It was unfortunately rainy, but it was great that they took us by bus. Both the guide and the driver were very pleasant, and we had a very meaningful time. Personally, I really enjoyed the bear ranch! It was adorable to see them catch cookies!

The weather was favorable, and each lake was very beautiful. The bus guide shared various stories throughout the trip, which were very interesting. We had about two hours at Lake Akan, but after having a meal and exploring the area, we barely had enough time. Considering it was a precious opportunity to enjoy the hot springs, I thought it would be difficult to fit everything in without cutting something out (the day-use hot springs are paid, and there are rental towels available).

天気に恵まれて各湖はとてもキレイでした、バスガイドさんは、終始いろんな話をしてくれてとても興味深かったです
最後の阿寒湖は2時間ほどあったんですが、食事と周辺散策すると、ほぼ時間が足りなかった、せっかくの温泉なので少しそちらもと考えると、何かを削らなくては難しいと思った（日帰り温泉は有料で貸しタオルも有）

It was a fulfilling day! The number of participants in the tour was fewer than I expected, but it was great to visit various places rather than going around individually. Lake Shikotsu was very beautiful. I initially didn't have high expectations for lunch, but it turned out to be really luxurious and delicious. If I have the opportunity to come again, I would like to try other tours as well!

ツアーに参加した人数は思っていたより少なかったですが、あちこち個人でまわるよりいろんなところに行けたのはとても良かったです。支笏湖はとても美しかったです。昼食は、はじめはそんなに期待してなかったのですが、本当に豪華で美味しかったです。また来る機会があれば、他のツアーにも参加してみたいと思います！

I stopped by the four shops because they had different souvenirs. Just be careful about running out of time at the end.

It was a very enjoyable bus tour.
At Asahiyama Zoo, we were able to see the polar bear's feeding time. If we had a little more time, we could have seen the feeding times of various animals—what a shame!
The Blue Pond was really blue. (@_@)
Shirahige Falls was also beautiful.
Our tour guide, the charming Ayaki, was fun.

It was great to efficiently visit the main tourist spots from Asahiyama Zoo to Furano and Biei. The guide who accompanied us (Chinese, I couldn't catch their name) provided a clear and easy-to-understand explanation in polite Japanese, and we also enjoyed the experience of having a simultaneous interpretation in English and Chinese, which made us feel like we were abroad. On the way back, we even encountered a red fox by chance. I plan to use this service again if I have the opportunity.

旭山動物園から富良野～美瑛方面主要観光スポットを効率よく回れてとても良かったです。添乗してくれた方（中国人、名前聞き取れなかった（涙））のガイドも丁寧な日本語で分かりやすく、またひとり同時通訳で英語、中国語と３か国語のガイドで海外の気分も味わえました。帰りの道では、偶然キタキツネにも遭遇しました。機会がありましたらまた利用しようと思います。

I was able to efficiently cover a route with quite a distance. Thank you to the driver for safe driving. The guide also provided detailed explanations, which were wonderful. The time allocation for sightseeing was just right. During the journey, I was amazed by the quick alerts about the red-crowned cranes, foxes, and deer we encountered (laughs). I enjoyed both the sightseeing and the views from the car window.

かなり距離のある行程を効率よく回ることができました。運転手さん安全運転ありがとうございました。ガイドさんも詳しく説明してくださり素晴らしかったです。観光の時間配分もちょうどよかったです。道中、丹頂鶴、キツネ、鹿などが居ると素早く教えてくれて察知能力にびっくり(笑)観光も車窓からの景色も楽しむことができました。

Thank you for your help on May 26. I thought it wouldn't be too crowded since it was a Monday, but the observation deck at Mount Hakodate was really busy. Since I was traveling with my elderly parents, we used a sightseeing taxi, and it was truly the right decision. The driver kindly took photos for us and guided us to a spot where we could see the night view along an easy-to-walk route, even through the crowds. I am very grateful. My parents were happy, and I was able to show my appreciation to them.

