Due to the rain from the previous day, the water level was high, and we had a great time rafting. I hope to enjoy it again next spring when the water is high. I'm also happy to receive the photos and data.

It was my first time kayaking, and I was blessed with great weather, enjoying the magnificent scenery and the beautiful blue of Lake Shikotsu! There were many participants that day, and they really got everyone excited by taking lots of photos, referring to themselves as teams from different prefectures (laughs). I had a wonderful time. I signed up for this tour because I wanted my children to have an experience in Hokkaido for the first time. Since we had done kayaking a few times in the remote islands of Okinawa, we were able to do it smoothly, which was great. The scenery was truly Hokkaido, surrounded by mountains, with a light mist adding to the very magical atmosphere, and I was moved by its beauty. The children were also amazed by the clarity of the water. I learned that in winter, you can do this with snow piled up, so I want to come back in winter as well. It's a quick and easy tour, so I recommend it.

子供たちと初めての北海道で、何か体験をさせたくて、こちらのツアーを申し込みました。
沖縄の離島などで何度かカヤックを体験していたのでスムーズにできたのでよかったです。
景色は、さすが北海道だな〜という山に囲まれ、うっすら霧もでてきて、とても幻想的な雰囲気のなかその美しさに感動しました。
子供たちも、水の透明感などに驚いていました。
冬は雪が積もった中するとのことで、冬にも来たくなりました。
サクッとできるツアーなので、おすすめです。

- Impressions from the experience
Since it was summer, the river wasn't too rough, but they planned a lot of fun activities that you can't do in spring, which was enjoyable. We participated as a family, and it was great to see the kids jumping in acrobatically one after another, allowing us to witness a side of them that we don't usually see.

- For those who will experience it in the future
The summer river activities are suitable for elementary school students, and the current is relatively gentle, making it recommended for first-timers.

The guides were very entertaining and had great energy, yet they provided thorough explanations about the scenery, allowing us to enjoy both play and learning.

　夏なので川自体は荒々しくはありませんでしたが、その分春にはできない川遊びをたくさん計画してくれていて楽しかったです。
　家族で参加しましたが、参加していた子供達が次々に飛び込みをアクロバティックにやっていて、普段見られない逞しさを感じることができたのも良かったです。
・これから体験される方へ
　夏の川は小学生でも参加できるし、流れも比較的穏やかなので初めての方にはオススメです。

ガイドの方々もとても面白くてノリが良いにも関わらず、景色など説明するところはしっかりしていて、遊びと学び両方楽しめました。

I have done stand-up paddleboarding a few times, but I have never experienced such clear rivers and lakes. I was able to see all the way to the bottom of the Chitose River, including fish and water plants. I think it would have been even more beautiful if the weather had been a bit sunnier, but I was more than satisfied even with the cloudy weather.

SUPは何度かしたことがありますが、こんなに透明な川と湖は体験したことがありません。千歳川の底まで、魚や梅花藻も見ることができました。お天気がもう少し晴れていたらもっときれいだったと思いますが、曇りでも十分に満足できました。

I was able to purchase at a lower price than the regular rate. There were many activities available, but since there were fewer people, I was able to enjoy them without waiting in line. Additionally, there were more inbound tourists than Japanese visitors.

通常料金よりもお安く購入できました。アクティビティはたくさんありましたが、人が少ないため並ぶこともなく楽しめました。また来ていた方は日本人よりもインバウンド客の方が多かったです。

It was my first time, but I really enjoyed it. Thank you to the friendly and fun staff for the extraordinary experience connected with nature. I definitely want to go again.

I was able to join such a fun and cost-effective tour in Niseko during Golden Week! The staff were all friendly, and it was clear that they were enjoying the tour together, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It's nothing compared to Splash Mountain at a certain dreamland! I want to participate again next year! I'll invite my friends too!

On the day we headed there by car, I was worried that the strong winds would make it difficult to kayak, but the guide was very kind and provided thorough instructions, allowing us to enjoy ourselves with peace of mind. While learning about the beauty of Lake Shikotsu, we were able to take photos in various spots, and we enjoyed it even more afterward! Since it's an activity that you can easily participate in, I highly recommend it to anyone passing by during their travels.

