I was able to visit all the places I wanted to: the Christmas tree, the Blue Pond, and Shirahige Falls.
I was worried about doing it ourselves, so I made a reservation here, and I’m glad I did because the weather started to get snowy in the evening.
I truly appreciate how efficiently you drove without wasting any time!
I was able to create wonderful memories from the very first day.

自分たちでするのは心配だったのでこちらで予約したのですが、天候も丁度夕方から雪が強くなってきたので予約して良かったと思いました。

This bus tour efficiently takes you to sightseeing spots in Eastern Hokkaido, including the three major lakes: Lake Kussharo, Lake Mashu, and Lake Akan.

We could only see a few Tancho cranes due to the season, but they looked impressive even from a distance. At Lake Kussharo, we could see swans up close! Lake Mashu was mystical. The tour guide mentioned that sometimes the road can be closed, preventing access to the Lake Mashu Observatory, but we were lucky to go this time.

Lunch, which included a bento box at the roadside station, was included in the tour price, making it a great deal. The pork bowl was delicious.

One downside was that we had about an hour of free time at Lake Akan, but it was cold, and the roads were frozen solid, leaving us with little to do. Non-slip shoes are a must.

Still, winter driving is challenging, and listening to the tour guide while on the bus tour was fantastic!

このバスツアーはタンチョウから屈斜路湖、摩周湖、阿寒湖の三大湖などを道東の観光地を効率よく見ることができます。
タンチョウは時期的に数羽しか見れませんでしたが、遠くからでもかっこいいですね。
屈斜路湖では白鳥が間近で見れます！
摩周湖は神秘的でしたね。添乗員さんが言っていましたが、まれに道路が通行止で摩周湖展望台に行けないケースがあるとのことでしたが、今回は行けてラッキーでした。
道の駅での昼食お弁当がツアー代金に含まれており、お得です。豚丼美味しかったです。
残念なことは、阿寒湖で約1時間の自由時間がありますが、寒いは道路はカチカチに凍っており、する事もなく苦慮しました。滑り止めの靴は必須ですね。
それでも冬の運転は難しいですし添乗員さんの説明は聞きながらのバスツアーは最高でした！

I had a great time seeing the three major lakes. I was lucky to see Lake Mashu as well, which was endless in its beauty.

I was able to get close to the fumaroles at Mount Io, which was a bonus.

I think I would have enjoyed it more if the windows had been cleaner. I guess it's unavoidable in this season? It's a shame.

摩周湖もキリが無くて観れてラッキーでした。

I participated with my girlfriend. I was wondering whether to take the train from Sapporo, but the transfers were inconvenient and it would take quite a bit of time and money, so I chose the bus. This was the right choice. You might think it takes a long time, but it actually takes the same amount of time by train. It was inexpensive, and we could get off in the downtown area on the way back, making dinner reservations easy. We also got to see the much-anticipated penguin parade up close, which was really great.

彼女と参加。札幌から電車で行こうか迷っていたのですが、乗り継ぎが悪く、結構時間おお金もかかるので、バスにしました。
これ、正解でした。長いなぁと思うかもしれませんが、電車でも結局同じ時間かかります。これ、格安で、しかも帰りは繁華街に降りれるので夕飯の予約も簡単でした。
お待ちかねのペンギンの行進も間近で見れて、とってもよかったです。

This time, we were the only Japanese among all the participants, who were mostly from overseas. However, the tour guide was very considerate and kept us entertained throughout. The sightseeing content was great, and although it was very cold that day, we were fortunate with the weather, which was really nice. It's rare!

At the zoo, I was really moved to see the wolves, which I had wanted to see. The big cats were also very entertaining and engaging. The Shirahige Falls was a breathtaking sight that can only be seen in winter, and I think anyone going to Hokkaido should definitely see it. Lastly, the tour guide loved food and recommended some delicious restaurants, so we were able to enjoy a wonderful dinner. I plan to go a few more times this year, and I would love to go again then.

