Cape Kamui on the Shakotan Peninsula was very beautiful. I was able to eat freshly caught sea urchin just as the sea urchin fishing in Shakotan began. I didn't think the seafood bowl was that delicious. I was glad that the weather was favorable.

I was looking for a tour that would take me to several major tourist spots since I had no local knowledge and no means of transportation, and I came across this tour.

It seemed to be primarily aimed at foreign tourists, and we were the only Japanese people, but perhaps because the foreign guests were wealthy enough to travel abroad, they were quiet during the journey and had good manners, which made it enjoyable and安心!

However, there was one disappointing thing...

The restaurant we stopped at for lunch also seemed to cater to bus tour guests from overseas, and there were many people from China. Unfortunately, the restrooms were very dirty. More than half of the stalls were broken and out of order. Perhaps because they couldn't flush, used toilet paper was overflowing in the stalls and left unattended. I wonder if they couldn't keep up with the number of guests or if there were just too many customers...

Other than that, I was very satisfied! With lunch included, this price is a great deal!

The guide was also very kind, thank you so much!

I will definitely use this service again when I travel!

土地勘もなく、足もないので、主要の観光地を何箇所も廻ってもらえるﾂｱｰを探していて、こちらのﾂｱｰに出逢いました。

主に海外の観光客向けのﾂｱｰのようで日本人は私達だけでしたが、海外旅行ができるような裕福な外国の方だからか、移動中も静かで、ﾏﾅｰもよく、安心して楽しめました！

ただ1つだけ残念なことが…

昼食で立ち寄ったお店も、やはり海外からのﾊﾞｽﾂｱｰ客向けらしく、おそらく中国の方がたくさんいたのですが、ﾄｲﾚが汚いこと汚いこと。
半分以上の個室が壊れていて使用禁止。流せないからか、使用済みのﾄｲﾚｯﾄﾍﾟｰﾊﾟｰが個室に溢れんばかりに捨ててあり、放置してありました。
受け入れ体制が間に合っていないのか、それ以上にお客さんがきてしまっているのか…

それ以外は大満足でした！
昼食もついて、この価格はお得です！

I enjoyed a scenery that felt just like being abroad. While gazing at the slopes of hills representative of Hokkaido, I felt as if I were on an overseas trip without needing a passport. Both the guide and the driver were very kind, making it the best trip. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the bento was, which I hadn't expected much from. I highly recommend it.

まるで外国のような景色を楽しめました。
北海道を代表するような丘の斜面を眺めながら、パスポートなしで行ける海外旅行をしたような気分でした。
ガイドさんも運転手さんもとても親切で、最高の旅になりました。
あまり期待していなかったお弁当が美味しくて、良い意味でとても驚きました。
オススメです。

I was able to visit all the places I wanted without wasting time, and by having lunch as a bento distribution, we were able to stay longer at each location. By moving ahead of other tour groups, we avoided crowds at the destinations, making it a truly meaningful experience.

行きたい場所を無駄なく観光出来、昼食をお弁当配布にした事で各場所の滞在時間も長く

Lake Toya was mediocre, but everything else was good. Especially Lake Shikotsu. It was beautiful. I do not recommend the bear ranch.

I felt that about half of the visitors were foreigners, particularly from China, and I think the guide was also from China. It felt a bit strange to be guided by someone from China, but they explained everything properly in Japanese, Chinese, and English, so there were no issues. The Chinese visitors were not noisy, and I was able to rest soundly on the bus between tourist spots.

洞爺湖はイマイチですが、その他は良かったです。特に支笏湖。綺麗でした。クマ牧場はオススメしません。
利用客には外国の方、特に中国の方が半分くらいだと感じましたし、ガイドさんも中国出身の方と思います。中国の方にガイドされるのも変な感じですが、きちんと日本語、中国語、英語で説明してくださり不都合は無かったです。中国の方々も煩くなく、観光スポット間のバス中はぐっすり休めました。

We participated as a family of three. First, I was a bit anxious about the meeting place, but a woman kindly assisted us, which put me at ease. When it was time to start, I was surprised to hear that most of the participants were foreigners! Once we boarded the bus, I was even more amazed to hear the tour guide speaking in three to four different languages. I thought it must be quite challenging. Thanks to that, I felt a bit more accustomed to Chinese. I appreciate the thorough explanations. The driver also greeted us warmly when we boarded and disembarked, which made for a very refreshing experience. Thank you! At the places we visited, I felt the romance of the pioneering spirit in the history of the Otaru Canal. In the shopping district, I was very satisfied with the delicious gourmet food. At Cape Kamui, one hour was not enough; the view was breathtaking, and I wanted to keep looking at it. It was disappointing that the shops were closed when we returned (at 4:00 PM). On the way back, I dozed off while looking at the horizon, which was also wonderful. (laughs) I thoroughly enjoyed Hokkaido. It was a tour I would love to go on again.

