I participated in a tour with Beltora for the first time. It was packed with activities, including Noboribetsu, Cape Earth, a bear ranch, Lake Toya, and Lake Shikotsu. I really enjoyed the whole experience thanks to Sho, who entertained us with his nonstop talk from start to finish. All the members who participated were very satisfied. I definitely want to book another tour with Beltora.

初めてベルトラさんのツアーに参加しました。登別、地球岬、熊牧場、洞爺湖、支笏湖と盛りだくさんな上に、最初から最後までマシンガントークのショウさんに本当に楽しませてもらい、ありがとうございました。参加したメンバーは全員大満足です。
また是非ベルトラさんのツアー頼みたいと思います。

Since I participated on a weekday, there were a total of 20 people. There were couples, solo travelers, friends, and people from overseas; everyone was a diverse group. Hokkaido Shrine was magnificent. At Okurayama Jump Stadium, we took the lift to the top. Although the weather was unfortunate, we were able to get a panoramic view of Sapporo city. Shiroi Koibito Park was whimsical and charming. I felt that the last outer market was unnecessary for us. Since it was only in the morning, we were able to do some quick sightseeing, so I give it ★4.

平日に参加したので、全員で２０名。ご夫婦、お一人、友人、海外から方々、みなさんいろいろなメンバーでした。北海道神宮は壮大。大倉山ジャンプ場ではリフトに乗って頂上までいきました。あいにくのお天気でしたが、札幌市内が一望できました。白い恋人パークはメルヘンでかわいらしかったです。最後の場外市場はワタシ達にとっては不要だったなと思いました。午前中だけなので、サクッと観光できたので、★４つです。

I participated alone, but there were many foreign participants, so the guide provided information in three languages. We visited many famous spots, making it a fun and satisfying tour.

一人参加でしたが、外国の方もたくさん参加していたので、ガイドさんが3か国語で案内して下さり、有名どころをたくさん訪れたので、楽しく満足できるツアーでした。

It was disappointing that we couldn't see the beautiful blue of Shakotan due to the cloudy weather! We had more time in Otaru, but we were rushed at the Glass Road area due to time constraints! I really think we should come during a sunny summer! There were about half Japanese and half foreign visitors, but it was great that everyone was punctual and we could ride the bus comfortably!

折角の積丹はブルー曇りで見られず残念でした！
小樽は時間多めでしたが、ガラスの道のところが時間がなくバタバタでした！
やはりよく晴れた夏に来ないと思いました！
日本人、外国の方半々でしたが、時間厳守で、バスもゆったり乗れてよかったです！

It was just as I imagined.

I didn't have time to see both the Okurayama Jump Stadium observation deck and the Sapporo Olympic Museum, so I visited the Olympic Museum, which turned out to be surprisingly interesting.

The guidance is mainly through earphones, but it seemed difficult for the elderly to operate.

The bus had Wi-Fi and charging outlets, which was convenient.

想像していた通りでした。

大倉山ジャンプ競技場の展望台と札幌オリンピックミュージアムの両方を見る時間はなかったので、オリンピックミュージアムを見ましたが、案外面白かったです。

社内では主にイヤフォンでの案内ですが、お年寄りには操作が難しそうでした。

バスにはwifiと充電できるコンセントがあり、便利でした。

There were only Chinese people, and the Chinese interpreter guide was loud, so I couldn't remember anything from the explanations at each location. This was my first time on such a tour, and I won't be using this service again.

中国人ばかりで中国人通訳ガイドがうるさく、各所のガイド説明はなくなにも覚えれることができなかった。
こんなツアーは初めてで、もうここは使わない。

There were many participants from China, and it was multinational with people from Taiwan and the United States. Of course, there were Japanese participants, but perhaps because they were few, the guide spoke mostly in Chinese, which made it difficult for the Japanese participants to understand, but I think this is unavoidable.

The guide was cheerful and friendly throughout, which was great.

I think it would be better to have the buffet meal in a place with a better view.

The speed of the bus on the way back was fast, and I was surprised to see other cars overtaking us. I also realized how bad the roads in Furano were (quite bumpy, which might make some people feel nauseous), but all of that contributes to good memories.

Overall, I am very satisfied that we were able to visit so many famous spots in just one day. Thank you very much to the guide and the two bus drivers.

If there is another opportunity, I would like to participate again.

