In addition to the Snow Festival, I was hoping to take my son to Asahiyama Zoo, so I looked for a bus tour departing from Sapporo. It had been a while since I took a bus tour, but the kind and friendly bus guide and driver offered warm words, and the guide's personality was wonderful. Listening to their stories not only helped me learn about tourism in Hokkaido but was also enjoyable and informative. I highly recommend this tour and would like to use it again.

雪まつりの他、旭山動物園に息子を連れていけたらと思い、札幌発のバスツアーを探しました。
バスツアーは久しぶりでしたが、親切で優しいバスガイドさんと運転手の方にあたたかい言葉をかけていただきましたし、ガイドさんのお人柄が素晴らしく、お話を聞いていても北海道の観光勉強になるだけではなく、楽しく、ためになること、たくさん教えていただきました。
とてもおすすめのツアーです。また利用したいと思います。

Although there was a brief period of light snow, we were generally blessed with good weather and there was hardly any traffic. As a result, we were able to enjoy watching the adorable animals for a full three and a half hours, making it a satisfying day tour.

We successfully captured on video the highlights we were looking forward to: (1) the penguin walk, (2) the polar bear feeding time, and (3) the seal going through the pipe.

Thank you to the driver for your safe driving. And thank you to the guide for the enjoyable conversation along the way.

途中小雪が降る時間もありましたが、概ね良い天気に恵まれ、渋滞も殆どありませんでした。このため園内でたっぷり3時間半可愛い動物たちを見ることができて満足できる1日ツアーでした。
お目当てだった(1)ペンギンお散歩、(2)シロクマもぐもぐタイム、(3)アザラシのパイプくぐりをそれぞれバッチリ、ビデオに撮ることができました。

The tour was mostly for Chinese people, with the guide's explanations primarily in Chinese and only about a quarter in Japanese. It was stated that we would have two hours at Asahiyama Zoo, but it seemed like the driver's time was limited, and we could only spend an hour and a half there. I don't think it was worth the price. Everything else felt rushed, and it felt more like a drive than sightseeing.

The buffet felt like school lunch. I don't think I will use this service again.

日本人は1/4でほぼ中国人のツアーで、添乗員さんの説明も中国語ばかりで日本語はぜんたいよ1/4です。
２時間旭山動物園と書いてありましたが、運転手さんの時間がオーバーしちゃいけないみたいな説明をしつつ、１時間半しか見れないし、値段相応ではなかったと思います。
他も全て急ぎ足で、全く観光できずドライブに行った感じです。

バイキングは給食のような感じw
2度と使わないと思います。

I have been using Beltora overseas for a while, and I chose them again for my trip to Hokkaido without hesitation. It's much cheaper and easier than renting a car or taking the train!

On the day before the 2024 Sapporo Snow Festival, there was an unprecedented heavy snowfall, and many flights were canceled, which made me anxious. It seems that there were cancellations due to the expressway being closed for two consecutive days.

Fortunately, I was able to enjoy my trip as I had a reservation that was fully booked! On the same day, you can check in at the regular bus reception desk inside Sapporo Station, and they will guide you.

Both the driver and the bus guide from Chuo Bus were wonderful and did a professional job. It truly became a great memory!

以前から海外でベルトラさんにお世話になっており、今回の北海道旅行でも迷わずチョイス。
レンタカーや電車よりも全然安く楽ですよ♪
2024年札幌雪祭り前日、例年にない大雪、欠航しまくりの航空便で不安でした。やはり2日間連続で高速道路通行止めの影響でキャンセルになったらしいです。
予約は満席運良く満喫出来ました❗️
同日は札幌駅構内の定期バス受付窓口に行けばチェックイン出来て、案内されます。
中央バスのドライバーさん、バスガイドさん共に素晴らしく、プロの仕事をされておりました。
本当に良い思い出になりました♪

I was grateful that the guide kindly explained everything in three languages. I was anxious about driving in Hokkaido during winter, so although there were time constraints, I was able to visit many places. I'm glad I used the tour and would like to use it again if I have the opportunity!

The winter zoo was completely different from the summer one. There were many active animals and plenty of highlights to see. The polar bears and tigers were walking around, and it was very enjoyable to see them up close. The penguin parade was very cute. We had three and a half hours of free time, but it felt a bit short.

Also, the guide (Mr. Ito) gave great advice and pointed out the highlights. Thank you for the souvenir recommendations at the rest area.

