Starting at 6 AM in light rain was a great choice, right? We were welcomed by many deer, and the guide was excellent at storytelling, making it the best experience.

I signed up for this tour because I wanted my children to have an experience in Hokkaido for the first time. Since we had done kayaking a few times in the remote islands of Okinawa, we were able to do it smoothly, which was great. The scenery was truly Hokkaido, surrounded by mountains, with a light mist adding to the very magical atmosphere, and I was moved by its beauty. The children were also amazed by the clarity of the water. I learned that in winter, you can do this with snow piled up, so I want to come back in winter as well. It's a quick and easy tour, so I recommend it.

子供たちと初めての北海道で、何か体験をさせたくて、こちらのツアーを申し込みました。
沖縄の離島などで何度かカヤックを体験していたのでスムーズにできたのでよかったです。
景色は、さすが北海道だな〜という山に囲まれ、うっすら霧もでてきて、とても幻想的な雰囲気のなかその美しさに感動しました。
子供たちも、水の透明感などに驚いていました。
冬は雪が積もった中するとのことで、冬にも来たくなりました。
サクッとできるツアーなので、おすすめです。

At first, I was a bit anxious because there were few reviews, but I truly think it was a great tour to join! If we had gone around by ourselves, we would have just taken pictures and finished without really seeing much. Thanks to the detailed explanations, we were able to take our time and appreciate everything.

Not only did we learn about Hell Valley, but we also received information about Ainu culture, ryokans, and restaurants. The person leading the tour was full of humor, and we had a great time throughout.

For those who are hesitating to join, you absolutely should! It became a wonderful memory for my long-awaited trip with my mother. Thank you very much. When I go to Noboribetsu again, I will definitely join the tour!

Although the weather wasn't great, I was able to see the fantastical scenery of Shiretoko Five Lakes. During the trekking, I saw beautiful deer parents and their fawns, baby birds, young trees growing from fallen logs, and various mushrooms. There were clear bear footprints in the mud, which made me feel the presence of bears. The guide's explanations were very easy to understand, and I had a great time. I would like to visit again. I had scheduled the start time for the afternoon, but it was an unusually warm 29°C with high humidity and clear skies for Hokkaido. They offer free Western-style clothing rentals, but I couldn't even wear that due to the heat. Boots, gloves, and hats are available for free, but since sizes may not fit everyone, I think it's better to bring your own boots and such. In my case, it took time to find the right size for the boots. We started with zigzag practice runs in the arena before heading outside. Considering the horses' health, we walked slowly through the orchard and campsite at the foot of Mount Hakken without trotting, but I still had a great time. For those who will experience this in the future, I think it's better to schedule it for cooler times, like after 3 PM in the summer. However, be careful as the flies tend to come to the horses when it gets cooler. I would like to try going in spring or winter next time.

開始時間を午後からにしていましたが、北海道らしくない気温29℃、高湿度状態、快晴での外乗でした。無料でウエスタンスタイルの服を貸して頂けるのですが、暑さでそんな格好すら出来ませんでした。ブーツ、手袋、帽子は無料で
貸してもらえるのですが、サイズが合わない場合もあるので、ブーツなど自分の物を持っていって使用した方が良いと思います。自分の場合、ブーツのサイズを合わせるのに時間が掛かりました。最初は馬場でジグザグ等の練習走行をしてから、外に向かいます。馬の健康を考えて駈歩せず、八剣山の麓の果樹園やキャンプ場をゆっくり歩くだけになりましたが、それでも十分楽しめました。これから体験される方は夏場は午後3時以降等の涼しい時間に体験した方が楽しめると思います。ただ、涼しくなるとアブが馬に寄って来るので注意が必要です。今度は春か冬に行ってみたいです。

I have done stand-up paddleboarding a few times, but I have never experienced such clear rivers and lakes. I was able to see all the way to the bottom of the Chitose River, including fish and water plants. I think it would have been even more beautiful if the weather had been a bit sunnier, but I was more than satisfied even with the cloudy weather.

The tour start time was adjusted slightly, allowing us to experience the serene Kushiro Wetlands. We were able to see Ezo deer bathing, a white-tailed eagle, a black kite, and a heron, all thanks to the quiet atmosphere. Although we couldn't see the red-crowned crane in the wetlands, we were able to spot one on the way back and capture a photo.
I think this is an activity that everyone should experience in the Kushiro Wetlands!

ツアー開始の時間を少しずらして頂けたので、静寂な釧路湿原を体験することができました。エゾシカの水浴び、オジロワシ、トンビ、アオサギ、静かな時間だからこそ観ることができたようです。タンチョウは湿原では見ることはできなかったですが、帰りの道中で見ることができ、写真に収めることができました。

It was incredibly fun!
We were able to see a family of red-crowned cranes, a white-tailed eagle, and deer.
I was especially moved to see the red-crowned cranes up close.
The guide was also very kind, explaining things and helping us spot the animals.
I would love to do this again if I have the chance.

While learning about the beauty of Lake Shikotsu, we were able to take photos in various spots, and we enjoyed it even more afterward! Since it's an activity that you can easily participate in, I highly recommend it to anyone passing by during their travels.

当日車で向かっている最中、風が強く、カヤックに乗れたとしても揺れないか心配でしたが、ガイドさんもとても優しく丁寧に案内してくださり、安心して楽しむことができました。

I was able to detoxify myself surrounded by nature. Although it was said that six people might feel cramped, in reality, there was still plenty of space. It would be a waste not to come here after coming all the way to Sapporo. The sauna followed by a cold plunge and outdoor relaxation was the best. I definitely want to use this place again when I come back to Sapporo. I had a really great time.

