From the confirmation contact the day before, I received polite guidance and hospitality. Walking on the snow with snowshoes and sticks was very enjoyable. I found animal tracks and learned about the vegetation and the formation of rime ice, which was extremely interesting, providing an experience akin to cross-country skiing. I thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful snowy scenery and felt a luxurious sense of having the silver world all to myself, and the tea time there was also a wonderful moment. Equipment such as ski wear and shoes were available for rent, making it easy to participate.

スノーシューとスティクで、雪上を歩くのはとても楽しかったです。
動物の足跡を見つけたり、植生について、樹氷の成り立ちなど、たいへん興味深く、まるでクロスカントリーのような体験ができました。
素晴らしい雪景色を満喫し、白銀の世界をひとりじめしたかのような贅沢な気分を味わえ、そこでのティータイムもまた素晴らしいひと時でした。
用具もスキーウェアや靴もお借りでき、お手軽に参加することができます。

I arrived at the airport at 8:30 AM and took a taxi to the location to enjoy a lot of fun during the early hours when it was less crowded. The fare was 3,200 yen. I came early after reading reviews about large groups of tour guests, but perhaps due to the low amount of snow in mid-January, it was consistently empty.

I thought maybe coming early wasn’t necessary, but I was able to enjoy all the attractions for three hours without missing anything, which gave me plenty of time and peace of mind for my subsequent plans. In the end, I think it was a great decision.

My 3-year-old son's favorite was the snow tube. We started with two people and then moved on to one person. We had a lot of freedom, sliding together as a family and riding on our stomachs.

The snow rafting was also a hit, as we were able to ride multiple times in a row until the next group of waiting guests arrived!

I also tried walking on skis, but since it was my first time wearing them, I had to give up halfway. I look forward to trying again next time!

Additionally, we had fun making snowmen and snowballs, and we could borrow props for classic snow play.

My husband and I took turns experiencing the snowmobile and buggy, which were only for adults, but they lacked bumps and speed, so we only rode them once each.

On the way back, we took the Chitose bus that departed at 1 PM. My son fell asleep on the bus!

It was a very enjoyable half-day. Thank you for everything! 😊♪

今回空港に朝8時半到着し、朝イチの空いてる時間にガッツリ遊ぼうと、タクシーで現地入りしました。料金は3200円。ツアー客の大群などのレビューを見て早目に来ましたが、一月中旬で雪も少なめだった影響か、終始空いてました。
早目に来ることもなかったかなと思いましたが、すべてのアトラクションを余すことなく３時間遊び放題で遊び込めて、その後の予定にも時間的にも心的にも余裕ができたので、結果的に大正解だったと思います。
３歳息子の1番のお気に入りは、スノーチューブ。二人乗りから初めて、途中からから1人乗りを始めました。家族で連結しながら滑ったり、うつ伏せに乗ったり、自由度も高かったです。
スノーラフティングも、つぎの待機客が来るまでは、何度も連続で乗せてもらったりとヒットしてました！
歩くスキーも挑戦しましたが、はじめて履いたこともあり、片道でリタイアでした。次に期待！
他にも、雪だるまや雪玉を作ったり、定番の雪遊びも小道具を借りれるので楽しく遊べました。
大人しか体験できないスノーモービルとバギーも夫婦で交代で体験しましたが、凹凸もなければ、スピードもなく、物足りなく、一度ずつしか乗りませんでした。
帰りは13時発空港行きのぐるぐる千歳に乗って帰りました。息子はバスの中で爆睡！
とても楽しい半日となりました。お世話になりましたー(^^)♪

We visited with three adults. Most of the guests were families, so we felt a bit out of place, but we had a great time experiencing activities like the four-wheeler and snowmobiling, which we had never tried before.

We went on the Saturday at the beginning of a three-day weekend, but it didn't feel too crowded, and we didn't have to wait long, so we were able to enjoy ourselves comfortably.

Regarding the price, we had a lot of fun overall, and considering safety, it's necessary for the staff to be properly positioned, so I understand the cost, but I thought 5,600 yen was a bit high.