当日車で向かっている最中、風が強く、カヤックに乗れたとしても揺れないか心配でしたが、ガイドさんもとても優しく丁寧に案内してくださり、安心して楽しむことができました。
支笏湖の良さを教えていただきながら、いろんな場面で写真を撮っていただき、終わってからも再度楽しめました！
身軽に参加できるのもあって、旅の最中近くを通る方にはぜひやってみてもらいたいアクティビティです。

The guide who gave the lecture and the staff at the store were all cheerful and pleasant.
Lake Shikotsu is truly clear, wide, and deep. By the way, there were no fish.
It seems you can bring your smartphone at your own risk.
Kayaking required more physical strength than I expected, and I got quite tired, haha.

The area around Lake Shikotsu has become a charming and beautiful tourist spot, and I enjoyed walking around and eating during the free time.
It seems there are hot springs as well.

レクチャーしてくれたガイドの方も、お店で対応してくれた方も皆さん明るくて感じが良かったです。
支笏湖は本当に透明で広くて深い。ちなみに魚はいませんでした。
スマホは自己責任で持って行っても良いそうです。
カヤックは思ったより体力が必要でなかなか疲れました笑

支笏湖の周りはこぢんまりとした綺麗な観光地になっていて、前後の時間で食べ歩きしたりして楽しかったです。
温泉もあるみたいです。

I was able to detoxify myself surrounded by nature. Although it was said that six people might feel cramped, in reality, there was still plenty of space. It would be a waste not to come here after coming all the way to Sapporo. The sauna followed by a cold plunge and outdoor relaxation was the best. I definitely want to use this place again when I come back to Sapporo. I had a really great time.

6人はスペース的に厳しくなるかもと言われましたが、実際はまだ余裕ある感じでした。
札幌まで来てここにこないのはどう考えても勿体無い。
サウナからの水浴び、外気浴。最高です。
また札幌に来た時に絶対に利用したいと思います。本当に楽しかったです。

A canoe trip on Lake Shikotsu is a must when visiting Hokkaido! I decided to join for my last memory here. Since it was March, I thought I had missed the best season for fresh greenery, but the clear kayak allowed me to see the riverbed well, and I was able to encounter fish and kingfishers. It was thrilling! I was told that usually, the fish would escape and be hard to see, but in winter, their movements are slow, so it was great to see them clearly. The weather was nice, making Lake Shikotsu, the mountains, and the Chitose River beautifully green. I took some photos myself, but the instructor took so many beautiful shots that I didn't even need to. My favorite photos are the posed ones and the underwater videos. The instructor was cheerful and engaging, making for a very fulfilling and enjoyable morning. Thank you so much!

北海道に来て支笏湖カヌーは外せない！と思い、最後の思い出にしようと参加しました。
3月だったので、新緑の時期のベストシーズンを外してしまったなぁと思ったのですが、
クリアカヤックで川底がよく見え、魚やヤマセミにも会うことが出来ました。感激！
いつもなら逃げられてしまって見られないのに、冬は魚の動きがゆっくりなので、しっかり見られて良かったですね。と教えて下さいました。
天気も良かったので支笏湖も山も千歳川もグリーンでとても綺麗でした。
自分でも写真を撮ったのですが、自分で撮らなくて良いくらい綺麗に上手にたくさん撮って下さっていました。ポーズ決めた写真と水中の動画が特にお気に入りです。
色々なお話も楽しく、明るくて終始笑顔のインストラクターさん/スタッフさんだったのでとても充実した楽しい午前中を過ごすことができました。
本当にありがとうございました！

Kayaking on Lake Shikotsu while encountering wildlife was amazing! I was worried about the cold, but the gear included in the tour price (a dry suit with integrated shoes, a knit hat, gloves, and a snood) was very warm, and wearing Heattech, a long-sleeve T-shirt, and sweatpants was sufficient.

Since we didn't rent a car and used public transportation, we arrived early, but it seemed that the nearby restaurants generally didn't open until around 11 AM. When we went to the tour office, even though it was before opening time, they kindly provided us with information, and we ended up finding one restaurant that was open, which was a great help.

Our guides, Yama and Ai, were friendly and didn't overwhelm us with information, providing just the right amount. I feel like there are surprisingly few guides who engage in proper dialogue, but Yama and Ai had a great balance and shared a lot about the national park, making it very enjoyable.

The staff at the tour office were also very welcoming, and they gave us great recommendations for cafes to visit after the tour. I regret that I couldn't properly express my gratitude as the bus to the cafe arrived quickly and we were in a bit of a rush.

