The tour includes one guide who provides assistance, but the introductions about the scenery during the transfer and the history of Hokkaido are done through an audio guide. It's almost always playing, so you won't get bored during the travel.

I have traveled alone to Hokkaido many times, but I had given up on visiting Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu because it was difficult to get there using public transportation, and driving myself would be costly.

However, I happened to find this tour and thought it was quite a bargain to visit both lakes at this price with someone else driving, so I decided to join.

On the day I went, there were strong winds, and unfortunately, the sightseeing boat at Lake Shikotsu was canceled, so I couldn't ride it (I was really looking forward to it, so it was disappointing...).

Lake Shikotsu is truly beautiful, and I thought the water looked drinkable while I strolled around for an hour. The only downside was that the stay at Lake Toya, including lunch, was only one hour. I really wanted to buy a wooden sword at a shop called Echigoya, so I hurriedly ate my lunch and dashed over. I had lunch at a hotel with a view of Lake Toya, and the grilled scallops, sashimi, and crab rice were exquisite. I wish I could have savored it more! It took less than five minutes to get from the lunch venue to Echigoya, so after purchasing the wooden sword, I was able to stroll around Lake Toya as well. If we had about an hour and a half of stay time, I could have enjoyed it even more...

However, compared to Lake Shikotsu, the transparency of the water at Lake Toya is slightly inferior, so it might be better to view it from a distance rather than up close. The view of Lake Toya and Mount Usu from the observation deck was stunning. I heard from the guide that there are baby bears around, and although it was at my own expense, I also visited a bear ranch. They were very cute, but all the bears seemed bored... You can feed them cookies, but most of them get taken by crows.

In addition to the two main lakes, we also stopped at fun spots like the observation deck and Mushroom Kingdom.

Next, I want to see the snowy scenery and the lakes, so I would like to join the tour again in winter!

ツアーはガイドさんが1人つき、誘導などしてくれますが移動中の景色や北海道の歴史についての紹介は音声ガイドです。ほぼ常に流れているので移動中も退屈しません。

私は北海道に何度も一人旅をしていますが、洞爺湖・支笏湖は公共交通機関で行くには大変で自分の運転となると費用がかさむため諦めていました。

しかし今回こちらのツアーをたまたま見つけてこの値段で他人の運転で更にどちらにも行けるのはだいぶお得では？と思い参加しました。

私が行った日は強風だったため支笏湖の遊覧船は運行中止となり残念ながら乗ることができませんでした。(めっっっちゃ楽しみにしてたので残念…)

支笏湖は本当に水が綺麗で飲めんじゃね？って思いながら1時間散策をしました。
唯一残念なのは洞爺湖での滞在時間が昼食を含めて1時間というところです。
私は越後屋というお店でどうしても木刀が買いたかったのでお昼ご飯を急いで食べてダッシュで行きました。お昼ご飯は洞爺湖を眺められるホテルでいただくことができ、その場で焼いて食べる帆立や刺身、カニご飯が絶品でした。なのでゆっくり味わい違ったです笑　昼食会場から越後屋までは5分弱だったので木刀を購入後洞爺湖周辺も無事散策できました。 滞在時間1時間半ほどあればもっと満喫できたかもしれないです…

ただ洞爺湖は支笏湖に比べると水の透明度がやや劣り近くから見るより遠くから見るのがおすすめのためかもしれません。実際展望台から見た洞爺湖と有珠山は絶景でした。
ガイドさんに今小熊がいるというお話を聞き、自腹ですが熊牧場にも行きました。
とても可愛いと同時に熊は皆退屈そうでした…
クッキーをあげられますが、ほとんどカラスに取られます
メインの二つの湖意外にも展望台やきのこ王国など楽しいスポットに寄ってもらえます。

次は雪景色と湖を見てみたいのでまた冬にツアーに参加したいと思います！

My first solo trip to Hokkaido.
It was a perfect course for visiting major tourist attractions. The number of participants was small, and the bus seats were spacious. I was able to enjoy the sightseeing while gaining various information from the guide's stories. I was satisfied with the creative display methods at Asahiyama Zoo.
It would be helpful if the person in charge at the meeting point could hold a board with the name of the sightseeing course, as it was a bit difficult to identify them.

