The tour was packed and very satisfying. My daughter was especially happy with the visit to Shiroi Koibito and was very pleased. We were able to learn various trivia during the ride, which was also enjoyable. I occasionally dozed off, but that's the charm of a bus tour.
ギュッと濃く詰まったツアーで満足度高し。娘は白い恋人見学が特に良かったと大満足。乗車中も色んな豆知識を得ることが出来てこれまた楽し。時折うたた寝もしてしまいましたがそれこそバスツアーの良さ。

The drop-off locations were Hokkaido Jingu, Okurayama Jump Stadium, Shiroi Koibito Park, and the Outer Market, totaling four spots. The duration of stay at each location was approximately 20 minutes, 1 hour, 30 minutes, and 1 hour, respectively. At Hokkaido Jingu and Shiroi Koibito Park, we barely had enough time to see everything, but at Okurayama, we could take the lift to the top of the jump hill, and at the Outer Market, we were able to have a meal. In terms of location evaluation, the view from Okurayama was wonderful. Shiroi Koibito Park was quite crowded since it was a Sunday. The Outer Market gave the impression of being just an ordinary street, rather than what you might see in a guidebook.

I was concerned about the cleanliness of the participants from overseas. Many guests did not return to the bus by the designated meeting time. The cafeteria recommended by the guide for lunch was not great. I don't think the hand spray we use every time we get on the bus is an alcohol-based disinfectant. The air conditioning on the large bus does not turn on until five minutes before departure, and the windows do not open, so I believe the ventilation is extremely poor.
海外からの参加者が複数いて、その方たちの清潔度が気になりました。
参加者の方の集合時間までに、バスに戻らないお客さんが多数いました。
ガイドさんがお勧めした、ランチで利用した食堂はいまいちでした。

Regarding the COVID-19 measures for the sightseeing bus that you pointed out:
1. The hand spray we use every time you board the bus is not an alcohol-based disinfectant → We avoid using alcohol inside the bus and instead use hypochlorous acid water. 2. For ventilation, our crew and tour guides ventilate the bus each time we arrive at a rest stop.
Additionally, we implement the following infection control measures on our operating vehicles:
- We use air conditioning and ventilation systems while driving, which replace the air in the bus approximately every 5 minutes. We also open windows for ventilation at each sightseeing location.
- We have installed protective screens between the driver's seat and the rear seats, as well as between the guide's seat and the rear seats.
- Hand sanitizer (hypochlorous acid water) is available inside the bus. Moreover, when customers return from sightseeing locations, the tour guide sprays their hands.
- In addition to regular cleaning of the bus, we conduct wiping, disinfection, and sanitization as needed.
- All sightseeing buses are treated with Cellfeel. This air catalyst spray is applied to areas frequently touched by customers (handrails, seat handrails, window frames, etc.) to inactivate bacteria and viruses, providing sustained antiviral effects for a safer bus experience.
Regarding seating, we operate without sharing seats with other groups (using two seats for single participants), and the maximum capacity is set at 30 to 35 passengers.

・バス車内に手指消毒液(次亜塩素酸水)を設置しています。又、見学箇所等下車されたお客様がお戻りの際、
観光ガイドがお客様の手にスプレーを噴霧しております。
・バス車内の定期清掃のほか、車内の拭き取りや除菌・消毒作業を適宜実施しています
・定期観光バス全車両にセルフィール施工を行っております。
お客様が手を触られる箇所 ( 手すり・シート手すり・窓枠等 ) に、抗菌・抗ウイルス対策として、細菌やウイルスを

The soft serve ice cream at the service area on the way there was delicious.
The bus arrives at the east entrance of Asahiyama Zoo (on the mountain), and it might have been better to have lunch at the restaurant there before entering the zoo (since there are many menu options).
The return bus also departs from the east entrance, so you will go down the slope after looking from above and then climb back up to return (comfortable walking shoes are a must).
The action exhibits were full of highlights throughout the park.
As seen on TV, the spotted seals were swimming inside the tube.
During the munching time, the zookeeper also explains about the animals.
At the oasis where we took a break on the way back, we received discount coupons from the guide (not usable at Kitakaro). You can get a discount by presenting it before payment, but they won't accommodate you if you show it later, so don't forget to present it.
We were the only couple participating on a weekday after summer vacation (the description stated that the tour would proceed with just one person, and it was true).
The driver was safe and calm, and the guide provided thorough explanations from the bus window, making it a very nice tour.