- Items brought: knit hat, gloves, snow boots
- Items rented: clothing (1,000 yen)
- Activities: mini snowmobile, four-wheeler, snow rafting

One of my friends wore a water-resistant down jacket, so they played in that without any issues. For those who don't mind getting a little dirty and aren't cold, wearing jeans should be fine for the activities mentioned above. (Just a note for snow rafting, the seating area might get a bit wet from snow.) Also, there is a rental option for rubber boots for 500 yen, but I found that my snow boots (which I wore throughout the trip and weren't specifically for snow play) were perfectly fine. As for gloves, they didn't need to be snow-specific for the activities mentioned above, as there were no situations where they got wet.

大人3人で伺いました。
ほとんどは家族連れでいらっしゃっていて、少し浮いている感じもありましたが、4輪バギーやスノーモービルなど、今まで経験したことのないアクティビティが体験でき楽しかったです。

3連休初めの土曜に伺いましたが、そこまで混んでいる感じでもなく、長時間並んだりもしないので、快適に遊べました。

金額については、全体的に楽しめましたし、安全面も考えてスタッフの方もきちんと配置しなければいけないので仕方ないですが、5,600円は少し高いかな…とも思いました。

・持参した物：ニット帽、手袋、スノーブーツ
・レンタルした物：ウェア上下（1,000円）
・遊んだ内容：ミニスノーモービル、4輪バギー、スノーラフティング

ウェアは一緒に行った友人は、撥水性のあるダウンを来ていたので、上はそのままで遊んでましたが、それで全く問題なさそうでした。
ウェアの下についても、少し汚れても気にしない＆寒くない、という方は、上記の遊びくらいであれば、ジーパンでもほぼ大丈夫だと思います。（スノーラフティングだけ、座面に雪が落ちていたりするので少し濡れるかも…）
また、500円で長靴のレンタルもありますが、スノーブーツ（雪遊び仕様のものでなく、旅行中も普通にずっと履いていたもの）で十分問題なかったです。
手袋も上記の遊びであれば、雪用の物でなくて問題ありませんでした。（濡れたりする場面はありませんでした。）

I arrived at Chitose Airport before 8 AM and chose this place because it was a convenient spot to have fun right away. It cost about 3,000 yen by taxi. I changed into ski wear and rented just snow boots, staying for about three hours. Since you won't get completely covered in snow, you can play in winter clothes and snow boots without needing to change. In fact, there were people in regular clothes as well. Snow Land had plenty of snow, and I was able to enjoy all the activities without any issues. Among them, the tube slider and snow rafting were particularly fun. Snow rafting was exciting because you get pulled around by a snowmobile, creating a drifting sensation, and I ended up going on it about six times. At the starting point of the tube slider, there were staff members waiting to push you in turn, making it safe and enjoyable to slide down. I also got to participate in the daily events, which made for a great experience.

8時前に千歳空港に到着して、すぐに遊べる場所ということでこちらを利用しました。タクシーで3千円ほどでした。スキーウェアーに着替えて、長靴だけレンタルして、3時間ほど滞在しました。雪まみれになるわけではないので、防寒服とスノーブーツであれば、着替えずに遊べそうです。実際に普段着の方もいらっしゃいました。スノーランドには雪もあって全ての遊びが問題なく体験できました。中でもチューブスライダーとスノーラフティングが楽しかったです。スノーラフティングはスノーモービルで引きまわされるのでドリフト感が楽しく、６回ぐらい乗ってしまいました。チューブスライダーは出発地点に係の方が待っていて、順番に押してくださるので安全に楽しく滑れました。日替わりのイベントにも参加出来て良い体験になりました。

When we arrived after 9 o'clock, there were few customers, and we could play without waiting in line at all. Around 11 o'clock, tourist buses started arriving, and it got a bit crowded, but even then, we only had to wait about 5 minutes to get on, which was enough to have a great time! The snowmobiles were easy enough for elementary school students to operate, so we went on them multiple times!

The snowmobile and four-wheeler courses felt a bit narrow and somewhat lacking. However, during the less crowded times, the staff allowed us to play for a longer period, which was nice! This year, there was less snow and the snow quality was a bit hard, so I think we could have enjoyed it even more if there had been more snow.

We had a full day of fun, but we were satisfied and headed home after about 2 hours (laughs).