初めての北海道一人旅。
メジャーな観光地巡りにピッタリなコースでした。参加人数も少なめでバス座席もゆったり。ガイドさんのお話しから色んな情報を得て、観光を満喫する事が出来ました。旭山動物園の展示方法は工夫があり満足でした。
集合時の担当者が分かりにくかったので、観光のコース名等を記載してボードを持って頂けると助かります。

My first visit to Asahiyama Zoo didn't allow me to see the polar bears up close, but I could certainly appreciate their size. I was relieved to capture photos of the brown bears from various angles.
The famous spots like Shirogane Blue Pond and Shirogane Falls were filled with foreigners. I felt a bit overwhelmed by the foreign languages flying around, but it made me feel like I was truly traveling abroad.

初めての旭山動物園、シロクマをまじかで見ることは叶いませんでしたが、その大きさは実感できました。ヒグマはいろんなアングルで写真に収めることができて一安心しました。
白金青い池、しろ髭の滝などの名所は外国人がいっぱい。飛び交う外国語に少々気圧されましたが、その分外国旅行をしている気分に浸れました。

On the day we headed there by car, I was worried that the strong winds would make it difficult to kayak, but the guide was very kind and provided thorough instructions, allowing us to enjoy ourselves with peace of mind. While learning about the beauty of Lake Shikotsu, we were able to take photos in various spots, and we enjoyed it even more afterward! Since it's an activity that you can easily participate in, I highly recommend it to anyone passing by during their travels.

当日車で向かっている最中、風が強く、カヤックに乗れたとしても揺れないか心配でしたが、ガイドさんもとても優しく丁寧に案内してくださり、安心して楽しむことができました。
支笏湖の良さを教えていただきながら、いろんな場面で写真を撮っていただき、終わってからも再度楽しめました！
身軽に参加できるのもあって、旅の最中近くを通る方にはぜひやってみてもらいたいアクティビティです。

This time, my husband and I participated in a Hakodate bus tour for our first trip to Hokkaido. We planned a 4-night, 5-day itinerary, but I don't think we could have done so much sightseeing on our own. All the other passengers were very calm, and we were able to enjoy a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere on the bus. Both the guide and the driver were wonderful people who worked very hard at their jobs. If wishes could come true, I would love to travel again with the two of them as our guides. It was a fun and happy two days. Now, I wish we had taken a commemorative photo with all the participants. Thank you for such wonderful memories.

　今回、初めての北海道旅行で《函館バスツア－》に夫婦で参加しました。
4泊5日で予定を立てましたが、2人で移動する旅では　こんなに沢山の観光を
することはできなかったと思います。
他の乗客の皆さんがとても穏やかで　ゆったりとした心地よい車中を過ごすことができました。
ガイドさんも運転手さんも　お仕事に一生懸命なとても素敵な人で
願いが叶うなら、もう一度お二人の案内で旅行がしたいくらい
楽しく幸せな2日間でした。
今になって、参加者の皆さんと記念写真を撮っておきたかったなあと思っています。

Since it wasn't the season for flowers to bloom, I thought it would be really nice if you choose the right time. There were few Japanese tourists, and the main language was Chinese, but the somewhat hesitant Japanese guidance was very kind, and the smiles were quite charming. The all-you-can-eat melons were small because it wasn't the right season, but they were incredibly sweet and delicious. There was a time limit, but I enjoyed it enough. Asahiyama Zoo was also very spacious, and there wasn't enough time to see everything, but it had been a while since I visited a zoo, and I enjoyed the various creative exhibits.