冬の動物園は夏とは全く違いました。
動き回る動物が多くて見どころたくさんでした。
白熊やトラは歩き回っていて、近くで見れるのでとても楽しめました。
ペンギンパレードはとても可愛かったです。
3時間半の自由行動でしたが、足りないくらいでした。

またガイドさん(伊藤さん)のアドバイスが良くて、みどことを教えていただきました。
途中の休憩所でのお土産のおすすめもありがとうございました。

I was unsure about renting a car in Hokkaido during winter (December), but asking for a sightseeing taxi turned out to be a great decision! There were roads closed due to snow, and I think we wouldn't have been able to reach our destinations on time due to our concerns about driving. The experienced driver suggested an efficient route, allowing us to enjoy a satisfying sightseeing experience within our time limit. Since we had limited time due to our next schedule, we were introduced to "Takamikan" to see the beautiful scenery of Biei. The photos of Biei at Takamikan were stunning, and I was especially touched by the driver's desire to show us the scenery of Biei that we couldn't see! Thank you very much. I apologize for the inconvenience caused by leaving something behind, but I appreciate your kind assistance. I would like to request the same driver again.
*By reserving the sightseeing taxi in advance, we were able to plan our itinerary with peace of mind. It was also great that we could make reservations in hourly increments.

冬の北海道(12月)でレンタカーを借りるか悩んでいましたが、観光タクシーをお願いして大正解でした！積雪で通行止めになっている道もあり、自分たちでは運転に不安もあり予定通りに辿り着けなかったと思います。ベテランドライバーさんが効率のいい回り方を提案してくださり、時間内で大満足の観光が出来ました。次の予定がありあまり時間がなかった私たちに、美瑛の風景を見るならと「拓真館」を紹介していただきました。拓真館の写真で見る美瑛の風景も素晴らしく、なによりドライバーさんの“見れなかった美瑛の風景も見せてあげたい”という気持ちが嬉しかったです！本当にありがとうございました。忘れ物をしてしまいお手数をお掛けしましたが、親切にご対応いただきありがとうございました。また、同じドライバーさんをリクエストさせていただきたいです。
※事前に観光タクシーを予約したことで、安心して行程を組む事が出来ました。数時間単位で予約が出来たのも良かったです。

Asahiyama Zoo was a lot of fun because I could see many animals up close. Besides the zoo, there were stops at waterfalls and souvenir shops, making it a very worthwhile tour!

旭山動物園は多くの動物をまじかで見ることができとても楽しかった。
動物園以外に滝や土産屋の立ち寄りもあってとてもお得なツアーでした！

I was impressed by the thoughtfulness of our bus guide, Mr. Wang. The explanations were primarily in English, but he provided additional explanations in a low voice for the Japanese guests. His commentary during the journey was excellent, and thanks to him, we had a wonderful day. The bus driver was also kind and had a wonderful personality. To be honest, I was surprised because I didn't expect such a high level of service from a bus tour.

On the day of the tour, the overall schedule was delayed due to snow, and the break times were shorter, but not a single person complained. If you are looking for a guide who speaks English or Chinese, this is the best tour. I highly recommend it.

今回お世話になったバスガイドの王さんの気遣いに感動しました。基本は英語の説明ですが、日本人客には小声で別途に説明。道中の説明や話しも上手く、おかげさまで楽しい一日を過ごすことが出来ました。またバスの運転手さんも優しくて素晴らしい人柄。正直、バスツアーでここまで期待していなかっただけに驚きました。
当日は雪の影響で全体スケジュールが押しており、休憩時間が短かったりしましたが、誰一人として文句言う人などありませんでした。
もし、英語や中国語でのガイドさんを探しているのであれば最高のツアーです。お勧めです。

This time, I participated alone. The tour guide was very kind. I was a bit anxious being by myself, but I was able to enjoy it. I especially had a great time at Asahiyama Zoo even on my own! Additionally, I thought it would be nice to visit the Blue Pond and Shirahige Waterfall again in a warmer season, but I believe I had the best day!

添乗員さんも、とても親切な方でした。
一人なので少し不安でしたが、一人でも楽しめました。特に旭山動物は一人でも楽しむ無事ができました！その他、青い池や白ひげの滝は、もう少し暖かい季節に、もう一度、行ってみたいな！と思いましたが、最高の一日を過ごせたと思います！

I joined the tour as a solo participant. It was a tour with many foreign guests, and the guide and driver provided such warm hospitality that it made me, as a Japanese person, very happy. The driver was kind, giving a small snowman to a little child and brushing off snow from their clothes. However, the lunch buffet was somewhat lacking, and I wished that the guests from abroad could have enjoyed delicious Japanese food. Considering food waste, I thought it might be better to have something like a mini kaiseki instead of a buffet.