９時過ぎに着くとお客さんが少なく全て並ばずに遊び放題でした。
11時ごろからバスでの観光客が続き少し混み合ってきましたが、それでも5分くらい並べば乗れるくらいの人混みで十分楽しめましたよ！スノーモービルは小学生でも簡単に運転できるので、何度も乗りに行ってました！
スノーモービルや四輪バギーはコースが狭く少し物足りない感じがありました。でも、空いてる時間は係の方が長めに遊ばせてくれたので良かったです！
今年は雪が少なく雪質が硬めだったので、もう少し雪が多かったらもっと楽しめたと思います。
一日遊び放題でしたが、2時間くらいで満足して帰りました（笑）

I learned that the last business day of 2022 was approaching, so I went directly from New Chitose Airport by rental car. As per VELTRA's guidance, it's close to the airport, and since it's a facility that utilizes a golf course, the parking area is spacious enough to accommodate plenty of cars. The park's entrance reception is located at the clubhouse, which conveniently houses changing rooms for ski wear, restrooms, and a restaurant all in one place. Even if you arrive by bus, the area in front of the clubhouse serves as the drop-off and pick-up point.

The activities include a snow play area (where you can make snowmen), a tube slider (note that there are no designated lanes, so you can slide from anywhere, but be careful to move quickly after sliding to avoid collisions with others!), walking skis (the staff kindly teaches you how to choose the right shoe size, put them on, and slide, making it easy for small children to try), mini snowmobiles (these are easy to operate and suitable for elementary school children due to their moderate speed), and snow rafting (this is fun for families, but if you don't use the unlimited play option, the price may feel a bit high). There are also four-wheeled buggies (which cannot be used by elementary school students).

Although it is set up for foreign tour plans, the waiting times for activities were relatively short, making it an ideal place to spend the day.

2022年の最終営業日と知ったので、レンタカーにて新千歳空港から直行しました。VELTRAさんの案内の通り、空港から近くて、またゴルフ場を利用した施設のため、駐車場のエリアも広くて充分な台数が駐車できます。パークの入場受付はクラブハウスを利用していて、スキーウエアへの更衣室、トイレ、レストランが1つの場所に集まっているのでとても便利。バスでお越しになってもクラブハウス前が乗降場所となっています。
アクテビティは、雪遊びエリア（雪だるまを作ったりできます）、チューブスライダー（こちらは写真のようにレーンにはなっていないので、どこからでも滑れるようになっているので、滑り終わってからすぐに移動しないと後続の方とぶつかる可能性があるので、ご注意ください！）、歩くスキー（こちらは靴のサイズ選び、装着、滑り方をスタッフの方が親切に教えてくれるので、小さなお子様がチャレンジしやすいです）、ミニスノーモービル（こちらも運転操作が簡単で、スピードも控えめで小学生のお子様には適しています）、スノーラフティング（こちらは家族で楽しめますが、遊び放題を利用しない場合には価格が少し割高に感じます）、四輪バギー（小学生は利用できません）
外国人のツアーのプランに設定されていますが、比較的アクテビティの待ち時間も少なく、一日遊ぶ場所としては最適な場所でした。

You can rent wear and boots. I recommend informing them of your size in advance. I will bring my own gloves. I took a taxi from New Chitose Airport, which cost 3,120 yen. There is a free shuttle bus available, which is very helpful if the timing works out! Upon arrival, I went straight to the reception. The changing rooms for men and women were shared. The reception staff and other staff members were kind, and activities like the buggy, mobile, tube slider, and snow rafting were not only fun but also allowed for plenty of snow play! If you have two hours during your trip, it will create the best memories!

ウェア、長靴はレンタルできます。事前にサイズを伝えるのをおすすめします。手袋は持参します。新千歳空港からタクシー使いました。3120円でした。シャトルバスが無料で出てるので時間合えばかなり助かります！着いて直ぐ受付。男女更衣室は共用でした。受付さんもスタッフの人も優しいしバギー、モービル、チューブスライダー、スノーラフティング、、、は楽しいのはもちろん！雪遊びも思い切り楽しめる！旅行中2時間あれば最高の思い出になります！！

We came to play as a family from the Kanto region! The kids, who usually don’t see snow, were super excited for their first snow activities! My older child in first grade and even my 4-year-old enjoyed the tube sledding and snow rafting without being scared of the speed. On the opening day, there was little waiting time, and the staff were very friendly and engaged with us. I recommend this place for anyone who wants to enjoy various types of snow activities all at once! The restrooms in the building where you check in were very clean, and the restaurant was spacious with reasonable prices.