I had a wonderful experience and made great memories. Thank you!

支笏湖でカヤックをしながら野生の動物にも出会えて最高でした！
寒さが心配でしたが、ツアー代金に含まれていたウェア（靴と一体型のドライスーツ、ニット帽、手袋、スヌード）がとても温かくて、中はヒートテックと長袖Tシャツにスエットのズボンで十分でした。
私たちはレンタカーをせず公共交通機関で行った為、早くに到着したのですが、周辺の飲食店は基本11時くらいにならないと開かないようでした。困ってツアーオフィスに行くと時間前だったのにも関わらず色々教えてくださり、結果的には一店舗空いているお店があり、大変助かりました。
ガイドの山さん、アイさんはフレンドリーで一方的に話しまくるわけではなく心地よい量の情報をくださいました。
きちんと対話していると感じられるガイドさんって意外と少ない気がするのですが、山さんとアイさんは距離感も良い感じで、国立公園のあれこれも教えてくださったりして、とっても楽しかったです(^^)
ツアーオフィスの皆さんもとってもアットホームでツアーの後に行くと良いよ、と素敵なカフェ情報を教えて頂きました。最後カフェ行きのバスが来てしまいバタバタでしっかりお礼をお伝えできなかったことが悔やまれます。
とても楽しい思い出が出来ました。ありがとうございました！

As expected, the water quality is outstanding, the best in Japan. You can see the color of the water change in areas of different depths, and the differences came out beautifully in the photos. The instructor's explanations were easy to understand, and I was able to paddle right away. It was fun. After the experience, my first-grade child was begging, "I want to come again tomorrow!"

さすが水質抜群日本一です。深さの異なるところで水の色が変わるのが分かり、写真にも違いがきれいに映りました。インストラクターの方の説明も分かりやすく、すぐにパドル操作できるようになりました。楽しかったです。体験後、小学１年生の子が「明日も来る！」とねだっていました！

This year, due to the warm winter, there was hardly any snow in the area, which made my 9-year-old child very happy. Since it was around the time of the Lunar New Year, there were many Chinese visitors. I visited in the morning, and the waiting times for all the plans were not very long. The Ice Sculpture Cutting Championship is also being held. Registration starts at 10 AM, so if you're interested, give it a try. Although the prices were on the higher side, it was great that I could purchase tickets at a discount from the VELTRA website.

今年は暖冬の影響で地元では殆ど雪が降らなかったので、9歳の子供がとても喜んでいました。
春節の時期だった事もあり、中国のお客さんが多く来ていました。午前中に伺いましたが、どのプランも並ぶ時間はあまり長くはありませんでした。
氷濤アイス早切りカット選手権も開催されています。10時から受付なので興味のある方は挑戦してみてください。
高めの料金設定でしたが、VELTRAさんのサイトから格安でチケットが購入出来てとても良かったです。

The wind was strong, so I couldn't go to the lake. However, it was just the autumn foliage season, and the Chitose River was clear and enjoyable.

が、ちょうど紅葉シーズンで千歳川も透明度がよく楽しかったですよ。

The weather was great, and it was the best experience. I think it's definitely worth a visit for anyone planning to go nearby. It didn't require much physical strength, so it felt like anyone could participate.

天候にも恵まれ、最高の体験でした。近くに行く予定がある方は是非一度行ってみる価値はあると思います。
特に体力は必要ないので誰でも参加できる感じでした。

I went dressed in clothes that could get wet, and it was very helpful that they provided rental pants and Crocs. We walked to the experience location, but it wasn't too far, so it wasn't a concern. When we arrived at the kayak launch after going down a slight slope, I was impressed by the clarity of the water.

The operation of the kayak was easy, and I quickly grasped the technique. The instruction was thorough, and the explanations were very clear. I think it was great to experience kayaking because just looking at Lake Shikotsu from the shore doesn't allow you to notice that it's a lake formed by a volcano, or appreciate the beauty and coldness of the water, or the changes in its color.

The experience time was relatively long, providing ample time. I recommend kayaking for anyone in good shape visiting Lake Shikotsu. Finally, they sent us the photos we took via AirDrop. Our family of five, including a sixth grader, went, and everyone was very satisfied.