家族3人で参加させていただきました。まず集合場所に不安のまま行ったら、女性の方が丁寧に対応してくださり、安心しました。時間になり、周りの話を聞いたらほとんど外国人の方でびっくり！バスに乗車したらツアーガイドの方がが3〜4各国語を話していてさらにびっくり！大変なんだなぁと思いました。おかげて少し中国語に慣れた感じがしました。丁寧な説明に感謝しております。ドライバーさんにも乗車、降車の際に気持ちの良いご挨拶をかけていただき、とても清々しい気持ちで過ごせました。ありがとうございます。訪れた場所では小樽の運河の歴史に開拓精神のロマンを感じました。商店街では、美味しいグルメに大満足でした。神威岬では１時間では足りなかったです。ずっと見ていたい絶景でした。戻ってきたらお店が閉まっていて（16:00）残念でした。帰りは水平線を見ながらウトウトしてそれもまた最高でした。(笑)北海道を満喫できました。また行きたいツアーでした。

The guide was from China and was excellent, and they spoke Japanese well. Since we had front-row seats at Lake Shikotsu, we spotted a red fox with a cherry salmon in its mouth. Additionally, we were able to converse with the driver, making it a premium experience.

ガイドさんが中国の方でサイコー、日本語も大丈夫。支笏湖で最前席だったので、ヒメマス咥えたキタキツネ目撃、その他、運転手さんとも会話できてプレミアム体験となりました。

It was a short solo trip, so I didn't rent a car, but I was able to enjoy the last morning effectively in just half a day.

At the Okurayama Jump Stadium, I saw university students practicing and performing beautiful jumps. Later, I indulged in hairy crabs and oysters at the outdoor market, and on the way back, I got off at the clock tower just as the beer festival was taking place.

It turned out to be a satisfying trip on the last day.

短い時間での一人旅でしたので、レンタカーも借りておらず、
半日で最終日の午前を有効的に楽しめました。

大倉山のジャンプ台では、大学生たちが練習中で、華麗なジャンプも見られ、後半には場外市場で毛ガニや牡蛎を堪能、
帰りはちょうどビール祭りを開催中でしたので
時計台のところで下車させて頂きました。

最終日に満足な旅になりました。

One-day bus tour itinerary in southern Hokkaido

In the morning, we went to Noboribetsu Hell Valley. Unfortunately, there were no little monkeys soaking in the hot springs since it was summer.

Next, we visited Showa Shinzan, formed by volcanic rock accumulation, and fed the Hokkaido brown bears at the bear ranch.

Then we toured Lake Toya, the largest hot water lake in Hokkaido. There isn't much around Lake Toya, but you can feed the fish. However, the view from the Lake Toya observation deck is excellent, and the TOYA sign is great for photos.

I must mention that our guide, Jiajia, was fantastic! She spoke Chinese, English, and Cantonese fluently. Each attraction was introduced perfectly and with a good sense of humor. It was both educational and entertaining; I regret not joining the tour earlier. I didn't have much luck exploring Otaru on my own.

但洞爷湖展望台绝佳、TOYA牌子太好拍照了。

不得不提导游嘉嘉太棒了！中英文、粤语都说的很溜～
而且每个景点介绍的都很恰到好处、也比较幽默。寓教于乐、后悔没有早点参天。 自己去玩的小樽都、没玩出名堂。

The guide, Mr. Sho, is very knowledgeable, and his humorous explanations are wonderful! He is fluent in both Japanese and Chinese! It's more amazing than I imagined.

I understood the overview of Sapporo in a short time. As a foreigner, I was very impressed with the earphones! The view from the top of Okurayama JUMP is amazing!

I went with a friend. The weather was nice. We took a lot of photos. It has unique features compared to other places. It was a great experience.

友達と行きました。天気が良かったです。いっぱい写真を撮りました。他のところと比べて特徴があります。いい体験でした。

I participated with three colleagues! It started with the bus guide's perfect announcements, and I felt a sense of security throughout thanks to the safe driving.

The plan was focused on the zoo, but we couldn't manage to see everything even at a brisk pace... My honest feeling is that it would be nice if the meeting time could be a bit earlier to extend the viewing time.

