Overall, this tour was extremely satisfying. Since it was snowing, I had some concerns about the journey from Sapporo to Asahiyama Zoo, but the stability was outstanding, allowing us to travel comfortably and with peace of mind. The Asahiyama Zoo was also fantastic. It was a wonderful zoo where you could feel the consideration for the animals, ensuring they were not stressed. The free time we had inside the zoo was just right. Lastly, I would like to express my gratitude to the bus driver and the tour guide. Thanks to both of them, we truly had a comfortable time. Thank you very much.

今回のツアーは全体的に大満足出来る内容でした。雪が降っていた事もあり札幌から旭山動物園までの道中に不安があったのですが安定感抜群で安心して快適に道中過ごせました。そして旭山動物園も最高でした。動物にストレスをかけないように配慮しているのが各所で感じられる素晴らしい動物園でした。園内で過ごせる自由時間もちょうどいいくらいでした。最後にバスの運転手さんバスガイドさんにお礼を伝えたいです。お二人のおかげで本当に快適な時間になりました。ありがとうございました。

It was a tour with wonderful scenery. The guide was kind and provided a detailed explanation. There were many foreign walkers, so the guide offered explanations in two languages. The guide provided a fluent narration.

I only had one day, but there were many places I wanted to visit, so I joined this tour. I thoroughly enjoyed Lake Toya, the Silo Observation Deck, and Otaru, among others. The guide's explanations were easy to understand, and I was able to experience a variety of things in a short amount of time. If I have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to do this again.

１日しかなかったが、行きたいところが沢山あり、このツアーに参加しました。
洞爺湖、サイロ展望台、小樽なと、満喫しました。ガイドの説明がわかりやすく、短時間で色々体験ができました。また機会があれば是非お願いしたいです。

It was our family's first trip to Hokkaido, staying in Sapporo. The day before, I searched the internet and suddenly decided to go to Asahiyama Zoo. While taking the train would have been fine, I happened to discover this tour and opted for the convenient bus tour instead.

I was torn between a course that included Biei, but since I wanted to take my time observing the animals and the Blue Pond was lit up, I chose this course because I'm not a fan of light displays. It turned out to be a great decision for us.

Based on other people's reviews, we brought our own bento boxes for meals, but it seemed that the restaurant wasn't crowded. However, since we visited on a weekday in late March, I think it was relatively empty.

The bus guide's stories were fascinating, and we had a very enjoyable time.

初めての北海道、札幌宿泊の家族旅行でした。
前日にインターネットを検索して、急遽旭山動物園に行こうと思いたちました。列車で行くのでも良かったのですが、たまたまこちらのツアーを発見し、楽できるバスツアーに決めました。
美瑛付きのコースと迷ったのですが、動物をゆっくり見たいのと、青い池はライトアップとありましたので、ライトアップは好みではないので、こちらのコースにしました。
私達にとっては大正解でした。
食事も他の方の口コミをみて、駅弁を持参しましたが、レストランも混んでいなかったようです。ただ訪れたのが3月下旬の平日なので、比較的空いていたのだと思います。
バスガイドさんの話も興味深く、とても楽しい時間が過ごせました。

You can go directly from Sapporo Station to Asahiyama Zoo while sitting comfortably. Since there were plenty of available seats, I was able to take advantage of the empty ones. The service areas on the way there and back differ in size; the one on the way there is more substantial, so I recommend purchasing anything that catches your eye.

We arrived at the zoo in the early afternoon, and I had given up on seeing the penguin walk, but after confirming online that they do have an afternoon walk, I made a reservation. I was thrilled to finally see the walk I had been looking forward to.

On the way back, we returned to the Sapporo area earlier than planned, around 6 PM. It was smooth and very pleasant.