濡れても良い服装で行きましたが、ズボンやクロックスをレンタルしてくれて、とてもたすかりました。
体験する場所まで歩きますが、それほど遠くなく、気にはなりません。坂を少し降りて、カヤック乗り場に着いた時、水の綺麗さに感動しました。
カヤックの操作も簡単で、すぐにコツを掴めます。教え方も丁寧で、説明も大変わかりやすかったです。
支笏湖を周りから見ているだけでは、火山が作り出した湖であることや、水の美しさや冷たさ、水の色の変化などには気づくことができないので、カヤックを体験して良かったと思います。
体験時間も比較的長く、十分な時間でした。支笏湖は出かける人で、カヤックに乗れる体調の方なら、乗ることをお勧めします。
最後に撮った写真をAirDropで送っていただきました。
私達は小学6年生を含めた家族５人で行きましたが、みんな大変満足でした。

The weather was perfect after the typhoon. Thank you for accommodating the sudden cancellations and changes to our plans, as we initially had a reservation on the day of the typhoon.

台風一過で最高の天気でした。はじめは台風の日に予約していたので、急なキャンセルや予定変更に対応していただきありがとうございました。

I was invited by a friend and participated with two girls. I'm usually an indoor person who doesn't want to go out and I'm not good at sports, but it was way more fun than I imagined, and I was super excited! The guy in charge (even though he said he wasn't dedicated) was amazing! From the start, he was really energetic, and we had a great time laughing and helping each other with the other four girls in the same boat. We had so much fun the whole time.

It was nice to see the instructors greeting each other regardless of the company. We played a game called "wheelie" (is that the right name?) where we stood the boat vertically, raised our paddles together while cheering, played games standing on the boat, and jumped into the river. It was just so much fun.

Also, the water was cool and felt great. The cliff at the end of the course was breathtaking. The instructor said, "This view is moving no matter how many times you see it." Even though it was a lively tour, when we were looking at that view, we all admired the stunning scenery together, and that was really nice.

After Golden Week, the water flow increases, and it seems like it gets a bit more intense, so I definitely want to go again during that time! Thank you to all the girls who participated with me, my friends, and the staff! ♡

友達に誘われて女子2人で参加。普段は基本外に出たくないインドア派＆スポーツ苦手ですが、想像以上に楽しくてテンションあがりまくりでした！
(専属じゃないって言ってましたが）担当のお兄さんが素晴らしすぎた！最初からテンション上げまくりで、一緒のボートになった他の女子4人とわきあいあいと爆笑したり、助け合ったり笑、ずーっと楽しく進みました。
インストラクターの人が会社関係なく挨拶し合ってる感じもなんかよかった～。ウィーリーっていう（名前あってる？）ボートを垂直に立てる遊びをしたり、みんなでパドルを掲げて掛け声かけたり、ボートの上に立つ遊びをしたり、川に飛び込んだり。とにかく楽しかった。
あと水がひんやりして気持ち良かった。コースの最後にある崖？みたいなとこは絶景でした。インストラクターさんも「この景色は何度みても感動する」って言ってた。ワイワイのツアーだったけど、この景色見てるときはみんなで圧巻の景色を眺めて、それもなんだかよかったなー。
GW明けは水流がまして、激しさがちょっと増すらしく、絶対その時期にまた行きたい～～！

I went kayaking with my beloved girlfriend on the most beautiful river and lake. It was really interesting to see the water turn a soda-like color. Next time I come, I want to visit the lake too! I was happy to have taken a lot of photos.

大好きな彼女と最高に綺麗な川と湖の上でカヤックをこぎました。水がラムネ色になるところはとても面白かったです。今度来た時は湖にも行ってみたいです！たくさん写真撮ってもらえて嬉しかったです。

I took a bus from Chitose Station to Lake Shikotsu and participated in this tour. I had originally booked the 1:30 PM tour, but since I arrived early, I was able to switch to the 11 AM tour that had availability. The main part of Lake Shikotsu had some waves, so we were guided to the river instead. The water was incredibly clear and felt great. I also appreciated the photo-taking service. After the tour ended, I had a meal and went for a walk, and I could see that the 1:30 PM tour was heading to the lake. I'm not sure which was more fun, but I enjoyed the river, so it was all good!