外国の方が多いツアーで、ガイドさん、運転手さんがとても温かい対応でおもてなしの心が日本人の私も嬉しかったです。運転手さんが小さい雪だるまで小さな子どもにあげたり、服についた雪を払ってあげたりとお優しい方でした。ただ、お昼のバイキングは今ひとつで、せっかく外国からいらした方々に日本の美味しい食事を食べてもらいたかったなぁと思いました。フードロスもあるのでバイキングにしないで、ミニ会席のようなものでも良いのかなぁと思いました。

It was my first time in Hokkaido. The guidance from the bus attendant was kind and easy to understand. This time, there were many international participants on the tour, and everyone seemed to be having a great time. I would be happy if they came to love Japan.

As for the local lunch, I think there were fewer participants, which might have contributed to the limited variety, and the food wasn't very tasty.

Our tour guide, Mr. Lee, was very attentive and provided thorough explanations, even though there were only two of us, a Japanese couple, participating in the tour, which required him to speak both Taiwanese and Japanese. He worked closely with the driver, ensuring a smooth tour. At the sightseeing locations, he greeted other tour guides with a smile, making for a well-organized and satisfying experience overall. 添乗員の、リーさん(男性)。今回は日本人参加者が私たち夫婦2名だけだったので台湾語と日本語を話さなければならず、大変だったにも拘わらず、懇切丁寧に説明をしてくださいました。また、運転手さんとの連携も密にとり、スムースなツアーが出来ました。見学地では他の添乗員さんとも笑顔で挨拶を交わすなど全てにおいて卒のない、接遇で満足のいくツアーでした。

It was a trip with my 5-year-old son. The veteran bus guide, the driver, and everyone on board were kind, making it a fun bus journey from start to finish. The time spent at the zoo was just right, and we were able to take our time and explore at our own pace. We also had plenty of time for meals and souvenir shopping.

What surprised me was that each bus seat had a power outlet. I had brought a mobile battery, but I wish I had known about this! I think some parents might give their kids a smartphone to pass the time, so I hope this information is helpful to someone. Please be mindful of the volume.

This time, my son managed with an encyclopedia and a sticker book. On the way back, he was so tired that he fell into a deep sleep. I highly recommend this bus tour.

ベテランバスガイドさんや運転手さん、同乗の方みなさん優しく終始楽しいバスの旅となりました。
動物園の滞在時間もちょうどよく、自分たちのペースでゆっくりと周ることが出来ました。
食事もお土産選びも余裕がありました(^ ^)
驚いたのはバスの各座席にコンセントが付いていることです。モバイルバッテリーは持って行ってたのですが、これは知っていたかった！
子連れだと暇つぶしにスマホを渡す方も居ると思うので、どなたかの参考になれば幸いです。

帰りのバスでは疲れたのか爆睡でした。

I only stayed for a few days, so I signed up for a tour, and I’m really glad I did. The information about viewpoints, how to efficiently navigate the zoo, and where to find clean restrooms was very helpful. The guide and driver were both very pleasant and attentive. I got to see the fox and On-chan in person. Since the sightseeing spots are quite extensive and difficult to cover on your own, I think incorporating this tour into your trip will provide a meaningful experience.

数日しか滞在しないのでツアーを申し込みましたが、ビューポイントや動物園の効率的な周り方、綺麗なトイレはここなどとても親切で参加してよかったと思います。
ガイドさんとドライバーさんがとても感じ良くてとても気遣って頂きました。
狐とonちゃんが生で見れました。
個人では周りきれないかなり広範囲の観光地を見学するので、旅行中1度組み込むと有意義な時間が過ごせると思います。

It was quite a long-distance and long-duration bus trip, but it turned out to be a fun day. Among the companions, there were only two of us Japanese, but the tour guide was really kind and attentive, which was great. I was particularly impressed by their language skills. They fluently spoke English, Cantonese, and several other languages, providing guidance with humor (there were occasional bursts of laughter).

The driver also greeted us with a smile every time we boarded or disembarked. Thanks to that, it was a pleasant tour.

As for Asahiyama Zoo, it was a place I had wanted to visit for a long time, so it was wonderful to finally fulfill that long-held wish. However, it was farther away than I had expected, and I wonder if the driver was quite tired. Especially on the way back, they drove for a long time on dark roads with few houses and little traffic, so thank you for your hard work.

