The weather was nice, and the scenery was amazing, but it was quite hot for June, which was tough. However, the lunch at the hotel was delicious, and the view from the window was great.

天気が良くて、景色は、最高でしたが、６月にしては、暑くて大変でした。
ただ、ホテルの昼食は、おいしくて、窓からの景色もよくて良かったです。

The weather was pleasantly warm, with occasional clouds—not too hot and not too cold. The guide was enjoyable, and I had a great time even on my own.

晴れときどき曇りの暑すぎず寒すぎず丁度良い気候でした。

I had only been to Hokkaido on group tours organized by travel agencies. I searched for a bus tour to visit my grandchild in Sapporo and decided to join this tour.

I was moved by the scenery at places I visited for the first time, such as Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, Showa Shinzan, and Mount Usu.

The journey from the ropeway to the observation deck was quite challenging for my husband and me, as we are over 70, but it was absolutely wonderful and has left a lasting impression on me. I'm really glad I participated in this tour. My grandchild in Sapporo said to come again. While I'm still healthy, I would like to join another Beltora tour.

いつも旅行会社の団体ツアーでしか北海道行ったことがありませんでした。札幌の孫に会いに行き、何かバスツアー🚌検索していてこのツアーに参加させて頂きました。
支笏湖、洞爺湖、昭和新山、有珠山初めて行くところばかりでその景色に感動しました😊
ロープウェイ🚡から降りて、展望台迄の道のりは、70過ぎの私達夫婦には大変でしたがもう素晴らしくて目に焼き付いています。このツアーに参加して本当に良かった。札幌の孫から又来てねとの事。元気な間に又ベルトラツアーに参加したいと思います。

The bus driver and guide were wonderful. It was my first time stepping foot in Hokkaido, and I truly thought it was a lovely travel destination. Although the schedule was a bit tight, I was glad that we could visit all the places I wanted to see. I went with the understanding that the flowers might be a bit early for the season, but I was moved by the magnificent nature of Hokkaido.

It was my first time participating in a bus tour. I felt anxious after reading the reviews, but the itinerary was luxurious and fulfilling for a one-day trip. The guide was cheerful and pleasant as well.

Seeing Showa Shinzan in person was great.
I was moved by the natural grandeur of Noboribetsu Hell Valley.
I really enjoyed the beauty of nature, and I'm glad I went.
There were many foreign tourists on the bus tour.

The night before, it rained, so due to poor visibility, the American Glass Boat was canceled. Sapporo also had rain until the morning, and the forecast for Shakotan Town was cloudy. I considered canceling because I thought I wouldn't be able to see the Shakotan Blue, but in the end, going was definitely the right choice! Unfortunately, due to strong winds, we couldn't go to the Charenka path at Cape Kamoi, but even with the clouds, the Shakotan Blue was beautiful. I participated alone, but I felt it was a nice touch that the solo seating for lunch was by the window, allowing me to enjoy the view while eating. The guide's stories were really interesting and fun, and the driver's driving was comfortable. It was great that there were charging plugs at each seat, so I didn't have to worry about my smartphone's battery. I would love to participate again on a nice day.

札幌も朝まで雨で積丹町の予報は曇り
行っても積丹ブルーは見られないだろうなとキャンセルも考えたけど
結果、行って大正解でした！
強風で残念ながら神威岬のチャレンカの小道は行けませんでしたが、曇りでも積丹ブルーは綺麗でした。
一人で参加しましたが、一人席はお昼ご飯の席が窓側で景色を眺めながら食べれて、素敵な配慮だと感じました。
ガイドさんの話がめっちゃ面白くて楽しいし、ドライバーさんの運転も快適でした。
各席に充電プラグがあって、スマホの電池を気にしないでいいのも良かったです。
天気がいい日にまた参加したいです。

It was a day with not-so-great weather, with light rain coming and going, but it was a fulfilling day. I highly recommend it. You can enjoy Shiroi Koibito Park even without the paid factory tour. If you're aiming to try the Sapporo Beer tasting, make sure to quickly go around and buy your food tickets early, or you'll have to wait in line. I wish we had more time at the outer market. After looking around the market, it took a while to get served at the restaurant, and there were some items I ended up canceling. I think the time at Jozankei Onsen could be shorter. I recommend bringing a foot towel and buying a drink at a nearby convenience store to enjoy the foot bath. The guide explained everything in Japanese, Chinese, and English each time. About half of the guests were foreigners, but they seemed accustomed to Japan, so there was no stress regarding time. It was unfortunate that the restroom on the bus was not usable. The travel time was mostly around 15 to 20 minutes, so it wasn't a problem, but having insurance would be even better. Both the guide and the driver were very pleasant.

