I requested a shuttle to the hotel. The night view of Hakodate, known as the "million-dollar night view," was even more wonderful than I imagined. The driver guided us to photo spots and took great family photos, which made us very satisfied. The line for the bus down the mountain was too long, and I think waiting in the cold would be tough. I recommend taking a taxi!

一度は見てみたい函館100万ドルの夜景、想像以上にステキでした。
運転手さんが写真スポットに案内してくれて、家族写真も上手く撮影して頂き大満足です。
バスで下山するのに長蛇すぎる行列で、寒い中待ってるのは辛いと思います。

The ropeway was out of service during my visit. I considered taking the bus, but since it was my first time at Mount Hakodate, I felt a bit anxious and decided to go with a taxi tour instead. I was impressed by the driver's high level of driving skills. The scenery from Mount Hakodate was very beautiful and truly moving. Above all, I was deeply touched by the various stories about Hakodate's history that the driver shared with me. Time flew by quickly. If I ever come to Hakodate again, I will definitely request a taxi tour without hesitation.

ロープウェイが休止となっている期間でした。バスで行く事も考えましたが、初めての函館山なので、不安もあり、タクシーでの観光にしました。

The driver of the Hakodate Mountain night view sightseeing taxi was very kind. First of all, he waited with a smile even though he was late for the pickup time.

Until 9 PM, only taxis and buses can go up. The line for the bus was incredible. Since the ropeway was closed for regular maintenance, having a chartered taxi was very helpful.

We were able to take photos at the night view point and see the beautiful scenery of nature. On the way back, we safely returned to the hotel while enjoying the view of the slopes and the Mashu Maru.

I recommend using a sightseeing taxi.

函館山夜景観光タクシーの運転手さんがとても親切です。まずは迎車時間に遅れても笑顔で待っててくれました。
午後九時まではタクシー、バスだけしか登れません。バスは行列待ち人数が凄いです。ちょうどロープウェイが定期点検で休業中でしたので貸切タクシーはありがたいです。。
夜景ポイントで写真を撮ってもらえ、自然の宝石私景色をみることができました。
帰りは坂道景色や摩周丸を見ながら無事ホテルまで送ってもらえました。
観光タクシーの利用をお勧めします。

It seems that Hakodate wasn't overly crowded that day, but the ropeway was particularly full during the descent, so it was great to get around smoothly by taxi.

You took many photos for us as well. The tips and highlights you shared about the Motomachi church area were very helpful for our city walk the next day, and I was very satisfied!

I made my first reservation online.
At Yunokawa Hotel → Mount Hakodate → the 90-minute course at Yunokawa Hotel.
The driver provided detailed guidance, recommending the best spots to view the night scenery.
They even helped illuminate us with their own light for photos.
If there was a little extra time, they would guide us to the illuminated spots in Motomachi.
The driver's extensive knowledge and engaging conversation made for a fun and enjoyable time.
I'm glad I made the reservation! 😆

We were picked up at the hotel and headed to Mount Hakodate. We arrived at the observation deck, passing by the crowded ropeway station. Despite the crowds, our guide showed us around and took many photos for us.

We had planned a 90-minute course, which included a tour of Hachiman-zaka and the church group on the way back to the hotel, but we ended up at the recommended Lucky Pierrot. It was so delicious that we went there twice during our stay.

We are grateful for the full time our guide spent with us.

ホテルまでお迎えに来ていただき函館山へ出発。混雑するロープウェイ乗場を横目に展望台へ到着。人混みのなか案内してくださり写真もたくさん撮っていただきました。
90分コースで、帰りは八幡坂や教会群をまわり、ホテルまでのつもりでしたが、お勧めのラッキーピエロへ。美味しくて滞在中2回行きました。
時間いっぱい案内してくださり感謝です。

On September 21, I finally enjoyed the night view from Mount Hakodate. The driver from Nakamura Taxi was incredibly efficient. The photo-taking was perfect, and I was glad to have this driver! Although the plan was for 90 minutes, he didn't show any displeasure even when we went over time. He was very professional, and I would like to request him again next time. Thank you very much.

