It was a holiday, but because the weather was not great, all the tourist spots were empty, and we were able to go around smoothly and on time. It was cold at Nakayama Pass, but we were able to see the first snow. I think it would be amazing to visit again when the weather is nice.

祭日でしたが、天気がいまいちだった為、何処の観光地も空いていて、スム―ズに時間通りに回れました。中山峠では寒かったけれど初雪も見れました。今度は天気の良い時に回れたら最高だと思います。

Since I don't live in Sapporo, the meeting place was a bit hard to find.
It was great to be able to visit all the sightseeing spots listed in the guidebook.
The tour guide through the headphones was easy to hear and understand.
At the Mushroom Kingdom, where we stopped for a break, I enjoyed delicious and inexpensive mushroom soup, and the lunch was also tasty.
At the end of the tour, there were many drop-off locations, and being able to get off the bus near my hotel was very convenient.

I thought the nationwide travel support would also apply to day bus tours, so it was very disappointing not to benefit from it.

札幌市在住ではないので集合場所がわかりにくかった。
ガイドブックに載っている観光名所を一通り巡れてよかった。
ヘッドフォンでのツアーガイドは聞き取りやすく、またわかりやすかった。
途中休憩のために立ち寄ったキノコ王国では美味しく安い
きのこ汁を堪能でき、昼食も美味しかった。
ツアー解散時、解散場所が多数あり、最寄りホテルの近所で
バスを降りることが出来たのもとても便利だった。

全国旅行支援は日帰りバスツアーも該当と思ったが、
恩恵を得られないのは大変残念だった。

I participated alone. I'm not sure if it's always like this, but I had the bus seat to myself, and having lunch alone didn't feel awkward at all; it was really enjoyable! Hokkaido is a place where you can't go far without a car, but thanks to this, I had a great time.

バス席もひとり使用でランチもひとりでもイヤな感じもなくとても楽しかったです！車がないと遠くには行けない北海道ですが、おかげでとても楽しめました。

On October 25th, I participated in the "Sapporo Departure Shikotsu Lake and Toya Lake Round Trip Bus Tour with Usuzan Ropeway & Lunch." The day before had been filled with cold rain, but on the day of the tour, the weather changed completely to a clear blue sky. It was a whirlwind day visiting Shikotsu Lake, Toya Lake, Showa Shinzan, Usuzan, and the Silo Observation Deck.

Above all, the view of Ezo Fuji (Yotei Mountain) from Lake Toya was breathtaking, with not a single cloud in the sky and snow on the summit. It truly felt like a sight I could admire for hours. I'm considering joining the tour again in November...

10月25日に「札幌発支笏湖・洞爺湖周遊バスツアー 有珠山ロープウェイ＆昼食付」に参加しました。
前日は一日冷たい雨でしたが、ツアー当日は一転し抜けるような青空の中、支笏湖⇒洞爺湖⇒昭和新山⇒有珠山⇒サイロ展望台とあっという間の一日でした。
何よりも洞爺湖からの蝦夷富士（羊蹄山）は雲一つ無く山頂には冠雪もありました。
本当に何時間でも見てられるような存在感を感じました。
11月にも再度ツアー参加を考えています。。。

I participated in a bus tour to Lake Toya this time, and the guidance from our tour conductor, Mr. Kondo, was kind and thorough. The content of the earphone guide was easy to understand, allowing us to learn about the history and culture of the area, which was very satisfying. The driver's driving was also careful and safe. 今回利用させて頂いたのは、洞爺湖方面のバスツアーでしたが、添乗員の近藤さんの案内が親切丁寧で、イヤフォンガイドの内容も解りやすく土地土地の歴史文化、成り立ちを知ることができ満足でした。運転手さんの運転も慎重かつ安全でした。有り難うございました。
また北海道に行く機会があれば利用させて頂きます。

The meeting point at the bus terminal entrance is difficult to find on the map. They are taking infection control measures by checking temperatures at the meeting point and ensuring alcohol disinfection every time we board the bus. The audio guide through earphones inside the bus is easy to hear.

