I wanted to go to Lake Saroma and made a reservation, but due to a large number of insects near the scenic area, I was given various suggestions for different tourist spots and taken to those places. Among them, Cape Notoro and the Abashiri Museum of Local History were particularly impressive. On the way back to the airport, we also took a scenic route that doesn't have tourist buses, allowing me to have a satisfying experience. I am very grateful.

サロマ湖に行きたくて予約をしましたが、絶景付近に大量の虫が発生しているということから、違う観光地をいろいろご提案いただき連れて行っていただきました。中でも能取岬、網走郷土博物館が印象的でした。空港までの帰り道も観光バスの通らない景色のよい道を通ってくださり満足の行く時間を過ごすことが出来ました。感謝申し上げます。

The performance of the saxophone and trumpet was amazing! 😃⤴⤴ Of course, the sunset and the view from the river were different from the usual scenery and were great. 😊 It's a shame that I couldn't see the sunset...

Just by riding the bus, we arrived at the zoo! It was so easy. The bus guide also shared stories at just the right pace, which was enjoyable. We had a 20-minute bathroom break at the service area, which was just right. However, since we arrived at the East Gate (I think the front entrance is crowded), we had to go down from the top of the hill and then climb back up, which was a bit tough.

It was actually a solo trip, but my sewing class teacher, who is 81 years old, joined me, and since public transportation was not feasible, we opted for a bus tour, which was enjoyable. It was easy and reassuring because the bus took care of everything for us. Thank you for your support.

本当は一人旅行でしたが、洋裁教室の先生が８１歳で参加に成り、交通機関は無理だからバス旅行にしましたが、楽しかったです。バスが乗せて連れて行って下さるので楽で安心でした。お世話に成りました。

I was picked up at the airport, and afterwards, I was shown around the main tourist attractions. It was much more interesting with a guide.

空港まで迎えに来ていただき、そのあと、主な観光地を案内していただきました。ガイド付きでより興味深く回れました。

The early morning kayak experience offered stunning views. The duration was shorter than I expected, and it ended in no time. During peak times like the Obon holiday, the later sessions after 10 AM can get quite crowded with people doing SUP and other activities. Additionally, there’s nothing to block the sun on the lake, and it can be bright and hot in the summer, so I recommend the early morning kayak for enjoying the beautiful scenery. Also, the photos taken were all wonderful and made for great memories.

早朝カヤック、素晴らしい絶景でした。
体験時間は思ったより短く、あっという間に終わってしまいました。
お盆期間などは10時以降の回かなり混み合い、SUPなどで人がいっぱいになります。また、湖上は遮るものがなく、夏場は日差しがまぶしく暑いので、絶景を楽しむなら早朝のカヤックがおすすめです。
また、撮っていただいた写真がどれも素敵で、よい思い出になりました。

During my trip from Honshu to Sapporo, I decided to make a reservation to visit a place I hadn't planned on initially. Although the lavender at Farm Tomita and Shikisai no Oka had already been harvested, the flowers were still beautifully in bloom.

【Positive Points】
- At the lunch venue, you can order wine and other drinks for an additional fee (I heard grape juice is also available).
- While there was no lavender, other flowers were blooming, so you can still enjoy the visit if you're not solely focused on seeing lavender.

【Thoughts】
- There seemed to be a shop at the lunch venue, but for some reason, it was closed.
- Since the destinations are all popular spots, everywhere was quite crowded (there was a long wait for food).
- Most of the time was spent traveling, and gradually, the little children on the bus were getting bored.

本州から札幌まで旅行中、始め予定はしていなかったけれどやはり一度行きたいと思い立ち予約。
ファーム富田も四季彩の丘も、ラベンダーはもう刈り取られた後でしたが綺麗にお花は咲いていました。

【良かった点】
・昼食会場は別料金を払えばワインなども頼める(ぶどうジュースもあるそうです)
・ラベンダーは無いけれど、花自体は咲いているので絶対ラベンダーを見たいというわけでなければ楽しめる


【思った事】
・昼食会場に売店があるようだが、なぜか開いていなかった
・行き先が人気がある場所ばかりのため、どこも混雑が酷い(その場で食べるもの系はだいぶ並びます)
・大半が移動のため、バスの中でだんだん小さなお子様が飽きてしまっていて来ていた

It was a very helpful tour that allowed me to visit major spots by bus (and listen to historical guides through earphones) since I can't drive. However, my enjoyment was greatly diminished due to a family sitting behind me. Their young child (presumably preschool age) was very energetic, and their loud conversations and singing made the atmosphere quite noisy. Despite my request to close the curtains because the sunlight was blinding, it was ignored, making the car environment far from comfortable.

