On a company trip, we had a free day, and three male members of the company signed up for this tour to see the Blue Pond. Although there were some disappointing courses due to the timing, the three of us had a great day. It was a sunny day, but since our visit to the Blue Pond was scheduled for 3:00 PM, we couldn't capture the photos we had imagined due to the lighting conditions. It might have been better if we could have arranged the visit around noon.

会社の旅行で、1日フリー日があり青い池を見たさにこのツアーを会社のメンバー3名(男性)で申し込みました。
時期的に残念なコースもありましたが、男３人でも1日楽しめました。
その日は晴天でしたが、青い池の見学時間が15:00の為、光加減の関係で思ったイメージの写真が撮れなかった事が残念でした。
正午前後にコースを組んで頂けたら良かったかも

We were able to visit several places in one day that would have been difficult to reach on our own, and the lunch was luxurious and enjoyable. There was free time at key points, which allowed us to spend our time satisfactorily. The breathtaking view from Mount Usu met our expectations, and Lake Toya was also very beautiful and impressive. Both the guide and the driver were pleasant. I would like to use this service again if the opportunity arises.

自分たちでは行きづらい場所に１日で数カ所も回ることができ、昼食も豪華でよかったです。要所要所で自由時間がもうけられているため、満足に過ごせました。有珠山からの絶景は期待通りで、洞爺湖もとても素敵で見応えがありました。ガイドの方もドライバーさんも感じが良かったです。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

I was disappointed that I couldn't reach the tip of Cape Kamui. I didn't have much luck. I had 3 hours and 10 minutes of free time in Otaru, and I thought I could enjoy it enough, but the constant noise from speeding cars and the prices set for foreigners were a letdown. A small, cold croquette for 300 yen is quite a rip-off. I felt that shopping and dining here wasn't worth it, so I skipped lunch. Even while looking at products, I was approached in English, and I felt like Otaru was a foreign land. I wished I had a bit more time at Shiroi Koibito Park.

神威岬の先端に行けなかったのが残念でした。うんがなかったです。小樽での自由時間が3時間10分あり、十分楽しめると思ったのですが、暴走自動車の絶えずの爆音や外国人向けの値段設定で興ざめしました。あんなに小さくて冷えたコロッケが300円なんてぼったくりもいいところです。ここで買い物や飲食はしてはいけないと思い、昼食は抜きました。商品を見ていても英語で話しかけられたり、小樽は異国だと感じました。白い恋人パークはもう少し時間が欲しかったです。

This was my second visit to Furano and Biei. Last time I rented a car, but this time I joined a bus tour, and honestly, I was a bit anxious about the manners of foreign tourists. I had been hesitant to participate since it was mentioned that there would be announcements in foreign languages. However, once we set off, the guide clearly communicated important information to the passengers, and I didn't experience any of the discomfort I had anticipated. The three people who were speaking continuously in English right next to us were moved to another seat by the guide, which quieted things down.

The guide mentioned that they wouldn't do the typical "guiding," but they engaged us with light-hearted conversation without being pushy. I was also impressed by the driver, who always called out to passengers when they were getting on and off the bus. Thank you for your hard work during the long drive.

I thought the duration of our stops at the sightseeing locations was just right. It brought back memories from my previous visit, and we created new enjoyable memories, with my spouse and I saying, "That was great." Thank you very much.

Lastly, one of the factors that made me hesitate to participate was the feeling of "not seeing the face of the company." What if I ended up with a strange tour company? What if it was a weird bus company? It turned out to be unnecessary worry, but I think it would be good to promote this aspect online. I feel there might be other Japanese people who share similar concerns. Thank you.

2回目の富良野・美瑛でしたが、前回はレンタカー、今回はバスツアーで（外国人のマナーに）正直不安がありました。外国語のアナウンスもあると書かれていたので、ずっと参加を迷っていました。発射するとガイドさんが注意事項をきちっと乗客に伝えてくれた事もあり、予想していた不快なことは全くありませんでした。私たちの目の席で英語でしゃべり続けていた３人もガイドさんが１人を別席に移して下さり静かになりました。
　所謂、ガイドさんらしい「ガイド」はしませんとおっしゃっていたガイドさんも押しつけがましくなく、軽妙なおしゃべりを楽しませてくださいました。また運転手さんも、乗客が乗り降りする際に必ず声掛けをして下さり感心しました。長時間の運転ご苦労様でした。
　立ち寄りの観光地の滞在時間も程よい長さで良かったと思います。前回訪問の記憶がよみがえり、新たな楽しい記憶が刻まれて夫婦２人で「よかったね」と話しています。大変ありがとうございました。

最後に、参加するかどうか悩んだ１つの要因は「会社の顔が見えない」事でした。変なツアー会社に当たったらどうしよう？変なバス会社だったらどうしよう？　無駄な心配でしたが、WEB上でもアピールされた方が良いのではないでしょうか？心配されている日本人の方が他にもいらっしゃる気がします。

Since it was the day to return, I chose the morning sightseeing tour. I was really satisfied with visiting all the great places, and the driver and guide were excellent.