関東から家族で遊びに来ました！
普段雪を見ることがない子供達は、初めてのスノーアクティビティに大興奮！小1の上の子はもちろん、4歳の下の子もチューブソリ、スノーラフティングのスピードを怖がることなく楽しんでいました。オープン初日で待ち時間も少なく、スタッフの皆さんも話しかけてくれたりとてもフレンドリーで、いろんな種類のスノーアクティビティを一度に楽しみたい方にオススメです！
受付をする建物のトイレもとても綺麗で、レストランも広くて良心的な価格でした。

I bought an all-you-can-play ticket and enjoyed about four hours of fun. Since buying individual tickets can be expensive, I think the all-you-can-play option is great if you plan to stay for a while. It was nice that it wasn't crowded, allowing us to enjoy the attractions multiple times. Riding on things like buggies, which you can't experience much at other facilities, was a rare treat.

It felt like a tourist-oriented facility, with more foreigners than locals, and the staff seemed well accustomed to handling visitors.

This year, there wasn't much snow, and I thought it might be rough, but unlike Sapporo, Chitose had powdery snow, so the kids were able to enjoy the difference in snow quality.

The most rides I took were on the rafting, and I think I went about ten times. The staff who pulled us along adjusted the speed based on the age and condition of the riders.

You can store your luggage for free at the cloakroom next to the front desk, and you can retrieve it multiple times. There’s also a break area and vending machines next to the front desk, making it easy to take a break.

Since it’s winter operations at the golf course, there’s a restaurant, so it feels like a place where you can stay for a while.

As for infection control measures, they had mask-wearing, temperature checks, and alcohol disinfectant available. The outdoor staff were also wearing masks.

The staff were kind, and I had a great time. I would love to go again if I have the chance.

遊び放題のチケットを買って4時間くらい楽しみました。単品買いだと高くつくため、長居する予定なら遊び放題が良いと思います。空いているので、何回もアトラクションを楽しめるのがよかったです。バギーなど、他の施設ではあまり体験できないものに乗れたのが貴重でした。

観光客向けの施設という感じで、地元の人よりも外国人の方も多く、スタッフさんも対応に慣れている感じでした。

今年は雪の量があまり多くなく、ザラザラかなと思っていましたが、札幌市内とは違って千歳ではサラサラ雪だったため、子どもたちも雪質の違いを楽しめていました。

一番乗ったのはラフティングで、10回くらい乗ったのではと思います。引っ張ってくれるスタッフさんは乗っている人の年齢や様子を見て、速度を変えてくれていました。

荷物はフロント横のクロークに無料で預けられ、取り出しも何回もできます。フロント横には休憩スペースや自販機もあるので、途中で休憩しやすいです。

ゴルフ場の冬営業なので、レストランもあり、長居できる感じです。

感染症対策としては、マスク着用、体温チェックとアルコール消毒完備でした。屋外のスタッフさんもマスクをしていました。

スタッフさんが優しく、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。また機会があれば行ってみたいです。

The transparency is wonderful, and you can see all the way to the bottom. Even for beginners, the instructions are easy to understand, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind. You can fully enjoy the great outdoors. The guide, "Ai," was a very lovely person.

They also have strong infection control measures in place. You can remove your mask while on the kayak.

They provide free rental of rain jackets (top and bottom), boots, and floating vests, so no special preparation is necessary.

I was able to make a day trip from Tokyo. It took 40 minutes by rental car from New Chitose Airport. The weather was perfect, and Lake Shikotsu was truly beautiful. The water was very clear, and you could see underwater from the clear kayak. It was lovely to see the water change from emerald to deep blue.

When the mountains are covered in autumn leaves, it has a different kind of beauty, and at night, the starry sky is magnificent, as our guide Ryo told us. On the way back, we stopped at Marukoma Onsen and felt refreshed. I want to come back again!