中国の方の参加が多く、台湾、やアメリカなど、多国籍でした。もちろん日本人はいましたが、少なかったためか、ガイドさんはほぼ中国語で逆に日本人のためよくわからなかったのですが、これは致し方ないと思います。

ガイドさんは終始明るく
親しみやすくよかったです。

バイキングはもっと景色のよい場所
での食事の方がよいと思います。

帰りのバスのスピードは速かったですが、それでも後続の車に追い抜かれたり、びっくりしましたし、富良野の道の悪さ(かなりぼこぼこで人により酔いそう)も、普段舗装されている道路なんだと改めて感じましたが、そう言うのも全部ひっくるめてよい思い出です。

全体的に、たった１日でこんなに沢山の名所を
回ることが出来、大変満足です。
ガイドさんや、バスの運転手さん2名の方、どうもありがとうございました。

また機会あれば

The Shakotan Peninsula was breathtaking. The wind was so strong that wearing a hat was definitely out of the question. The weather was clear, but the strong wind made it feel a bit chilly. I went all the way to the tip of the Shakotan Peninsula, but it was quite a distance, and the path had stairs, so sneakers are a must. Hokkaido Shrine was mystical and wonderful. It's a power spot.

積丹半島絶景でした。風が強風で帽子は、絶対無しでした。天気は晴れだったんですが、風が強く肌寒いかったです。積丹半島の先端迄行ったのですが、結構な距離もあって、足元も階段だったりでスニーカーはマストですね。北海道神社⛩️は、神秘的で素晴らしかったです。パワースポットです

I'm glad I could visit the places I wanted to.

Please give me a little more time for lunch. I didn't have time to buy seafood and it was a bit busy!

The bus was clean! The driver drove safely, and the guide was a kind person.

It was accommodating for multiple nationalities, but I think a little more English support on the bus would be necessary.

I think it's a good plan!

It's great to be able to visit so many places in just one day. There were quite a few people participating alone, which made it comforting to share the experience together. The guide provided information in three languages, so I felt secure with the language barrier. Although it rained, the lack of crowds actually made it more enjoyable. The driving was smooth, which was reassuring. I really appreciated the well-planned itinerary that allowed for free time to enjoy without any waste.

1日でこれだけ回れるのは嬉しいですね。ひとりで参加する人も結構いてそれなりに一緒に行動したりで安心でした。3カ国語でガイドしてくれるので言葉も安心でした。あいにくの雨でしたが人がいなくてかえって楽しめました。運転も上手くて安心。自由に楽しめる時間が適当にあってムダがないコースがとても良かったです。

I had plenty of time to explore the tourist spots at a leisurely pace, which was great. The distances between the attractions were shorter than I expected, so it wasn't a tight tour.

観光地の滞在時間も余裕があり、ゆっくり散策出来て、大変良かったです。思っていたより、観光地から観光地の距離も短かかったので、タイトなツアーでは無かったです。

The instructors are interesting and kind. I want to go again. The dry suit is not cold at all, and it keeps you safe even when floating in the icy sea.

インストラクターも面白く親切です。もう一度行きたいくらい。ドライスーツは、全く寒くも無くぷかぷか浮いて極寒の海の入っても安全です。

It was a satisfying tour that efficiently covered a course that would be difficult to navigate individually. Most participants were of Chinese descent from Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore, which added to the feeling of being on an international trip.

個人ではとても回れないコースを効率よく回って頂き満足いくツアーでした。
参加者には台湾、香港、シンガポールなどの中華系の方がほとんどで、海外旅行気分も味わえました。

Hokkaido is very vast, so it's challenging to explore on your own, but this tour was great as it covered many sightseeing spots. I think it's a good deal to participate at this price. I would like to join other tours if the opportunity arises.

北海道はとても広いので個人で回るのは大変ですがこちらのツアーは観光地を沢山回ってくたのでとても良かったです。
この金額で参加出来るのはお得だと思います。
他のツアーも機会があれば参加したいと思います。

It was a great tour that allowed us to visit so many attractions in just one day. The tour guide was very good at speaking and was able to communicate in Japanese, Chinese, and English, kindly assisting people from various countries. The bus driver was also skilled and friendly, making us feel safe during the ride. Personally, I was very satisfied. Thank you to the tour guide and the bus driver for your hard work!