Main sightseeing spots:
☆ Lake Shikotsu (60 minutes)····· If you take the glass boat at the designated time, there’s hardly any time left. You need to take a few photos, go to the restroom, and dash back to the bus to make it in time; I wish we had at least another 20 minutes here. Unfortunately, the lake's transparency was poor, and I couldn't see the beautiful Shikotsu Blue surface.

☆ Lake Toya (85 minutes)····· First, everyone has lunch inside the hotel. There are many dishes, but they are quite ordinary, just decent enough not to be bad. After taking photos of the desolate tourist spot, Lake Toya, there was nothing else to do or see, and we had a lot of time to kill. We just sat in the lobby waiting. I understand that the crew needs to take a break, but 85 minutes here is unnecessary. I would prefer to allocate that time to Lake Shikotsu instead. The crew also knows there’s nothing to see here, so the lack of explanation about how to spend time here is the best evidence of that.

Mount Usu····· The ropeway will stop in bad weather, and in that case, we would visit the bear ranch, but it would be the worst if we couldn't ride the ropeway here. The view from the summit was wonderful.

Others····· Since this is just a restroom break, I don't have any particular impressions. It was somewhat rushed.

The pricing, including lunch at the hotel, is not bad, but the time allocation needs to be reconsidered. Overall, I didn’t feel it was an amazing tour. If the weather is bad, I would feel quite disappointed. Honestly, I would have preferred to join a different, slightly cheaper tour that operates on weekdays and covers similar areas.

集合場所のバスターミナルの入口が地図で分かりにくい。集合場所での検温、バス乗車の都度アルコール消毒の徹底で一応感染対策はしている。車内でのイヤフォンによる音声案内は聞き取りやすい。
メインの観光場所
☆支笏湖（60分）·····指定時間のグラスボートに乗るとほぼ残り時間がありません。写真数枚撮ってトイレに行ってダッシュでバスに戻らないと間に合わない、ここはあと20分は時間が欲しい。
あいにく湖の透明度が悪く、支笏湖ブルーの湖面は見られなかった。
☆洞爺湖（85分）·····まず全員でホテル内で昼食。品数は多いがごく普通、不味くは無い程度。寂れた観光地、洞爺湖の写真を撮った後、他に何もする事も観る所も全くなく時間時間をかなり持て余した。ロビーでボーと座って待つだけ。乗務員の休憩時間を確保しなくてはいけないのは分かりますが、ここは85分も不要。それなら支笏湖に時間を回して欲しい。乗務員も何も見る所がない事は分かっているので、ここでの過ごした方に関しての説明が全くなかったのが何よりの証拠。
有珠山·····天候不良時はロープウェイ停止になりますが、その場合、クマ牧場の観光になりますが、ここでロープウェイに乗れなかったら、最悪ですね。
山頂から見る景色は素晴らしかったです。
他·····トイレ休憩ついでの場所なので、特に感想は無いです。まあまあ慌てる。

ホテルでの昼食を含めての金額設定は悪くはないですが、時間配分は再考の必要有り。総合して、凄く良いツアーでした‼とは思わなかった。もし天候不良の場合はかなり損した気分になりそう。
本当は同じ様な地域を回るもう少し安価の別ツアーが平日も催行してくれてたらそちらに参加したかった。

I participated alone, but thanks to the friendly guide and driver, I had a fulfilling day without getting bored. The timing was just right, and since the places I had wanted to visit were included in the itinerary, I was truly moved to be able to go. I will definitely rely on you again when I come to Hokkaido. 1人で参加でしたが、気さくなガイドさんと運転手さんの気遣いに退屈に成らず充実した1日になりました。
時間配分も丁度良く、前から行きたかった所がコースに入っていたので、本当に行けて感動しました。

I was able to visit various places in one day, and I had plenty of free time to leisurely explore and enjoy myself. Although the sightseeing boat at Lake Shikotsu was canceled due to strong winds, I quickly enjoyed climbing up to the observation deck and wandering around. The lunch at Lake Toya was also delicious and very filling. I walked to the Wakasaimo Toya main store to enjoy freshly made "imo-ten" and had fun visiting the lakeside viewpoints. From the Usuzan summit station, I could also see Mount Komagatake from the Usuzan crater observation deck. The driver and the bus guide were both very nice, and participating in this tour was definitely the right choice. I would like to use this service again.