時期的にお花が咲いてなかったので、時期を選べばとても良いんだろうなと思いました。
日本人観光客は少なくメインは中国語だったのですが、、おぼつかない日本語の案内もとても親切で笑顔がよく可愛らしかったです
メロン食べ放題も、時期じゃなかったので小ぶりのメロンだったけど、とーーーっても甘くて美味しかったです時間制限はありましたが、十分楽しめました。
旭山動物園もとっても広くて全部を回るには時間が足りなかったですが、久し振りの動物園、、色んな工夫がされてて楽しめました。

Since it was my first experience on a bus tour, I thought everyone participating would be Japanese, but there were only 7 Japanese people out of 41 participants. I got on the bus feeling a bit anxious, but the other participants were very well-mannered.

The tour guide explained everything in Japanese, Chinese, and English, and I thought it must have been quite challenging for them.

Honestly, the lunch buffet wasn't very tasty, but considering the price and all the places we were taken to, I thought it was understandable.

The melon was incredibly delicious!

The staff were also very kind and warm, so the children said they had a great time.

It left such a memorable impression that I would love to join another tour with the same staff. Thank you very much!

バスツアー初体験だったので、参加する人が皆んな日本人だと思っていたのですが参加者41人中日本人は7人だけでした。少し不安な気持ちでバスに乗りましたが、参加者はとてもマナーのある方達でした。

添乗員の方は、日本語、中国語、英語の3通りで一つ一つ説明してくださり大変だな〜と思いました。

お昼のバイキングは正直美味しいとは言えませんでしたが、この料金で色んなところに連れて行ってくれて仕方ないと思いました。

メロンはとってもとっても美味しかったです！

スタッフの方達もとても優しくて温かい方達だったので、子供達も楽しかったと言っています。

また同じスタッフの方達のツアーに参加したいくらい思い出に残りました。

It was great to be able to visit both Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya, along with Mount Usu, all in one day. The travel distance is long, so I think it would be tough to do it alone, but thanks to the driver's safe driving, we could relax in the car, which was the best. The lunch at the hotel had a wide variety of dishes and was delicious. Both the driver and the guide were very pleasant, and we had a fun day.

支笏湖と洞爺湖の２つの湖と有珠山を１日で観光できてとてもよかったです。
移動距離が長いので個人では大変だと思いますが、ドライバーさんの安全運転で車内でのんびりできて最高です。
ホテルでのランチは品数も多くて味もよかったです。
ドライバーさんもガイドさんもとても感じの良い方で楽しい１日を過ごすことができました。

It had been a while since I visited Hokkaido. Since I no longer have a driver's license, I made a one-day reservation here. It was easy and relaxing without having to drive. The tour guide (a person from China) provided clear explanations. The driver also seemed experienced, so I felt safe during the ride. Including myself, I would definitely consider using your company's tours again.

久しぶりの北海道、免許返納したため、フリーながら、こちらを１日予約しました。運転もしないで、楽チンでした。ツアーガイド(中国の人)さんも、分かりやすい案内でした。運転手さんもベテラン(?)らしく、安心して、車中出来ました。
自分も含め、貴社のツアーを再度の利用するレベルでした。

Positive points:
- The ability to explore each facility for 90 minutes (other tours only allowed 60 minutes).
- Since lunch is not included, I appreciated the freedom to eat whatever I wanted at my own time (I don't like eating the same thing at the same time as a group).
- The tour guide and driver were both great.

I would like to search for tours here again next time. Thank you very much for your assistance.

・１施設90分自由観光ができること。（他ツアーでは60分であった為）
・昼食はついていないので、自分で好きなものを好きな時間に食べれるので自由度が高くて良かった。（団体で同じ時間に同じものを食べるのが好きでない為
）
・添乗員、ドライバーさんが良い方であった。

次回もこちらでツアー探しをしたいと思います。大変お世話になりました。

I had a meeting at 6:30 PM at the La Vista Hotel in Hakodate... While other taxis and sightseeing buses were arriving one after another, the taxi I had reserved never showed up at all... After waiting for quite a while, I called them and was told, "We forgot about your reservation!" I was both shocked and angry, and I said I would report this to the headquarters! Shortly after, a replacement taxi arrived, and the driver seemed confused as he had been called in at the last minute... This taxi driver was good, but how could they forget the initial reservation? Is this really acceptable?

