Since there were few participants, we could choose our bus seats freely and sit comfortably, which was very pleasant. Both the guide and the driver were nice people. The lunch was also delicious. I think it was much more cost-effective in terms of time and money compared to going by public transportation on our own. However, it was a bit disappointing that we ended up with a group of foreign tourists on the Usuzan Ropeway, and it was extremely noisy.

The round-trip cable car ride, including lunch, allowed us to enjoy the experience for 10 hours, and it was a great value. The automatic audio guide via earphones was available in multiple languages, and it was convenient to just remove the earphones when we didn't want to listen. The mushroom soup and lunch were satisfying as well. The views at all the sightseeing spots were fantastic. Although it was sunny, the snow from a few days prior made the snowy scenery very beautiful. I'm glad we visited the bear ranch too. The guide took a lot of photos for us. Thank you very much.

We also had lunch at the hotel, and it was a satisfying experience that felt far beyond a day trip bus tour. I was impressed by the thoughtfulness of our bus guide, Mr. Wang. The explanations were primarily in English, but he provided additional explanations in a low voice for the Japanese guests. His commentary during the journey was excellent, and thanks to him, we had a wonderful day. The bus driver was also kind and had a wonderful personality. To be honest, I was surprised because I didn't expect such a high level of service from a bus tour.

On the day of the tour, the overall schedule was delayed due to snow, and the break times were shorter, but not a single person complained. If you are looking for a guide who speaks English or Chinese, this is the best tour. I highly recommend it.

The day after arriving in Sapporo, I participated in a tour. Since the next morning was early, I wanted to find the information center at Sapporo Station before heading to the hotel. However, I had a hard time locating it because there was construction going on inside the station. I felt it would be helpful if the information center's signs were more visible, such as being hung from the ceiling.

On that morning, there were about five people who were cutting it close on time and mentioned they had trouble finding the place. I was satisfied with the tour because we were able to visit all the places we wanted to go. The water at Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu was incredibly clear and transparent, which surprised me. I was thrilled to be able to walk down to the water's edge.

For lunch, we had a luxurious meal that was delicious, and I’ve attached a photo. We took the ropeway up to Mount Usu and walked from there to the summit. The magnificent scenery of Hokkaido was amazing. The tour duration seemed just right, and I appreciated the safe driving from both the guide and the driver. I got off at Susukino, and it was my first time being able to get off exactly where I wanted during a tour.

有珠山はロープウェイで上って、ついたところから歩いて頂上までいってきました。
北海道の雄大な景色が素晴らしかったです。
ツアー時間はちょうどいいかも、ガイドさんも運転手さんも安全運転で感謝です。
降りるところもススキのでおりました、自分の降りたいところで降りれるツアーは初めてです。

お肉が固いなと思った以外はおいしかったですよ（＾＾）

I was happy to visit Furano with my daughter for the first time in 30 years. On the way, we were able to see the beautiful autumn leaves covered in snow while crossing the mountain pass. I was able to see Lake Mashu, and I found Mount Iou and Lake Kussharo to be just okay. The problem is that I had two hours of free time in the Akan Lake hot spring area, which is the longest. However, almost all the restaurants were closed. The only place I found after walking from one end to the other was a Chinese restaurant in town, where I had tanmen.

Why did I come to Akan Lake hot springs to eat tanmen? I was looking forward to trying venison and deer jingisukan.

About 90% of the places I expected to visit were closed. I think timing played a role, but having two hours of free time there was nothing but a waste. Up until then, everything was fine, but I was really disappointed in the end.

It started from the Hill of Fairy Tales, then we visited the Drift Ice Museum, Abashiri Prison, enjoyed delicious gelato, and had lunch at a recommended ramen shop by the driver from Cape Notoro. The driver also stopped at a roadside station for shopping, which was very thoughtful.

It was perfect for us, who are paper drivers, and the driver provided a wealth of information that made for a fun day. Thank you very much!

I only stayed for a few days, so I signed up for a tour, and I’m really glad I did. The information about viewpoints, how to efficiently navigate the zoo, and where to find clean restrooms was very helpful. The guide and driver were both very pleasant and attentive. I got to see the fox and On-chan in person. Since the sightseeing spots are quite extensive and difficult to cover on your own, I think incorporating this tour into your trip will provide a meaningful experience.

I participated in a bus tour with friends and was able to enjoy the autumn leaves at their peak. At Lake Shikotsu, I was moved to see many fish swimming while riding on a glass-bottom boat! The collaboration of the autumn leaves and the columnar jointing was truly wonderful.

We went to Lake Toya and took the ropeway to the summit of Mount Usu. It was a tough walk, but the view from the top was breathtaking. Finally, we ended our emotional journey by admiring Lake Toya from the observation deck.

However, it was disappointing that the souvenir shops at Lake Shikotsu were closed. The lunch at Toyako Kohantei was surprisingly delicious, no matter what I ate. I was satisfied. I joined this tour because I wanted to see the autumn leaves at Lake Akan! It was the perfect time to see the beautiful foliage, and I really enjoyed it.

Also, the bus attendant sang the Marimo song and let us know whenever we spotted a Tancho crane from the window, making the time on the bus enjoyable as well.

I was pleasantly surprised by the gift of Marimo yokan. I would love to participate again when I visit the eastern part of Hokkaido!

It was quite a long-distance and long-duration bus trip, but it turned out to be a fun day. Among the companions, there were only two of us Japanese, but the tour guide was really kind and attentive, which was great. I was particularly impressed by their language skills. They fluently spoke English, Cantonese, and several other languages, providing guidance with humor (there were occasional bursts of laughter).

The driver also greeted us with a smile every time we boarded or disembarked. Thanks to that, it was a pleasant tour.

As for Asahiyama Zoo, it was a place I had wanted to visit for a long time, so it was wonderful to finally fulfill that long-held wish. However, it was farther away than I had expected, and I wonder if the driver was quite tired. Especially on the way back, they drove for a long time on dark roads with few houses and little traffic, so thank you for your hard work.

The reason I didn't give this tour the highest rating was due to the weather not being favorable. Aside from Asahiyama Zoo, we didn't need an umbrella, but we were caught in the rain at the main destination. It was good that we could borrow an umbrella from the zoo, but it was unfortunate that it kept raining and stopping.

　同行者のうち日本人は私たち二人だけでしたが、添乗員さんは本当に親切に丁寧委に対応してくれてよかったです。特に語学力にはおどろきました。英語、広東語？その他数か国語を自由に操って、ユーモアを交えて（時折笑い声が聞こえた）案内してくれました。
　運転手さんも乗降するたびに笑顔で迎えてくれました。おかげで気持ち良いツアーになりました。
　旭山動物園はかねてから行きたいと思っていた所なので長年の念願がかないよかったです。ただ、思っていた以上に遠距離で運転手さんはかなり疲れたのではないでしょうか？　特に帰路は人家もなく自動車の通行も少ない真っ暗な道を長時間運転され本当にお疲れ様でした。
　今回のツアーに最高点を付けなかったのは、天気に恵まれなかったためです。旭山動物園以外は傘の必要はなかったのですが、メインの目的地で雨にたたられました。園の傘を借りられたのでよかったですが、雨が降ったりやんだりでそれが残念です。