１日で色んなところへ回れて、フリータイムもゆったりで、あちこち散策できて満喫できました。
支笏湖は、強風で遊覧船は欠航でしたが、展望台に上がったり、散策してるとあっという間でした。
洞爺湖のランチもボリュームたっぷりで美味しかったです。わかさいも洞爺湖本店まで歩いて揚げたて「いもてん」を食べたり、湖畔のビュースポット巡りして楽しめました。
有珠山山頂駅から坂道を上がる有珠山火口原展望台からは、駒ヶ岳も眺めることができました。
運転手さん、バスガイドもとってもよい方で、このツアーに参加して大正解でした。また利用したいです。

The transparency is wonderful, and you can see all the way to the bottom. Even for beginners, the instructions are easy to understand, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind. You can fully enjoy the great outdoors. The guide, "Ai," was a very lovely person.

They also have strong infection control measures in place. You can remove your mask while on the kayak.

They provide free rental of rain jackets (top and bottom), boots, and floating vests, so no special preparation is necessary.

The bus guide accompanied us, but they used a type of audio guide that played through earphones. It seems the main job of the bus guide was to provide information about the meeting points. The sightseeing boat on Lake Shikotsu was canceled due to strong winds, and the shops offering discounts were closed. The day-use hot springs were only available on weekends, so we couldn't use them.

At the visitor center, we received recommendations for walking trails and went for a stroll. The scenery was beautiful, but it would have been nice to hear this information from the bus guide. I should have researched shopping information about the Mushroom Kingdom in advance, but since I went on a whim, I ended up buying Hokkaido apples and potatoes from a nearby fruit and vegetable shop. I'm looking forward to that, but it's a shame I didn't have time to try the mushroom soup. Also, it would have been great if the bus had shared information about the popular mushroom assortment and the rare fallen leaf mushrooms.

After lunch at Lake Toya, we were able to relax at the day-use hot springs. After viewing the crater from the nearby observation deck at Mount Usu, we enjoyed soft serve ice cream at Usu Terrace. We received a 100 yen discount with our bus tour ticket.

After getting off the ropeway, we didn't go to the bear ranch and instead wandered around the sign for Showa Shinzan. The Silo Observation Deck offers a breathtaking view of Lake Toya from a high vantage point. The souvenir shop was crowded, and I missed the chance to buy Yotei Mountain beer, which seems to be hard to find in Sapporo city. However, it was available at New Chitose Airport.

As the sun set, we headed back to Sapporo while enjoying the sunset. Our last restroom break was at the dark Nakayama Pass, where we were lucky to catch a glimpse of the sunset over Mount Yotei.

All in all, I had a wonderful day. Thank you!

バスガイドさんは同行だけど、録音の案内をイヤホンで流すタイプ。
バスガイドさんは集合の案内が主な仕事のようです。
支笏湖の遊覧船は強風のため欠航。割引の効くお店はお休み。日帰り温泉は土日だけで利用できず。
ビジターセンターで遊歩道のオススメを教えてもらって散策しました。景色はよかったですが、この情報はバスガイドさんから聞けたら良かったですね。
きのこ王国のショッピング情報は事前に調べたら良かったですが…ふらっと行ったので、横の果物や野菜のお店で北海道のリンゴとじゃがいもを購入。これは楽しみなのですが、きのこ汁を食べる時間無くて残念。そして、きのこの詰め合わせが人気なのと、珍しい落ち葉きのこの情報はバスで伝えて欲しいところです。
洞爺湖のランチの後は日帰り温泉でゆっくりできました。
有珠山ロープウェイは近くの展望台から火口を見た後、有珠テラスでソフトクリームを食べました。バスツアーの半券で100円引きになります。
ロープウェイを降りて熊牧場には行かず、昭和新山の看板あたりをぶらぶらしました。
サイロ展望台は洞爺湖を高台から見下ろす絶景を楽しめる。お土産屋さんは混んでいて、羊蹄山ビールが気になったのに買いそびれた。これ札幌市内には、あまり置いていないようです。新千歳空港にはありました。
日も暮れ夕焼けを見ながら札幌へ。最後のトイレ休憩は真っ暗な中山峠。羊蹄山に沈む夕日がギリギリ見えて良かったです。
なんやかんや、楽しい1日を過ごせました。ありがとうございます。

