の人で行く場所を変更しても臨機応変に対応してもらえました。アルファードで車内も綺麗で良かったです。

I used the 5-hour course. The driver who took care of us was truly wonderful, making for a fantastic trip✨️ I was really happy to visit all the famous spots, but he also took us to lesser-known places while sharing local stories. The views were far more impressive than those at the touristy spots. There were places I would have never noticed if I had gone on my own, so I’m really glad I used this service.

For lunch, he made a reservation at a recommended fresh somen restaurant, which was also incredibly delicious and exquisite.

He provided many thoughtful gestures, making the 5 hours feel much more fulfilling, and I was able to fully enjoy Shodoshima. I highly recommend using this service when you visit Shodoshima!

有名なスポットを全部巡れただけでも嬉しかったのですが、地元のお話を交えながら知る人ぞ知るのスポットに連れて行ってくださいました。観光地化されたところより遥かに感動する景色ばかりでした。個人で回っていれば気づけなかったところなので、本当に利用してよかったです。
お昼ご飯もおすすめの生そうめんのお店を予約していただいたのですが、そこもとても美味しく絶品でした。
他にも細やかな心遣いを沢山していただき、5時間とは思えない充実の時間となり、小豆島を満喫することができました。
ぜひ、小豆島に行かれる際には利用されることをおすすめします！

I was anxious about traveling to Kyoto with my elderly parents, but thanks to the thoughtful assistance of our driver, Mr. Kumagai, we were supported for two days. He not only served as our tour guide but also took into consideration my mother's mobility issues, making sure to minimize the walking distance as much as possible.

It was unfortunate that it rained, but what was even more disappointing was the quiet driver. Since we were hoping to do some sightseeing, I wish they would try harder.

We used this service for our family of five.

We had a desire to enjoy both the boat ride at Takachiho Gorge and the Amaterasu Railway, including transportation from our hotel in Kumamoto to our hotel in Aso. The driver was very kind and skillfully adjusted the itinerary based on the situation of the day.

Thanks to that, we were able to ride the boat safely and enjoy the Amaterasu Railway, making it a day that left the whole family very satisfied.

We felt secure during the transfers, and the service was polite, making it a very pleasant experience. I would recommend this to anyone looking to efficiently enjoy sightseeing in Takachiho.

熊本のホテルから阿蘇のホテルまでの移動を含めて、高千穂峡のボートとあまてらす鉄道の両方を楽しみたいという希望がありましたが、ドライバーさんがとても親切で、当日の状況を見ながら行程を上手に調整してくださいました。

おかげで、無事にボートにも乗ることができ、あまてらす鉄道も楽しめて、家族みんな大満足の1日になりました。

We had a wonderful time visiting Arashiyama, Kinkaku-ji, and Nijo Castle with my elderly parents and my college-aged sons, making a total of five people. The guide was very considerate of my parents, who had difficulty walking, and provided plenty of explanations at each destination as well as interesting stories about the city of Kyoto. I believe we wouldn't have been able to cover so much on our own. Not only were my parents happy, but my sons also seemed to feel the greatness of Kyoto, making it a truly great trip. The guide was knowledgeable and had endless topics to discuss, which helped us get through the 10-hour round trip! This time, the weather was clear and the path was mostly non-slippery, but having the guide made me feel more secure, and I was able to enjoy the experience without worrying about pacing myself.

今回は晴天で足元もほぼ滑らない道中でしたが、それでもガイドさんがいる方が安心で、ペース配分も考える必要なく楽しめました。

I usually don't exercise and I dislike mountain climbing, but after being moved by Shiratani Unsuikyo last year, I decided to challenge myself and try to reach Taiko Rock. As I had researched beforehand, the climb from the moss-covered forest to Taiko Rock was really tough. I think I would have given up if it weren't for the guide. When I finally mustered my last bit of strength and reached the summit, I was truly moved by the view in front of me and felt that it was worth climbing!

普段の生活で運動をしないし、山登りも嫌いな自分ですが、去年白谷雲水峡に感動し、次は太鼓岩まで行ってみたいと思い挑戦しました。
事前に色々と調べたとおり、苔むすの森からの太鼓岩、本当にきつかったです。
ガイドさんいなかったら諦めていたと思う。
最後の力を振り絞って頂上へ着いた時、目の前の景色に本当に感動して登って良かったと心から思いました！

We had a wonderful experience in Kyoto driven & guided by Ken san, a real gentleman, who took us to see the sights & guided us through them. Would highly recommend.

Driver Tanaka was amazing. He fulfilled almost all of our wishes, making it a very enjoyable trip. The conversations in the car were also interesting, and he was very kind to guide us at the sightseeing spots. I would definitely like to request him again the next time I go to Kumamoto!

I used a charter taxi for the first time. I was able to visit all the places I wanted, and when I had extra time, I could also go to the recommended spots suggested by the driver. While I was exploring the destinations, the driver waited in the taxi, which was great because it meant I didn't have to worry about sticking to a strict schedule. If I have the chance again, I would like to use this service.

貸切タクシーを初めて利用しました。行きたい所は全て回れましたし、時間が余った時に運転手さんのおすすめの場所にも行けました。目的地散策中、運転手さんはタクシーの中で待っていてくれるので、予定時間より前後しても問題ないところもとても良かったです。また機会があれば、利用したいです。

It's just watching a low-quality synthetic screen on the TV in the car. The content isn't interesting either. I feel nauseous from seeing the real streets through the screen. On top of that, it encountered an error and had to restart the system. I felt like I missed out on the parts that were skipped due to the error.