千歳駅からバスで支笏湖へ行き、本ツアーに参加しました。
13:30のツアーを予約していましたが、早く着いてしまったので空きのあった11時からのツアーに変更してもらいました。
支笏湖本体のほうは波がうねっていたため、川のほうへ案内してもらいました。とにかく水がキレイで、気持ちよかったです。写真撮影のサービスもありがたかったですね。
ツアー終了後、食事をしてから散策をしていたら、13時半からのツアーは湖のほうへ行っていたのが見えました。どっちが楽しかったのかはわかりませんが、川は川で楽しめたのでまあ良しです！

We participated as a family of three. In summer, children from the age of four can join. We were equipped with proper safety gear, and while there was some playful behavior, it wasn't cold during the summer. Other tours also go down the river together, but here we received photos and videos, and considering the price, it's a great value. Additionally, the meeting point is close to the location, so if you're traveling by rental car, you can easily have lunch in Kutchan right after the tour. My wife, who was initially hesitant, was thrilled and said she was glad she participated.

家族3人で参加。夏は4歳から参加可能とのことです。しっかりと安全装備付け、多少のおふざけはありますが、夏場なら寒いことはありません。他のツアーも一緒に川下りしますが、こちらは写真や動画も頂けて、この値段なので、コスパも良いです。また、集合場所も現地に近いので、レンタカーなどで移動するなら、終わった後にすぐに倶知安でランチが出来ます。最初は引き気味の還暦妻もやって良かったと大喜びでした。

It had been raining until just before, but thanks to the location suggested by the tributary, we had an enjoyable half day. We didn't expect to catch so many fish right after the rain stopped, and we thoroughly enjoyed serious stream fishing. We are grateful to everyone at the Kuro-matsunai Tourism Association.

I went kayaking for the first time. The weather was great that day, with clear skies, and the lake was so transparent that I could see all the way to the bottom. I had never seen such a clear and beautiful lake before, and it was a wonderful memory as I was able to feel the nature around me.

行った日は、とても天気が良く快晴で湖の下まで透き通って見えました。
こんなに透き通って綺麗な湖は見たことがなかったし、自然を感じられてとても良い思い出になりました。

I visited at the end of my trip to Hokkaido. I was blessed with good weather and had a great time. The transparency was incredible. When you place your phone on the clear bottom of the kayak to take a video, it turns out beautifully. Thank you to all the staff!

I visited in early March!
The weather was great, and a breathtaking view spread out before me.
The tent sauna allows for temperature adjustments based on the löyly, so both beginners and advanced sauna enthusiasts can enjoy it!
Instead of a cold bath, Lake Shikotsu had a water temperature of about 2°C, making even a half-body soak last only a few seconds… haha.
Additionally, taking an outdoor bath in such vast nature was an unprecedented experience!
The staff were very kind, and I enjoyed chatting with them!
This time it was too cold to do much snorkeling, but I heard that in summer you can swim with fish, so I would love to visit again.

3月上旬に訪問しました！
天候にも恵まれ、目の前には絶景が広がっていました。
テントサウナはロウリュウ次第で自由に温度調節してもらうことが出来るので、サウナ初心者の方も上級者の方も楽しめます！
水風呂の代わりに支笏湖は、水温が2℃くらいで半身浴でも十数秒が限界でした…笑
さらに、広大な自然の中で行う外気浴はこれまでにない経験でした！
スタッフの方もとても親切で、お話ししていて楽しかったです！
今回は寒すぎて、シュノーケリングはあまり出来ませんでしたが、夏は魚と泳ぐこともできるそうなので、また訪れたいです。

I went out to play with my 4-year-old and 9-year-old children. There are many places where young children can't play due to age restrictions, but there were plenty of activities suitable for each age, and we were very satisfied! Since it was New Year's, there were free events for families, and it was a huge hit! The prizes were so extravagant that the adults were more excited than the kids! It's about a 15-minute ride from New Chitose Airport by free shuttle bus, so we could play all day without any downtime and enjoyed ourselves from the very first day!

4歳と9歳の子供と遊びに行きました。幼児だと年齢制限で遊べないところが多い中、それぞれの年齢に合ったアクティビティがたくさんあり大満足でした！お正月だったこともあり、家族で参加できる無料イベントが開催されており大盛り上がり！景品も豪華すぎてどの家族も子供たちより大人が張り切ってしまうくらい‼︎‼︎新千歳空港から無料送迎バスで15分くらいのところにあるのでロスタイムもなく1日中遊べて初日から満喫できました！