I was able to make a day trip from Tokyo. It took 40 minutes by rental car from New Chitose Airport. The weather was perfect, and Lake Shikotsu was truly beautiful. The water was very clear, and you could see underwater from the clear kayak. It was lovely to see the water change from emerald to deep blue.

When the mountains are covered in autumn leaves, it has a different kind of beauty, and at night, the starry sky is magnificent, as our guide Ryo told us. On the way back, we stopped at Marukoma Onsen and felt refreshed. I want to come back again!

東京から日帰りできました。新千歳空港からレンタカーで40分。
お天気も最高で支笏湖は本当に綺麗でした。透明度も高く、クリアカヤックからは水の中が見えます。エメラルドから深い青色に水の色が変化するのも素敵でした。
山々が紅葉したらまた別の美しさ、夜は満天の星空、とガイドのりょうさんが教えてくれました。帰りは丸駒温泉に入ってさっぱり。また来たいです！

During the sudden cold snap, my lightweight down jacket was a lifesaver. Unfortunately, the visibility at Lake Shikotsu was not great due to heavy rain two days before the tour, but the view of Mount Usu from Lake Toya was stunning, with fresh snow accumulated on the summit from the previous day. It was also impressive to see Showa Shinzan up close. If I had a bit more time at Mount Usu, I would have loved to walk the trekking course there.

急に寒くなってきた時期で薄手のダウンジャケットが大活躍しました。
ツアー参加２日前に大雨が降ったので支笏湖の透明度は残念ながらイマイチでしたが、洞爺湖から見る有珠山などは前日降った雪が山頂に積もっており、とても綺麗でした。昭和新山も近くで見れて、迫力がありとても良かったです。有珠山でもう少し時間があれば、有珠山のトレッキングコースを歩いてみたかったです。

I have traveled to Hokkaido several times. I visited Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya, and both had free time, allowing me to see various places and do some sightseeing. In particular, it was my first time taking the ropeway and looking down at Showa Shinzan from the top of Mount Usu, which was truly moving. The scenery was completely different from what I had seen before. Looking up at Showa Shinzan from below and looking down at it from the higher Mount Usu presented two entirely different views, leaving a strong impression. Thank you very much.

今までに数回、北海道を旅行しています。笏湖・洞爺湖も来ましたが、両方ともフリータイムもあり、色んな所から見たり、観光できました。特に、ロープウエイで登り、有珠山の頂上から昭和新山を見下ろしたのは初めてで感動的でした。全く今までと景色が違いました。下から見上げる昭和新山と、より高い有珠山から見下ろす昭和新山は、まるで違う景色で印象強くなりました。有り難うございました。

It is said that it takes 7 minutes to walk from Usuzan Ropeway Station to the summit, but it actually takes about 10 minutes, which can be quite tough for those over 70 years old. The temperature at the summit was 5 degrees, and it was windy, so dressing warmly is advisable. The soft serve ice cream at the top was delicious. The bus guide in central Sapporo was very kind and helpful. The lunch at Lake Toya, at Kohantei, was luxurious and tasty. It was a very enjoyable trip.