5月26日にお世話になりました。月曜日なのでそんなに混んでいないかなと思っていましたが、函館山の展望台はとっても混んでいました。年老いた両親を連れての旅だったので、観光タクシーを利用したのですが、本当に大正解でした。運転手さんが親切に写真を撮ってくださったり、人混みでも歩きやすい経路で夜景が見えるところまで連れて行ってくださったりで、感謝、感謝です。両親も喜んでくれて、親孝行できました。

It was my first visit to Asahiyama Zoo in 10 years. The bus was comfortable, the guide's explanations were easy to understand, and the zoo was not crowded, so I was able to enjoy it thoroughly, even having extra time to spare. On top of that, I was able to hear the clock tower's bell at 6:00 PM, which was a nice bonus.

10年ぶりの旭山動物園でした。バスもゆったり、添乗員さんの説明もわかりやすく動物園も空いていた為時間を持て余すくらい十二分に楽しめました。おまけに、時計台の18:00の鐘も聞くことができ、お得(?)でした。

The weather was wonderful, and the content of this bus tour was excellent. I accompanied my family on a work trip to Hokkaido and enjoyed my free time to the fullest. The female bus driver drove carefully, and the tour guide was friendly, very kind, and had enjoyable conversations, making for a pleasant trip. Thank you very much. I definitely want to participate in the tour again.

The weather wasn't great, but I was able to enjoy everything. Mr. Wang spoke in three languages, making it a worldwide trip, and at the blue pond, which I wanted to visit the most, the rain stopped, and I was able to see the beautiful blue— it was amazing! The scenery is amazing! The clear blue of Lake Shikotsu is truly beautiful. The bottom of the kayak is transparent, so I wanted to take my time looking at the lake bed, but there was so much moving around in the kayak that I didn't have much time to relax and enjoy it, which was a bit disappointing.

景色は最高！支笏湖のクリアブルーが本当に美しいです。カヤックの底が透明なので、もっとゆっくり湖の底を見たかったのですが、カヤックでの移動が多くてあまりのんびり見ている時間が無く、慌ただしいのが残念でした。

I used this service for a family trip. When I communicated the places I wanted to visit in advance, they thoughtfully considered the travel time and planned accordingly. On the day of the trip, they even took us to good spots along the way and suggested new sightseeing locations when it seemed we had some extra time. We enjoyed a fun day filled with informative and interesting stories about Hokkaido while in the car. My parents seemed to have a great time as well. I would like to request their tour guidance again the next time I go sightseeing!

You can experience the two wonders of moss phlox and tulips at once. The moss phlox soft serve ice cream and croquettes are also delicious. It was enjoyable for the eyes and satisfying for the stomach.

I had a great time. It was my first experience with SAP, and I was worried about whether I could stand on the board, but the staff kindly taught me, and I was able to stand, which made me very satisfied. I was also grateful for all the photos they took.

楽しい時間を過ごせました。SAPは初めてでボードに立てることができるのか心配でしたが、スタッフの方が親切に教えていただき何とか立つ事ができ満足です。写真もたくさん撮っていただきありがたかったです。

A trip to Hokkaido for the first time to meet friends from high school with three women in their 50s!

We wanted to do some sightseeing, but none of us wanted to drive... That's when we found Mr. Ikuta, a highly-rated sightseeing taxi driver, online.

We booked a 9-hour course, and while I had some anxiety about spending 9 hours with someone I didn't know, we ended up having a great time chatting from start to finish.

Here are my friends' opinions:
We were healed by the great nature of Furano and Biei.
Mr. Ikuta's thoughtful attention made our trip even more wonderful.
When he came to pick us up, he arrived a little early to the lobby.
During the trip, he made regular stops for bathroom breaks so we didn't have to worry.
He shared recommendations for delicious sweets and souvenirs.
He took us to famous spots we didn't know about and even helped us take photos at picturesque locations.
It was a trip beyond our expectations.
We look forward to seeing you again next time we come to Hokkaido!