函館のラビスタホテルに、18時30分の待ち合わせだって…
他のタクシーや、観光バスは次々と集客に来てるのに、
私が予約したタクシーは全然現れず…
ずいぶん待った後で、電話してみたら
「予約の事を忘れていた！」との回答で、
呆れるやら、腹立たしやら、
この事は、本部に伝えますよ～と怒ってしまいました！
ほどなくして、代わりの？タクシーが来て、
タクシーさんは、急遽呼ばれたとかで、訳がわからない様子で…
このタクシーの運転手さんは良かったですが、

When I applied, I was a bit anxious about filling out the form in romaji, and when I actually went, there were only three Japanese people. The tour guide was a foreigner... Even though I was in Hokkaido, it felt like I was in another country. However, the tour guide was very kind and took great care regarding restroom breaks, so I didn't have to worry about that during the bus trip, making it a comfortable experience. Thank you very much. I had a great time.

北海道なのに外国に来てる様な世界に引きましたが添乗員さんが、とても親切でトイレの配慮もしっかりして下さりバス旅行ならでわのトイレの心配も無く快適なバス旅行になりました。

Out of the 40 people on the tour, there were two groups of Japanese participants, and the tour guide, Mr. Oh (from Taiwan), spoke to us in three languages and provided information about souvenirs. I joined from Sapporo, and since I wasn't familiar with the souvenirs, I definitely want to buy some.

If lunch had been included, I think it would have been the perfect day trip tour. I would love to participate again.

４０人のツアーのうち日本人は２組でしたが添乗員のオーさん（台湾の方) の方が3か国でお話してくれお土産情報もおしえてくださいました。札幌から参加させていただきましたが知らないお土産でしたのでぜひ買ってみたいとおもっています

Even after Golden Week, there was still snowfall on mountain passes during this time.
At the parking lot of Iodake, there were only a few cars in the spacious lot.
With the changing weather at this time, it must be tough to attract visitors!
However, I was able to take my time and explore the area, which I personally found interesting.
This time, I joined a tour with Club Tourism that felt like living there for six days.
I thought it would be nice if the journey wasn't strictly planned and aligned with what I wanted to do.

ゴールデンウィークの後でも、この時期にも峠道など降雪がありました。
硫黄岳の駐車場　広い駐車場に数台の乗用車しかいない。
この時期にこの変更天気　集客を高めるには大変だなあ！
でもゆっくり現地を見えて個人的には面白かったです。
今回はクラブツーリズムの六日間暮すような旅行の方と一緒になりました。
ガチガチに決められたコースではない旅　これも自分のやりたい事と合致すれば良いのにな
と思いました。

The guide who gave the lecture and the staff at the store were all cheerful and pleasant.
Lake Shikotsu is truly clear, wide, and deep. By the way, there were no fish.
It seems you can bring your smartphone at your own risk.
Kayaking required more physical strength than I expected, and I got quite tired, haha.

The area around Lake Shikotsu has become a charming and beautiful tourist spot, and I enjoyed walking around and eating during the free time.
It seems there are hot springs as well.

レクチャーしてくれたガイドの方も、お店で対応してくれた方も皆さん明るくて感じが良かったです。
支笏湖は本当に透明で広くて深い。ちなみに魚はいませんでした。
スマホは自己責任で持って行っても良いそうです。
カヤックは思ったより体力が必要でなかなか疲れました笑

支笏湖の周りはこぢんまりとした綺麗な観光地になっていて、前後の時間で食べ歩きしたりして楽しかったです。
温泉もあるみたいです。

During the holiday, I decided to take a taxi to see the night view of Mount Hakodate to avoid the crowds at the ropeway. I chose an 18:00 pickup, but after consulting with the driver, he suggested it was still too early, so we changed the order of our tour. We were able to see the City Hall, Hachiman-zaka, and the churches while it was still light out, and then we headed to Mount Hakodate. There were so many people! I almost gave up on being able to see anything, let alone take photos, but somehow a gap opened up, and I was able to enjoy the night view. On the way down, the taxi driver took us slowly through points where we could see the night view, and I was able to take some great photos. The driver was kind and attentive, and he even helped with the stamp rally that my child was collecting, which made them very happy. Seeing the line for the ropeway along the way made me realize again that taking a taxi was the right choice. Thank you for your assistance.