テレビでみた通りゴマフアザラシが筒の中泳いでました。
もぐもぐタイムには飼育員さんが動物の説明もしてくれます。
帰りの休憩するオアシスではガイドさんから割引券がもらえます（北菓楼閣では使えない）。会計前に提示で割引してもらえますが後から出しても対応してもらえないので忘れす提示しないとです。
夏休み明けのウイークデーで参加は夫婦2人だけでした（説明文に催行1名様とありましたが偽り無しです）
ドライバーさんは安全運転で穏やかな方でしたし、ガイドさんも車窓の案内も丁寧でとてもいいツアーでした。

I got off at two places: Okurayama Jump Stadium and Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill. Both locations overlook Sapporo City, allowing for beautiful views. I had an hour at Okurayama, but I only took the lift up the mountain and didn't visit the museum. It felt a bit crowded, as there were many school trip students at both places.

We were blessed with clear skies and were able to see the stunning Shakotan Blue up close, even more beautiful than in photos. After walking along a path that barely resembled a promenade, we reached yet another breathtaking view. I encourage those who will be participating to definitely visit. It was a trip to Hokkaido with my children. Since it was their first time in Hokkaido, a bus tour filled with highlights was just perfect. I was unsure about where to go and whether to travel by train since I can't drive, but this tour was definitely the right choice. Thanks to the well-timed schedule and the friendly guide, we created wonderful memories.
子供たちを連れての北海道旅行でした。子供たちは初めての北海道なので、北海道の見どころ盛りだくさんなバスツアーはまさにピッタリ。車の運転が出来ないので、どこに行こうか、電車で移動しようかといろいろ迷いましたがこのツアーで大正解でした。ちょうどいい時間配分と、親切なガイドさんのおかげで楽しい思い出が出来ました。

Although it was unfortunately a cloudy day, I was glad to see the Shakotan Blue. I think it would have been even more beautiful if the weather had been nice. Both the driver and the guide were very pleasant, and it was an enjoyable tour. Unfortunately, the cloudy sky made the sightseeing at Lake Shikotsu a bit disappointing, but it was great that the weather was clear during the Lake Toya tour.

The one-day tour was packed with a lot of content. I thought the sightseeing time for each stop would be short, but surprisingly, it felt quite relaxed. Although it was an additional fee, I was really glad to be able to enter the bear ranch. The tour guide was kind, recommended delicious places, and took photos for us at photo spots. I had a great time at Asahiyama Zoo. There’s a lot of walking, but the animal exhibits are fantastic. However, by the time I got to the feeding time, it was already halfway over, and it seemed like most of the animals were just lounging around with their c 旭山動物園だけでも楽しめました。沢山歩きますが行動展示最高ですが、モグモグタイムは半分位終わってましたが、満腹なのか？殆どの動物たちは仲間とマッタリしていて行動展示がいかされてませんでした。

I participated with my son, who is a middle school student and loves animals. At the tour reception, they required confirmation of a student ID or insurance card. Luckily, I had an image of my passport, so they were able to verify it with that. However, I was told that if verification couldn't be done on-site, we might have to pay an additional fee. When I mentioned that he is a middle school student, they didn't say anything further, and we were allowed to enter.
The tickets issued included a bus ticket and an admission ticket for adults only, but entry to Asahiyama Zoo is free for middle school students, so I think it would be good to have some kind of ticket with a name on it to avoid any trouble. On the bus, only drinks were allowed, and the rest area we stopped at only had seating in the restaurant. During the trip, the guide's chatter made the journey enjoyable.
The number of participants was about 60%, making it a small group, but the seating is assigned based on the order of application.
中学生の動物が好きな息子と参加、ツアーの受付で学生証か保険証の確認が必要でした。
たまたま、パスポートの画像を持っていたのでそれで確認してもらえましたが、現地で確認が出来なかったら追加料金払うかもと言われましたが、現地では中学生ですと話すと特に何も言われず入場出来ました。
チケットは、バスのチケットと大人だけ入場チケットが出されますが、中学生迄は旭山動物園は無料対象なので、トラブル回避で無料でも何か記名があるチケットがあると良いと思いました。
バスの車内は、飲み物以外は不可で途中立ち寄るサービスエリアはレストランにしか座る場所がなった。道中、行きはガイドさんのお喋りで盛り上がってました。
参加者は6割位割位で小規模でしたが、座席は申し込み順だそうです。

The weather forecast wasn't great, but I thought today was my only chance, so I decided to go for it. The guide's stories during the journey were all very informative. The blue of the Shakotan Peninsula was incredibly blue, and I was able to enjoy a different shade compared to the blue of southern islands. I felt a deep satisfaction in wanting this naturally rich area to be preserved as it is. The only downside was that the optional boat tour was canceled due to high waves, which was disappointing, but considering the recent accident, I realized that safety should always come first, and it's important to stick to that decision.

