The SUNQ Pass is an unlimited travel ticket that provides free access to nearly all express and local buses throughout Kyushu, as well as in Shimonoseki and Nagato cities in Yamaguchi Prefecture, and certain ferries. With access to approximately 2,400 bus routes, this pass allows for extensive travel across Kyushu with just one ticket.

- Voucher expiration period: 3 month(s) since purchase date
- An environment with communication capabilities is required both when you start using the service and when displaying the ticket screen.
- If the clock on the ticket screen is not running, the ticket is considered invalid.
- If multiple people are using the service, tapping “Use” for one ticket will mark multiple tickets as “In Use” at the same time.
- If multiple people are using one screen, boarding and disembarking within the same section is only valid if the ticket holder and the other passengers are traveling together.
- If you use your first ticket within the expiration date (within 3 months), the remaining tickets will be valid for 5 days from the date of first use.
Other requirements
- The validity period of the ticket after it has been used extends until 2:59 a.m. the day after the customer taps the “Start Use” button. If the ticket is used between 12:00 a.m. and 2:59 a.m., it will be considered to have been used on the previous calendar day.
