I was very satisfied with visiting all the places I wanted to go. The somen noodles we had for lunch, which were reserved for us, were very delicious.

Right after the typhoon passed, the air was fresh, and droplets were flowing down the moss, allowing me to fully enjoy nature. The walking distance and time were just right.

台風が過ぎ去った直後で、空気が新鮮で、苔にしずくが流れ落ち、自然を満喫しました。
歩行距離や時間も適宜です。

I was taken to a hidden temple that even the locals don't know much about. It was a narrow mountain road, but I was able to enjoy the scenery with peace of mind. We had some extra time, and I was taken to various places. The guide was also very helpful, making for a fun four hours. Thank you very much!

My long-awaited Yakushima trekking... I was filled with anxiety wondering if I could endure the 11 hours, but the guide's consideration was outstanding. There was no negative information, and the pacing was just right, allowing us to reach Jomon Sugi in no time. The return journey was quite rainy, but I was able to finish without feeling bored or tired.

On the second day, I had given up hope thinking it would be canceled due to the rain in the morning, but the guide came to the hotel early and consulted with us! They offered the option to decline, but encouraged us to go as far as we could, and we made it to the moss-covered forest. The moss-covered forest in the rain is truly beautiful, and with all the positive talk, I was able to enjoy the tour without feeling disappointed.

This wonderful Yakushima tour was all thanks to our guide. Thank you very much!

念願の屋久島トレッキング…。11時間…耐えれるかなあと不安でいっぱいでしたが、ガイドさんの配慮が最高でした。ペース配分やマイナスな情報はなく…あっと言う間に縄文杉まで行けました。帰路はかなりの雨でしたが、飽きることなく疲れを感じることなくゴールできました。
２日目は朝から雨で中止かと諦めていましたが、早朝からガイドさんがホテルに来て下さり、相談しに来ました！って、断ることもできる選択肢も提案してくれましたが、行けるとこまで行きましょうって言って下さり…苔むす森まで行けました。雨の苔むす森は本当に綺麗なんですよって、プラスの話しばかりでがっかりすることなく、ツアーを楽しめました。
こんなに素敵な屋久島ツアーになったのはガイドさんのおかげです。ありがとうございました。

This time, he first confirmed our preferences. Based on that, he efficiently guided us while considering the rental time and crowd conditions, adding recommended places to our wishes, which made for a very satisfying two days.

Additionally, he shared many interesting stories about historical backgrounds and the origins of words that aren’t included in guidebooks, making our sightseeing in Kyoto not just about seeing but also deepening our knowledge.

They arrived on time to pick us up and fulfilled all the various requests I had! The car was very clean and comfortable!

When we participated in the kayak tour, they waited until we finished, allowing us to smoothly head to the next location.

Since we had a child, they also provided a child seat, which was perfectly installed.

I used the service for two days, and both days we had the same driver.

On the first day, we started from a hotel on Kokusai Street and visited the Churaumi Aquarium, had Okinawa soba for lunch, went to Kouri Island, and then to Pineapple Park, which was an 8-hour course. The driver fulfilled all our requests for places we wanted to visit.

On the second day, we requested a 4-hour course with Amebire and Ender. The driver was very kind and made us feel at ease, making it much easier than renting a car ourselves in an unfamiliar place.

They guided us to the entrance, lent us an umbrella, and took many family photos at each spot. My kids ended up loving the driver, and at the end, we even took a commemorative photo together, which made them very happy!

We wanted to visit Umikaji Terrace on the second day, but we ran out of time, so I definitely want to go back to Okinawa!

2日間利用しましたが２日共、同じドライバーさんでした。
１日目は国際通りのホテルから出発して美ら海水族館、お昼ご飯は沖縄そば、古宇利島、パイナップルパークと８時間コースでしたが行きたい場所の要望を全て叶えて頂けました。
2日目はアメビレとエンダーで4時間コースでお願いしました。
とても親切で安心感があり慣れない土地で自分たちでレンタカーを借りるよりかなり楽に感じました。
入口まで案内して頂いたり日傘を貸して頂いたり、各スポットで家族写真もたくさん撮って下さり子供もドライバーさんが大好きになり最後にドライバーさんと一緒に記念写真まで撮ってもらい大喜びでした！
2日目はウミカジテラスも行きたかったですが時間が足りなかったのでまた沖縄行きたいです！

I didn't know the meeting point for the reserved taxi, so I went to the app taxi location. The driver contacted me and came to pick me up. I was able to sightsee efficiently in a short amount of time.

予約タクシーの待ち合わせ場所を分からないので、アプリタクシーのところに行きました。運転手さんから連絡が来て、迎えに来ました。

It was great to be in places that were completely free of crowds. I really enjoyed hearing about life in Kyoto. I was able to fully enjoy various aspects of Kyoto that aren't in the travel guides, as well as the good points of the major attractions.

混雑が全く無いところばかりでよかったです。京都の生活とか聞かせてもらってほんとに楽しかったです。
観光本に無い京都や、メジャーもメジャーの良いところなど色々説明していただいて満喫できました。

I thoroughly enjoyed the time trip. The driver's service was also excellent. Traveling from Tokyo Station to Asakusa can be quite challenging with transfers, so this was convenient and fun 🎶 I highly recommend it!