6人はスペース的に厳しくなるかもと言われましたが、実際はまだ余裕ある感じでした。
札幌まで来てここにこないのはどう考えても勿体無い。

A canoe trip on Lake Shikotsu is a must when visiting Hokkaido! I decided to join for my last memory here. Since it was March, I thought I had missed the best season for fresh greenery, but the clear kayak allowed me to see the riverbed well, and I was able to encounter fish and kingfishers. It was thrilling! I was told that usually, the fish would escape and be hard to see, but in winter, their movements are slow, so it was great to see them clearly. The weather was nice, making Lake Shikotsu, the mountains, and the Chitose River beautifully green. I took some photos myself, but the instructor took so many beautiful shots that I didn't even need to. My favorite photos are the posed ones and the underwater videos. The instructor was cheerful and engaging, making for a very fulfilling and enjoyable morning. Thank you so much!

北海道に来て支笏湖カヌーは外せない！と思い、最後の思い出にしようと参加しました。
3月だったので、新緑の時期のベストシーズンを外してしまったなぁと思ったのですが、
クリアカヤックで川底がよく見え、魚やヤマセミにも会うことが出来ました。感激！
いつもなら逃げられてしまって見られないのに、冬は魚の動きがゆっくりなので、しっかり見られて良かったですね。と教えて下さいました。
天気も良かったので支笏湖も山も千歳川もグリーンでとても綺麗でした。
自分でも写真を撮ったのですが、自分で撮らなくて良いくらい綺麗に上手にたくさん撮って下さっていました。ポーズ決めた写真と水中の動画が特にお気に入りです。
色々なお話も楽しく、明るくて終始笑顔のインストラクターさん/スタッフさんだったのでとても充実した楽しい午前中を過ごすことができました。

I felt reassured by the prior phone contact.
The shuttle service from the bus stop was smooth, and I was able to enjoy the experience with plenty of time to spare.
The costumes were well-maintained, and there were gloves, socks, and long pants, which added to the cleanliness.
The horses were lively, and I had a great time riding them.
The outdoor riding in the orchard was magical with the snowy scenery.
The staff took many photos for us.
Since riding can lead to muscle soreness, I recommend stopping by a hot spring on the way back.

Kayaking on Lake Shikotsu while encountering wildlife was amazing! I was worried about the cold, but the gear included in the tour price (a dry suit with integrated shoes, a knit hat, gloves, and a snood) was very warm, and wearing Heattech, a long-sleeve T-shirt, and sweatpants was sufficient.

Since we didn't rent a car and used public transportation, we arrived early, but it seemed that the nearby restaurants generally didn't open until around 11 AM. When we went to the tour office, even though it was before opening time, they kindly provided us with information, and we ended up finding one restaurant that was open, which was a great help.

Our guides, Yama and Ai, were friendly and didn't overwhelm us with information, providing just the right amount. I feel like there are surprisingly few guides who engage in proper dialogue, but Yama and Ai had a great balance and shared a lot about the national park, making it very enjoyable.

The staff at the tour office were also very welcoming, and they gave us great recommendations for cafes to visit after the tour. I regret that I couldn't properly express my gratitude as the bus to the cafe arrived quickly and we were in a bit of a rush.

I had a wonderful experience and made great memories. Thank you!

寒さが心配でしたが、ツアー代金に含まれていたウェア（靴と一体型のドライスーツ、ニット帽、手袋、スヌード）がとても温かくて、中はヒートテックと長袖Tシャツにスエットのズボンで十分でした。
私たちはレンタカーをせず公共交通機関で行った為、早くに到着したのですが、周辺の飲食店は基本11時くらいにならないと開かないようでした。困ってツアーオフィスに行くと時間前だったのにも関わらず色々教えてくださり、結果的には一店舗空いているお店があり、大変助かりました。
ガイドの山さん、アイさんはフレンドリーで一方的に話しまくるわけではなく心地よい量の情報をくださいました。
きちんと対話していると感じられるガイドさんって意外と少ない気がするのですが、山さんとアイさんは距離感も良い感じで、国立公園のあれこれも教えてくださったりして、とっても楽しかったです(^^)
ツアーオフィスの皆さんもとってもアットホームでツアーの後に行くと良いよ、と素敵なカフェ情報を教えて頂きました。最後カフェ行きのバスが来てしまいバタバタでしっかりお礼をお伝えできなかったことが悔やまれます。
とても楽しい思い出が出来ました。ありがとうございました！

The instructor's explanations were easy to understand, and I was able to paddle right away. It was fun. After the experience, my first-grade child was begging, "I want to come again tomorrow!"

There were many things I would not have learned just by sightseeing on my own, and I felt the love for Noboribetsu through the guide's wonderful smile and explanations. The 70 minutes flew by, and I thought I would like to visit Noboribetsu again.

I had an amazing time riding horses in the vast land, much more than I expected. During the ride, I spotted a red fox and enjoyed the view of the mountains in Noboribetsu, all while experiencing the beautiful scenery of Hokkaido just as the snow began to fall. The horses were intelligent, each with their own distinct personalities and emotions that were clearly conveyed, allowing me to experience the joy and challenges of interacting with animals in a rich and fulfilling way.

If the timing is right, it seems you can also experience a gallop. After the ride, they provided plenty of time to interact with many animals like horses, dogs, sheep, and cats until my taxi arrived, which left me very satisfied. I would love to sign up again when I visit Noboribetsu!