座席に余裕があったため、空席を利用することもできました｡
行きと帰りのサービスエリアの規模が異なります｡行きの方が充実しているので、
気になるものを見つけたら、購入することをお勧めします。

動物園にはお昼過ぎに到着するので、ペンギンの散歩は見られないとあきらめていましたが、ネットで午後の散歩を実施していることを確認してから予約しました｡
念願のお散歩を見ることができて楽しかったです｡

帰りは予定より早く、6時過ぎには札幌付近に戻りました。
スムーズでとても良かったです｡

I had always wanted to visit Asahiyama Zoo, so I joined the tour by myself. Although it's quite a distance from Sapporo, the guide drove safely the whole way and shared unique customs of Hokkaido, which kept me entertained. They also made sure I was comfortable enough to take a nap, and the information about the zoo provided in advance was very helpful, making the three-hour journey fly by! The penguin walk was already out of season, but it made me want to come back again! It was a place and a tour that truly captivated me. I fell in love with the hippo and the Ezo raccoon named Sora. My long-held wish was fulfilled, and I am very satisfied. Thank you!

旭山動物園にずっと行きたくて一人で参加しました。札幌から距離はありますが、道中ずっと安全に運転くださりガイドさんが北海道ならではの慣わしなどお話くださるので飽きることなく、そして程よく寝かせてくださるお気遣いもあり、事前に教えていただいた動物園の情報も役立ち3時間があっという間でした！ペンギンのお散歩はシーズン終了していましたが、だからまた来たい！と思える場所でありツアーでした。私はかばちゃんやえぞたぬきの空くんにドはまりしました。念願叶い大満足です。ありがとうございました！

I was able to enjoy many places efficiently in just one day. The great outdoors was wonderful, and I was also happy to see the bear ranch. The meals were substantial, much more than I expected from a tour.

1日で効率よくたくさんの場所を満喫できました。大自然も素晴らしかったですがクマ牧場も見れて嬉しかったです。食事もツアーとは思えないくらいしっかりした内容でした。

I visited Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, and Mount Usu, and each place was incredibly beautiful and moving. I enjoyed a delicious lunch while taking in the scenery at Lake Toya. The guide was very kind and attentive, which made the tour even more enjoyable. We were able to get off in Susukino on the way back, so I could also enjoy Susukino. Thank you to the driver and the guide!

支笏湖、洞爺湖、有珠山を回りましたが、どこもとても美しく感動的でした。洞爺湖でのランチは景色を見ながら美味しいランチを頂きました。ガイドさんがとても親切丁寧な対応をしてくださったので、より楽しいツアーになりました。帰りにすすきので下車出来たので、すすきのも楽しむ事ができました。運転手さんガイドさんありがとうございました。

I like bus tours because they allow me to efficiently visit attractions. The information provided through the earphones was detailed, and both the guide and the driver were friendly and very good. There are still spots I want to visit, so I will use this service again.

効率よく見所を観光できるため、バスの旅は好きです。イヤホンから聞ける案内も詳しく、ガイドさんも運転者さんも温和でとても良かったです。まだ観光したいスポットがあるので、利用します。

Everyone except us was from abroad, so I was initially anxious, but thanks to our guide, ASUKA, my son and I had a very enjoyable trip. The guide knew many delicious places, so we were able to visit restaurants that we wouldn't have been able to go to on our own, such as for sweet potato fries and scallop fried rice. Feeding the bears at the bear ranch was also fun. Thank you for the wonderful trip!

私たち以外は全員外国の方とのことで、初めは不安でしたが、ガイドのASUKAさんのおかげで息子共々とても楽しい旅になりました。ガイドさんが美味しい店をたくさんご存知でしたので、あげいもやホタテチャーハンなど個人旅では行けないようなお店に行くことが出来ました。熊牧場でのエヤやりも楽しかったです。楽しい旅をありがとうございました！

The content of the tour was good, but it was disappointing to find out after getting on the bus that we couldn't ride the lift at the jump site due to a competition being held. At the Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill, we had to delay our departure to consider the crowd for taking photos, and due to traffic congestion, we arrived at Sapporo Station 30 minutes later than planned, which made us late for our next schedule. It was just one of those days. Thank you to the driver and the guide. 😌

ツアーの内容はよかったのですが
当日バスに乗車してからジャンプ場で大会開催のためリフトに乗れないとわかり残念でした。
羊ヶ丘展望台では写真を撮る混み具合を考慮し出発を遅らせる対応があったのと交通渋滞のため予定より30分遅れの札幌駅着となったため次の予定に間に合わなかったのが残念でした。そういうご縁の日でしたね。運転手さん、ガイドさん、ありがとうございました😌

I think it's great for those who want to explore a lot. I was very satisfied that we could tour multiple places over a long distance in the snow. We were on the same bus with Chinese and Japanese people, and the guide (who was Chinese) repeatedly emphasized the importance of being on time, so everyone adhered to the schedule and we were able to return comfortably.

