- Any cancellations made between 17:30 local time, 8 business days to 17:30 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 17:30 local time, 2 business days to 17:30 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 40% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 17:30 local time, 1 business days to 1 hours prior to the activity start time will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.

- Any cancellations made between 17:30 local time, 2 business days to 17:30 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 40% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 17:30 local time, 1 business days to 1 hours prior to the activity start time will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 1 hours prior to the activity start time will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Additional notes
- The tour price for infants 1 to 5 years old includes meals, beds, and train seats. Please note that infants under 1 year old are free of charge but will not be provided with meals, beds, and train and bus seats.
- A decision on whether to cancel the tour will be confirmed by 3pm Japan Standard Time one day before the tour date.
- The final itinerary sheet, confirmation voucher, coupons and other necessary tour documents will be sent to your hotel or Narita/Haneda Airport one (1) day prior to the scheduled tour date. Please indicate your preferred place and for the hotel option, the name of the person who made the hotel reservation, upon booking.
- Reservation of train seats will be arranged once your tour has been confirmed. Details will be provided in a separate email before the scheduled tour date.
- Naganohara Kusatsuguchi Station to Kusatsu Onsen Bus Terminal and Kusatsu Onsen Bus Terminal to Karuizawa Station are regular bus routes. When the bus is full, please take the next bus. Please note that the bus may sometimes be delayed due to traffic conditions.
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