東京から日帰りできました。新千歳空港からレンタカーで40分。
お天気も最高で支笏湖は本当に綺麗でした。透明度も高く、クリアカヤックからは水の中が見えます。エメラルドから深い青色に水の色が変化するのも素敵でした。
山々が紅葉したらまた別の美しさ、夜は満天の星空、とガイドのりょうさんが教えてくれました。帰りは丸駒温泉に入ってさっぱり。また来たいです！

【Impressions】
I thought the experience named "Lake Shikotsu Kayak Experience" would take place on Lake Shikotsu, but it was actually a kayaking experience on Chitose River.
I was worried about being able to operate the kayak, but as I got used to it, I was able to steer it in the direction I wanted, which was fun. (The lecture was thorough, so I felt at ease.)
Since the experience started at 15:30, kayaking while watching the sunset was the best.

【感想】
「支笏湖カヤック体験」の名称なので、支笏湖でカヤックをやるかと思っていましたが、千歳川でのカヤック体験でした。
操船できるか心配でしたが、慣れてくると思った方向に動かせるようになって楽しかったです。（レクチャーも丁寧なので安心でした）
15：30からの体験だったので、夕日を見ながらのカヤック体験は最高でした。

I was wondering how the start would go since we couldn't begin the reception until the scheduled time. Also, I was quite concerned about the water clarity due to the heavy rain the day before. However, once we started, I forgot all about that and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the pleasant experience!

時間まで受付開始出来なかったのでスタートはどうなることかなと思いました。
また前日雨が多く降っていたこともあり水の透明度もとても不安でした。
ただスタートしたらそんなこと忘れるような綺麗さ、気持ちよさで楽しめました！

It was a day with on-and-off rain, but during our experience, the rain stopped and we were able to enjoy it. Although there were waves at Lake Shikotsu, we were able to enter the water a little while being mindful of safety. The highlight was the Chitose River. The water was clear, and we could see blooming plants and decaying trees. Thanks to our guide's careful instructions, I was able to paddle well even though it was my first time kayaking. It was fun to talk about the guide's love for Lake Shikotsu and various gourmet foods in Hokkaido.

This became one of my enjoyable memories from summer vacation. I'm glad I made a reservation with Ocean Days. Thank you!

雨が降ったり止んだりの日でしたが、体験時間帯は雨が止んで楽しむことができました。支笏湖は波が立っていたのですが、安全に配慮しながら少しだけ入ることができました。メインは千歳川。水がクリアで花が咲いている植物や朽ちない木などを見ることができました。ガイドさんが丁寧に教えてくれたおかげでカヤック初体験でも上手に漕ぐことができました。ガイドさんの支笏湖愛や北海道のグルメなど色々お話できて楽しかったです。
夏休みの楽しい思い出のひとつになりました。

The weather was nice, and the lake was clear and much more beautiful than I imagined. I was very satisfied to see fish in the river! The only regret I have is forgetting to put sunscreen on my legs. I would like to participate in the winter as well!

When I went to Lake Shikotsu before, I watched people kayaking from a bridge and thought, "I definitely want to do that next time!" This time, I fulfilled that wish.

Riding on the kayak while feeling the wind on the emerald green lake was an amazing experience. I'm glad I participated; it became a wonderful memory. If I could wish for anything, it would have been even better if I could have gone on a longer course.

前に支笏湖に行った時に橋の上からカヤックをする人達を眺めて是非次回はやるぞーと思っていたカヤック！今回念願果たしました。
とにかくエメラルドグリーンに染まった湖をカヤックに乗りながら風を感じられて最高の気分でした。参加して良い思い出になりました。
欲を言えばもう少し長いコースを行けたらもっと良かったかな？

It was a tour where I could fully enjoy the beauty of Lake Shikotsu. The staff were kind and taught us various interesting things about Lake Shikotsu. I would love to participate again.

支笏湖の美しさを満喫できるツアーでした。スタッフさんも親切で、支笏湖のことについて、いろいろ楽しく教えてくれました。また参加したいです。

The forecast definitely predicted rain. While moving from Lake Toya to Lake Shikotsu, the weather was a mix of rain and clear skies.

I arrived a little before the meeting time, so I took a stroll near the lake, but due to strong winds, activities like sightseeing boats and other lake leisure were canceled. I wondered if we could do clear SUP in that situation.