沢山周りたい人には良いと思う。
雪の中を長距離、複数箇所を観光出来てとても満足です。中国人と日本人と同じバスでしたが、ガイドさん(中国人)が集合時間の厳守を何度もおっしゃってて皆さん時間を守って気持ち良く帰って来れました。

I participated on December 31st. There were many foreigners, but people of all ages were present, from young individuals to families and seniors. My elementary school-aged sons were surprised by the bear's voice since they had been watching bear news every day. They were very impressed by the bear feeding and the bear's gestures of asking for food, and they even imitated the bear at home. Lake Toya and the Blue Pond were also great.

12/31に参加しました。外国人の方も多かったですが、若い方からファミリー、ご年配の方までいらっしゃいました。小学生の息子たちは、毎日熊のニュースを見ていたので、熊の声に驚きつつ、熊の餌やり、熊のお願いする仕草がとても印象に残り、自宅でも熊の真似をしていました。
洞爺湖、青い池も良かったです。

The tour guide, Mr. Tō, spoke multiple languages and was very easy to understand. He was also attentive to time considerations, such as bathroom breaks. I would like to book again. Thank you very much.

I participated in this tour with my daughter who lives in Hokkaido. This was my third time in Hokkaido, but it was my first winter visit, so I joined a one-day bus tour. There were many international and Japanese participants, so it ended up being a bus full of Japanese people.

The days before and after were cloudy and snowy, but we had clear skies on this day. I was thrilled to see Mount Yotei, which looked like Mount Fuji. I was told that this is a rare occurrence. Lake Toya and Showa Shinzan were also beautiful.

The bear ranch was just the right size, not too big or too small, and the bears welcomed us from different areas, looking very cute as they begged for bear cookies. Around the time when wild bears wake up from hibernation, half of the bears at the ranch were still asleep.

Hell Valley was also impressive. Finally, we had 90 minutes of shopping at Mitsui Outlet. There were some decent brands inside, and I enjoyed it. The guide was very good at storytelling and shared a lot of information and recommendations about Hokkaido.

I wished I had participated earlier. I would like to join another tour as well.

北海道に住む娘と参加しました。
北海道数回目ですが、冬の北海道初めてでしたのでバス1日観光に参加させて頂きました。
海外の方、日本の方が沢山の利用だったので、日本人だけのバスになってました。
前後の日は曇りや雪で、この日だけ快晴。
羊蹄山が富士山の様に見えて感激でした。
滅多に無い事だそうです。
洞爺湖、昭和新山も綺麗でした。
熊牧場は大きくも小さくも無い丁度良い場所で、何ヶ所に分かれた熊がお出迎えしてくれ、熊クッキーを要求する姿がとても可愛かったです。
野生の熊は冬眠から目覚める頃、熊牧場の熊も半分は寝てました。
地獄谷も圧巻でした。
最後は三井アウトレットで90分お買い物。
室内でまあまあなブランドがあり、楽しめました。
ガイドさんがお話し上手で、色々北海道の事やオススメな事をお話ししてくれました。

もっと早く参加しておけば良かったと思いました。

また違うツアーにも参加したいです。

It was a great tour where we could visit many places in one day, including Lake Toya, the hot spring town, the Bear Ranch and Showa Shinzan, Hell Valley, and the outlet mall. The explanations and additional information were thorough, making the visit enjoyable. Although some sightseeing spots were compact and a bit rushed, I was very satisfied with the amount of sightseeing we could do. Thank you very much. Thank you, attendant O!

洞爺湖→温泉街→クマ牧場と昭和新山→地獄谷→アウトレットなど一日でたくさん回れた良いツアーでした。解説や補足が丁寧で気持ちよく見学できました。コンパクトで少し慌ただしい見学地もありましたがたくさん観光出来て満足度は高いツアーでした。ありがとうございました。搭乗員Oさん、ありがとうございました

Anyway, all the time is tight.
Could we remove one thing? I think it would be better to extend each part by 15 minutes for a more satisfying experience.
Honestly, when I look back on what was fun after the tour, I don't remember much.