車の中で質の悪い合成画面をテレビで見るだけ。内容も面白くない。現実の街並みを画面を通して見ることで酔う。おまけに途中でエラーになり、システム再起動。エラーで通り過ぎた部分は飛ばされたので、損した気分。

I visited Kyoto during the busiest time of the year without realizing it, and I used a sightseeing taxi. They selected the appropriate routes, allowing me to enjoy a comfortable stay. The knowledge about temples and shrines was impressive, and the stories shared were very enlightening. If I have the opportunity to go to Kyoto again, I would definitely like to request their services.

一年で1番人が多い時期とは知らず京都に行き観光タクシーを利用させていただきましたが適切なルートをセレクトしていただき快適な滞在を満喫できました。

I requested a sightseeing tour of about three and a half hours. I was accompanied to Osaka Castle, Tsutenkaku, Abeno Harukas from the car window, and Ebisu Bridge in Dotonbori, as well as for souvenir shopping. For lunch, I was blown away by the authentic takoyaki and negiyaki recommended by the driver! I'm glad I added the transfer to Itami Airport. I'm very satisfied! 😊

The sedan was honestly an old model, but the driver was a very kind and experienced person. I had many places I wanted to visit, but he organized the schedule properly so that we could visit everything within the time limit. The 6-hour course was a very fulfilling sightseeing experience, allowing us to visit Fushimi Inari Taisha, Kinkaku-ji, Ryōan-ji, Kitano Tenmangū, and Ginkaku-ji✨️. The explanations provided by our guide were also interesting, and I was impressed by the secret at Ryōan-ji, which I felt they must have known because they have lived in Kyoto for a long time. I could feel the energy at Fushimi Inari Taisha and Kinkaku-ji as power spots. With a sightseeing taxi, we were able to efficiently visit places that would be difficult to see in one day using trains and buses, and we could also hear various interesting tidbits (which was a big plus). I would definitely like to request this service again when I visit Kyoto!✨️ Thank you!

担当して下さった方の説明も面白く、龍安寺での秘密？は、長く京都に住まわれてるから分かったのだろうなと感動しました。伏見稲荷大社、金閣寺とパワースポットを感じました。電車バスだと１日では観光できないところを観光タクシーでは効率よくまわれて、豆知識（これは大きい）も色々聞けるので、また京都観光の際はぜひお願いしたいです✨️ありがとうございました！

I’ve lived in Tokyo for 10 years and thought I’d seen it all — but Time Trip Taxi genuinely surprised me. What looks like a regular taxi ride from Tokyo Station to Asakusa transforms into an immersive AR journey through Edo-period Japan. The moment the visuals kick in and modern Tokyo fades into old Edo, you completely forget you’re just sitting in a cab. The virtual guide walks you through the history in such an engaging way that by the time you step out in Asakusa, you see the whole area with completely different eyes. The temple, the streets, the atmosphere — everything hits differently when you actually know the story behind it. The transition between the AR visuals and the real city is seamless and so well done. Honestly one of the most unique and memorable experiences I’ve had in Japan.

I wanted my parents, who traveled from afar to attend my wedding, to enjoy some sightseeing as a gift, so I booked a taxi tour. However, the driver's voice was too quiet, and I couldn't understand what he was saying. I had imagined a lively atmosphere in the car with the driver sharing various stories about Miyako Island, but it was completely quiet, and the car was silent throughout the ride. My parents didn't have much fun, and it felt like we ended up with a disappointing driver. Unfortunately, the taxi tour, which was meant to be a gift, left a bad impression in the end.

私の結婚式に参加するため遠くから来てくれた両親に観光を楽しんでもらいたいと思いプレゼントの意味も込めタクシー観光を申し込みましたが、運転手さんの声が小さく、何を言っているのかわかりませんでした。
運転手さんが宮古島のことをいろいろと教えてくださり、終始話で盛り上がる車内を想像していましたが、まったく盛り上がらず、車内は静まり返っていました。
両親もあまり楽しめず、ハズレの運転手さんに当たってしまった感があり、プレゼントのタクシー観光が最後の最後に嫌な思いが残るものとなってしまいました。

I had a fantastic time on the Taiko Rock course for five hours with our guide, Mr. Kimura. It flew by as he taught us various things along the way. The pacing, photo spots, and tips on how to take pictures, along with knowledge about Yakushima, were all things we wouldn't have learned if we had climbed on our own. We experienced everything from subtropical to northeastern climates, and even moments of sunshine turning into fog. The river water was delicious, making the Yakushima hike absolutely amazing. I felt like a child again, enjoying every moment, and I want to return to Yakushima next time to experience Yakusugi Land and marine sports! I would be thrilled to meet the same guide again then.

木全さんと言うガイドさんについて頂き、色々教えて貰いながらの太鼓岩コース5時間はあっという間で、本当に楽しかったです。
ペース配分、写真スポットや撮り方、屋久島の知識、自分達だけで登っていたら知り得ない事ばかりでした。
亜熱帯から東北地方の気候まで、晴れから霧がかかった瞬間も体験でき、川の水も美味しく屋久島登山は最高でした。
童心に返って楽しむ事ができたので、次回ヤクスギランドやマリンスポーツを体験しに屋久島に行きたいと思います！その時、また同じガイドさんに巡り会えたら嬉しいです。

We took this time travel taxi from Tokyo station to Ueno station and it was so much fun, very informative and allowed us to learn about the Edo period in Japan and the taxi itself was very comfortable and smooth.