However, I am very grateful to have seen the behavioral exhibits that I was looking forward to, and to have experienced it at this price! I definitely want to use this service again.

動物園に特化したプランでしたが、私たちには急ぎ足でも回り切ることができませんでした…せめてもう少し集合時間を早くして、見学時間が伸びたらいいのになというのが率直な感想です。
ですがお目当てだった行動展示をこの目で見られて、そしてそれをこのお値段で体験できたことに私はとても感謝しています！ぜひまた利用させていただきたいです。

The bus didn't require masks, but there weren't many people talking, so it was comfortable! The tour had about 30 people, half Japanese and half Asian! Both the guide and the driver were kind. The beauty of Cape Erimo and the grilled whelk skewers were delicious! The guide, Shu, used Japanese, Chinese, and English, and his multilingual guidance was impressive! His dedication really came through! Thank you very much.

It was a tour full of highlights! The guide provided detailed information, which made it even more enjoyable. I think it would be tough to go on our own due to the distance and lack of knowledge.

見所満載のツアーでした！ガイドさんが詳しく教えてくれるので、より一層楽しめました。自分達で行くには距離的にも辛いし、知識もないし大変だと思います。

About two-thirds of the guests were foreigners, so the guide provided explanations in Japanese, English, and Chinese repeatedly. There were some parts that were a bit difficult to understand, but the guide was sincere, which made it acceptable.

The tour had an appropriate time allocation, allowing for efficient sightseeing, and I was satisfied with that. However, at the lunch area in Lake Toya Onsen, most of the shops were closed? Unfortunately, this meant lunch ended up being a convenience store bento, which was disappointing.

Overall, it was excellent.

外国人のお客さんが2/3位占めてたので、ガイドさんが日本語、英語、中国語で繰り返しガイドされて、少し分かり辛い所もありましたが誠実な方でしたのて許容範囲でした。
ツアー内容は適切な時間配分で効率良く観光でき満足でした。
ただ、昼食エリアだった洞爺湖温泉では、お店の大半が営業時間外？だったため、昼食がコンビニ弁当になってしまったのが残念でした。
トータルでは◎でした。

We efficiently explored Sapporo for half a day on the last day. The outer market for lunch was cheap and delicious! The guide was kind and very friendly to the kids.

The tour guide was lively, their voice was clear, and the explanations were easy to understand and interesting. They were also very considerate, taking photos of everyone.

The weather was great, making it a wonderful experience.

添乗員さんがハキハキしていて、声もよく届き説明も分かりやすく面白かった。
みんなの写真を撮ってあげるなど気配りも最高でした。

I have visited the Sapporo area many times, so I participated in this tour with the purpose of visiting Shiroi Koibito Park and having lunch in Otaru. I achieved my goal, but Cape Kamoi was a bit disappointing.

I knew it would be windy, but on the day of the tour, the wind was incredibly strong, and I thought it might be impossible to go outside. However, since the tour guide said it was okay, some people went sightseeing. I wondered if that was a somewhat reckless decision. I was looking forward to an international tour with foreigners, so it was disappointing. I believe that in cases of bad weather, it is also the tour guide's role to cancel the tour. I would like them to consider the impact on other participants in case of an accident and act and make decisions accordingly.

Lastly, I thought the tour guide, who explained in three languages, was truly wonderful.

札幌周辺は何度も訪れているのて、白い恋人パークと小樽でのランチ目的で参加しました。目的は果たせたのですが、神威岬が今ひとつでした。
強風なのは分かっていましたが、当日は物凄い強風で外に出るのも無理なのでは？と思いましたが、添乗員がokという事で観光する人がいました。
少し無謀な判断ではなかったか？と思いました。外国人と一緒のツアーで中々インターナショナルなツアーで良いと思っていたのに残念でした。やはり悪天候の場合、中止するのも添乗員の役割かと思います。もしもの事故があった場合、同乗している参加者にも影響がある事を考えて行動および判断をお願いしたいです。
最後に
3カ国で説明していた添乗員の方は、大変素晴らしいと思いました。

I have been to Cape Chikyu several times, but I was never fortunate with the weather and couldn't experience the curvature of the horizon. However, this time, the view was truly spectacular, with the horizon appearing round. I could also see Hakodate clearly, making it a memorable experience for a lifetime.