小雨が降ったり止んだりの天気があまり良くない日でしたが、充実した1日でした。かなりオススメです。白い恋人パークは有料工場見学しなくても十分楽しめます。札幌ビールは飲み比べビール目当てなら、サクッと回って早めに食券を買わないと並びます。場外市場はもっと時間が長い方が良かった。市場を見て回ってから店に入ったら出てくるのが遅くてキャンセルしたものもあった。最後の定山渓温泉の時間はもっと短くても良いと思う。オススメは足拭きタオルを持参しといて近くのコンビニで飲み物を買って足湯へ。ガイドさんは毎回日本語、中国語、英語の3ヶ国語を続けて話し説明をしていました。客も外国人が半分くらいだったけどみんな日本に慣れている人たちなのか、時間厳守でストレスは全くありませんでした。バスに着いていたトイレが使えなかったのが残念。移動時間は15分〜20分のところが多かったので問題なかったけど、保険があるとなお良い。ガイドさんも運転手さんもとても感じが良かったです。

The tour guide's explanations were humorous and easy to understand. It must be challenging to explain in both Japanese and Chinese, as it takes twice as long, but I think it would be very reassuring for those coming from China. I was able to visit many places in a compact schedule, which made me think that I would like to explore this area more thoroughly next time. Everything was on schedule, and the driving was safe and comfortable. Thank you, Natsuharu and Sato.

添乗員さんの説明が、ユーモアがあって分かりやすかったです。
日本語と中国語での説明だと時間が2倍かかるので大変でしょうが、中国から来た方にはとてもほっとするツアーではと思います。コンパクトにたくさん回ってもらえたので、次回はここにじっくり行ってみたいな、など考えるきっかけになりました。時間も予定通りで安全運転してもらえて快適でした。夏冬さん、さとうさん、ありがとうございました。

Despite the worries about the weather, we had a wonderful trip enjoying the Shakotan Peninsula from Yoichi! We went well over our planned schedule and, indulging ourselves, stopped by Seicomart. The trip for the two of us in our old age turned into a day filled with fun first experiences and became the best memory. Thank you, Ikuta Taxi!

I felt that the access to the Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill was poor, so I signed up for a tour. It was a great decision. The Okurayama Jump Stadium had a separate fee to go to the top of the jump platform, but I took the lift. It was great to feel the height.

羊ケ丘展望台はアクセスが悪いと感じていたので、ツアーを申し込みました。大正解でした。大倉山ジャンプ競技場は、ジャンプ台の頂上までは別料金でしたが、リフトに乗車しました。高さが実感できてよかったです。

It was a multinational bus tour. The guide worked hard to provide explanations. It would have been even better if we could have heard a bit more about the precautions and recommendations for each location. At the final Shiroi Koibito Park, I wished we had a bit more time. The register was crowded, and I had to rush my shopping, worrying whether I would make it back in time for the meeting.

多国籍のバスツアーでした。
ガイドさんも一生懸命に説明などしてくれました。
場所場所によっての注意事項とか、おすすめなどもう少し聞くことができればなお良かったです。
最後の白い恋人パークではもう少し時間が欲しかったです。レジが混んでいて、大急ぎで買い物をすることになり、集合時間に間に合うか心配でした。

I was guided mainly in Chinese, but Hokkaido is in Japan, and this company is also in Japan, so I questioned whether this was a part of China.

中国語中心にガイドされてたけど、北海道は日本で、ここの会社も日本国なので、ここは中国の国かと疑問に感じた。

I would have liked a bit more explanation about the bus parking location in Otaru. What would you have done if you didn't know the meeting place?

小樽でのバス駐車場所を、もう少し説明してほしかった。もし待ち合わせ場所が、わからなかったら、どうするつもりだったのですか？

99% of the guide's instructions were in Chinese. The majority of the participants were Chinese, making it a tour by a Chinese guide for Chinese people. There was a lack of consideration for Japanese participants.

ガイドさんの案内の99パーセントは中国語です。参加者の大半が中国人であり、まさに中国人のガイドさんによる中国人のためのツアーでした。日本人への配慮が欠けているツアーでした。

This tour had a multinational group of customers, but the tour guide provided explanations in Japanese, English, and Chinese, making for a comfortable journey. Not only did they provide essential information like meeting times, but they also offered helpful tips such as when to use the restroom. At the sightseeing spots, they pointed out highlights and great photo opportunities, for which I am very grateful.