50過ぎのおばちゃん3人で高校時代からの友人に会いに北海道への初めての旅行！

女3人で観光はしたいけど、運転は誰もしたくない…そんな時口コミの高評価の観光タクシーの生田さんをネットで見つけました。

9時間のコースを申し込みましたが、知らない方と9時間もご一緒する不安が内心ありましたが、最初から最後までずっとお話しして楽しく居心地の良い時間を過ごす事ができました。

ここからは友人達の意見です。
富良野　美瑛の大自然に癒されました
生田さんの細かい心遣いが私達の旅をさらに素敵なものにしてくれました
お迎えに来る時も定刻より少し前にロビーまでわざわざきてくれました
旅行中もトイレの心配がないように定期的にトイレに寄ってくれました。
お土産美味しいスイーツなど何から何まで教えていただきました。
希望の場所以外にも私達が知らない名所へ寄ってくださり写真映えのするフォトスポットで写真も撮ってくれました。
自分達の想像以上の旅でした。
次回北海道に来る時もよろしくお願い致します。

The moss phlox was almost in full bloom, and I was able to enjoy its fragrance. There were many different varieties of tulips, and they were very beautiful. Although the bus ride was quite long, it was a great bus trip.

芝桜ほぼ満開で香りも楽しめました。
チューリップも色々な種類があってとても綺麗でした。バス走行距離ありましたが良いバス旅でした。

I signed up for two different tours on consecutive days, and coincidentally, the same tour guide was with us. Asahiyama Zoo was sweltering, reaching nearly 29°C, and both the animals and I were exhausted. However, after that, the Patchwork Road was cool, and the Shirahige Falls were almost cold. The driver shared interesting facts about Hokkaido, making it a fun trip even on my own.

旭山動物園が29℃に迫るほどの暑さで動物たちも自分もぐったり
でもその後のパッチワークの道以降は涼しく、白ひげの滝は寒いくらいでした
運転手さんが北海道の豆知識を教えてくださったり、ひとりでも楽しい旅行になりました

It was my first time at the Shiretoko Peninsula, and I learned a lot about deer and other things I didn't know, making it a fun trip. (^○^) This time, I visited Sapporo, Otaru, and Noboribetsu, but I really want to go back to the Shiretoko Peninsula again. It was truly enjoyable. Thank you very much. I had seafood bowls at three places, but the seafood bowl at the Shiretoko Peninsula was the most delicious.

I visited Hokkaido with the intention of experiencing something beyond just sightseeing, so I participated alone. The instructor was very engaging and made the experience enjoyable, allowing me to bond with the other participants. I thoroughly enjoyed the crystal-clear waters and the magnificent nature, creating unforgettable memories.

せっかくの北海道。観光だけでなく、何か体験したいと思い立ち、1人で参加しました。インストラクターの先生がとても楽しく盛り上げてくださって、一緒に参加した方々とも仲良く体験できました。どこまでも透明な水と雄大な自然を満喫し、忘れられない思い出になりました。

I only understood it was an optional tour site for overseas visitors after participating. There were many foreigners around, and only four Japanese people… However, the guide translated expertly in three languages, so there was no inconvenience at all.

The only downside was that the bus's air conditioning was a bit too strong, and I honestly felt cold at times, which made me a little worried about catching a cold again. But I was satisfied to see the beautiful moss phlox and nearly full-bloom tulips. Thank you very much. 🙇‍♂️🙇‍♀️

海外向けのオプショナルツアーサイトだと参加して初めて理解しました。周りは外国の方々が多く日本人は４人だけでした…でもガイドの方が三カ国後を上手に訳されていて不便さは全くありませんでした。

残念なことはバスのクーラーが少々強くて正直寒く感じる事があり、風邪が、ぶり返さないかとちょっと心配でした。
でも美しい芝桜とほぼ満開のチューリップを目にすることができ満足でした。

It was my first time chartering a taxi, and the driver was very polite and provided thorough explanations. On the way from Memanbetsu Airport to Utoro, we took the same route I had traveled by bus during my previous ice floe tour, which brought back memories. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy, but unexpectedly, we were able to head towards Shiretoko Pass, so I had a very enjoyable time.

初めてのタクシーチャーターでしたが、ドライバーさんがとても丁寧に説明して下さる方で、女満別空港からウトロへ向かう時は前回流氷ツアーに来た時に路線バスで走った道を進み、思い出の確認なんてしたりしました。天気はあいにくの雨でしたが、思いがけず知床峠の方面へ行くことも出来たので、とても楽しいひと時を過ごすことが出来ました。

It was crowded due to the long holiday, but I was guided efficiently and had a very enjoyable sightseeing experience. The explanations were polite, easy to understand, and also interesting! I would definitely like to use this service again if I have the opportunity.

大型連休中ということもあり、混雑していましたが、効率よく案内していただきとても楽しい観光ができました。