地球岬には、何度か来ましたが天候に恵まれず、水平線の丸さを味わうことができませんでしたが、今回は、本当に水平線が丸く見える絶景でした。
函館方面もくっきりと見えて、一生の記念になりました。

The bus tour centered around Shikotsu-Toya National Park didn't include meals, but it was great to be able to visit various places just by riding. However, Hokkaido is vast! It felt like we spent about half the time on the bus. I wish we had more time at Lake Shikotsu at the end. That said, it would be impossible to cover this itinerary by rental car, so I felt that 6,800 yen was a good price. Most of the participants were foreigners, but everyone was very well-mannered.

It was packed with fun, and during my free time, I was able to experience the atmosphere of the Shiroi Koibito Park and the jump area. I participated alone, but I had a great time.

From the start, the guide provided a lively and engaging overview of the day's schedule. The commentary at each sightseeing spot was delivered in an entertaining and brisk manner, making it a fun tour with hardly any time to rest. I was a bit worried that the guide might lose their voice from speaking in both Japanese and Chinese.

スタートからテンポの良い話術で本日のスケジュールを案内頂きました。各観光地の案内もテンポ良く面白く話しかけて頂いたので寝る暇も無く楽しいツァーでした。日本語と中国語による案内で声が枯れたのではと、心配しました。

I went to Sapporo with my elderly mother for some errands, and I thought it would be a good opportunity to do some sightseeing. I considered a tour to Asahiyama Zoo, which I had wanted to visit for a long time.

There were tours that included visits to other attractions as well, which seemed like a better deal and were eligible for travel support. However, considering my mother's stamina, I opted for a tour with a shorter duration.

Perhaps because many people choose the tour mentioned above, there were only 15 participants on the day, which made for a relaxed experience. We enjoyed the magnificent scenery of Hokkaido while listening attentively to the knowledgeable guide's explanations on the bus.

We had plenty of time to explore the zoo, and although my mother struggled a bit with the hilly terrain, she was able to take her time and enjoy the visit.

If I have the chance, I would like to participate in a more packed tour next time.

June 24, Saturday
The weather was quite decent, with occasional clouds and sunshine.

Meeting time was at 8:10 AM in front of the Sapporo TV Tower information desk. However, there were many buses, and I had trouble finding mine, almost thinking I would be late. When I called, they responded immediately. Thanks to that, I was able to meet up with the guide without being late.
We departed for the zoo almost on time. There were only three Japanese people in the group, but the Chinese guide spoke fluent Japanese.

At Asahiyama Zoo, I participated in the polar bear feeding time. Arriving just over 10 minutes early, I got a great spot in the front row for standing viewers!

Before the feeding time, the zoo staff got ready, and the polar bear started to get restless. It climbed on the rocks and wandered around...
Then, at the start time, fish were thrown into the pool, and we witnessed an impressive dive from the polar bear, which drew cheers from the audience! After that, it elegantly swam while eating the fish.
I also got to see the feeding times for seals and giraffes. Although it was only two hours, I was able to see most of the animals!

Next, we headed to Furano for an all-you-can-eat lunch. There were 30 types of food, including Hokkaido specialties like Genghis Khan (grilled lamb) and soup curry, as well as desserts.
Well, I also enjoyed lavender soft serve and melon at the shop.

After the meal, we headed towards Tokachidake and enjoyed the Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls. Both the Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls were connected, and the waterfall and pond were all stunningly blue, which was breathtaking. Tokachidake was also beautifully visible, offering a spectacular view!

I got tired from walking and dozed off on the return bus. Thanks to the driver and guide, we safely arrived at Sapporo Station.
I made wonderful memories in just one day! Thank you very much!!

6月24日土曜日
天気は、まずまずの曇り時々晴れ。

集合時間8時10分　札幌テレビ棟インフォメーション前。
でも、バスがたくさんいて、バスを探してしまい、危うく遅刻かと思い電話したら、すぐに対応あり。おかげで、遅刻せず無事ガイドさんと合流。
だいたい時間通りに、動物園へ向けて出発。
日本人は、３人と少なめ。
でも、中国人ガイドさんは慣れた日本語でした。

旭山動物園では、白くまのもぐもぐタイムに参加。
10分ちょっと前に行くと、立ち見の最前列で絶好の場所でした！

もぐもぐタイム前に動物園のスタッフさんがスタンバイすると、白くまがソワソワ。
岩は登ったり、ウロウロ歩いたり。。。
そして、スタート時間にプールはえさの魚が投げ込まれると、白くま大迫力の飛び込みダイブが見られ、観客は大歓声！！
その後は、餌の魚を優雅に泳ぎながら食事していました。
その他、アザラシやキリンのモグモグタイムが見れました。
２時間でしたが、だいたいの動物たちにも会えました♪

次に、富良野へ向かいランチ食べ放題。
北海道ならではのジンギスカンやスープカレー、デザートなど30種類も食べ放題です。
まあ、売店ではラベンダーソフトやメロンも食べれました。

食後は、十勝岳の方向へ向かい、青い池としろひげの滝を堪能しました。

河　池が全て青くて感動
十勝岳も綺麗に見え、絶景でした！

歩き疲れて、帰りのバスでウトウト。
この間に、運転手さんとガイドさんのおかげで，無事札幌駅へ到着。
一日良い思い出が出来ました！

It was a weekday in late June, but the place was almost full.