連休中、ロープウェイの混雑がいやで函館山の夜景を見るのはタクシーに決めました。18時お迎えを選択しましたが、ドライバーさんに相談したところまだ早いとのことで順序を変えて案内していただきました。公会堂や八幡坂、教会群など明るいうちに見れて、それから函館山へ。ものすごい人！なかなか人が動かず写真どころか見ることすらできないのかとあきらめかけたらなんとか隙間ができて、夜景鑑賞ができました。下りのタクシーでも夜景が見えるポイントをゆっくり走っていただきいい写真が撮れました。ドライバーさんは優しく丁寧に対応していただき、子供が集めていたスタンプラリーも案内してくれてとても喜んでいました。途中で見たロープウェイへの列を見て、やはりタクシーにして良かったと改めて思いました。お世話になりありがとうございました。

Before participating in the tour of the three major lakes in Akan Mashu National Park, I had planned to go on my own. However, I found out online that there are tours available for solo travelers, so I decided to join one. Often, taxi companies assign drivers who are not very familiar with the various tour locations across the country, but the driver from the taxi company for this tour was very knowledgeable about the area. I had a wonderful day and created great memories. Thank you!

Interestingly, although it wasn't part of the tour plan, there were many farms along the way, and we were able to stop and interact with cows and horses, as well as see some wildlife. When traveling alone or with just family, it's easy to miss out on information, so having a taxi driver who knows the area well ensures that you can create many memories in just one trip. We also had the chance to visit the Kushiro Wetlands viewpoint and some little spots around Lake Akan, which weren't originally planned. If you have extra time, you can buy souvenirs or grab a snack. If it takes too long, the taxi driver will call you, but I really think this tour was well organized. Although it won't be immediate, I'm considering using this service again.

阿寒摩周国立公園三大湖の旅へツアーに参加する前は個人で行く予定でした．が，インターネットで一人でも参加できるツアーがあることを知り参加してみました．タクシー会社によっては全国のツアー場所の土地土地に詳しくない方が担当されることが多々あるのですが，今回参加させて頂いたツアーのタクシー会社の担当の方は土地についてよく知っておられ，楽しい一日を過ごさせて頂き良い思い出になりました．ありがとうございます．なんとツアーの予定になかったのですがツアーの先々の道沿いには牧場がたくさんあり途中で立ち止まり，牛や馬たちに仲良くして頂けたり野生の動物にもお会いすることもできました．一人や家族だけで行くとなかなか情報が不足しがちになるので旅先々の土地に詳しい方がツアーのタクシー担当の方になると効率よく一回の旅で思い出がたくさん残ること間違いなし．ツアーの予定になかった釧路湿原の展望や阿寒湖周辺のちょっとしたスポットにも立ち寄ることもできました．時間に余裕があれば又は残っていれば，お土産を買ったりちょっとしたものも食べれますｗ時間かかりすぎるとタクシー担当者からお呼び出しありますがｗ今回のツアーはほんと良くして頂けたと思います．すぐではないですがまたのご利用を考えてます．

I had a great time at Asahiyama Zoo, where I could take my time exploring. Other tourist spots also met my expectations, and I was able to visit them efficiently. Unfortunately, the quality of lunch was disappointing. The ramen was made with cold boiled noodles and lukewarm soup. The vegetables in the soup curry were about 1 centimeter long, which was quite meager, especially since I was expecting something special from Hokkaido, so I was let down. I felt sorry for the guests from Honshu.

There was a family with a child around 2 years old who were walking around without a seatbelt, which was dangerous, and there was no warning given. The cost-performance was good, but it was a shame about the important meal. The cleanliness of the car was also lacking.