とにかく、全ての時間がタイト。
何か一つをぬいて？その分15分ずつ伸ばした方が体験に満足かを話が出ると思う。
ツアーかわ終わった後に、何が楽しかったか振り返ってみてもあんまり覚えてないというのが正直な感想です。

I was able to tour without feeling rushed, and it was very relaxing. The guide's explanations and recommendations were great. The suggested information beforehand was helpful.

バタバタするでもなくゆったりと見学できた。添乗員さんの説明やおすすめも良かったです。あらかじめおすすめ情報は役に立ちました。

I was glad to be able to take my time and look around for three hours. I wish the schedule had been adjusted a bit more since the penguin walk was right at the departure time.

ペンギンの散歩の時間が出発時間ぎりぎりだったのでスケジュールをもうちょっと調整してほしかった。

The weather was favorable, and I enjoyed the scenery of Lake Toya and Hell Valley. We arrived at Lake Shikotsu before sunset, and after a while, the Ice Festival venue was illuminated. However, it was still somewhat bright outside when it was time to gather. I was hoping to see the ice formations glowing in the dark, so I felt a bit disappointed.

天候に恵まれ、洞爺湖や地獄谷の景色は楽しめました。日没前に支笏湖着、しばらくして氷濤まつり会場はライトアップされましたが、まだ周囲が薄明るいうちに集合時間となりました。暗い中で浮かび上がるような氷濤を期待していたので、残念に思いました。

The construction went smoothly, but the return bus was like a shared bus, with people who weren't passengers getting on... It's disappointing.

工程は問題なく、帰りのバスが寄り合いバスみたいになっていた、客では無い人が乗ってきたり…。

I took a round trip by bus from Sapporo to Asahiyama Zoo! It took about three hours one way, but the roads were smooth, and there was a restroom break along the way, making it very comfortable. Once we arrived, we had free time to explore the zoo as we liked, and I got to see the adorable penguin walk! Since it was during a three-day weekend, I brought my lunch and was able to relax and eat it in the break room.

バスで札幌から旭山動物園までバスで往復しました！片道3時間ほどでしたが、道路も順調で、途中トイレ休憩もあり、とても快適でした。現地では自由行動だったので、好きに動物園をみられて、ペンギンのお散歩が見れてとても可愛かったです！三連休中で、お昼は持参して行って休憩室でゆっくり食べられました。

The bus guide shared enjoyable stories about Hokkaido, making the travel time both to and from the destination fun. At Asahiyama Zoo, we were blessed with good weather and had a great time walking slowly up the snowy slopes. I was especially looking forward to the penguin walk, and their adorable appearance did not disappoint. I was surprised by the unexpected size and behavior of the hippos (laughs). It was also a lot of fun to be so close to the animals, including the spotted seal, polar bears, and the muscular arms of the chimpanzees.

バスガイドさんは北海道の話しを楽しくお話ししてくれて往復共に楽しい移動時間でした。旭山動物園は天候にも恵まれ雪の坂道を焦らず歩きながら楽しい時間を過ごせました。楽しみにしていたペンギンの散歩も可愛らしい姿が見れました。予想外のカバの大きさや行動にびっくり（笑）他にもごまふアザラシやしろくまやチンパンジーの筋肉質な腕など動物との距離が近くてとても楽しかったです。

In February, we visited Asahiyama Zoo in the snow, and it was adorable to see the penguin parade. The guide was friendly, and the driver drove safely, which made me feel secure participating in the tour. Asahiyama Zoo has more slopes than I expected, and since the bus stop for group tours is located at the top of a hill, it might be a bit tough for those with weak legs or backs.

2月に雪の中の旭山動物園となりましたが、ペンギンの行進が見られてかわいかったです。
ガイドさんは親切だし、ドライバーさんも安全運転で安心してツアーに参加できました。
旭山動物園は思った以上に坂が多く、団体ツアーのバス乗り場は坂の上にあるので、足腰の弱い方は少しキツイかもしれません。

The day went by in a flash. The guide shared some recommended souvenirs, which was helpful. Unfortunately, at the end, during the Shikotsuko Ice Festival, we didn't have enough time to see the illuminated areas. It was also crowded, and there were long lines everywhere, so there were quite a few places we couldn't see.