このツアーは多国籍のお客様でしたが、添乗員さんが日本語、英語、中国語で説明してくださり、快適な旅となりました。
集合時間など必要項目だけで無く、ここでトイレ行っておいた方が良いなどの有益な情報もくださり、観光地でもそれぞれの見所や、絶好の写真スポット教えてくださり、感謝きています。

It was a group bus tour, reminiscent of my school trip, and I had a great time visiting various places in just half a day. Although the time spent at each sightseeing spot wasn't very long, I think it was actually better that way since too much time would have led to excessive shopping. The bus guide was friendly and spoke well, making the experience enjoyable! I would love to use this service again if the opportunity arises.

修学旅行以来の団体でのバスツアーでしたが、半日でいろんな場所を観光し、効率よく回れて楽しかったです。各観光地の滞在時間はそれほど多くはありませんでしたが、あまり時間があると買い物し過ぎてしまうので、かえって良かったかなと思います。バスガイドさんも親しみやすく、お話もお上手で、楽しく過ごせました！
また、機会があれば利用したいです。

Wherever I went, it was too early to enjoy the flowers. I guess it won't be good until July. If that's the case, I should have gone on a tour where I could eat sea urchin.

どこにいっても、花を鑑賞するには、早過ぎました。7月にならないとだめですね。
そんなことなら、ウニを食べられるツアーにすれば良かったです。

The driving was rough, and the attitude was unfriendly. Even when I said "please" and greeted them, there was silence... I at least wanted them to greet me back. Their outfit looked like casual wear, and since they smoked a cigarette during the break and got back in the vehicle right away, the smell of smoke filled the car. The guide, although not completely fluent in Japanese, did their best to explain, which was nice. The time spent at Asahiyama Zoo was too short, so I think it might be okay to skip the Seven Stars tree.

運転が荒くて、愛想が悪かったです。
お願いしますと挨拶しても、無言…
せめて挨拶くらいはして欲しかった。
服装も普段着みたいな格好で、休憩の際タバコを喫煙されてすぐに乗車されるため、タバコの匂いも充満しました。
ガイドのお兄さんは日本語がまだ完全ではないながらも、一生懸命説明してくださり
よかったです。
旭山動物園の滞在時間が短過ぎてたので、セブンスターの木は、特に省いても良いかなーと思います。

The zoo was nice, but I thought the slopes throughout the park might be tough for the elderly. I think it would be even better if they could allow for a more relaxed schedule. I believe it will be quite sweaty once June arrives. I opted for a plan without lunch, but I had to wait quite a while after buying the meal ticket, so I was cutting it close for lunchtime.

動物園は良かったのですが、園内は坂道ばかりで年寄りにはきついかなと思います。
もう少しゆったり回れる時間配分にしてもらうと更にいいと思います。
６月に入ったら汗だくになると思います。
昼食無しプランにしたのですが、食券を買ってかなり待たされたので昼食時間ギリギリでした。

It was a very fulfilling tour visiting all the sightseeing spots in the southern region! Fortunately, we were blessed with good weather, and the staff who attended to us were very accommodating in taking photos at the best positions. I am very grateful to them. On the bus, explanations were provided in Japanese, English, and Chinese, which made me feel like I was traveling abroad. The only disappointing part was that during the sightseeing at Lake Shikotsu, I was told to definitely try the delicious soft serve ice cream, but unfortunately, we arrived after the shop had closed that day, so I couldn't have any. I would like to recommend this tour to my friends.

道南の観光地を全て巡るとても充実した観光でした!幸いお天気にも恵まれ、ベストポジションでの写真撮影も個別に対応して頂き、アテンドして頂いたスタッフの方にとても感謝です。バス内では、日本語、英語、中国語の３カ国語で説明をされていたので、海外旅行をしている気分も味わえました。一つだけ残念だったのは、支笏湖の観光では美味しいソフトクリームを是非食べて見てと言われ期待していたのですが、残念ながらこの日はお店が閉まった後に到着したので、食べられませんでした。
友人達にもこのツアーはリコメンドしたいと思います。

It was great to see polar bears and seals up close, as well as Giraffe-san. I recommend the soft serve ice cream from the vendor outside the main gate. I was very satisfied to see the Blue Pond and Shiraito Falls.

This was my first trip to Hokkaido, so I signed up for this tour. Among the 18 participants, only my husband and I, along with another couple, were Japanese. The foreign participants were also very respectful of manners, making it a very comfortable experience. I was grateful for the attentiveness of both the guide and the driver.

In the hotel lobby where we gathered, there were several other tour guides from the same company, making it difficult to find our tour guide. I had to ask about three people to locate them.