旭山動物園でゆっくり見学でき楽しかったです。他の観光地も期待通りで効率よく回れました。残念だづたのは、昼食の質が低かったこと。ラーメンは冷えた茹で麺に保温のスープでめるいまま。スープカレーの野菜が1センチ前後てあまりにもさみしく北海道産の名物と期待していたので、がっかり。
本州からのお客様に申し訳なかったです。
2歳位の子連れ家族がシーベルトをせず、歩き回っていて危険なのに、注意がなかった。　コスパは良かったので、大事な食事は残念。
車の清掃もイマイチでした、

The guide and the tour conductor were very kind. I wish we had a bit more time at Asahiyama Zoo, but I had a lot of fun at the Blue Pond, the White Waterfall, and the Seven Star Tree. I'm also grateful that the guide took pictures for us at the Seven Star Tree and the White Waterfall.

ガイドさんや添乗員さんがとても親切でした。旭山動物園はもう少し時間があったらよかったなと思いましたが、青い池や白い滝、セブンスターの木など盛りだくさんと楽しかったです。
ガイドさんがセブンスターの木と白い滝のところで写真を撮ってくれたのも感謝でした。

It was a multinational tour with participants from 11 countries. The guide, who skillfully navigated in English, Chinese, and Japanese without even looking at notes, was amazing. Since we were in Japan, which is a foreign country, some people got lost, but I was impressed by the guide's dedication as they went out to help find them. The driver also knew the roads well and slowed down in areas with poor road conditions to ensure a smooth ride. I believe it was a heartfelt hospitality tour by wonderful staff.

The tour content was full of highlights and it was great. I thought the patchwork hills might be a bit early in the season, but the areas with remaining soil and greenery created beautiful patterns. It might not have been in perfect condition, but I was able to enjoy the endless stretches of fields and the mountains of Tokachi, truly feeling like I was in Hokkaido.

The vegetables were incredibly delicious. I might not personally recommend the meat options. I think it's better to start with small portions to see if they suit your taste.

It was a very enjoyable experience. Thank you so much to all the staff!

11ヶ国の人が参加する多国籍ツアーでした。その中心でメモも見ずに英語、中国語、日本語を駆使して面白く案内してくださるガイドの方が凄かったです。外国である日本なので、迷ってしまう人もいましたが、自ら探しに行かれたりと奮闘している姿などプロの仕事ぶりに感動しました。また、ドライバーの方も道を熟知されており、路面状態の悪いヶ所などは予め減速して車内が揺れないようにしておられました。大変素敵なスタッフの方達の心のこもったおもてなしツアーだと思います。
ツアーの内容も見どころがいっぱいで良かったです。パッチワークの丘は季節が早いかなとおもっていましたが、土が残っているところと緑のところで綺麗な模様になっていました。最高の状態では無いかもですが、無限に広がる畑の連なりや十勝の山々を堪能出来て、北海道に来た！と感じることができました。
ご飯は野菜が最高に美味しかったです。お肉関係は個人的におすすめ出来ないかもしれません。最初は少量から取って口に合うか確かめた方が良いと思います。
とても楽しい体験でした。スタッフの皆様、本当にありがとうございました。

It was very convenient to depart from Kushiro Station and tour attractions like Lake Akan, Lake Mashu, and Lake Kussharo by bus. It was much better than going by rental car because we could hear information about the sightseeing spots. At Lake Akan, we got off the bus and had lunch. We went to the local cuisine restaurant Nabekyu and had a delicious smelt rice bowl. Since we were on the bus, we also enjoyed some beer. The Kushiro Regular Sightseeing Bus Pirika was excellent.

釧路駅前から出発して、阿寒湖、摩周湖、屈斜路湖など観光地をバスで巡れてとても便利でした。レンタカーで行くよりも観光名所の案内を聞けるのでとてもよかったです。阿寒湖ではバスを降りてお昼ご飯を食べました。郷土料理奈辺久に入りワカサギ丼を食べましたとてもおいしかったです。バスなのでビールも頂きました。釧路定期観光バスピリカ号はとても良かったです。

I used this service for a trip to Hakodate with my mother. The driver provided a comfortable level of service, which made us feel very safe and at ease. They gave thorough explanations not only at the facilities but also during the journey, which was very educational. I was also grateful for the great photos they took for us each time. It was convenient to travel hands-free with our luggage in the car, and being dropped off right near the facilities and shops made it easy. They were accommodating to our requests, and my mother and I are really glad we used this service. Thank you very much for everything!