In January 2026, we arrived on the cruise ship, and it was a great help that the driver came to the parking lot right in front of us. It was my first time in Ishigaki Island, and thanks to the veteran driver’s guidance, we were able to have an efficient and meaningful sightseeing experience. We were blessed with good weather, enjoyed beautiful scenery, and were able to take memorable photos, which made us very satisfied. I was particularly moved by Kabira Bay. During the drive, the driver shared stories about the culture and customs, and took us to recommended places (popular power spots), which was a lot of fun. I appreciate the flexible response to our requests for specific destinations. Before going, I was unsure and anxious about whether to rent a car, but chartering a taxi through Veltra allowed us to focus on sightseeing, which was great. Thank you so much to the driver who took care of us at that time.

2026年1月　当日クルーズ船での到着でしたが、目の前の駐車場に来てくれ本当に助かりました。初めての石垣島でしたがベテラン運転手さんのガイドで効率よく有意義な観光ができました。お天気にも恵まれ綺麗な景色、記念撮影も叶い大満足です。特に川平湾には感動しました。移動中も文化や習慣をお話ししてくれたり、おすすめの場所(人気のパワースポット)にも案内してくださったり楽しかったです。こちらの希望地の要望にも応えながらも、柔軟な対応に感謝いたします。行く前はレンタカーにしようか迷い不安もありましたが、ベルトラでタクシーをチャーターしたことで観光に専念できて良かったです。あの時の運転手さん、お世話になり本当にありがとうございました。

My family and I decided to book an Alphard through Veltra from the airport to our hotel (5-hour tour). We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Shiro Kawashima as our driver and tour guide. This was our first time visiting Okinawa, and we hadn’t done much planning in advance. Mr. Kawashima took the time to make recommendations for a lunch destination, and show us pamphlets for great spots to check out that were between the airport and hotel. He was an excellent driver, very patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about Okinawa. We had such an amazing experience that we decided to book him a couple days later for an 8-hour tour to the aquarium and some other destinations, which was even better. The car was very comfy and would be great for a family of up to 5, I would say. All in all, if you want excellent service, a comfortable ride, and a knowledgeable guide to help you maximize your time in Okinawa, I would highly recommend Mr. Kawashima! Thank you!

The driver is experienced, so they can take you to your desired destinations and nearby recommended sightseeing spots. If you have specific food preferences, they will also introduce you to recommended restaurants, making this tour a great option.

ドライバーさんもベテランなので行きたい場所そして近くのおすすめ観光スポットも連れてもらえるし食べたいものがあればおすすめの飲食店も紹介して下さるのでこのツアーありだと思います。

Our driver was prompt in meeting us at the port for our shore excursion with friends. His English wasn't great, but he was very adept at using google translate to narrate what we were passing by and where we were going. We had great communication ahead of time with the company to indicate where we wanted to go and he got us to the Kamikaze museum, (we spent about an hour) and to the samurai gardens, even showing the way and where to pay (if you don't know that you may enter at the wrong end of the street.) He picked us up at the end, which saved us a long walk back up the pedestrian street.
We liked our itinerary because it got us inland and showed us the beautiful green hills of that part of Japan. We returned to the ship with plenty of time. If you know what you want to see (we compared itineraries with the ship's shore excursion) and can share a car this is a very cost-effective way to see a port stop.

I participated with my 7-year-old and 10-year-old daughters as a family. We were blessed with great weather, making it a comfortable day for hiking and climbing. Shiratani Unsuikyo is famous for being the forest from "Princess Mononoke," but we enjoyed wonderful views along the mountain paths as well. We fully enjoyed the great nature that Yakushima has to offer. The half-day tour is recommended for those who may not have much physical strength or for families with children. Next time, when the kids are older, I would like to challenge ourselves to reach Taiko Rock.

7歳と10歳の娘達と家族で参加しました。天気に恵まれ、快適なハイキング・山登り日和でした。白谷雲水峡はもののけ姫の森で有名ですが、途中の山道でも素晴らしい景色が堪能できました。屋久島らしい大自然を満喫しました。半日ツアーは体力に自信のない人や子連れの方にもオススメです。
次回は子供達が大きくなったら太鼓岩までチャレンジしたいと思います。

I had a great time participating in a two-day tour while being explained by the guide. Although I wasn't very confident in my physical stamina, the guide considered the pacing and made sure to chat with us so we wouldn't get too tired. I felt that the enjoyment of the tour really depends on the guide! I was very satisfied with the fun guides on both days.