移動中のガイドさんの話も勉強になることばかりでした。
積丹半島のブルーはとてつもなくブルーで、南の島のブルーとはまた違った色合いを楽しむことができました。
自然豊かなこのエリアをそのまま残してもらいたいと思える満足感でした。
唯一、途中オプションの船での散策は波が高いということで欠航となり残念でしたが、やっぱり先日の事故を考えると安全第一であるべきだと、その決心が大事だと改めて思いました。

I booked a half-day tour to make it in time for my evening flight. It efficiently covered the main tourist spots around Sapporo. However, I felt that a little more thought could have been put into the time allocation. At Shiroi Koibito Park, it was so crowded that I could only manage to look at the shop, and I missed out on enjoying the park itself. On the other hand, the ski jump had a lot of time allocated, even though we couldn't use the lift due to a competition. I think it would be fine to shorten the time during competitions, even if there is ample time during non-competition periods. That said, the guide's explanations were clear and it was an enjoyable, compact tour. Thank you very much.

The bus had Wi-Fi, and the audio guide provided great sightseeing views from the window, which was very nice. However, the stop at Shiroi Koibito Park was too short, and I felt it would have been better to go there individually. Additionally, it was mentioned that there would be discounts for lunch at the market, but when I asked inside, I was directed to the cheapest menu item, which didn't feel like a good deal. It was also disappointing that if you don't go to the market early in the morning, there won't be any worthwhile items available before noon.
バス内、wifiありで、音声案内での車窓からの観光ととても良かったですが、白い恋人パークへの立ち寄りが、あまりにも短くて、個人で行った方が良かったと思いました。また、場内市場もお昼ご飯割引あると書かれてて、店内で聞くとこちらになりますと案内されたものは、ふつうに店内で一番安いメニューで提供され、お得感はなかったです。場内市場も朝早くから行かないとお昼前では、値打ちなものは、何もなく残念でした。

I had wanted to visit the Blue Pond for a long time. It was mystical and absolutely amazing! Since we had about 40 minutes, I was able to take my time and take photos, which made me very satisfied. At Tomita Farm, the lavender was already finished, but at Shikisai no Oka, the colorful flowers were very beautiful, almost like a postcard.
In particular, we were able to stop by the headquarters of Rokkatei, and the view of Ezo Fuji and the magnificent scenery from there was stunning. The guide was calm and explained various things thoroughly. At the end, I asked for recommendations for delicious sushi places, and they kindly provided me with information. The driver was also young and very pleasant. I highly recommend it!
以前から行ってみたかった青い池。神秘的で最高でした❣️約40分あったので、ゆっくり回れて写真も撮れて、満足でした。富田ファームは、ラベンダーが終わっておりましたが、四季彩の丘は色とりどりの花がとても美しく、まるで絵はがきのようでした。
とりわけ、六花亭の本社に寄っていただけたのですが、そこから見る蝦夷富士や、雄大な景色がとても美しいかったです。
ガイドさんも、落ち着いていてしっかりいろんなことを説明してくださり、最後に私がおいしいお寿司の店とかお聞きしたのですが丁寧に教えてくださいました。運転手さんも若くで感じの良い方でした。ぜひお勧めです❣️

We participated as a family of three. Since there were only five groups of participants, everything went very smoothly and on time. However, even though the bus seats were quite empty, we were instructed to fill in from the front, which made me uncomfortable as we were sitting close to another group. I hope that when there are fewer participants, they can consider leaving some empty seats for COVID-19 precautions. It was a shame that we couldn't see the sheep being herded back home since the temperature was high that day. Nevertheless, I think it was great that we were able to see various places in just half a day.

参加者が5組だったので、時間通りとてもスムーズでした。
ただ5組のみでバスの席がガラガラなのに前から詰めて乗るように言われ、別のグループと距離が近かったのが気になりました。参加者が少ない時はもう少しコロナ対策で空席をもうけるなど配慮してほしいなと思いました。
その日は気温が高かったので羊が家に帰っていて放牧してるとこを見られなかったのが残念でした。
でも半日で色々なところを見れたので大変良かったと思います。

Although the weather was unfortunate, the lavender fields, Shikisai no Oka, and the Blue Pond were all beautifully impressive. The driver and guide were very pleasant people, and I had a fun and enjoyable day. I think it was a very fulfilling tour.