A late summer vacation in Hakodate.
Not only did I explore the city of Hakodate, but I also sought out the natural beauty of Hokkaido, visiting various places with a sightseeing taxi (such as Jodai Farm Observatory, Yamakawa Farm, Onuma Park, and Kijihiki Plateau).
Being picked up at the hotel was convenient and saved time, which was great.
The driver kindly provided guidance, making the four-hour tour very fulfilling!

遅めの夏休みで函館旅行。
函館市内だけではなく、北海道らしい自然を求め、観光タクシーで各所回っていただきました。（城岱牧場展望台、山川牧場、大沼公園、きじひき高原等）
ホテルへのお迎えは楽ですし、時間の短縮となり良かったです。
運転手さんが親切にガイドをしてくださり4時間コースでも充実したツアーでした！

A taxi came to pick me up at the Hakodate Beer Hall. After finishing my beer, I immediately climbed Mount Hakodate. The driver guided me to the observation deck, and I enjoyed the stunning night view as much as I wanted. The ropeway is also captured in the photos. After taking in the view, I quickly took a taxi down Mount Hakodate. There was a line of people coming down the ropeway. I felt really fortunate. After that, I was driven directly to my hotel while enjoying the illuminated Motomachi Church group from the car window. I was able to spend my time pleasantly without any wasted moments.

函館ビアホールにタクシーが迎えに来てくれました。ビールを飲み干してさっそく函館山に登りました。運転手さんに展望台まで案内してもらい、最高の夜景を好きなだけ観ました。写真にはロープウェイも写っています。見終わったあとはすぐにタクシーで函館山を下りました。ロープウェイでは下山の人達で行列でした。すっごく得した気分になりました。その後元町教会群のライトアップを車窓から見ながら、直接ホテルに送ってもらいました。無駄な時間がなく気持ちよく過ごせました。

I was really looking forward to the night view in Hakodate and Hachiman-zaka, and I had a great time with a guide who was knowledgeable about the local area. I chose the 1 hour and 30 minute course, but it felt like time flew by. The driver was very kind, and I highly recommend this for sightseeing in the city.

We participated as a family of four. Since we could be picked up at the hotel, and the ropeway was expensive and had a long wait time, we decided to use a taxi tour. On the way, we learned about the actual situation in Hakodate, and at Mount Hakodate, we were accurately informed about spots to see the night view, allowing us to take photos from the front row. I would like to use this service again.

家族4人で参加しました。ホテルまで迎えに来てもらえるし、ロープウェイは高いし、待つ時間がもったいないと思い、タクシー観光を利用しました。車内では函館市の実情などを聞きながら現地まで向かい、函館山では夜景が見れるスポットなどを的確に教えて頂き、最前列で写真を撮ることができました。また、利用したいと思います。

We avoided the crowds and were guided smoothly to the elevator. When we turned on the light we had, it illuminated just us, making for a great photo with the night view in the background. The commemorative shot turned out to be very satisfying.

I was a bit anxious about meeting at the hotel, but I felt relieved when someone called out to me. It was my first time in Hokkaido and my first time using Veltra, and I made the right choice by booking it. It rained during the day, but by night, the rain stopped, and the night view was beautiful.

Most importantly, we went smoothly to the top without any wait for the gondola, and I was guided to great photo spots. On the way back, we enjoyed the illuminated cityscape. The driver was really kind, and I had a great time. Since I only had one night and two days in Hakodate, I was glad I booked this to avoid wasting time. The next day, I also requested a half-day tour with Nakamura Taxi, and that was great too.

ベルトラでしたがお願いして大正解でした。
昼間は雨でしたがよるには雨も上がり夜景も綺麗にみえました。
何よりゴンドラの待ち時間なくスムーズに頂上までいき、写真スポットも案内していただき帰りは街並みのライトアップ。
運転手さんが本当に親切で楽しめました。
函館は1泊２日だったので時間を無駄にしたくなかったのでお願いしてよかったです。
次の日も同じ中村タクシーさんで半日観光お願いしましたが、そちらも良かったです、

Based on prior information, we decided to use the Hakodate Mountain Ropeway due to the expected wait time. I thought a regular taxi would come, but we were picked up by a 1BOX type taxi, which comfortably accommodated our family of four all the way to the summit without any stress. On the way to the summit, we were able to hear stories that weren't in the guidebook, which was very nice. Additionally, at the observation deck at the summit, we were able to take photos with the night view as a backdrop, so thank you for that. When I visit Hakodate again, I would like to try a different course.