帰る日だったので午前観光を選びました。じいいところばかり回っていただいて凄く満足なのと、運転手さん、ガイドさんが良かったです。

The scenery was breathtaking, and I was very satisfied with the lunch as well. The guide and the driver were both excellent. It was a sightseeing experience with great cost performance that you wouldn't expect from a regular sightseeing bus.

定期観光バスとは思えないコスパの良い観光でした。

The bus tour was almost full, but all the sightseeing spots were great. The lunch was delicious as well. The bus stop was convenient, and I would like to participate again if I have the chance.

The explanations were all provided through the earphones, which was great. The boarding and alighting from the bus were handled carefully, and the driver was supportive as well. They also helped with taking photos.

イヤホンで全ての説明があり、良かった。バスの乗り降りも丁寧で運転手さんもサポートしていました。写真の手伝いもしてくれました。

Due to construction, we couldn't go all the way to the tip of the Shakotan Peninsula, which extended our time for exploring Otaru, and that alternative was good. The guide was doing a great job in three languages, but there was a mention of a tabletop calendar gift at the time of booking, which I didn't receive—was it forgotten? If it was included in the tour price, it leaves me feeling a bit uneasy. If the bus had charging outlets, we could enjoy ourselves without worrying about charging, so please consider that!

工事の影響で積丹半島が最端まで行けない分小樽の散策時間が長くなりその代案は良かった。ガイドさんが3ヶ国語で頑張っていたけど予約時に卓上カレンダープレゼントとあったが渡し忘れ？で受け取っていませんツアー代金込みならちょっとモヤモヤです
バスにコンセントついていたら充電気にせずに楽しめるのでぜひ検討お願いします！

I was impressed by the tour guide who explained in Japanese, Chinese, and English. They were very pleasant, and that alone made it a great tour. The time management was also good, and I would recommend this tour.

日本語、中国語、英語で説明する添乗員さんが凄いと関心しました。とても感じの良い方で、それだけでも良いツアーだと思いました。時間配分も良くてお勧めできるツアーでした。

As the title suggests, I was able to efficiently explore during my short stay. The only downside was that I didn't go to the tip of the peninsula because there had been recent bear sightings at Kamoi Cape, and there were also strong winds.

Additionally, I had seen some negative reviews about the multinational tour beforehand, but when I participated, although half of the group was Chinese and Korean, there were no issues, and the guide's explanations were easy to understand.

タイトルの通り、短期間の滞在で効率よく回ることができました。一つだけ、神威岬が少し前に熊の目撃情報があり、また強風でもあったため半島の先端まで行かなかったことは残念でした。
なお、事前に見た口コミでは多国籍ツアーに関するネガティブな投稿もありましたが、私が参加した際は中国人や韓国人の方が半数だったもののトラブルなく、ガイドの方の説明も分かりやすかったです。

The one-day tour flew by in no time, and it was a fulfilling experience. I would like to use this service again when I go to Hokkaido.

I arrived by plane just before noon and was wondering if I could do some sightseeing, and that's when I discovered this tour. It was great because it efficiently took me to some attractions that are a bit difficult to visit on my own.

昼前に飛行機で到着して何か観光できるかな？と探していた所こちらのツアーを発見しました。個人ではちょっと行きにくい観光地を効率よく回ってくれるので良かったです。

I was glad that I could efficiently visit the places I wanted to by bus. I was worried about the weather, but it only rained a little, and it gradually improved, allowing us to stick to our schedule.

行きたい場所にバスで効率良く回れたので良かったです。
天気が心配でしたが、雨も少しだけ降ったが、だんだん回復し予定通りまわれた。

The day before the tour, I was worried because of heavy rain, but on the day of the tour, the weather was clear, and I could see the beautiful mountains, including Asahidake. The tour was packed with activities, so it felt a bit rushed. However, I was satisfied because we were able to cover almost all the sightseeing spots. The driver and guide were very friendly, which made me feel comfortable participating.