今回のアクティビティは海外の方ばかりで、日本人は私たちだけでした。しかし、添乗員の方が気を遣ってくれ、終始楽しませてくれました。観光内容はこの日はとても寒かったのですが、天候には恵まれ、とても良い天気でした。珍しいそうです！
動物園では狼がとても見たかったので感動でした。他、猛獣もサービス精神旺盛で楽しませてくれました。白ひげの滝は冬だからこそ見られる光景で感動でした。北海道に行く方は必ず見た方が良いと思います。最後に添乗員の方が食べることがとても好きで、美味しいお店を教えてくれたので、ディナーも楽しく頂くことができました。今年もあと何回か行く予定なので、その時はまた、行きたいと思います。

I chose this tour because winter driving can be dangerous with risks like snow and deer collisions. It covers the three lakes in Eastern Hokkaido in one day, and it even includes a lunch box, which I think makes it a great deal for the price.

冬の運転は雪や鹿の衝突など危険性もあるので、このツアーを選択。一日で道東三湖をめぐり、お昼のお弁当までついて、この価格ではかなりお得な内容だと思います。

I was able to see red-crowned cranes and swans, and Lake Mashu was very beautiful. On the way back, I saw many deer. The guide's explanations were thorough, and I had a fulfilling day!

丹頂や白鳥も見れ、摩周湖もとても綺麗でした。
帰りに鹿が沢山見れました。
ガイドさんの説明も丁寧で充実した一日を過ごせました！

I have been to Hokkaido more than ten times, but this was my first time participating in a day trip bus tour. I have been to Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya in the summer, but the winter scenery was breathtaking. The overall course setting was excellent, and both the driver and the guide were kind and attentive. The lunch was also great, and it was the best experience. I would love to participate again if I have the chance.

北海道には10回以上行っていますが、日帰りバスツアーに初めて参加しました。
支笏湖や洞爺湖は夏には行った事があるのですが、冬の景色は絶景でした。
全体的なコース設定も最高で、運転手さん、ガイドさんも親切丁寧で、昼食も良くて最高でした。
また機会があったら参加したいです。

The tour departed from the hotel at 5 PM.
As soon as we got into the taxi, the driver began explaining the city.
He shared a lot of information with us.
Before long, we arrived at the ropeway entrance.
At this point, it was still not dark yet.
The driver said, "It's a clear day today, so you'll get to see a beautiful sunset."
We enjoyed the stunning sunset from the top of Mount Hakodate, watching the city lights gradually come on.
After about an hour, it became incredibly crowded!
Choosing the 5 PM tour was definitely the right decision.
While many people were rushing by, we took the ropeway down.
The church, park area, and red brick warehouses we visited afterward were all very beautiful with the remaining snow and soft light!
Since the main highlight was the night view from Mount Hakodate, I didn't have high expectations for the rest of the tour, but it turned out to be really great.
I was also happy that the driver took photos for us at each location.
This time, I didn't rent a car for my one-night, two-day trip and traveled by bus and train, so there were limits to where I could go. Being able to visit the church and park area, which I wouldn't have been able to see without joining this tour, was really wonderful.

ツアーは17時ホテル発でした。
タクシーに乗ってすぐ、運転手さんより街の説明。
色々教えてくれました。
程なく、ロープウェイ入口到着。
この時点では日暮れはまだ。
運転手さんが、「今日は晴れてるから、いい日暮れを見れるよ」と。
函館山頂上で綺麗な日暮れと少しずつ街の灯がついていくのをみて満喫。
１時間すると、いつの間にかすごい人でごった返し！
17時発ツアーにして正解。
沢山の人を尻目にロープウェイで下山。
その後に回った教会、公園付近、赤レンガ倉庫、
残雪と柔らかい光で、とっても綺麗でした！
函館山からの夜景メインで、その後のツアーはあんまり期待してなかっただけに、とっても良かったです。
運転手さんが、それぞれの場所で写真撮ってくれたのも嬉しかったです。
今回、１泊２日でレンタカーを借りてなく、バスと電車で回ったので、行く所にも限界があり、このツアーに参加してなければ回れなかった教会・公園付近に行けたのはとても良かったです。

As expected, the water quality is outstanding, the best in Japan. You can see the color of the water change in areas of different depths, and the differences came out beautifully in the photos. The instructor's explanations were easy to understand, and I was able to paddle right away. It was fun. After the experience, my first-grade child was begging, "I want to come again tomorrow!"