It was raining moderately even before departure. After we set off, the rain intensified, and by the time we reached our first destination, it was pouring like a bucket had been overturned... However, I think if I hadn't joined this tour, I would have stayed in the hotel all day, so I'm glad I was able to do some sightseeing in Hokkaido despite the rain. Since I was traveling alone, it can be quite a hassle to plan everything by myself, but tours like this are reasonable and cover all the important points, so I’m really glad I participated regardless of the weather. Next time, I want to use it on a beautifully sunny day!
出発前からまぁまぁの雨量。そして出発後、さらに雨足は強くなり、最初の目的地についた頃にはバケツをひっくり返したような雨に…
でも、このツアーに参加していなかったら1日中ホテルから出なかったと思うので、雨でも無理やり北海道観光できたことは良かったかな…一人旅だったので、自分一人ではなかなか予定を組むのがめんどくさいのですが、こういったツアーはリーズナブルでポイントはきちんと抑えてくれるので、天気はどうあれ参加してよかったです。
次回はめっちゃ晴天の時に利用したいです！

It was very fulfilling and fun! Two hours at the zoo went by in a flash, and I wished I had a bit more time to see everything. I thought it would be nice to have sunshades (like curtains) in the car.

Without a car in the vast Hokkaido, it's quite difficult to reach the places I want to go. That's where I found this tour. Not only can you visit Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu, but also Hell Valley! I enjoyed it while reminiscing about my school trip days and eating delicious food. I've personally been to Lake Shikotsu by bus, but there are so few buses that while it doesn't cost much, it takes a lot of time... Time is important when traveling, so this tour was very helpful.
I wish I could have seen Showa Shinzan from a better angle... Also, during the rest stop at the service area, I found myself wishing for an extra 10 minutes because I wanted to eat more delicious food!
車がないと広い北海道、なかなか自分の行きたい場所にいけない(*_*;
そんな所、見つけたのがこちらのツアー。
洞爺湖、支笏湖だけでなく、地獄谷まで観光できてしまう！
昔の修学旅行を思い出しながら、美味しいもの食べながら楽しみました。
支笏湖は、バスで個人的に行ったことがありますが、何せ、本数が少ないので
お金はかかりませんが時間がかかる・・・・
旅先は時間も大事ですので、こちらのツアーは有難かったです。
昭和新山は、もう少し、角度のいいところから見たかったかな・・・・・
またSAの休憩は、美味しいものも食べたいからあと10分欲しい！と思ってしまいました。

It was a tour that allowed me to experience the history of Hokkaido's great nature. The guide was interesting and kind. If I had to say something, I think it would have been better if we had a bit more time at places like the visitor center.

I was moved to reach the tip of Cape Kamoi! At Hamazushi, those participating alone were seated at a table for four, which was quite cramped. For those participating as a couple, they had a table for two, and since there were empty tables, I thought it would have been better if they had spread us out more. It seemed like there were more solo participants compared to other tours. The food was very delicious, and even though I'm not a fan of sea urchin, I enjoyed it.
神威岬の先端まで行けて感動しました！
浜寿司さんでは、1人参加の人は4人で1テーブルで、かなり狭かったです。2人参加の人は2人で1テーブルで、空きテーブルもあったので、もっと分散させてくれたらよかったのにと思いました。
1人参加の割合が、他のツアーより多かったように思います。お味はとても美味しくて、私はウニが苦手ですが美味しくいただけました。

When the tour price is reasonable, it's common to spend a long time at souvenir shops, leaving little time for sightseeing. However, this tour had none of that, and although it was a whirlwind tour, I was able to efficiently see stunning views. I enjoyed it even as a solo traveler!

It was a long-awaited bus tour with a guide, and the guide provided explanations throughout, sharing many things that even I, a Hokkaido resident, learned for the first time. The weather was also favorable, and I was able to see both the calm and beautiful sea from Cape Kamoi and the rugged sea on the opposite side, which was very nice.
久しぶりのバスガイド付きのツアーでしたが、ガイドさんがずっーと説明してくださって、北海道民の私も初めて知ることもあり、とても良かったです。
天気にも恵まれ、積丹ブルーの海や、神威岬から見る穏やかで綺麗な海と正反対の荒々しい海の両方が左右にみれ、とても良かったです。