We ended up experiencing the Chitose River section, and although it was windy and looked cold, they lent us wetsuits and guided us enjoyably even in the cloudy weather, allowing us to fully enjoy the Chitose River. Finally, we crossed the red iron bridge and dipped a little into Lake Shikotsu.

The waves were high, so it was just a brief experience, but we couldn't fight the weather, and safety comes first, so it couldn't be helped. Just before we finished, the rain that had been holding back finally poured down heavily. We ended by jumping into the Chitose River and walked back to the shop while enjoying a rain shower. Experiencing Lake Shikotsu in the rain was also a great experience.

I would love to come back when the weather is beautifully clear.

予報では確実に雨。洞爺湖から支笏湖への移動中も降ったり止んだりの天気でした。
集合時間より少し前に到着したので、湖の近くまで散策すると、強い風のため遊覧船、ボートなどの湖面レジャーは中止に、、、
クリアSUPやれるのか？という状況でした。
千歳川部分での体験となりましたが、風が強く寒そうなのでウエットスーツを貸してもらったり曇りのなかでも楽しく案内していただき、千歳川を満喫。最後に赤鉄橋を越えて、ちょっとだけ支笏湖に入りました。
波が高かったので、ちょっとだけ体験でしたが、天気には逆らえず、安全第一なのでしゃぁない。
終了間際に、今まで我慢していた雨がこらえきれずにどしゃ降りに。最後に千歳川にドボンして、雨シャワーを浴びながらショップまで歩きました。雨の支笏湖もいい体験。
また、きれいに晴れているときに来たいです。

Although it was drizzling on and off, the clarity of the water remained unchanged, making for a very beautiful kayaking experience. Our family participated with our pet, and the guide assisted us with putting the life jacket on our dog and was attentive throughout the experience. However, due to the bad weather, we couldn't have the experience on Lake Shikotsu for safety reasons, but we still had plenty of fun on the Chitose River flowing out from Lake Shikotsu.

小雨が降ったり止んだりでしたが、水のクリア度に変わりがなくとてもキレイなカヤック体験となりました。
我が家はペット同伴での参加でしたが、ワンコのライフジャケット装着からガイドさんがアシストしてくださり、体験中も終始気にかけてくださりました。
ただ、悪天候でしたので支笏湖での体験は安全上の理由から出来ませんでしたが、支笏湖から流れ出す千歳川での体験でも充分楽しめました。

At first, I thought I could eat what I caught, so I was a bit disappointed to learn that wasn't the case. However, when I actually started fishing, I found that many of the fish were not really the right size to eat, but I had a great time catching a lot of them and immersing myself in nature. Additionally, the staff were kind and provided support for everything related to fishing, so even as a beginner, I was able to enjoy it without any stress.

ですが、実際に釣ってみると、サイズ的に食べる感じではないものが多かったですが、沢山釣れたこと、大自然の中にどんどん入っていけたことがとても楽しかったです。
また、スタッフさんが優しく、釣りに関して全てサポートしてくれるので、釣り初心者でもストレスなく楽しめました。

My friend and I participated together. It was my first time canoeing, but the guide kindly taught us how to paddle at the beginning, so I felt at ease. During the tour, the guide also managed the overall pace and directed the course, allowing us to participate until the end without overexerting ourselves. We had a really enjoyable time. The weather was nice, and I was impressed by the beautiful colors of both the river and the lake. I was with my dog and a small child, but we received kind guidance, which allowed us to experience everything with peace of mind. I thought I had already experienced the beauty of Lake Shikotsu, but the beauty seen from the surface of the lake was completely different. I could clearly see the areas where it suddenly became deep, where trees were submerged, and where sand patterns were formed, all thanks to the wonderful transparency. The mountains surrounding the lake were also beautiful, and I wanted to keep looking at them forever. Thank you very much for providing such a wonderful experience.