有珠山のロ-プウエ-駅から頂上迄徒歩7分とあるが、10分位、70才以上の人はかなりきつい。頂上の気温5度、風が強く厚着がよいかも
頂上でのソフトクリ-ムはおいしかった。
札幌中央のバスガイドさんは、凄く親切で良かった。
洞爺湖の昼食【湖畔亭】は豪華の内容でおいしかった。

First of all, thank you to the crew and the guide for your hard work throughout the day. I made my reservation online, so I had the front seat on the left side of the bus. Originally, I was supposed to travel with my wife, but she passed away last year, and I ended up on this solo trip. However, thanks to the cheerful guide and the skilled driver, it turned out to be a wonderful day. The lunch we had was also very delicious. I plan to visit Sapporo in January for a winter trip. I hope there will be a winter bus tour available, but I wonder if your company offers one? I think I will be relying on you again, so thank you in advance. It was a very fulfilling tour. We visited all the sightseeing spots, and at almost every location, we had plenty of time, so I was able to take many memorable photos. The lunch was also very delicious, and you can enjoy it slowly while taking in the wonderful view, so I highly recommend it!

【Impressions】
I thought the experience named "Lake Shikotsu Kayak Experience" would take place on Lake Shikotsu, but it was actually a kayaking experience on Chitose River.
I was worried about being able to operate the kayak, but as I got used to it, I was able to steer it in the direction I wanted, which was fun. (The lecture was thorough, so I felt at ease.)
Since the experience started at 15:30, kayaking while watching the sunset was the best.

【感想】
「支笏湖カヤック体験」の名称なので、支笏湖でカヤックをやるかと思っていましたが、千歳川でのカヤック体験でした。
操船できるか心配でしたが、慣れてくると思った方向に動かせるようになって楽しかったです。（レクチャーも丁寧なので安心でした）
15：30からの体験だったので、夕日を見ながらのカヤック体験は最高でした。

Although it was a sunny day at Lake Shikotsu, the strong winds caused the sightseeing boat to be canceled, which was disappointing. However, I was still able to enjoy a very pleasant time just walking around. We had lunch at a hotel by Lake Toya, but the free time afterward was too long, and I didn't know what to do with myself. At Mount Usu, we took the ropeway to the summit and walked for about 7 to 8 minutes, but I highly recommend going to the crater observation deck! It became a wonderful memory.

支笏湖では晴天にも関わらず、風が強くて遊覧船が欠航となり残念でしたが、散策するだけでもとても気持ちのいい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。洞爺湖畔のホテルでランチとなりましたが、そのランチの後の自由時間が長すぎて持て余しました。有珠山では、ロープウェイで山頂まで行き、7,8分程歩きますが火口展望台まで行くのがおすすめです！！とてもいい思い出となりました。

Every place we visited was wonderful, and we had plenty of time to enjoy ourselves. The guide was very kind and provided us with a lot of information. I hope that inbound tourism resumes as soon as possible so that international tourists can also enjoy a fantastic experience.

ガイドさんが情報を色々提供してくれてとても親切でした。一日も早くインバウンドが再開して外国からの観光客にも素晴らしい体験を楽しんでもらう事を祈っています。

I took an underwater observation boat at Lake Shikotsu, but unfortunately, the weather was bad and the visibility was poor, so I enjoyed the scenery from the deck. However, just before the boat arrived at the pier, I was miraculously able to see the stunning Shikotsu Blue and many Ezo chub, which was moving. At Lake Toya, I enjoyed a leisurely stroll. I rode an engine-powered swan boat and was able to spend time on the lake while feeling the breeze. The mushroom soup I had in the Mushroom Kingdom was the best, and I was able to buy a lot of mushroom souvenirs. I went up to the summit via the Usuzan Ropeway and was able to admire the magnificent nature.

The scenery was wonderful, but equally impressive was the thoughtful care of our guide. The guide and driver from Chuo Bus worked seamlessly together, providing accurate guidance and advice at key points. I especially felt that the guide was a true professional in hospitality. Thanks to these two, this bus tour became my most unforgettable memory of Hokkaido.

If I visit Hokkaido again, I would like to use Chuo Bus's bus tour again.

