Despite the sudden increase in COVID-19 infections and the precarious travel situation due to national measures, we were taken care of with great attention and care. My spouse and I are extremely grateful and moved by this experience. We were very happy.

急なコロナ感染増に伴い、国の対策等危うい旅行の最中ではありましたが注意に注意を重ねながら丁寧に対応して、連れて行って下さり夫婦二人して超とても感謝感激でありました。嬉しかったです。

I was a bit worried about the tour due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but it was carried out with a small group, and we were able to relax comfortably during the journey.

Of course, Asahikawa Zoo was great.

I had no interest in paintings at all, but I was pleasantly surprised by Professor Goto's museum. Additionally, we had lunch at the restaurant in a location that felt like we were looking at a landscape painting. It was very delicious and truly enriched my heart.

In the morning, I selfishly asked if we could stop by to see the illuminations on the way back, and the bus driver kindly remembered my request. We were able to enjoy the beautiful illuminations from the warm bus.

Thank you very much. Thanks to you, I had a very satisfying trip to Hokkaido. And I truly appreciate the long-distance driving.

コロナ禍でツアーは少々心配でしたが
少人数でも決行してくださり
移動中も車中ではゆったり過ごせました。

旭川動物園はもちろん、

全く絵画には興味がなかったのですが

後藤先生の美術館が思いのほか素晴らしく
また、同レストランで
風景画を見ているようなロケーションでの昼食。
大変美味しくすごく心が豊かになりました。

朝、帰りイルミネーションをみたいから
可能であればそちらを回って欲しいと
わがまま言ったのを
バスの運転手さんは覚えててくださり、
暖かい車中から綺麗なイルミネーションを見ることも
出来ました。


本当にありがとうございました
お陰で大満足の北海道旅行でした。
そして、長距離の運転本当にお疲れ様でした。

The schedule was just perfect. The zoo, the Blue Pond in Biei, lunch, and all-you-can-eat melon were all enjoyable experiences! Since it was late October, the autumn leaves visible along the highway were incredibly beautiful. The cold was quite intense, and it seems that people in Hokkaido don't think it's cold, as they dress lightly and don't seem to use heating anywhere, so it's best to dress warmly! A down jacket was the best choice!

Especially at Asahiyama Zoo, it's mostly outdoors with few buildings to block the wind, so be careful of the strong gusts! The Blue Pond is also quite far by car, and it's too cold to stay outside for long. Walking on the unstable ground for a bit meant we didn't need to stay for more than 10 minutes, so joining the tour was definitely the right choice. The driver was kind and considerate. The melon was surprisingly sweet. All-you-can-eat is quite a bargain! There were also coupons included, so I thought it was a great value!

スケジュールは全てちょうどよかったです。
動物園、美瑛の青い池、お昼＆メロン食べ放題、どれも連れて行っていただけて楽々でした！
10月後半なので、途中高速道路などで見れる紅葉が半端なく綺麗でした。
寒さは半端なく、多分またま北海道の方は寒いと思わないのか薄着＆どこへ行っても暖房付けない様である為、かなり着込んで行った方が良いです！ダウンがベストでした！
特に旭山動物園はほぼ屋外、周りに建物等遮るものが少なく、強風直あたりなので気をつけてください！
青い池も車で遠いし降りても寒すぎるし、地面が不安定なところを少し歩くので、滞在時間10分もいらなくてよかった感じなのでツアーで大正解かと。
ドライバーさんも優しく気遣いのある方でした。
メロンも甘くてびっくりしました。食べ放題だなんてかなりお得！
クーポンもついてるし、コスパ良いと思いました！

The tour content was good. However, I was disappointed that the bus was a microbus. We couldn't maintain distance from other participants, and since there were elderly people in the group, I really wished they had provided a proper sightseeing bus that allowed for spacing, especially during these times. I understand that it's tough with the increasing number of infections, but that aspect was truly disappointing.

ツアー内容は良かったです。ただ、バスがマイクロバスでがっかりです。
他の参加者とも間隔を開けられないし、高齢の方もいたので、こんな時だからこそ、ちゃんと間隔をあけられる観光バスにしてほしかったです。
感染者が増えてるので、大変なのもわかりますが、そこだけはほんと残念でした。

One of the great things about a bus tour is that you can relax and enjoy the scenery or even take a nap while traveling. After walking around the zoo and working up an appetite, I indulged in a luxurious lunch featuring Hokkaido's famous Genghis Khan from the selection of available meals, followed by a filling dessert of melon. Both my eyes and my taste buds were satisfied.

移動中はのんびり景色を見たりお昼寝もできちゃうのがバスツアーのいいところ。動物園で歩いてお腹を空かせたところで、選べる昼食のなかから北海道名物のジンギスカンを堪能してメロンでお腹一杯という贅沢な昼食。
目も口も満足でした。

Since it was just the two of us, it was smooth to get around, and we were able to return earlier than the scheduled time, which gave us some extra time for dinner. The driver was also very kind, and it was truly a great tour. I recommend it to everyone.