母との函館旅行に利用させていただきました。
運転手さんが、適度な距離感の接客をしてくださり、とても安心快適でした。施設ではもちろん、道中もしっかりと説明をしてくださってとても勉強になりましたし、記念写真もその都度上手に撮ってくださりありがたかったです。

A canoe trip on Lake Shikotsu is a must when visiting Hokkaido! I decided to join for my last memory here. Since it was March, I thought I had missed the best season for fresh greenery, but the clear kayak allowed me to see the riverbed well, and I was able to encounter fish and kingfishers. It was thrilling! I was told that usually, the fish would escape and be hard to see, but in winter, their movements are slow, so it was great to see them clearly. The weather was nice, making Lake Shikotsu, the mountains, and the Chitose River beautifully green. I took some photos myself, but the instructor took so many beautiful shots that I didn't even need to. My favorite photos are the posed ones and the underwater videos. The instructor was cheerful and engaging, making for a very fulfilling and enjoyable morning. Thank you so much!

北海道に来て支笏湖カヌーは外せない！と思い、最後の思い出にしようと参加しました。
3月だったので、新緑の時期のベストシーズンを外してしまったなぁと思ったのですが、
クリアカヤックで川底がよく見え、魚やヤマセミにも会うことが出来ました。感激！
いつもなら逃げられてしまって見られないのに、冬は魚の動きがゆっくりなので、しっかり見られて良かったですね。と教えて下さいました。
天気も良かったので支笏湖も山も千歳川もグリーンでとても綺麗でした。
自分でも写真を撮ったのですが、自分で撮らなくて良いくらい綺麗に上手にたくさん撮って下さっていました。ポーズ決めた写真と水中の動画が特にお気に入りです。
色々なお話も楽しく、明るくて終始笑顔のインストラクターさん/スタッフさんだったのでとても充実した楽しい午前中を過ごすことができました。

I participated with my daughter and two adults. We were blessed with good weather and thoroughly enjoyed Asahiyama Zoo. It had been a while since I took a sightseeing bus, but the bus guide had a calm speaking tone, making the journey comfortable. We also had plenty of time at Asahiyama Zoo, so it was great to enjoy it to the fullest. It was a pity that the penguin march had already ended.

娘と大人２人で参加。天気に恵まれて旭山動物園を堪能しました。観光バスは久しぶりだったのですかバスガイドさんも穏やかな話口調で移動中快適に過ごせました。旭山動物園でもゆったり時間取れたのでめいっぱい楽しめて良かったです。ペンギンの行進は終っていたのは残念でした。

Before my son started his job, we had some free time in our schedule, so we took our first and possibly last trip together as just the two of us. Both the guide and the driver were polite and kind, making our visit to Asahiyama Zoo enjoyable. Since it was just the two adults, we even had some extra time. I would love to use this service again if the opportunity arises.

息子が就職前に、スケジュールが空いたのでなんと始めてで、最後？であろう母子2人旅に利用しました。
ガイドさんも運転手さんも丁寧で、親切な対応で楽しく旭山動物園を堪能できました。
大人2人連れだったせいか、時間が余ったくらいでした。
また機会があれば利用したいです。

I applied for the "White Pirika" tour because it included the main sightseeing points in the Kushiro and Akan area. The guide's instructions were also very thorough. We were fortunate with the weather, and being able to get off at Lake Akan, our planned accommodation, allowed us to tour efficiently, which was another positive aspect.