　支笏湖では水中展望船に乗りましたが、あいにくの天気で透明度が悪く、デッキでの風景を楽しみました。でも、船が桟橋に着く直前には、奇跡的にも支笏湖ブルーと多くのエゾウグイを見ることができ感動しました。洞爺湖では、自由散策を楽しみました。エンジン付きのスワンボートに乗り、湖上の風を感じながら、湖で過ごすことができました。キノコ王国で食べたキノコ汁は最高で、キノコのお土産もたくさん購入できました。有珠山ロープウェイで山頂まであがり、雄大な自然を眺めることができました。
　景色も素晴らしかったですが、それに劣らず素晴らしかったのはガイドさんの細やかな心遣いです。中央バスのガイドさんと運転手さんは息もぴったりで、要所要所で的確な案内とアドバイスをしてくださいました。特にガイドさんは、ホスピタリティーのプロだと実感しました。この二人のおかげで、このバスツアーが忘れられない北海道の一番の思い出となりました。
　もしまた北海道を訪れることがあれば、また中央バスのバスツアーを使いたいと思います。

Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya are beautiful, although the wind was a bit strong and the sightseeing boat was canceled, which was a little disappointing. Fortunately, the ropeway was operating safely.

支笏湖と洞爺湖は綺麗で、風はちょっと強くて、遊覧船は欠航で、ちょっと残念でした。幸いロープウェイは無事運行中。

I was wondering how the start would go since we couldn't begin the reception until the scheduled time. Also, I was quite concerned about the water clarity due to the heavy rain the day before. However, once we started, I forgot all about that and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the pleasant experience!

時間まで受付開始出来なかったのでスタートはどうなることかなと思いました。
また前日雨が多く降っていたこともあり水の透明度もとても不安でした。
ただスタートしたらそんなこと忘れるような綺麗さ、気持ちよさで楽しめました！

It was a day with on-and-off rain, but during our experience, the rain stopped and we were able to enjoy it. Although there were waves at Lake Shikotsu, we were able to enter the water a little while being mindful of safety. The highlight was the Chitose River. The water was clear, and we could see blooming plants and decaying trees. Thanks to our guide's careful instructions, I was able to paddle well even though it was my first time kayaking. It was fun to talk about the guide's love for Lake Shikotsu and various gourmet foods in Hokkaido.

This became one of my enjoyable memories from summer vacation. I'm glad I made a reservation with Ocean Days. Thank you!

雨が降ったり止んだりの日でしたが、体験時間帯は雨が止んで楽しむことができました。支笏湖は波が立っていたのですが、安全に配慮しながら少しだけ入ることができました。メインは千歳川。水がクリアで花が咲いている植物や朽ちない木などを見ることができました。ガイドさんが丁寧に教えてくれたおかげでカヤック初体験でも上手に漕ぐことができました。ガイドさんの支笏湖愛や北海道のグルメなど色々お話できて楽しかったです。
夏休みの楽しい思い出のひとつになりました。

The weather was nice, and the lake was clear and much more beautiful than I imagined. I was very satisfied to see fish in the river! The only regret I have is forgetting to put sunscreen on my legs. I would like to participate in the winter as well!

天気も良く、湖は透き通っていて想像より遥かに綺麗でした。
川では魚も見れて、大満足です！
足に日焼け止め塗り忘れたことだけ後悔しています。。
冬にも参加してみたいです♪

Unfortunately, the cloudy sky made the sightseeing at Lake Shikotsu a bit disappointing, but it was great that the weather was clear during the Lake Toya tour.
The view from the top of Mount Usu, which we reached by ropeway, was amazing!
Additionally, both the driver and the guide were very pleasant, making for an enjoyable tour.
Every time we boarded the bus, we sanitized our hands, and since we listened to the audio guide individually, the atmosphere inside was quiet, and proper infection control measures were in place.