2人催行で、本当に夫婦2人だったので、移動にスムーズだったためか、終わりの予定時刻より早く帰ってこれたので、ゆうしょくにゆとりができました。
ドライバーの方も非常に親切な方で本当にいいツアーでした。みなさんにもお勧めです。

It was my family's first trip to Hokkaido, and although we were worried about COVID, we had no problems and were able to see a lot of things. My family was really happy. The all-you-can-eat melons were the best—sweet and incredibly delicious. The Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls were very beautiful. I want to use Veltra for my next trip.

家族と初の北海道旅行でコロナの心配もあったのですが全然問題なく色々見れました^_^
家族も凄く喜んでくれました。

甘くてめちゃくちゃ美味しかった。

The most enjoyable part was definitely Asahiyama Zoo. The way the exhibits were arranged was interesting, making it exciting and fun even for adults. The displays featuring the seals and hippos were particularly entertaining. I was surprised by how spacious the zoo was. The soft serve ice cream I had inside the zoo was incredibly delicious and addictive.

一番楽しかったのがやはり旭山動物園でした。
展示の仕方が面白かったので大人でもワクワク楽しかったです。
アザラシとカバのてんじの所が面白かったです。
動物園内がとても広くてビックリしました。
園内で食べたソフトクリームがとても美味しくてクセになりそうな美味しさ。

I participated because I could enjoy both a popular zoo and a spot featured in the guide. The zoo was great, but I was simply amazed by the beauty of the blue pond! The all-you-can-eat lunch and melon were nice, but it was a shame I got full after just four pieces. The driver was from China and was very courteous. There were also participants from China on the same tour, which must have been reassuring. Due to COVID, many events at the zoo were canceled, so I would like to visit again when I have the chance.

人気の動物園とガイドにも載っているスポットがどちらも楽しめるということで参加しました。
動物園はもちろんの事、青い池の綺麗さにただただ感動！
お昼とメロン食べ放題も良かったですが、4切れでお腹いっぱいになったのが残念。
ドライバーさんは中国の方でしたが、丁寧に対応してくださいました。同じツアーに中国の参加者がいらっしゃったので、心強かったのではないでしょうか。
コロナということで、動物園もイベントが色々中止になってたので、また機会があればゆっくり行ってみたいです。

The driver was polite and made me feel at ease. They kindly helped with the order in the dining area. The all-you-can-eat melon exceeded my expectations. It was delicious!

The bus guide contacted the zoo directly to inquire about the day's situation as soon as the zoo opened. Additionally, they provided clear explanations about the local history while we were on the road, which made the scenery feel different and more engaging. I think this is one of the advantages of a bus tour.

動物園の開演時間と同時にバスガイドさんが車中から当日の状況を直接動物園へ問い合わせしてくれました。また走行中の地方の歴史をわかりやすく説明してくれたので、見る景色もひと味違って見ることができました。バスツアーの利点だと思います。

I had to stand in line with other customers just to exchange the voucher for tickets, and it would have been better to wait until the bus arrived to line up, but instead, I stood there for about 15 minutes doing nothing. The bus guide kept explaining disclaimers like "In case of bad weather, the highway may be closed and the trip could be canceled," but for some reason, he was smiling half-heartedly while doing so, which was irritating. I wanted to sleep during the journey, but the bus guide kept talking and it was noisy. Next time, I will use a different mode of transportation.

バウチャーとチケットを引き換えるだけに他の客と同じ列に並ぶ必要があったり、バスが来てから並べばいいのに来るまで15分くらいひたすら立って待つだけなどひたすら段取りが悪い。
バスガイドも「悪天候で高速道路が閉鎖されると中止する場合があります」などの免責事項をなぜかずっと半笑いで説明するのでイラッとした。
道中も寝たいのにバスガイドがひたすら話していてうるさかった。
次からは他の交通手段で行く

Requested for a English host however not available thus the company sent an Japanese speaking driver cum guide. The guide was attentive and experience less the fact that communication was difficult, luckily we were able to use translation application to understand each other. Driver took the initiative to assist with photo taking and even brought us to get Hokkaido melons!

We opt for the vellfire as there were 5 of us and the vehicle was clean and very comfy. Toll fees were not included in the package and it added up to quite a shocking figure for the day.

Journey from sapporo to the designated areas was very far, we spent half a day travelling and it was so tiring. Emailed the company for some changes in pick up timing however there wasn’t any reply from them, be very sure on the timing before booking to prevent having to change the timing.

Paid 1.2k SGD for this day trip for 5 pax, I personally find the price a little on the high side however the driver’s service was so good that we tipped him even being so pricy. Wouldn’t recommend this itinerary but would definitely recommend taking on a tour with this company!