I have used sightseeing taxis several times, but this was the first time I encountered such attentive service. They were flexible in accommodating my requests and guided me to many sightseeing spots that I could never have covered on my own. I am truly grateful for that. I was impressed by the wealth of information and knowledge unique to sightseeing taxis. I was able to fully enjoy the charm of Fukuoka, but there are still parts that I couldn't fully experience in just one day, so I would definitely like to request this service again! 運転手さんがガイドを兼ねていて、詳しい説明を聞くことが出来て良かったです。ガイドブックには載っていないような細かいこと、面白い話しもたくさん聞けて他人に自慢したくなります。公共機関のバス、電車を使って安く上げたりレンタカーを使う方法などは有りますが、時間の節約にはこれがピッタリです。地元の詳しいガイドさんのおかげで濃密な時間を過ごすにはこれが一番で、価値ある旅でした。ありがとうございます。

I decided to take a solo trip to Miyako Island, but I only booked a hotel. Since it's a nice hotel, I thought maybe I wouldn't need to go out, but I really wanted to see the Snow Salt Factory and Irabu Bridge! So, I made a reservation for a three-hour tour.

Not only did we visit those two places, but the guide also took us to other bridges as time allowed, and I was very satisfied with the experience.

宮古島に一人旅することにしたは良いけど、ホテルしか予約していませんでした。良いホテルなので外に行かなくてもいいかな？とも思ったのですがやはり雪塩ファクトリーと伊良部大橋はやっぱ見ておきたい！と思い三時間コースで予約しました。
その2つはもちろんの事、時間の許す限り他の橋も連れて行ってくださり大満足でした。

Although it was a short three hours, I was able to think about various things and enjoy the food I wanted to eat, which was great. I also fully enjoyed the beautiful blue sea of Miyako Island. The driver, Mr. Taniguchi, was very polite from the hotel pickup to the driving, and he showed great attention to detail, which made me realize how excellent MK is. I used a private taxi for 8 hours during a trip with a female friend.

Our driver was a Russian woman, and she was incredibly kind and polite in her Japanese service. I felt completely at ease from start to finish, with no worries at all. The conversations in the car were also a lot of fun!

Unfortunately, it was pouring rain that morning, but she had researched "recommended spots for rainy days" in advance, which really touched my heart. At the Kouri Island Bridge, she drove slowly while assessing the congestion, allowing us to take beautiful commemorative photos and videos, always matching our pace.

When we arrived at Heart Rock, she held an umbrella for us, was considerate of our footing, and even took photos for us. It was truly exceptional service.

Additionally, when I suddenly needed to use the restroom on the highway, she didn't show any annoyance and went out of her way to exit the highway and stop at a nearby convenience store, which was a real lifesaver. The taxi we rode in had Hello Kitty printed on the door, and since my friend loves Hello Kitty, she noticed and even took a commemorative photo with us, which made my friend very happy.

Thanks to our driver, despite the rainy weather, we created the best memories of our trip to Okinawa. I'm really glad we chose Okinawa Koto Transportation. When I come back to Okinawa, I would definitely like to request the same driver again. Thank you so much!

​担当してくださったのはロシア人の女性ドライバーさんでしたが、日本語での接客も非常に親切・丁寧で、最初から最後まで何の不安もなく安心して過ごせました。車内での会話もとても楽しかったです！

​当日の午前中はあいにくの大雨だったのですが、なんと事前に「雨の日におすすめのスポット」を調べておいてくださり、そのお心遣いに感動しました。古宇利島大橋では混雑状況を見極めながら、記念写真や動画が綺麗に撮れるようにゆっくり走行してくださるなど、終始こちらのペースに寄り添ってくださいました。

ハートロックに到着した際も、日傘を差してくれたり、足元を気遣ってくれたり、写真を撮ってくれたりと本当に至れり尽くせりでした。

​また、移動中の高速道路で私が急にトイレに行きたくなってしまった際も、嫌な顔ひとつせず、わざわざ高速を降りて近くのコンビニに寄ってくださり、本当に救われました。
乗車した車両のドアにキティちゃんがプリントされていたのですが、たまたま友人がキティちゃん大好きだったため、それを察して一緒に記念写真まで撮っていただき、友人も大喜びでした。

​ドライバーさんのおかげで、雨の日だったにもかかわらず、最高の沖縄旅行の思い出ができました。沖東交通さんにお願いして本当に良かったです。また沖縄に来る際は、ぜひ同じドライバーさんにお願いしたいです。本当にありがとうございました！

Since this was my first time using the service, I was a bit anxious, but an older man was flexible and accommodating when we needed to change our destination. The Alphard was clean inside, which was great.

今回初めて利用したので少し不安だったんですが、少し年配の男の人で行く場所を変更しても臨機応変に対応してもらえました。アルファードで車内も綺麗で良かったです。

The driver who took care of us was truly wonderful, making for a fantastic trip✨️ I was really happy to visit all the famous spots, but he also took us to lesser-known places while sharing local stories. The views were far more impressive than those at the touristy spots. There were places I would have never noticed if I had gone on my own, so I’m really glad I used this service.

For lunch, he made a reservation at a recommended fresh somen restaurant, which was also incredibly delicious and exquisite.

He provided many thoughtful gestures, making the 5 hours feel much more fulfilling, and I was able to fully enjoy Shodoshima. I highly recommend using this service when you visit Shodoshima!

お昼ご飯もおすすめの生そうめんのお店を予約していただいたのですが、そこもとても美味しく絶品でした。
他にも細やかな心遣いを沢山していただき、5時間とは思えない充実の時間となり、小豆島を満喫することができました。