お天気もよく、川も湖も美しい色で感激しました。
わんこと小さな子供連れでしたが、親切にご指導いただき、安心して体験することができました。
支笏湖の美しさは体験済みと思っていましたが、湖面で見る美しさはまた全然違いました。
急に深くなっているところや、木が沈んでいるところ、砂の紋様ができているところなど、透明度が素晴らしくはっきりと見ることができました。
湖から見る四方の山々も美しく、いつまでも見ていたい気持ちでした。

Thank you very much for the wonderful time on the 29th. When I received your call about the strong winds, I briefly thought it might be canceled, and my spirits sank. However, when you said it was still on, my excitement shot up! I was amazed by the clarity of the Chitose River and, guided by your delightful conversation, I hopped into the canoe for an unforgettable 90 minutes. I look forward to the next opportunity to explore Lake Shikotsu, which we had to forgo due to the strong winds!

先日29日は大変楽しい時間を有難う御座いました。
風が強いとのお電話を頂いた時は中止かと思い一瞬心が折れましたが、お伺いしてOKとの事一気にテンションが上がりました。
千歳川の透明度に感激し、相澤さんの愉快なトークに導かれるようにカヌーに乗り込みあっと言う間の90分でした。
次回の機会には是非、又強風で断念した支笏湖を案内して頂くのを楽しみにしております！

I was able to fully enjoy the first snowfall while taking infection prevention measures. I would like to return to Hokkaido in winter again.

A trip with my daughter from Kansai.
Since we usually come from a region where it doesn't snow, everything was a first-time experience, and we had a lot of fun and created wonderful memories.
We were able to participate in our regular outfits.
There were some activities where we got a bit of snow on us, but it didn't bother us at all.

There were free buses from New Chitose Airport and Chitose Station (Chitose Winter Loop), so it was great that we could participate before our flight departure.
I thought we might have too much free time since there weren't many activities, but we joined a plan that allowed unlimited play, so we enjoyed the same activities multiple times, and there wasn't enough time. Snow rafting was thrilling and exciting, and both the adults and high school students were very enthusiastic.

Since it’s a facility at a famous golf course, it was very clean, and we had delicious jingisukan for lunch, which had no odor at all. There was also a drink bar, and we enjoyed coffee after our meal while looking at the beautiful snowy landscape.

All the staff were very kind, and we created even more wonderful memories before leaving Hokkaido.
I definitely want to stop by again the next time I come to Hokkaido. It was so much fun!! Thank you very much.

関西から娘と二人旅。
普段　雪が降らない地域からの参加だったので、全部初めての体験でとても楽しくいい思い出ができました。
行ったままの格好で参加できました。
多少雪がかかるアクティビティもありましたが、私達は気にならないくらいでした。

新千歳空港や千歳駅から無料のバスが出ていて（ぐるぐる千歳冬号）飛行機の出発前に参加できて良かったです。
アクティビティの数は多くはないので時間を持て余すかな？と思いましたが、遊び放題のプランで参加したので同じものを何回も楽しめて、時間が足りないくらいでした。スノーラフティングはスピード感があり迫力満点で、おばさんも高校生も大興奮でした。

有名ゴルフ場の施設なのでとてもきれいで、お昼ごはんもこちらでジンギスカンをいただきましたが、臭みも全くなくとてもおいしかったです。ドリンクバーもあり、綺麗な雪景色を見ながら食後のコーヒーまで楽しめました。

スタッフの方もみなさん親切で北海道を離れる前に更にいい思い出ができました。　
次に北海道に来るときも必ず立ち寄りたいです。たのしかったです！！ありがとうございました。

I wanted to have a memorable experience in Hokkaido for the first time, so I participated in a tour. On the day of the tour, there was heavy snow, and the weather was such that we almost experienced whiteouts several times on the way to Lake Shikotsu. However, it was a completely private tour, and I was able to enjoy the unique winter scenery of Hokkaido, making it a wonderful experience. The guide was very kind and had an interesting way of speaking, and the Hokkaido gourmet food we were introduced to was all very delicious. Thank you for the wonderful time.

初めての北海道で思い出に残る体験をしたいと思いツアーに参加させて頂きました。
当日は大雪で支笏湖までの道中何度もホワイトアウトしそうな天気でしたが、完全プライベートツアーで真冬の北海道ならではの景色を堪能することができ、素晴らしい体験になりました。
ガイドの方もとても親切で話も面白く、教えて頂いた北海道グルメもどこもとても美味しかったです。