The time spent at each sightseeing spot might feel a bit short, but I think it would be hard to visit this many places efficiently on my own, so I was glad.

Following the guide's advice to do my shopping first at Shiroi Koibito Park, since the register gets crowded, was definitely the right decision.

6月下旬の平日でしたがほぼ満席でした。

各見学場所の見学時間は少なく物足りなく感じるかもしれませんが自分でこれだけ回ろうと思うとこんなに効率よくはできないと思うのでよかったです。

白い恋人パークはレジが混雑するから先にお買い物をしたほうがいいというガイドさんのアドバイスどおりにしたら大正解でした。

On the multinational tour, the guide spoke Japanese, English, and Cantonese, which was quite challenging, but everyone followed the rules and was able to enjoy sightseeing.

多国籍のツアーで、ガイドさんは、日本語、英語、広東語と大変ですが、みなさんマナーを守って、楽しく観光できました。

I participated with my husband who was on a business trip in Hokkaido. Since we were joining from Tomakomai, we opted for a plan that only included Asahiyama Zoo instead of a plan that covered the Blue Pond and other early morning spots.

During the trip, the guide's stories were entertaining, and at the zoo, we enjoyed curry at the restaurant near the east entrance, inspired by the stories we heard in the car.

I thought three hours would be long, but while watching the orangutan's munching time, we ended up not being able to see everything. However, we truly had a great time.

On the way back, we received discount coupons usable at Sunagawa Service Area, and the Jaga Pokkuru and Hokkaido limited pack (LALALA) that I was planning to buy at the airport were also 10% off, making it a tour that was worth more than the price.

I highly recommend the bus tour!

北海道に出張中の主人と参加しました。　苫小牧から参加なので朝早い青い池等も回るプランより　朝日山動物園だけのプランにしました。
行き帰りの道中　ガイドさんのお話が面白く、動物園では車中でのお話を参考に東入口のレストランでカレーを頂きました。
三時間・・・長いなと思ってまいたがオランウータンのモグモグタイムなどを見てたら　結局全部回り切れない　全部回り切れませんでしたが　本当に楽しめました。
帰りの車中で頂いた砂川SAで使用可能な割引券、空港で購入しようと思ってた　じゃがポックルや　北海道限定のパック（ＬＡＬＡＬＡ）も10％割引になりましたので　お値段以上のツアーとなりました。
バスツアーお勧めです！

In a word, I highly recommend it. It's a day trip tour visiting four locations, and the meeting place was easy to find. The personality of the guide and the driver was the best part. I felt that participating alone was not a concern. By the way, there were about 5 or 6 people participating alone this time.

At Hokkaido Shrine, after learning about the development of Hokkaido, I enjoyed a freshly made red bean rice cake (120 yen) at Rokkatei. At the Lovers' Park, I was greeted by a garden full of roses and cute characters, making me feel like I was at a theme park. In Otaru, the guide took us to specific spots, allowing us to enjoy a stroll and lunch in just two hours. The view at Cape Kamui on the Shakotan Peninsula was breathtaking with the mountains and the sea! I was very satisfied with every location; it was a very comfortable and enjoyable day! ひと言で言うとおすすめです。日帰りで4か所観光するツアーですが、集合場所もすぐわかり、ガイドさん、運転手さんの人柄の良さが何よりです。1人参加も心配無いなと、思いました。ちなみに今回の一人参加の方は5.6名いましたよ。
北海道神宮では北海道の開拓に触れた後、六花亭で焼きたての餡餅(120円)を食べ、恋人パークでは庭一面の薔薇とかわいいキャラクターが出迎えてくれ、テーマパークに来た気分になりました。小樽はピンポイントを案内してくれたので2時間で散策とランチを楽しめました。積丹半島神威岬は山と海の絶景に感動です！どの場所も大満足、とても快適で楽しい1日でした！！また、参加します(^^)