I was also irritable due to fatigue from consecutive travel days, so I acknowledge my part in that. However, since the bus was full and I couldn't change seats, it felt like a test of patience. If there were tours designed for families that encourage lively conversations and fun, as well as tours that maintain a certain level of decorum for those who want a more peaceful experience, I would definitely consider participating again if the bus environment could be more secure and comfortable.

車を運転できないのでバスで行きたいと思っていた主要箇所を回れる（かつ、イヤホンで歴史などのガイドも聞ける）とてもありがたいツアーでした。
ただ、後ろに乗ってたファミリーのお陰で楽しさは激減でした…未就学児（推定）のお子様が非常に元気で会話やお歌の声がとても大きいことに加え、日光が眩しいからカーテンを閉めて欲しいと依頼しても無視で車内環境はうるさい・眩しいで快適とは程遠かったです。
連日の旅で疲れてたのもありイライラしてしまった私も悪いですが、満席で席が変えられず車中はひたすら我慢大会でしたので、子供が楽しく会話できる賑やか歓迎のファミリー向けツアー、車内をある程度のマナーをもって過ごしたい人向けツアーなどで車内治安が守られ安心して参加できそうであればぜひ次の参加も検討したいです。

On the bus, I listened to explanations about the history and characteristics of the places we visited and passed through while wearing earphones. I learned a lot of new things!

Unfortunately, at Farm Tomita, the lavender season had ended, so it had already been harvested, but the other flowers were incredibly beautiful and enjoyable!

The Blue Pond was extremely crowded, and we got caught in a bit of traffic before the bus reached the parking lot, which delayed our arrival. However, once we got in, we were able to walk around smoothly and see everything properly. The colors were really beautiful!

Personally, I found Shikisai no Oka to be absolutely amazing, and I definitely want to come back. The views were great from everywhere! The flower fields were beautiful, and the green mountains and fields visible beyond the flower fields created a stunning landscape. Although there were many people, the area was very spacious, so it didn't feel crowded. I hope to ride the tractor and helicopter that I had to give up due to time constraints someday…

The alpaca farm on the premises is also incredibly cute, so I recommend it.

I was a bit worried that the bus tour of popular tourist spots in Hokkaido might have a lot of inbound tourists with poor manners, especially since it was during the Obon holiday. However, in reality, that wasn't the case at all; it felt like about 80% Japanese and 20% foreigners, and everyone, including the foreigners, had good manners, which was reassuring. There were hardly any people who were late for the bus meeting times at each spot (if there were, it was only about 3 minutes late), so I was glad to see that everyone was quite punctual.

ファーム富田は残念ながらラベンダーの時期は終わってたので刈り取られちゃってましたが、それ以外のお花がすごく綺麗で楽しめました！

青い池は人がめちゃくちゃ多くて、バスが駐車場に着くまでにちょっと渋滞に巻き込まれて到着が遅れてしまいましたが、入ってみたら意外とすいすい歩けてちゃんと見られました。色がすごく綺麗でした〜

個人的には四季彩の丘がめちゃくちゃ良くて、また絶対来たいと思いました。どこにいても眺めが良い！花畑が綺麗なのはもちろん、花畑の向こうに見える山とか畑？の緑も含めてすごく綺麗な風景でした。人多かったですが、敷地内もすごく広々としているのでゴミゴミしてる感じはなかったです。時間の関係で諦めたトラクターもヘリコプターもいつか乗ってみたい…
敷地内にあるアルパカ牧場もめちゃくちゃかわいいのでおすすめです。

北海道の人気観光地のバスツアーって、インバウンド客がたくさんいてマナーが悪かったりするんだろうか…しかもお盆の時期だし、と若干心配でしたが、実際はそんなことはなく8割日本人2割外国人？くらいの感じで外国人の方も含めて皆さんマナー良い方ばかりで安心しました。
各訪問スポットでのバス集合時間に遅れる人もほとんどおらず(いても3分遅れくらい)ちゃんとしてる人ばかりでよかった〜と思いました。

The guide and the driver were very kind, and I was able to enjoy a fun day of sightseeing. I was worried, but the weather was nice and very beautiful. Although the general public had to wait for lunch, I was able to get in right away and the food was very delicious.