ツアー前日は、ひどい大雨で心配しましたが当日は、晴れやかな天気で旭岳はじめ、山々がきれいに見えました。ツアー内容は、盛りだくさんなので、少しせわしないです。でも観光スポットをほぼ網羅できるので満足です。運転手さん、ガイドさんがとてもフレンドリーで安心して参加することができました。

Unfortunately, it was cloudy, but Lake Toya was beautiful. There were mostly foreigners, which I found a bit unpleasant. It seemed like there were particularly many people from Asia...

あいにく曇りでしたが、洞爺湖はきれいでした。外国人ばっかりで少し嫌でしたが。とくにアジア系の方が多いようで。。。

I wanted to go see the Blue Pond, but it was difficult to plan using public transportation, so I joined this tour. The time spent on the bus was quite long, but thanks to the good weather, all the destinations set for us were wonderful, and I was able to fully enjoy the nature of Hokkaido. Since everywhere was spacious, I felt a bit short on time, but I think it was just right since returning too late would have been tiring as well.

青い池を見に行きたかったのですが、公共交通機関で予定をたてるのが大変だったのでこちらのツアーに参加させてもらいました。バスに揺られている時間はとても長かったですが、天気に恵まれたこともありますが設定されていた目的地はどこも素晴らしく、北海道の自然を満喫できました。どこも広かったので時間が少し足りなかったですが、これ以上帰りが遅くなるのもまた疲れてしまうのでちょうど良かったのかなと思います。

Arriving at the top of the ropeway, you reach the observation deck after a slight uphill path, and I was moved by the wonderful 360-degree view! Please be sure to participate and experience it for yourself!

The price is affordable for a tour that goes to various places. The tour guide's explanations were on par with a professional guide. The duration of stay at each location was appropriate. The total duration of the tour was also just right.

I was able to efficiently travel around various places using the expressway, and I enjoyed it. Both the driver and the guide were very pleasant. The meals were delicious, and the views were great.
I thought it would have been nice to receive a simple itinerary upon boarding.

高速を利用して各地を効率良く廻ってくれてな楽しめた。運転手さんもガイドさんもとても感じ良かった。食事も美味しく眺めも良かった。

In the morning, when I arrived at the meeting place, there was a different atmosphere than usual. When I got on the designated bus, there were not only Japanese people but also Asians and Westerners. The guide was a 30-year-old Taiwanese who provided fluent explanations in Japanese, English, and Chinese. I couldn't help but applaud. There were also British, Indian, and Lithuanian people on board. Kamui Cape, Otaru, and Shiroi Koibito Park were all great, and I felt like I had an experience similar to an overseas tour within Japan.

Cape Kamoi, famous for its strong winds, had no wind today, with a clear blue sky and refreshing blue sea. The sunshine felt like summer, making it perfect weather for walking. The mint mix soft serve was delicious too. There were many visitors from abroad, and it must have been tough for the tour guide to explain in three languages. Thank you for your hard work!

About half of the participants were from overseas, mostly from China. I was a bit anxious since there were few Japanese people, but the conductor was Chinese and strictly enforced the schedule and rules, allowing us to enjoy a comfortable ride without any delays.

The Shakotan Peninsula was unexpectedly hot with no wind, so an umbrella was necessary. There were explanations of recommended spots at various locations, and I think we were able to enjoy it efficiently in a short amount of time.

One disappointing point was that we couldn't take photos while driving past the famous warehouses in Otaru. The bus was faster than expected, and the announcement came just in time, so I couldn't get my camera out in time. It was also quite a distance from the meeting point, so I gave up on going to take photos during the free time.

参加者の半分くらいが海外の方で多くは中国の方でした。
日本人が少なかったので不安でしたが、
コンダクターの方が中国の方で、時間・ルール厳守を徹底されており、バスも遅れることなく最後まで快適に過ごせました。

積丹半島は無風で思いの外暑く、日傘が必要でした。
各所でおすすめスポットなどの説明もあり、短時間で効率よく楽しめたと思います。

残念なポイントとしては小樽で有名な倉庫の前を通る際にドライブスルーでの写真が撮れなかったことです。バスの速さが思いの外速かったことと、案内がギリギリでカメラを取り出すのが間に合いませんでした。
集合場所からも結構距離があり、自由時間で撮りに行くことは断念しました。

My first visit to Asahiyama Zoo became a wonderful memory. The one who added color to that memory was the excellent bus guide. Especially, their beautiful voice was as pleasant to listen to as a voice actor or announcer, and their clear articulation without any stumbles made the experience very comfortable. It was truly the best bus tour. We were taken to places we could never have gone to on our own, and we made many precious memories. Also, the tour guide was amazing. He was a young man from Taiwan and very kind. His funny advice still lingers in my ears. If I use Veltra again next time, I would like to request that tour guide (laughs).