あいにくの曇り空で支笏湖観光はちょっと残念でしたが、洞爺湖観光の時は晴れて良かったです。
ロープウェーで上った有珠山頂上からの景色は最高でした！
また、運転手さんもガイドさんもとても感じが良く、楽しいツアーでした。
バス乗車時は毎回、手指消毒をし、音声ガイドを各自で聞くタイプだったので社内も静かで、感染対策もきちんとされていました。

When I went to Lake Shikotsu before, I watched people kayaking from a bridge and thought, "I definitely want to do that next time!" This time, I fulfilled that wish.

Riding on the kayak while feeling the wind on the emerald green lake was an amazing experience. I'm glad I participated; it became a wonderful memory. If I could wish for anything, it would have been even better if I could have gone on a longer course.

前に支笏湖に行った時に橋の上からカヤックをする人達を眺めて是非次回はやるぞーと思っていたカヤック！今回念願果たしました。
とにかくエメラルドグリーンに染まった湖をカヤックに乗りながら風を感じられて最高の気分でした。参加して良い思い出になりました。
欲を言えばもう少し長いコースを行けたらもっと良かったかな？

It was a tour where I could fully enjoy the beauty of Lake Shikotsu. The staff were kind and taught us various interesting things about Lake Shikotsu. I would love to participate again.

支笏湖の美しさを満喫できるツアーでした。スタッフさんも親切で、支笏湖のことについて、いろいろ楽しく教えてくれました。また参加したいです。

The forecast definitely predicted rain. While moving from Lake Toya to Lake Shikotsu, the weather was a mix of rain and clear skies.

I arrived a little before the meeting time, so I took a stroll near the lake, but due to strong winds, activities like sightseeing boats and other lake leisure were canceled. I wondered if we could do clear SUP in that situation.

We ended up experiencing the Chitose River section, and although it was windy and looked cold, they lent us wetsuits and guided us enjoyably even in the cloudy weather, allowing us to fully enjoy the Chitose River. Finally, we crossed the red iron bridge and dipped a little into Lake Shikotsu.

The waves were high, so it was just a brief experience, but we couldn't fight the weather, and safety comes first, so it couldn't be helped. Just before we finished, the rain that had been holding back finally poured down heavily. We ended by jumping into the Chitose River and walked back to the shop while enjoying a rain shower. Experiencing Lake Shikotsu in the rain was also a great experience.

I would love to come back when the weather is beautifully clear.

予報では確実に雨。洞爺湖から支笏湖への移動中も降ったり止んだりの天気でした。
集合時間より少し前に到着したので、湖の近くまで散策すると、強い風のため遊覧船、ボートなどの湖面レジャーは中止に、、、
クリアSUPやれるのか？という状況でした。
千歳川部分での体験となりましたが、風が強く寒そうなのでウエットスーツを貸してもらったり曇りのなかでも楽しく案内していただき、千歳川を満喫。最後に赤鉄橋を越えて、ちょっとだけ支笏湖に入りました。
波が高かったので、ちょっとだけ体験でしたが、天気には逆らえず、安全第一なのでしゃぁない。
終了間際に、今まで我慢していた雨がこらえきれずにどしゃ降りに。最後に千歳川にドボンして、雨シャワーを浴びながらショップまで歩きました。雨の支笏湖もいい体験。
また、きれいに晴れているときに来たいです。

Although it was drizzling on and off, the clarity of the water remained unchanged, making for a very beautiful kayaking experience. Our family participated with our pet, and the guide assisted us with putting the life jacket on our dog and was attentive throughout the experience. However, due to the bad weather, we couldn't have the experience on Lake Shikotsu for safety reasons, but we still had plenty of fun on the Chitose River flowing out from Lake Shikotsu.

小雨が降ったり止んだりでしたが、水のクリア度に変わりがなくとてもキレイなカヤック体験となりました。
我が家はペット同伴での参加でしたが、ワンコのライフジャケット装着からガイドさんがアシストしてくださり、体験中も終始気にかけてくださりました。
ただ、悪天候でしたので支笏湖での体験は安全上の理由から出来ませんでしたが、支笏湖から流れ出す千歳川での体験でも充分楽しめました。