初めての北海道旅行でしたのでこちらのツアーに申し込みしました。
参加者が18名の内日本人は私達夫婦ともう一組のご夫婦だけでした。外国の方もマナーを守っておられてとても快適に参加できまし。
ガイドさんも運転手さんも色々と気を配っていてありがたかったです。

集合場所のホテルロビーで同じ会社の別のツアーガイドさんが何人がいたので参加ツアーのガイドさんを見つけるのが大変で3人ほど声をかけました。

The explanation in Chinese was longer than in Japanese, but it was within an acceptable range.
I would have liked to know the scenic spots from the train window a bit earlier.
The location of the Ray Hotel is good, so I will participate in the tour again.

もう少し早く車窓スポットは教えていただきたいです。

I would like to make the following comments:
1. I wish we could have spent a bit more time at Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya. Especially at Lake Toya, since there is a lunch break, it might be tough, but if we had a little more time, I would have liked to take a sightseeing boat ride.
2. I understand that the toilet breaks are necessary, but before lunch at "Mushroom Kingdom," the guide recommended "mushroom soup," which I tried. However, the miso soup at lunch by Lake Toya was also "mushroom soup." I think there is room for reconsideration regarding the location and timing of the toilet breaks.
3. The guide from Chuo Bus was pleasant and friendly, just like during the half-day course I participated in last year (2024). I really felt their professionalism.

①支笏湖、洞爺湖の滞在時間をもう少し取ってもらいたかった。
　特に洞爺湖は昼食時間があるので、厳しいのかと思いますが、
　もう少し時間があれば、観光船への乗車をしたかったです。
②トイレ休憩の関係もあるので、致し方なしと思いますが、
　昼食前の「きのこ王国」でガイドさんから「きのこ汁」を進められたので、
　食したのですが、洞爺湖の昼食の味噌汁も「きのこ汁」でした。
　トイレ休憩の場所と時間は、再考の余地ありと思いました。
③中央バスのガイドさんは、去年(2024年)参加した半日コースの時も、
　今回の時も感じが良く、親近感を持って接してくれるところは、
　さすがにプロだと思いました。

It was unfortunately rainy, but it was great that they took us by bus. Both the guide and the driver were very pleasant, and we had a very meaningful time. Personally, I really enjoyed the bear ranch! It was adorable to see them catch cookies!

The local guide provided a wealth of information under the starry sky, explaining how Noboribetsu Hell Valley embraces its natural state and how humans have adapted their viewing methods accordingly. I was able to see many points that I would have overlooked if I had gone on my own, making it a very good tour.

地元のガイドさんが満天の星空の元、登別地獄谷は有りのままの自然の状態を受け入れ、それに応じて人間が見学方法を変えているなど、色々詳しく教えてくれたので、個人で行ったら見過ごしてしまうようなポイントをいっぱい見ることが出来、とても良いツアーでした

Experiencing the majestic nature of Hokkaido was a series of surprises! The explanations in Japanese, English, and Chinese were rushed, and I was desperate to catch the meeting time. Since this wasn't a guided tour, it was important to get a sightseeing brochure as soon as we got off the bus. I was amazed by the rugged mountains of Hell Valley, the sulfur smell, and the size of the caldera lake! I highly recommend this for those who want to enjoy nature.

北海道の雄大な自然を目の当たりにし、驚きの連続！
日本語、英語，中国語の説明は慌ただしく、集合時刻を聞き取ることに必死。
観光のガイドではないので、バスを降りて、まず観光パンフレットを入手することが重要でした。
地獄谷の荒々しい山肌と硫黄臭、カルデラ湖の大きさに驚き！自然を楽しみたい方におすすめ。

I wished I had more time for Shiroi Koibito Park and the ski jump, but I think it was necessary to fit everything into half a day, so I was glad to use my time meaningfully. The guide and the driver were kind and gentle, and they treated us well. The audio guide allowed us to hear stories about Sapporo's history and notable figures related to the scenery and buildings we saw from the car window, which was enjoyable. Thank you very much.

白い恋人パークもジャンプ台も、もっと時間が欲しい！と思いましたが半日に収めるためには仕方ないと思うので時間を有意義に使えてよかったです。

Due to strong winds, we couldn't go to the tip of Cape Kamoi, but it was a wonderful tour where we enjoyed the Shakotan Blue from the boat, both from above and the side.

強風のため神威岬の先端には行けませんでしたが、船にも乗船し上から横からと積丹ブルーを堪能できる素晴らしいツアーでした。