ガイドさんがおススメのお土産など教えて下さったので、参考になりました。
残念だったのは、最後に行った支笏湖氷濤まつりで、時間が短かったので、ライトアップしたところが見えなかった事です。また、混雑していて、どこも並んでいたので、見れない所が結構ありました。　

It was really nice that we departed in the afternoon and wrapped up by around 5 PM. Even though we participated in a bus tour, it wasn't a full day, so we were able to enjoy our own time and had a fulfilling day. The way the bus guide spoke, the speed of their speech, and their calm demeanor were all very pleasant and wonderful. The driver also greeted us with a smile, which made us feel at ease and allowed us to participate comfortably.

午後からの出発で、17時台には解散なのが、とてもイイ感じでした。
バスツアーに参加しても、丸１日ではないので、自分達の時間も楽しめて、充実した１日になりました。
バスガイドさんの話し方▪話されるスピード▪落ち着いた感じなど、本当に心地よく素敵でした。
ドライバーの方も笑顔で挨拶して下さり安心して、参加出来ました。

I participated alone! I love visiting geoparks, and I joined this tour because I learned that we would be going to the Usu Volcano and Lake Toya area, which is a UNESCO Global Geopark.

During the free time for lunch, I strolled around Lake Toya and found the Lake Toya Visitor Center nearby. I also stopped by the attached Volcanic Science Museum. Additionally, there was a special corner about the geopark inside the Lake Toya Cultural Center, which had a parking lot, and I found it very interesting to explore.

During the free time at Showa Shinzan, I was able to visit the Usu Volcano Geopark Information Center and the Showa Shinzan Park Service Center. I also made a trip to the Noboribetsu Park Center at Hell Valley, where I was thrilled to experience the grandeur of nature and learn about various information.

This tour is easy to join from Sapporo, and the guide was friendly, making it a very meaningful experience. I highly recommend this tour for anyone interested in exploring geoparks.

私はジオパーク巡りが好きで、今回も世界ジオパークである有珠山・洞爺湖エリアに行けると知り、参加しました。

お昼ご飯の自由時間に洞爺湖周辺を散策していたところ、近くに洞爺湖ビジターセンターがあり、併設の火山科学館にも立ち寄りました。さらに、駐車場のある洞爺湖文化センター内にもジオパークの特集コーナーがあり、とても興味深く見学させていただきました。

昭和新山での自由時間には、有珠山ジオパーク火山村情報館や昭和新山パークサービスセンターにも立ち寄ることができました。また、地獄谷では登別パークセンターにも足を運び、自然の雄大さを肌で感じるとともに、さまざまな情報に触れられたことも嬉しかったです。

札幌から気軽に参加できるツアーで、ガイドさんも気さくな方で、とても有意義な時間を過ごせました。
ジオパーク巡りをしたい方にも、とてもおすすめのツアーです。

It was a packed schedule, but I'm glad everything went smoothly. The tour guide's explanations were spot on and easy to understand, and the recommended food was delicious.

We set off amidst a snowstorm forecast, but we arrived as scheduled. The Sunagawa Highway Oasis along the way was full of temptations! Despite the heavy snow, we thoroughly enjoyed nearly three hours at Asahiyama Zoo. It was delightful to see the animals buried in white snow and those seemingly enjoying the snow, and the penguin walk was truly adorable and enjoyable.

On the way back, I think the crew had a really tough time with the highway closures, but they kept us informed about the situation, which made us feel at ease. I also appreciated the unexpected two bathroom breaks along the way.

It was challenging, but I can only express my gratitude for all the thoughtful considerations and responses. Thank you very much!

暴風雪予報の中の出発でしたが行きは予定通り着でした。
途中の砂川ハイウェイオアシスは誘惑がいっぱい🈵です！
大雪の中でしたが３時間近く旭山動物園を堪能しました。白い雪に埋もれている動物や雪を楽しんでいる様な動物、またペンギンのお散歩は本当にかわいらしく楽しめました。
そして帰り道、高速の通行止めやらで乗務員の方本当に大変だったと思いますが、状況を逐一知らせてくださったので安心していました。
途中予定外の2回のトイレ休憩もありがたかったです。
大変でしたがいろいろな気配りと対応に感謝しかありません。ありがとうございました。