　事前情報では函館山ロープウェイでの待ち時間が有る事から利用させて頂きました。普通のタクシーが来るものと思っていましたが、1BOXタイプのタクシーで家族４名、ストレスなく山頂まで行けました。山頂までの途中、ガイトブックに載っていない様な話を聞く事が出来まして大変良かったです。また山頂の展望台では夜景をバックに写真まで撮って頂き、ありがとうございました。また函館を訪れた際は、違うコースを利用したいと思います。

The guidance was polite, and the children were so satisfied that they want to go again! They even delivered a forgotten item to our hotel the next day, which was really helpful. It was the children's first trip to Hokkaido, and we are grateful for the wonderful memories we created.

I was picked up at the airport, and afterwards, I was shown around the main tourist attractions. It was much more interesting with a guide.

I used this service for a trip to Hakodate with six of my children's friends. Initially, I had reserved a jumbo taxi, but due to a malfunction with the car's air conditioning, we had to use two regular taxis instead. It was a sudden change, but we were able to stick to our schedule, which was great. The driver was very kind and even took photos for us, creating wonderful memories! I definitely want to use this service again for my next trip to Hakodate.

I requested a time change the day before, and they happily accommodated my request. The driver who assisted me was Mr. Takiguchi from Takiguchi Taxi! He is a veteran driver with a soothing Hokkaido accent, and not only did he provide detailed sightseeing guidance, but he also helped me navigate through the crowded Mount Hakodate by showing me less busy spots, which was truly helpful. He even brought a light for taking photos, allowing me to capture many pictures and enjoy the best night view of Mount Hakodate.

前日に時間の変更を依頼したところ、気持ちよく変更に応じて頂きました。当月対応して頂いたのは滝口タクシーの滝口さん！北海道訛りの癒し系ベテラン運転手さんで細かな観光ガイドは勿論のこと、混み合っている函館山を空いている空間を案内してくれて本当に助かりました。写真を撮るためのライトも持参して頂いていて、沢山撮影して頂き最高の函館山夜景鑑賞ができました。

Directly to the summit with no waiting time for the cable car. During the journey, they shared stories about the history and local culture, making the sightseeing experience fulfilling. I'm incredibly grateful to the driver who guided us. It became the best memory!

Since it was my first time making a reservation online, I was worried that a taxi might not show up on the day. However, when I called the taxi company to confirm, the person in charge called me back, which put my mind at ease.

On the day, the summit of Mount Hakodate was unexpectedly crowded, but the staff kindly guided us to a less crowded area to ensure the children wouldn't get lost. I wanted the kids to see the "million-dollar night view," and I was relieved to see them satisfied while enjoying the scenery. Thank you so much for that.

Afterward, the kids were engrossed in looking for souvenirs, and although we were a bit pressed for time, we managed to stop for photos while visiting the churches in Motomachi and the illuminated Bay Area. I was truly very satisfied.

ネット経由で予約することも初めてでしたので、当日タクシーが来なかったりしたら…と不安がありました。確認のお電話をタクシー会社にしたところ、担当の方から逆にお電話を頂き安心しました。

当日函館山山頂は、想像していなかったものすごい人混みでしたが、子ども達も迷子にならないようゆっくりと奥の方の人の少な目な場所へ誘導してくださいました。子ども達に『100万ドルの夜景』を見せたかったので、子ども達が夜景を見て満足している様子で安心しました。本当にありがとうございます。
その後、子ども達がお土産探しに夢中なりやや時間が押し気味の中、元町の教会やベイエリアのライトアップを巡り写真撮影の時間も取って停車したりと、本当に大満足でした。

They were very kind to guide us so we could enjoy the night view amidst the many tourists. The hotel pick-up and drop-off was also convenient and helpful.