The reason I didn't give this tour the highest rating was due to the weather not being favorable. Aside from Asahiyama Zoo, we didn't need an umbrella, but we were caught in the rain at the main destination. It was good that we could borrow an umbrella from the zoo, but it was unfortunate that it kept raining and stopping.

　かなり長距離・長時間のバス旅でしたが、楽しい一日になりました。
　同行者のうち日本人は私たち二人だけでしたが、添乗員さんは本当に親切に丁寧委に対応してくれてよかったです。特に語学力にはおどろきました。英語、広東語？その他数か国語を自由に操って、ユーモアを交えて（時折笑い声が聞こえた）案内してくれました。
　運転手さんも乗降するたびに笑顔で迎えてくれました。おかげで気持ち良いツアーになりました。
　旭山動物園はかねてから行きたいと思っていた所なので長年の念願がかないよかったです。ただ、思っていた以上に遠距離で運転手さんはかなり疲れたのではないでしょうか？　特に帰路は人家もなく自動車の通行も少ない真っ暗な道を長時間運転され本当にお疲れ様でした。
　今回のツアーに最高点を付けなかったのは、天気に恵まれなかったためです。旭山動物園以外は傘の必要はなかったのですが、メインの目的地で雨にたたられました。園の傘を借りられたのでよかったですが、雨が降ったりやんだりでそれが残念です。

The tour company was like "Kkday," and there was a bit of a mishap during the gathering time, but I managed to participate somehow.

The group consisted of a big family from Indonesia, several groups of Taiwanese, and me (a Japanese), so the guide communicated in English and Mandarin, while details like the meeting time were conveyed individually in Japanese. Since I understand a little English, I didn't feel alienated without Japanese; in fact, I found the perspective from foreigners to be interesting.

The itinerary was efficient and well-planned, but the lunch buffet was disappointing. I wanted to get a second helping, but I gave up because other groups arrived and formed a line.

The driver was Japanese, skilled at driving, and very friendly. The guide was a wonderful Taiwanese man (with a Japanese wife) who was very knowledgeable about Hokkaido. He provided a lot of helpful information, such as the best positions for photos and recommended shops.

ツアー会社は「Kkday」のようで集合時ハプニングがありましたが、なんとか参加できました。

客はインドネシアのbig familyと台湾人のグループ数組＆私（日本人）だったので、ガイドは英語と北京語、集合時間などは個別に日本語で伝えられました。私は少し英語がわかるので日本語がなくても疎外感はなく、むしろ外国人目線の案内が面白かったです。

効率よく回れて行程は良かったのですが、Lunch Buffetが残念でした。おかわりしかったけれど他の団体が着いて行列になっていたので断念しました。

driverさんは日本人で運転がお上手で気さくな方でした。ガイドさんは素晴らしく気配りのできる台湾人男性（日本人妻）で北海道のことをよくご存じでした。写真のbest positionやおすすめのお店等お役立ち情報をたくさん教えてくださいました。

I thoroughly enjoyed the zoo. The variety of animal feeding shows was great. I watched the polar bear feeding show, and I also caught glimpses of deer and seals as I passed by.

The Blue Pond in Biei and Shirahige Falls are also breathtaking.

動物園満喫できました。
各動物の餌やりショーもラインナップ豊富で良かったです。白クマの餌やりショーを見ましたが、他にもシカ、アザラシ等も通りすがりにチラ見できました。

The guide was friendly and it was fun! My first time in Hokkaido was great! Asahiyama Zoo has many highlights, and the exhibits are detailed and interesting!

I wanted to visit Asahiyama Zoo, not just Sapporo, so I joined this tour! It was more economical than traveling on my own, but the lunch buffet was a bit disappointing.
There were 15 participants in a microbus, which made it easy to navigate compared to the larger tourist buses. The guide wore a bright red jacket, which served as a good landmark! The guide, who is from Hong Kong, was cheerful and energetic, speaking four languages and guiding us on time. Before we arrived at Asahiyama Zoo, he explained about Japanese tourist spots and recommended foods and souvenirs in English and Chinese for about 30 minutes. I couldn't understand everything, but I thought it was amazing that he could speak four languages! His Japanese wasn't fluent, so I wished he would speak a bit slower; it was hard to catch everything with his fast pace!
Asahiyama Zoo was fun, and the Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls were beautiful! This tour, which takes you to your destination even if you sleep, is the best!