一日でこれだけの観光地を周れるお得なツアーでした。添乗員さんも話し上手な方で日本語中国語英語と三ヶ国語を操り各国の方々に親切に対応していました。バスの運転手さんも運転が上手く気さくな方で安心して乗っている事ができました。わたくし個人、大変満足しました。添乗員さんバスの運転手さんお疲れ様、ありがとうございました。

The content and cost performance are good. I wanted to enjoy a quiet solo trip, but the tour guide was lively. Even though there were empty seats, a man was sitting next to me. It's frustrating that I can only input 50 characters for my evaluation.

内容とCPは良い。一人旅で静かにしていたかったが添乗員が賑やかだった。席が空いていたのに私の隣が男性だった。評価するのに50字しか入力できないのは如何なものか。

I went in May. Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy and cold. The trip itself was interesting. The scenery was wonderful. One of the great things about this travel package is that you can visit places that are not accessible by public transportation using a sightseeing bus.

5月に行きました。生憎の天候で曇っていたし寒かった。旅行自体は面白かった。景色が素晴らしかった。公共交通機関で行けない場所を観光バスを使って行ける所が、この旅行パッケージの良いところ。

I went with my mother. The guide was kind, and they kept to the schedule, so we had a fantastic time. I want to go again.

母と一緒に行きました。ガイドさん優しいし、時間もちゃんと守ってるしめちゃくちゃ満喫できました。また行きたいと思います。

The mountains and lakes were truly wonderful and beautiful. However, the bears at Showa Shinzan Bear Ranch were very sad, and their cages were small. It made me feel bad.

山や湖などはとっても素晴らしくて、美しかった。
でも、昭和新山熊牧場の熊たちはとっても悲しくて、ケージは小さかった。悪い気持ちになりました。

I participated in Golden Week. Despite the road congestion, thanks to the adjustments made to the stay times at each destination, I was able to visit all of them. Veteran skill!

The duration of stay at each location was just right, allowing for leisurely sightseeing and restroom breaks. The scenery was also fantastic, which was great. However, I think it would have been better if the lunch break could have been extended a bit.

各地の滞在時間もちょうど良く、ゆっくり観光、トイレ休憩が取れました。
景色も最高で、よかったです。
ただ一つ、昼食の時間を少し伸ばしてもらえると良かったかなと思います。

While keeping an eye on the weather during the Golden Week, I hurried to make a reservation a week before my participation when I saw "△ Only a few left." I was able to see the cherry blossoms in full bloom, and although it was warm during the day with refreshing spring weather, the wind was cold, so wearing long sleeves and a jacket was just right.

Considering that we were touring various famous spots in one day, I understand that the free time for sightseeing after getting off the bus is limited. However, I think it’s quite difficult to ride the Usuzan Ropeway, which is mentioned in the tour details, within the 40 minutes of free time at Showa Shinzan. After getting off the bus, I hurried to the ropeway station, but I missed the timing and had to give up. (The ropeway operates every 15 minutes and takes about 6 minutes one way.)

Additionally, for lunch at the lakeside hot spring town of Lake Toya, the restaurants were crowded, so if you want to keep it reasonable, I think buying something at Seicomart and enjoying lunch while looking at the lake is a good option. There are quite a few benches and places to sit by the lakeside.

Also, the free hot spring "Yakushi Nyorai's Hand and Foot Bath" is located close to the bus parking area, in a corner of the Hotel Grand Toya's parking lot. Although it’s along the sidewalk, I almost walked past it, but it’s a compact circular area where you can enjoy both hand and foot baths at the same time. It wasn’t too hot. I warmed up my wrists and ankles for about 5 minutes, and during the tour, I felt refreshed as my foot fatigue disappeared, so I was glad I brought a towel.

The bus had reserved seating, which was convenient as I could leave my jacket and luggage in my designated seat depending on the situation. Additionally, the tour offered discounts at souvenir shops, allowing me to unexpectedly get items I had planned to buy in Sapporo at a better price.

The tour guide provided fluent commentary in Japanese and Chinese, offering plenty of useful information about sightseeing and traveling in Hokkaido. (There were mostly Japanese participants, but some foreigners joined as well.) The driver skillfully managed the increased traffic during the Golden Week period, and there were no significant delays, demonstrating professional and careful driving, which made for a comfortable and reassuring experience.