It was a convenient tour that allowed us to easily enjoy popular spots in Furano and Biei! The guide was great with the audio guide, making it very accessible.

The cheese fondue and hamburgers at Furano Wine House were incredibly delicious, and I definitely want to go back for more. The only downside was that the souvenir shop was closed, and I couldn't purchase the wine that isn't available online, which was disappointing. However, I want to keep that as something to look forward to for my next visit!

Also, the bus in the summer was very hot, even with the air conditioning, when the sun was shining. 💦

富良野、美瑛の人気スポットを手軽に楽しめるツアーでした！ガイドも音声ガイドで手軽で申し分なかったです。
特にふらのワインハウスのチーズフォンデュ、ハンバーグは大変美味でまた食べに行きたいと思います。唯一、お土産やさんが閉まっていてオンライン販売をしていないワインを購入出来ず残念でしたがまた行く楽しみとして残しておきたいなと思います！
あと夏のバスは日が照る方はクーラーあってもとても暑かったです💦

I had a comfortable ride on the new bus, which even had USB outlets. Most importantly, the guide shared various stories throughout the journey, making it both enjoyable and educational. We received a map of the zoo, and the guide provided detailed instructions on how to navigate, so we were able to explore smoothly without getting lost. Since it was a day with fewer group visitors, we could enjoy everything at a leisurely pace, and the three-hour stay was just right. Additionally, I was very grateful for the recommendations for dinner spots in Sapporo.

新車のバスに乗せていただいて快適でした。USBのコンセントもついていました。
何よりも、ガイドさんが車中ずっと色々な話をしてくださったので、退屈もせずとても勉強になりました。
動物園のマップもいただけて、回り方なども詳しく教えてくださったので迷うことなくスムーズに回れました。
団体客が少ない日だったのでどこもゆったりと見ることが出来て、約3時間の滞在はちょうど良かったです。
また、札幌での夕食場所も教えていただけてとても助かりました。

I'm going to see the lavender, but it's a shame that it has already been harvested. The time to enjoy each tourist spot is short; I mostly took photos and didn't have much time to enjoy the scenery.

ラベンダー見に行きますが、既に狩られたのは残念でした。各観光地に貯まる時期は短い、ほぼ写真を撮って、余り風景を見る時間がなかった。

The scent of lavender was very relaxing. There were many other flowers blooming as well, and they were very beautiful.

I used this service for a trip to Hakodate with six of my children's friends. Initially, I had reserved a jumbo taxi, but due to a malfunction with the car's air conditioning, we had to use two regular taxis instead. It was a sudden change, but we were able to stick to our schedule, which was great. The driver was very kind and even took photos for us, creating wonderful memories! I definitely want to use this service again for my next trip to Hakodate.

子供の母友達6人での函館旅行でこちらを使わせて頂きました。
最初 ジャンボタクシーを予約していたのですが 車のエアコン故障との事で 急遽 普通タクシー2台での利用となりました。
急な変更でしたが 予定通りに行けたので良かったです。
運転さんも優しくて 写真を撮ってくれたりと最高な思い出が出来ました！

I requested a time change the day before, and they happily accommodated my request. The driver who assisted me was Mr. Takiguchi from Takiguchi Taxi! He is a veteran driver with a soothing Hokkaido accent, and not only did he provide detailed sightseeing guidance, but he also helped me navigate through the crowded Mount Hakodate by showing me less busy spots, which was truly helpful. He even brought a light for taking photos, allowing me to capture many pictures and enjoy the best night view of Mount Hakodate.

前日に時間の変更を依頼したところ、気持ちよく変更に応じて頂きました。当月対応して頂いたのは滝口タクシーの滝口さん！北海道訛りの癒し系ベテラン運転手さんで細かな観光ガイドは勿論のこと、混み合っている函館山を空いている空間を案内してくれて本当に助かりました。写真を撮るためのライトも持参して頂いていて、沢山撮影して頂き最高の函館山夜景鑑賞ができました。

Directly to the summit with no waiting time for the cable car. During the journey, they shared stories about the history and local culture, making the sightseeing experience fulfilling. I'm incredibly grateful to the driver who guided us. It became the best memory!