釧路・阿寒エリアの主要な観光POINTがコースに入っていたので「ホワイトピリカ号」を申し込みました。ガイドさんの案内も丁寧でした。天候にもめぐまれましたし、宿泊予定地の阿寒湖での途中下車ができたので効率的に観光できたこともよかった点です。

The guide's informative stories and the driver's careful driving were great! It would be even better if the departure time was moved 30 minutes earlier, allowing for an additional 30 minutes of stay! Eating lunch at the zoo is a waste of time, so I recommend eating rice balls on the bus! Since we stop at the Sunagawa Highway Oasis along the way, I also recommend trying the cream puffs "Yume Fushigi" from Kitakaro there!

ガイドさんのためになるお話とバスの運転手さんの丁寧な運転が良い！出発時間を30分早めてあと30分滞在時間が長くなれば尚良い！
動物園でお昼ご飯を食べるのは時間の無駄なので、バスの中でおにぎりなど食べるのがおすすめです！途中、砂川ハイウェイオアシスに寄るので、そこで北菓楼のシュークリーム『夢不思議』を食べるのもあすすめ！

It was my first time in Shiretoko, and I received very attentive service, making for a fulfilling experience. I also enjoyed the recommended lunch, which was fun. Thank you very much.

While traveling, I enjoyed listening to the guide's stories about the local specialties and history... I was able to have a great time during the travel period. I went on March 18, but unfortunately, the penguin walk was over in the afternoon, so I couldn't see it, but I thoroughly enjoyed the zoo. Next time, I definitely want to visit in mid-winter when I can see the penguin walk for sure, and I would also like to go in different seasons! I would like to participate in this tour again at that time.

移動中もガイドさんのその土地の名産や歴史などの話を聞きながら…移動時間も楽しく過ごせました。
3月18日に行きましたが、残念ながら午後からのペンギンのお散歩は終了していて見る事は出来ませんでしたが動物園満喫出来ました。
次はペンギン散歩が確実に見れる真冬、そして違う季節にも行ってみたいです！
その時はまたこちらのツアーに参加したいと思います。

Kayaking on Lake Shikotsu while encountering wildlife was amazing! I was worried about the cold, but the gear included in the tour price (a dry suit with integrated shoes, a knit hat, gloves, and a snood) was very warm, and wearing Heattech, a long-sleeve T-shirt, and sweatpants was sufficient.

Since we didn't rent a car and used public transportation, we arrived early, but it seemed that the nearby restaurants generally didn't open until around 11 AM. When we went to the tour office, even though it was before opening time, they kindly provided us with information, and we ended up finding one restaurant that was open, which was a great help.

Our guides, Yama and Ai, were friendly and didn't overwhelm us with information, providing just the right amount. I feel like there are surprisingly few guides who engage in proper dialogue, but Yama and Ai had a great balance and shared a lot about the national park, making it very enjoyable.

The staff at the tour office were also very welcoming, and they gave us great recommendations for cafes to visit after the tour. I regret that I couldn't properly express my gratitude as the bus to the cafe arrived quickly and we were in a bit of a rush.

I had a wonderful experience and made great memories. Thank you!

支笏湖でカヤックをしながら野生の動物にも出会えて最高でした！
寒さが心配でしたが、ツアー代金に含まれていたウェア（靴と一体型のドライスーツ、ニット帽、手袋、スヌード）がとても温かくて、中はヒートテックと長袖Tシャツにスエットのズボンで十分でした。
私たちはレンタカーをせず公共交通機関で行った為、早くに到着したのですが、周辺の飲食店は基本11時くらいにならないと開かないようでした。困ってツアーオフィスに行くと時間前だったのにも関わらず色々教えてくださり、結果的には一店舗空いているお店があり、大変助かりました。
ガイドの山さん、アイさんはフレンドリーで一方的に話しまくるわけではなく心地よい量の情報をくださいました。
きちんと対話していると感じられるガイドさんって意外と少ない気がするのですが、山さんとアイさんは距離感も良い感じで、国立公園のあれこれも教えてくださったりして、とっても楽しかったです(^^)
ツアーオフィスの皆さんもとってもアットホームでツアーの後に行くと良いよ、と素敵なカフェ情報を教えて頂きました。最後カフェ行きのバスが来てしまいバタバタでしっかりお礼をお伝えできなかったことが悔やまれます。