The natural scenery visible from the bus windows was so beautiful that I wanted to capture it on camera. I have used VELTRA both domestically and internationally, and I enjoyed this experience as well.

GW週間天気を気にしつつ、参加日1週間前で”△残りわずか”で急いで予約。満開の桜も観られて、爽やかな春の陽気に昼間は暖かくも風は冷たいので、長袖に上着での調節が丁度よかったです。
1日で名所を巡ることから、下車見学の自由時間も限られるのは致し方ないことと思いますが、昭和新山の自由見学時間40分でツアー詳細に記載の有珠山ロープウェイに乗るのは、だいぶ厳しいと思います。
下車後、急いでロープウェイ乗り場へ行きましたがタイミングが合わず断念。
（ロープウェイ運行は15分間隔で、片道約6分）
そのほか、洞爺湖湖畔温泉街での昼食はお店が混んでいたり、リーズナブルに抑えたい場合は、セイコーマートで買って湖を眺めての昼食も良いかと思います。
湖畔はベンチや座れる場所は結構あります。
また、無料温泉「薬師如来の手・足湯」は、バスの駐車場所から歩いて近くにあり、ホテルグランドトーヤの駐車場スペースの一角にありました。
歩道沿いにありながらも、うっかり通り過ぎてしまったのですがコンパクトな円形で座って手・足湯同時に楽しめます。あまり熱くはなかったです。
手首・足首で5分ほど温まりましたが、ツアー途中で私は足の疲れとれてスッキリしたので、タオルを持参して良かったです。
バスは指定席で、状況に応じて上着や荷物など決まった座席に置いておけるのは便利でした。
また、ツアーではお土産店の優待もあり札幌市内で買う予定だった商品を予定外にお得にゲット出来ました。
ツアーガイドさんは、日本語&中国語で流暢に観光案内や北海道旅行に役立つ情報も豊富に提供くださいました。（参加者は日本人多めで外国人も参加あり）
ドライバーさんは、GW期間中の交通量の違いにも、ツアーに大きな遅れは無く丁寧な運転はさすがプロな対応で、快適で安心感のあるものでした。
移動中のバスの車窓からはカメラに納めたくなる絵になるような自然の風景も多くてとても美しいです。
VELTRAは、国内外で利用していますが今回も楽しむことが出来ました。

The guide was very friendly, and I had a great time throughout the day. If I were to go on my own, I would have to rent a car and look up directions on a map, but just riding the bus allowed me to visit various places, which was really convenient. I would love to join again next time!

I am a woman in my 60s. This was my first time participating in a solo bus tour. I had a bit of anxiety, but I was satisfied to be able to visit Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu, which I had wanted to see. At the Showa Shinzan Visitor Center, I unexpectedly had fun learning about history.

Currently, solo travelers are still a minority, but I think their numbers will increase in the future. When that happens, I believe I will enjoy myself just as I did this time if I am treated normally without any special treatment, so I appreciate your understanding.

I was impressed by the tour guide's English skills, and it was a good opportunity for me to study English conversation again after a long time.

わたしは、60代の女性です。
今回初めて、ひとりでのバスツアーに参加しました。少し不安もありましたが、行きたかった洞爺湖 支笏湖を廻ることが出来て満足でした。また昭和新山のビジターセンターでは、思い掛けず歴史を学ぶことが出来て楽しかったです。
今はまだソロタビの参加者は少数派ですが、今後は結構増えるのではないでしょうか…その際は今回の様に特別扱いもなく、フツーに接していただければ勝手に楽しむと思いますので どうぞよろしくお願いします。
添乗員さんの英語力に感心しながら、久しぶりに英会話の勉強にもなりました。

It was a great value tour that allowed us to visit so many sightseeing spots in just one day. It was unfortunate that it was a windy day, but I was very satisfied that it wasn't raining. I'm grateful for the tour guide, who was very nice, and for the comfortable day we had. The guide provided information in both Japanese and Chinese, and we enjoyed various sightseeing locations, dining spots, and flowers, making the most of our time in Hokkaido.

I'm also thankful to the driver for safely taking us to so many places. Since lunch wasn't included in the plan, we were recommended to go to Seicomart if the restaurant was crowded, but luckily we were able to enter a soba restaurant and enjoyed delicious soba. I was very satisfied to have soft serve ice cream, which is a must-have during sightseeing, before heading home.