This time, I participated in a bus tour alone. I think it would have been cheaper to go to Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya with lunch included than to rent a car alone. There were also foreign participants, such as Chinese and Koreans, but you can plug in the earphones at the seat and listen to all the guides through them. So, it's reassuring that it supports English, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese. I was satisfied because I could visit the places I was interested in. I hope to go on a different tour next time.

今回は1人でバスツアーに参加しました。支笏湖洞爺湖には、1人でレンタカーを借りて行くより、昼食付きで行くとしたら安く行けたと思います。中国人や韓国人などの外国の方も参加していましたが、座席横にあるイヤホンを指す場所に差し込み、イヤホンにて全てのガイドを聴きます。なので英語、中国語、韓国語、日本語に対応しているので安心していけます。気になるところや回りたいところに行けたので満足です。また違うツアーに行けたらいいなと思います。

Since it was my first time making a reservation online, I was worried that a taxi might not show up on the day. However, when I called the taxi company to confirm, the person in charge called me back, which put my mind at ease.

On the day, the summit of Mount Hakodate was unexpectedly crowded, but the staff kindly guided us to a less crowded area to ensure the children wouldn't get lost. I wanted the kids to see the "million-dollar night view," and I was relieved to see them satisfied while enjoying the scenery. Thank you so much for that.

Afterward, the kids were engrossed in looking for souvenirs, and although we were a bit pressed for time, we managed to stop for photos while visiting the churches in Motomachi and the illuminated Bay Area. I was truly very satisfied.

ネット経由で予約することも初めてでしたので、当日タクシーが来なかったりしたら…と不安がありました。確認のお電話をタクシー会社にしたところ、担当の方から逆にお電話を頂き安心しました。

当日函館山山頂は、想像していなかったものすごい人混みでしたが、子ども達も迷子にならないようゆっくりと奥の方の人の少な目な場所へ誘導してくださいました。子ども達に『100万ドルの夜景』を見せたかったので、子ども達が夜景を見て満足している様子で安心しました。本当にありがとうございます。
その後、子ども達がお土産探しに夢中なりやや時間が押し気味の中、元町の教会やベイエリアのライトアップを巡り写真撮影の時間も取って停車したりと、本当に大満足でした。

The driver was Japanese, and the tour guide was Chinese. About 70% of the passengers were Chinese, but everyone was well-mannered and the schedule was followed on time. The guide was also polite, and I really enjoyed it.

As for Asahiyama Zoo, entry is from the East Gate instead of the main gate, so it was the opposite of the recommended route, which may have caused a slight delay.

運転手は日本人の方で、添乗員は中国人の方でした。乗客は7割が中国人の方でしたが、皆さんマナーよく時間通りの運行でした。
ガイドも丁寧で、とても楽しめました。

旭山動物園は正門ではなく、東門からの入園になるので、推奨ルートとは逆の回り方になり、少しタイムロスがあったかと思います。

The guide's reception and explanations were very good. Also, the driving was extremely safe, so I had no worries at all. This tour was so great that I plan to visit the Furano area next year. I'm looking forward to it already.

The weather was great, and we visited three lakes in one day, where we also encountered deer and red-crowned cranes. Since I wouldn't have been able to go on my own, it became a wonderful memory. I also enjoyed a day-use hot spring at Lake Akan. The guide's explanations were easy to understand and made the experience enjoyable.

Since my trip was mainly in Sapporo and I didn't rent a car, I really wanted to visit Asahiyama Zoo, so I decided to sign up for a tour this time. I was unfamiliar with Hokkaido and worried about transfers, and since it was summer and hot, being able to take a bus from Sapporo while resting was really comfortable for my body.

I got tired from walking around the zoo, but it was great that I could just sit back and relax on the way back without any worries. I returned right on time without any delays. I look forward to joining another tour the next time I visit Hokkaido.

札幌メインの旅行だったためレンタカーしておらず、どうしても旭山動物園は行きたかったので今回ツアーに申し込むことにしました。北海道は不慣れで乗り換えが心配だったのと夏で暑かったので札幌からバスで寝ながら行けたのはすごく体が楽でした。
動物園で歩き疲れましたが帰りもなんの心配もせずに座ってるだけで帰れたのでとても良かったです。
特に遅れることもなく時間通りに戻れました。また北海道に行く際は何かのツアーでまたよろしくお願いします。

The weather was nice, the food was good, and everything from the lake to the mountains and the view from the cable car was great. I was a bit surprised by the tsunami alert, but I'm grateful that there were no changes to the tour and that I returned safely.