さすが水質抜群日本一です。深さの異なるところで水の色が変わるのが分かり、写真にも違いがきれいに映りました。インストラクターの方の説明も分かりやすく、すぐにパドル操作できるようになりました。楽しかったです。体験後、小学１年生の子が「明日も来る！」とねだっていました！

I had a wonderful time enjoying the unusually warm weather for Hokkaido.

I was impressed by the clear waters of Lake Shikotsu and excited by the encounter with a herd of fawns, which allowed me to feel the richness of Hokkaido's nature.

Also, at Showa Shinzan and the Usuzan Ropeway, I lost track of time while exploring and unfortunately couldn't make it to the bear ranch.

The "mushroom soup" from the Mushroom Kingdom that the guide recommended was truly delicious, and the lunch was also very satisfying with its generous portions.

北海道らしくない暖かさと天候にも恵まれて、とても楽しく過ごせました

支笏湖の透き通った水面に感激し、子鹿の群れとの遭遇に興奮して、北海道の自然の豊かさを感じることができました

また、一度行ってみたかった昭和新山と有珠山ロープウェイでは、あちこちを散策していたら時間が足りなくなり、熊牧場に行くことができず残念でした

ガイドさんに教えていただいた、きのこ王国の「きのこ汁」は本当に美味しかったですし、昼食もボリュームがあり大満足です

It was a very meaningful time with suggestions and explanations about tourist spots. I highly recommend it for family trips.

The three-day weekend coincided with the Sapporo Snow Festival, making everywhere bustling with activity. Foreign languages were flying around, and it felt like being in another country. About 20% of the bus tour guests were Japanese, while the rest were mostly Chinese. The bus guide was also Chinese, alternating between Japanese and Chinese for the announcements.

The highlight of our main destination, Asahiyama Zoo, was the King Penguin walk! When we arrived a little before the start time, we were guided by the staff to the end of the line. There was already a long queue, reminiscent of waiting for a star to make an appearance.

The group of a dozen penguins passed by in no time, and they were incredibly adorable. The polar bear was active, never staying still in the snow. We thoroughly enjoyed the snowy scenery at the subsequent sightseeing spots, making it a wonderful trip.

三連休と札幌雪祭りの時期であったこともあり、どこも賑わっていました。
外国語が飛び交い、まるで外国にいるようでした。
バスツアー客の2割が日本人、他はほとんどが中国人でした。バスのガイドさんも中国人で、日本語と中国語の交互で案内していました。
1番の目的地であった旭山動物園のハイライトはキングペンギンのウォーキング！開始時間少し前に行くと、係の人に誘導されながら列の最後尾に向かいました。既に長〜い列が出来ていて、さながらスターの登場を待つようでした。
十数羽のペンギンの御一行はあっと言う間に通り過ぎましたが、とても愛らしかった。
ポーラーベアは雪の中で、ひと時もじっとしていなくてアクティブでした。
その後の観光地でも雪景色を存分に楽しみよい旅になりました。

The bus guide was very knowledgeable, and I was able to enjoy the ride without getting bored while listening to the explanations. We were able to efficiently visit places that are difficult to access without a car.

バスガイドさんの知識が豊富で、説明を聞きながら飽きることなく乗車出来た。車がないとなかなか回れない場所を効率的にまわれた。

At 8:50 AM, I took a bus from the terminal, which is a 3-minute walk from Dormy Inn Abashiri. I transferred to the Aurora boat at the port, which is connected to a roadside station, and cruised around the ice floes for about an hour, making five laps. After that, I took a bus to visit the Prison Museum for an hour. Then, I visited the Okhotsk Drift Ice Museum nearby and enjoyed some delicious soft serve ice cream. I moved to Abashiri city by bus for lunch (seafood rice bowl), but the seating was cramped, and the seafood rice bowl was just okay. I took another bus to JR Kitahama Station to view the drift ice from a sightseeing train. After that, I took a bus from Abashiri Station to explore the frigid Notoro Cape, returning to Abashiri at 4 PM.

It was a very packed day. Thank you to all the staff for their hard work.

Since it was the Lunar New Year, there were many gentlemen talking loudly and ladies coughing without masks.