札幌だけじゃなくせっかくなら旭山動物園に行ってみたいと思いこのツアーに参加！個人的に移動するよりお得でしたがランチビュッフェはいまいちでした！
参加者15人でマイクロバスでしたが大型観光バスが多い中迷わずにすみました！
ガイドの方が赤い派手なジャンパーを着用していたのでそれも目印になりました！香港出身のガイドさんは4ヵ国語話せる明るく元気な方で時間きっちり参加者を誘導してくれました。旭山動物園に到着する前に英語と中国語で日本の観光地やそこでおすすめの食べ物やお土産などの説明を30分位していて全内容はほぼ理解できない私ですが4ヵ国語話せる人って凄いなぁと思います！日本語はペラペラではないのでもう少しゆっくり話してほしかった。早口で聞き取りにくかった！
旭山動物園は楽しかったし、青い池と白髭の滝は綺麗でした！
目的地まで寝てても連れて行ってくれるツアーは最高です♪

I had only thought of a uniformed female bus guide, but it turned out to be a stylish male guide who spoke four languages. The announcements along the way were entertaining, and we were blessed with good weather, making it a fun tour for the day. However, the meal was far from what was advertised as a gourmet lunch. If the meal content were better, I would definitely want to join this bus tour again.

制服の女性バスガイドさんとばかり思っていましたが、四カ国語を操るオシャレな男性ガイドさんでした。
道中のアナウンスも面白く、お天気にも恵まれ1日楽しいツアーとなりました。
ただお食事がとてもグルメランチと言う宣伝とはかけ離れていました。
お食事内容がよければ、また参加したいバスツアーです。

Traveling alone, it's very economical when considering transportation costs. The distance from Sapporo to Asahikawa was further than I expected.

ひとり旅なので、交通費を考えると、たいへんお得です。　札幌から旭川は、思った以上に遠いところでした。

I participated alone in mid-September. I had always wanted to go, but driving a rental car can be tough, so day tours like this are a great help. Above all, the guidance from the tour guide along the way was very informative and added extra charm to the experience.

I was honestly worried about visiting the zoo since I had injured my knee before participating, but there was enough time to explore at my own pace, so I enjoyed it thoroughly. A friend who went to the zoo in August told me it was too hot to stay still during the peak summer, but the animals were lively and active since the weather was nice. I had a great time, including the entire day on the bus.

However, I think those aiming for the feeding time should not have high expectations as the timing may not align. I personally didn't mind at all, so I had a great time.

９月の半ばに一人で参加しました。
ずっと行ってみたかったものの、レンタカーの運転はキツイし、こういったデイツアーは大変助かります。
何より、道中のガイドさんの案内がとても参考になり、プラスアルファの魅力でした。
参加前に膝を痛めて動物園は正直不安でしたが、ゆっくり自分のペースで見学できる時間も確保されていたので十分楽しめました。
８月に動物園に行った友人から真夏は暑くてじっとしていた、と聞いていましたが、動物たちも気候が良くなり元気に活動していました。
１日バスの中も含めて、満喫しました。

ただ、もぐもぐタイムには時間が合わないのでそれ狙いの方は期待はしない方が良いと思います。私は全く気にしなかったので楽しめました。

It's too geared towards foreigners and hard to understand (laughs). The buffet is also messy. Even when I participate in overseas tours, there are always delicious options. The taste here was disrespectful to Japanese cuisine. Given this quality, I strongly hope for a tour without meals in the 5,000 yen range. I won't recommend it to my friends.

バイキングも雑。自分が海外のツアーに参加しても美味しい物は必ずある。ここは日本食に失礼な味でした。この内容であれば、他の食事無しツアー五千円代を強く希望します。お友達にも勧めません。

In a small tour group of 11 people, I was the only Japanese participant, while the others were from Taiwan and Hong Kong. The guide spoke Japanese, Chinese, and English, so I was able to enjoy the experience without any difficulties.

Thanks to all the participants voluntarily gathering five to ten minutes early, we were able to move smoothly, which allowed us to return earlier than scheduled, for which I was grateful.

During the break, the guide and the driver showed us highlights and photos from tours during the winter season, making me want to visit again in winter. Additionally, the guide provided detailed information about the restroom situations at each sightseeing spot, which was very helpful.

Although I participated alone, it was truly a delightful time.