Since there isn't much time to buy souvenirs, those participating in this tour should keep that in mind. I would love to meet this driver and tour guide again. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to efficiently visit sightseeing spots!

日帰りでこんなに沢山観光地をまわれるお得なツアーでした。
風が強い日だったのが残念でしたが雨じゃないだけでも大満足。
添乗員さんもとても良い方で居心地の良い一日を過ごせたことに感謝です。
日本語中国語両方での案内をしてくださり色々な観光場所やお食事処、花木など北海道を満喫できる内容ばかりでした。
運転手さんも安全運転でこんなに沢山の場所に連れて行って下さり本当に感謝です。
お昼がついていないプランなので、レストランが混んでいたらセイコーマートもおすすめされたのですが、運良くお蕎麦屋さんに入れて美味しいお蕎麦を堪能しました。
観光にはつきもののソフトクリームも食べれて大満足で帰宅しました。
お土産はサクサク買わないと時間が無いので、このツアーに参加される方は参考までに。。。
またこの運転手さんと添乗員さんに出会いたいなぁ。
観光地だけをサクサクまわりたい人には超おすすめのツアーですよ♪

I was worried that the tourist spots would be crowded, but it was fine. It wasn't a rushed schedule, which was very nice. I couldn't have visited this many places in one day on my own, and I appreciated that they planned to end with the beautiful sunset at Lake Shikotsu. It was a well-thought-out plan.

観光地はどこも混んでいそうだと心配していましたが大丈夫でした。慌ただしい時間配分でもなくとても良かったです。個人では1日でこれだけ行けないし、夕日が綺麗な支笏湖を最後にと考えてくれてあったり、よく考えられたプランで良かったです。

I participated during the 2023 Golden Week. The bus was nearly full, with more than half of the passengers being inbound tourists (mainly from Asia). The guide was of Chinese descent and provided information in Japanese, Chinese, and English, which was impressive. All the participants seemed to be enjoying themselves throughout the day, and the itinerary had a perfect time allocation, making it a highly satisfying day.

２０２３年GWに参加。バスはほぼ満席、そのうち半数以上が（主にアジア圏の）インバウンド観光客でした。ガイドさんも中華系の方で、日本語、中国語、英語の３か国語を駆使して案内をしてくれ、感動しました。どの参加者も終始楽しそうで、行程も時間配分がちょうどよく、満足度の高い一日となりました。

Otaru was so much fun that it felt like no time at all. The Cape Kamoi, which I was looking forward to the most, had extremely strong winds, but the breathtaking view made me feel the roundness of the Earth. The attendant's organizational skills were excellent, handling every situation promptly. They clearly explained the meeting times and bus rules in English to the foreign tourists, ensuring everyone understood, which made the ride comfortable. We returned to Sapporo much earlier than scheduled, thanks to the efforts of the attendant and the driver. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

小樽は楽しすぎてあっという間、一番楽しみにしていた神威岬は超強風でしたが、地球が丸いことを実感できる絶景でした。
アテンダントさんの仕切り力が素晴らしく、どんな場面もテキパキと対応。
外国人観光客にも集合時間、バス内のルールを英語できっちり説明、理解を得ていたので車内も快適でした。
予定時間よりかなり早く札幌市内に帰着できたのは、アテンダントさん、ドライバーさんの尽力のおかげです。

I wish we had a bit more time in Otaru. We didn't have enough time. We spent too much time at the dining place and couldn't explore much.

小樽フリータイムがもう少し時間があったらよかったなぁ。って思います。少し時間が足りなかったです。食事場所で時間がとられ、散策があまりできませんでした。

I participated on May 2nd. There were 45 participants, with an equal mix of Japanese and international attendees. The travel time was surprisingly short, around 20 minutes to 1.5 hours. The duration at each spot was not too long, and since we were always engaged, it was enjoyable without feeling bored. The tour guide's character was great as well. Thank you for taking photos for us.

If you're looking to try "uni don" while sightseeing in Otaru, I recommend "Otaru Kaisen Aka, Ao, Kiiro." While the average price in the area is 5,500 yen (including tax), this restaurant offers it for 4,950 yen (prices may vary).

5/2に参加。参加者は45名。日本人と海外の方が半々。
移動時間が意外と短かった。20min~1.5hくらい。
各スポットの滞在時間も長すぎず、常に頭を使うのでダレなくてよかった。