天気も良く、食事も良く湖も山、ロープウェイからの景色も全て良かったです。
津波アラートで少しビックリしましたが、ツァーに変更も無く無事に帰って来れた事に感謝。

After being picked up from the hotel where I stayed, I had requested a three-hour course that included the Abashiri Prison, the Okhotsk Drift Ice Museum, and some recommended spots, followed by a trip to Memanbetsu Airport. The driver took me to a colorful flower garden and Cape Notoro. I thought it would be difficult to make it to Cape Notoro in time, so I was moved to see the black-and-white lighthouse against the blue sky and the Sea of Okhotsk! It was also enjoyable to hear stories about winter drift ice and Abashiri during the drive. I highly recommend it!

宿泊したホテルにお迎えに来ていただいた後、希望していた網走監獄、オホーツク流氷館、後はオススメの所へ、その後女満別空港へと言う3時間のコースでお願いしてありました。運転手さんが連れて行って下さったのはカラフルに咲きほこっているフラワーガーデンと、能取岬。能取岬までは時間的に難しいと思っていたので、白黒の灯台と青い空、オホーツク海を見れて感動でした！車中でも、冬の流氷の話、網走の話など聞けて楽しかったです。オススメです！

It was a misty Lake Mashu, but the guide shared various explanations and personal experiences, making the trip enjoyable. However, for someone like me who can't drive in unfamiliar places, there were moments when time felt a bit short. Overall, it was a wonderful bus tour!

霧の摩周湖でしたが、ガイドさんが色々説明や体験談など話してくださり、楽しく旅ができましたが、知らない土地を運転できない私にとっては、少し時間が足りない所もありましたが、ありがたいバスツアーになりました！

I used the service from Kushiro Station to Kushiro Airport. I was really surprised that I could stop at four places for this price. Although it was cheap, it wasn't a rough tour; we had a clean bus, a safe driver, and a fun guide. There was nothing to complain about.

Unfortunately, due to thick fog from the previous day, the Kushiro Wetlands were shrouded in mist from the bus window. And at Lake Mashu, we couldn't see anything from the observation deck (laughs). It truly was "the misty Lake Mashu." It was disappointing, but it's all part of the experience. I enjoyed the stops at Sulfur Mountain, Lake Kussharo, and Lake Akan (with free time for lunch, etc.) without any issues.

Actually, this day was a personal commemorative trip for me. It was unexpected at Lake Mashu, but I had a great time.

釧路駅前乗車→釧路空港下車で利用しました。
この値段で4か所も立ち寄れるというのは、本当にビックリ。安いけれども、粗雑なツアーではなく、きれいなバス、安全運転のドライバー、そして楽しいガイドさん。非の打ちどころはありませんでした。
あいにく前日からの濃霧で、車窓からの釧路湿原は霧の中。そして摩周湖も、展望台から何も見えない(笑)　まさしく「霧の摩周湖」。残念でしたが、これも経験。硫黄山、屈斜路湖、阿寒湖（昼食等自由行動）は順調に楽しめました。
実は、この日は個人的な記念旅行でした。まさかの摩周湖でしたが、楽しく過ごせました。

They were very kind to guide us so we could enjoy the night view amidst the many tourists. The hotel pick-up and drop-off was also convenient and helpful.

観光客が多い中で夜景を観れるように色々と案内してくださり、とても親切でした。

It rained only when we arrived at the Blue Pond, but the weather cleared up quickly, and we were able to enjoy a comfortable day with mostly cloudy skies. There were about half foreigners and half Japanese people, and the guide did a great job of keeping everything organized on the bus, making it a fun day overall. I bought some wine from the winery where we did tastings, and it was really delicious.

青い池に着いた時だけ雨にやられましたが、すぐ天気が回復し、その後もずっと曇りで快適に過ごせました。外国人の方と日本人半々ぐらいで、バス車内でもガイドの方がうまくまとめて、一日中楽しく過ごせました。ワイナリーで試飲したワイン買って帰ったんですが、めっちゃ美味しかったです。