朝8時50分、ドーミーイン網走から徒歩3分のバスターミナルで、バスに乗って、
道の駅併設の港からオーロラ号に乗り換えて、港周辺を１時間５周ほどグルグルと流氷の中を航行し、
またバスに乗って、監獄博物館を１時間見学し、
バスですぐ近くのオホーツク流氷館を見学＆美味しいソフトを食べて、
バスで網走市内に移動して昼食（海鮮丼）を食べて。（席が狭くて、海鮮丼もイマイチで・・）
またバスに乗ってJR北浜駅に行って、観光列車から流氷を眺めて、
網走駅からバスに乗って、極寒の能取岬を散策して、
網走に戻ったのが16時。

とっても盛り沢山な一日でした。スタッフの皆さん、ご苦労様でした。

春節だったので、大声で喋りまくる紳士や、マスク無しで咳をしまくる御婦人が多数いました。

The tour had many participants from Taiwan, and the main language of the guide was Mandarin. There were also announcements in Japanese, which sometimes had amusing phrasing, and it was fun to experience cultural differences, like not needing to arrive five minutes early for the meeting time. The Asahikawa Zoo in the snow had a unique appeal in winter, and I was moved by the beautiful scenery. Returning on time and choosing to get off in Susukino made it convenient to go out for dinner.

台湾の方が多数参加のツアーで、ガイドも北京語？がメインでした。
日本語の案内もあり、たまにちょっとおかしな言葉使いに笑えたり、集合時間は五分前じゃ無くて大丈夫とか、文化の違いも感じられて楽しかったです。
雪の旭川動物園は冬ならではの見応えもあり、美しい景色にも感動しました。
時間どおり帰り、すすきの下車を選択して、夕食に出かけるにも便利でした。

I used this service while staying in Sapporo for my child's entrance exam. It was convenient for me as it allowed for a day trip with a meeting and dispersal point at Sapporo Station.

The variety of animals was limited, and there were not many, so it felt like seeing them in their natural state. The bus guide on the way there and back had a gentle speaking style, which was enjoyable. I was concerned that there were no restrooms on the bus, but there was a restroom break at just the right time, so it wasn't an issue.

Most of the other passengers were Japanese, so the bus was quiet. At Asahiyama Zoo, there was enough time to look around. The snow often stopped, and we were fortunate with the weather. The ground was slippery in many places, and since the zoo is not flat but on a slope, I walked carefully. I felt like I was more concerned about my footing than the animals.

There were some people who fell over. The souvenir shops had a variety of products; the bus guide mentioned that all shops sell the same items, but when I asked the stores, they said the companies were different, so the products varied.

I think this is a perfect course for a day trip from Sapporo. I highly recommend it!

子供の受験のため札幌に滞在中に利用しました。
日帰りで、札幌駅前集合解散が出来たので自分にぴったりだったため便利でした。
動物達は種類は多くなく、数は少なくて自然の姿を拝見する感じでした。
行き帰りのバスガイドさんは穏やかな話し方で楽しかったです。
トイレがバス車内にないのが気掛かりでしたが、ちょうどよい時間にトイレ休憩があり問題ありませんでした。
同じ利用客は日本人が多かったので車内は静かでした。
旭山動物園では見て回るには十分な時間がありました。雪は止んでる事が多く、天候にも恵まれ良かったです。
地面は滑りやすいところも多く動物園が平地ではなく、斜面？なので慎重に歩きました。動物よりも足元ばかり気になっていたように思います。
ひっくり返ってる方もいました。
お土産屋さんは、バスガイドさんはどこも同じ商品が売ってると仰ってましたが、お店に聞くと、会社が違うため商品も違うとのこと、その通り様々でした。
札幌から日帰りでちょうどよいコースだと思います。ぜひどうぞ。

I booked a trip to Hokkaido with my son without knowing much about the area, but it turned out to be a great decision as we were able to efficiently and enjoyably visit various tourist spots!

Especially, our guide, Mr. Gyoda, was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our detailed questions about the sights with care, precision, and a personal touch. While the content of the trip is important, what made it truly rewarding was receiving such high-quality service from our guide, which made me feel like I really got my money's worth.