総勢11人のこぢんまりしたツアーの中、日本人は私1人で、後は台湾と香港の方でしたが、ガイドさんが日本語、中国語、英語の3カ国語を話せる方で、何不自由なく楽しめました。
参加者の皆さん全員が自主的に5分前集合、10分前集合をしてくれたおかげで、スムーズに行動出来、それにより、帰りの時間も予定より早めに帰れてありがたかったです。
休憩時間中にガイドさんや運転手さんから、冬の季節にツアー参加した時の見どころやお写真を見せていただきだき、冬もまた行ってみたくなりました。
そして、ガイドさんには各見学場所のトイレ事情を細かく教えていただきとても助かりました。
1人参加でしたが、本当に楽しいひとときでした。

During my trip to Hokkaido for a live concert, I thought it would be a waste to only stay in Sapporo, and since I love animals, I decided to visit Asahiyama Zoo! So, I joined this tour. Unlike other zoos, you can search for animals hidden in the bushes or see them actively moving around in their enclosures, which made this tour a great success with a longer stay at the zoo! Even though we rushed a bit towards the end, my satisfaction level was high.

On the way back, there was an accident on the highway that caused a road closure, so we had to take a detour, which made us arrive later than planned. However, the experienced bus guide kept us informed about the situation and even added an unplanned bathroom break, which made me feel very reassured.

If I had one complaint, it would be that the location of the ticket center to show the voucher and receive the bus ticket was hard to find. There were several people from the same tour wandering around in a similar way. I think it would be the best tour ever if we could just clear up the bus ticket situation!

他の動物園とは違い動物たちが茂みの中にいるのを探したり檻の中を活発に動いている姿が見れるので動物園の滞在時間が長いこちらのツアーにして大成功でした！
それでも最後の方は駆け足で回ったりしたのですが、満足度は高いです。
帰りの高速でアクシデントのため途中通行止めになっており一旦下道に降りたりして予定よりも到着が遅くなってしまったのですが、ベテランのバスガイドさんが状況が分かり次第都度報告してくれたり予定にはなかったトイレ休憩を入れてくれたりしてとても安心できました
ひとつだけ不満があったとすればバウチャーを見せてバスチケットを貰うチケットセンターの場所が分かりづらく、同じツアーで同じようにウロウロしている人が何人かいましたバスチケットのことさえクリア出来れば最高のツアーだと思います！！

I signed up for the longest tour at Asahiyama Zoo. It lasted just over three hours, which was the perfect amount of time to leisurely explore the park while having lunch. I thought that if the stay had been any shorter, it might not have been enough.

The highlight of this tour was the wonderful stories and explanations from the bus guide, who was very considerate. They were easy to understand and pleasant to listen to, making the experience truly enjoyable. Additionally, the driver's careful driving made me feel safe throughout the ride. At certain spots on the highway with unique local traffic signs, the driver even changed lanes to make it easier for us to take photos. I would love to join this tour again when I visit Hokkaido next time. Thank you!

旭山動物園での滞在時間が一番長いツアーだったので申し込みました。
３時間ちょっとありましたが、昼食をとったりしながらゆっくり園内を回るにはちょうど良い時間で、逆にこれ以上短い滞在時間だと、足りなかったかもしれないと思いました。
そして、このツアーの一番の魅力は、バスガイドさんの気遣い溢れる素晴らしいお話と説明です。とてもわかりやすく、かつ、聞きやすくて、本当に楽しかったです。また、運転手の方の運転もとても丁寧で、安心して乗っていられました。高速道路でのご当地ならではの交通標識のある場所では、わざわざ、写真を撮りやすいように車線変更をするなどの気遣いもあり、また北海道に来たときはこのツアーに参加したいと思いました。

I was finally able to do something I had been thinking about for a long time! This tour, which allows plenty of time at Asahiyama Zoo, was even more wonderful than I had imagined! Asahiyama Zoo is truly an amazing place! Thank you to everyone involved! After many years, this bus trip turned out to be a fun experience thanks to the driver and guide. I felt the driver's gentle driving that didn't tire me out and the guide's thoughtfulness. As expected from Chuo Bus! If I have the chance again, I would definitely like to request it! Thank you very much!

旭山動物園にたっぷりいれるこのツァーは私が思ってた以上に素敵なツァーでした！旭山動物園はやはり素晴らしい場所です！関わっている皆さんありがとうございます！何十年ぶりのバスの旅も運転手さん、ガイドさんに恵まれた楽しい時間になりました。運転手さんの乗って居て疲れない優しい運転やガイドさんの思いやりを感じました。
さすが、中央バスさんです！