息子との2人旅、北海道の事がよくわからずとりあえず申し込みましたが、効率よく楽しく観光地を回る事ができ、大正解でした！

特にガイドの行田さんが素晴らしくよかったです。知識が豊富で、観光に関する細かい質問にも、丁寧に的確にまた親身になって応えていただきました。

The main attraction was the drift ice tour, but I was disappointed that I couldn't see it. However, thanks to the guide's entertaining stories and the driver's safe driving, I had a very enjoyable and memorable trip. Thank you very much.

Since it's winter, I thought it would be difficult to wait for the bus or taxi on the way back, so I made this reservation.

The summit was incredibly crowded, but thanks to being guided to a less busy spot, I was able to enjoy the beautiful night view and take many photos with it as a backdrop. On the way back, we leisurely drove through the illuminated Motomachi and Bay Area, which wasn't part of the original plan, and I was very satisfied with that as well.

The driver was kind and friendly. I'm really glad I made the reservation! Thank you very much!

冬の時期ですので、帰りのバスやタクシーを待つのは大変だと思いこちらを予約しました。

山頂は物凄い人ですが、空いているスポットに案内していただいたおかげで美しい夜景も鑑賞できましたし、それをバックに沢山写真も撮っていただきました。
帰りは予定には無かったライトアップされている元町やベイエリアなどゆっくりとガイドをしながら走ってくださりそれも大満足でした。

It was a tour that exceeded expectations. The guide shared a lot of information about the history of Kushiro and its surroundings, which was very educational. Lake Kussharo, Mount Io, Lake Mashu, and Lake Akan all had great weather, and it was the best! At Lake Akan, I forgot my age and joined the young people to ride a banana boat, which was fun! There were only three Japanese people; the rest seemed to be from Taiwan... Everyone was well-mannered and quiet, making the bus ride comfortable. Thank you for your hospitality.

It was great to be able to enjoy the beautiful nature of Hokkaido on a day trip from Sapporo. It was reassuring and comfortable to leave the long-distance driving to the driver and relax in the car. The lunch had a rich menu, was hearty, and delicious. There were also foreign participants, but the guide used a translation device for explanations, so everyone gathered on time and there were no particular issues.

札幌から日帰りで北海道の大自然を観光できてとても良かったです。
長距離の移動をドライバーさんに任せて車内でのんびりして過ごせるので安心で快適です。
昼食はメニューが豊富でボリュームもあって美味しかったです。
外国人の方も参加していましたが、ガイドさんが翻訳機を使って説明していたので時間通りに集合していたし、特に問題ありませんでした。

My experience with the Abashiri sightseeing bus was very good, with the guide's explanations being clear and the course, including lunch, going smoothly without any issues. However, I was disappointed that the weather on that day was unusually warm across the country, and in Abashiri, the main attraction of drifting ice was flowing out to sea, which meant I couldn't have the experience I had hoped for.

I had been looking forward to this for a long time, but when I arrived, the abnormal warmth in February, which even the locals had never experienced, was surprising. I had prepared for temperatures around minus ten degrees on the Aurora ship, but with no wind and temperatures above ten degrees, I was relieved to be comfortable without my coat. Unfortunately, the crucial drifting ice had moved away, leaving only a small amount of ice floating around Abashiri.

What saved the day was the beautiful view of the snow-capped Shiretoko mountain range under clear skies. In the end, I believe the various attractions I visited in Abashiri were so good that they made me want to challenge myself to return again in the future.

　網走観光バスの体験は、ガイドさんの説明もよく、コースの先も昼食等何ら問題もなく、大変良かったと思っています。
　ただ、当日の気候は全国的に暖かくて、当該地の網走も気象観測値を更新する記録の中での本来の主目的であった流氷が沖に流れて期待以上の体験が出来なかったことが残念でならない。
人生の後短いものが、やっと念願のものが達成されると喜んでいたが、開いてみれば、異常気象で地元民も体験していないと言うくらいの２月の暖かさで、オーロラ号船上でマイナス１０度程度の気温を覚悟し防寒対策をして臨んだものの、風もなく10度以上の気温から上着を脱ぎ寒くなくて良かったと喜びもよそに、肝心の流氷は沖へ去り網走周囲には何もなく少しの氷が浮いている状況でした。
　救われたのは、晴天の遥かに知床連山の白い雪のかぶった山々がきれいに見えたことでした。
　最後に、網走で見学した各観光は年を置いて、再度挑戦する気持ちの起こる程に良かったと思います。

The guide explained the history and culture of Hokkaido, seasonal harvests, and the mountains visible from the highway, making the journey enjoyable despite the unique challenges of the region. We visited Asahiyama Zoo, and it was surprisingly warm for mid-February, so the animals were quite active. We learned about the importance of life for both humans and animals through the exhibits and the zookeepers' efforts to maintain the animals' well-being. We had a great day. Thank you very much.

ガイドさんが北海道の歴史、文化、季節の収穫物、高速から伺える山々等、道内ならではの苦労も説明して頂き道中楽しく過ごせました。私共は、旭山動物園でのコースでした。2月中旬にしては、暖かさだったので動物が以外と動いて、動物達の展示や、飼育員さんが動物の生命維持に人間も動物も命の大切さを学べるました。良い一日を過ごせました。有難う御座いました。

You can see the drift ice not only from the icebreaker but also from the train window, at the cape, inside the train, and from the rooftop. I think it's a very good tour.

流氷を見ることが出来るのは砕氷船からだけではないのです。車窓はもちろん、岬、電車内、屋上からとあちこちで見ることが出来ます。とても良いツアーだと思います。

The weather was perfect (except for lunch). The drift ice was in perfect condition, and the Shiretoko mountain range was clearly visible, which was very nice. However, about lunch... I had some hokke (a type of fish), but it was as cold as if it had just come straight out of the refrigerator. I didn't find it tasty at all. I can't recommend this place for individuals... I understand that it's challenging to accommodate a large number of people, but it was a bit disappointing... Everything else was perfect, so it's a shame.

天候にも恵まれ最高でした（除ランチ）。流氷は完璧な状態で、知床連山もくっきりと見えてとても良かったです。しかしランチはなんでしょうね…ホッケを食べさせてもらいましたが、冷蔵庫からそのまま出したような冷たさ。全く美味を感じませんでした。個人で行くにもおすすめできるお店ではありませんね…多くの人数の対応なので大変なのはわかりますが、ちょっと酷かったですね…これ以外は完璧だったのに残念です。

I wasn't confident about driving a rental car in Hokkaido during winter, so I used the bus for the trip from Kushiro to Lake Akan. The bus ride was comfortable, and I was able to enjoy the winter scenery (including frost-covered trees from the window). At Tsurumidai, I saw the Japanese crane, and by Lake Kussharo, I spotted swans. The tour included a guide's explanation, lunch, and a 10% discount ticket for the Lake Akan Ice Festival, making it a great deal.

冬の北海道ではレンタカーの運転は自信がなく、釧路〜阿寒湖までの移動にて利用しました。バスは乗り心地良く、冬景色を満喫できます（車窓からは霧氷も）鶴見台ではタンチョウヅルを、屈斜路湖畔では白鳥を見る事ができました。ガイドさん説明＆昼食付き＆阿寒湖氷上フェスティバル10％オフチケットも付いていてお得です。

It was a very fulfilling tour that allowed us to cover so many activities in just one day. Above all, the guide's thoughtfulness was wonderful, as they apologized multiple times for the cancellation of the Aurora. Although the cancellation was disappointing, the sight of the drifting ice that I saw for the first time was amazing! Perhaps due to the Spring Festival, there were surprisingly many foreigners.

これだけの工程を1日で回れてとても内容の濃いツアーでした。何よりガイドさんのお気遣いが素晴らしく、オーロラ号が欠航になった事を何度も謝っておられました。欠航になったのはショックでしたが、初めて見る流氷の景色は最高でした！春節の影響でか？思いのほか外国人が多かったです。

Unfortunately, the Aurora was canceled due to strong winds, but we were able to see drifting ice in various places, and the scenery was more beautiful than I imagined. It was an emotional experience that you can only have by being there, and I’m glad I did. I also learned about the history of Abashiri City, which really changed my perspective on Hokkaido.

残念ながら、オーロラ号は強風でキャンセルになりましたが、色々な場所で流氷が見られ、想像以上に美しい風景ですした。現地に来ないと体験できない感動で、良かったです。網走市の歴史も知ることができ、とても北海道の見方が変わりました。
